i had this problem in my kent ro purifier so i had called the ro people to fix it, someone from your company had come to fix the problem .. he changed a part & it costed us 3000 after a week the same problem was der so i called up the customer care a new person from your department turned up and he said that the tank was faulty and asked for 3000 again . the product is just 2 years old and we are facing so many problems with it .. and the customer service here in dehradun is pathetic .. kindly see what can be done .

    Hi, I have purchased Kent Perl Ro through online. Its installed on 10_Jan_15. But, Service people visited around 6 times for different issue with in 6 months period. Again Today its not working. Automatically going power off and when its going to be ON only God knows about that. I want to know one thing this is because of Online purchase? Because, always service people will say internal parts are not at all good. Isuues: 1. Water is not coming from the Filter - service people came and did some cleaning and said next time won't happen. 2. After 1 month Water not coming from Filter again. -- Service people said water is not good and they cleaned the filter and said next time won't get problem. 3. After 15 days Filter is not getting ON. -- Service people came and said Cable is not good inside, now we are replacing the cable. 4. After 1 month Again water is not coming from Filter--- Service people came again and you have to add one more filter and they did some thing water came from filter. 5.After 15 days Water is not coming from filter and directly water is going from bottom of the filter -- service people came and said connectors are not good, we are replacing now. Next time won't happen. 6.After 15 days AGain Water is not coming from FIlter -- Service people came and inserted the new filter(cost is around 900/-) and they said now you won't get any problem. 7. Now new problem is, When filter is getting ON and OFF no one knows. -- Calling servicing people no calls are connected to them . "What i can do now tell me". I have decided one thing, I will file a case on consumer court about this. If this part is not going to replace. Please rectify your side how to resolve this issue and come back to me.       Hello Kent manufacturer, • I had purchased a Kent water purifier type wppi pearl serial no KR[protected] on 01.12.2014 from S.C.Shah & co, Annanagar Chennai and installed on 02.12.2014 by your authorised service provider Life guard technologies. Ayanavaram • On 18.12.2014 I had lodged the complaint since there was no water in the outlet. The service provider came on 19.12.2014 and immediately advised me to purchase and install external filter at my cost. Not knowing about the genuinity of his deceive I have agreed to pay and installed additionally. He charged me Rs.950 and issued me the receipt no 1749. He also registered this as his first service • On 08.01.2015 again there was no water in the outlet and had lodged the complaint. They came on 10.01.2015 and simply replaced the sediment filter for the reason known only to him. • Again on 09.03.2015 the same complaint was registered with the service providers and have reported on 11.03.2015 and have simply replaced the sediment filter, carbon filter and the a.g. outside filter and have submitted a bill no 1965 for Rs.400+400+350 and demanded me to pay. After exchange of very heated argument with the service provider I telephonically complained to the local KENT service managers about the incident but in vain since they formed cartel with the service providers. I have discussed with the neighbour who is an advocate in the Chennai High court also consumer forum’s and had advised me to pay only Rs.350 for replacing the filter provided at my cost and don’t pay other claimed money since the unit is under warranty. After using the indiscipline words they went back. • Again on03.05.15 the same complaint was lodged and they have reported on 04.05.2015 and again simply replaced the sediment filter without demanding any cost. This time they have advised us to purchase and install carbon type filter of Aqua brand supplied by Eureka. He also said this problem will continue for the users of corporation water and suggested me to arrange for alternate water source like bore water I could not digest this suggestion for a simple reason that an external filter similar to one in the unit if is purchased by us and used then what is the necessity of Kent filter unit itself? Is it economical for me to arrange bore well spending many lakhs to overcome the problem of filters WITH THE ABOVE I BECAME THE INSANE CUSTOMER, MOST UNLUCKY, FRUSTRATED WHO PURCHASED KENT WATER PURIFIER AND MAKES ME TO PUT THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS TO THE STUPID MAKERS OF WATER PURIFIER. WHAT IS THE LIFE OF FILTERS? WHY IS IT HAVING SUCH A WORST QUALITY LIKE CHOR BAZAAR PRODUCT? ARE THEY NOT CLEANABLE AND REUSUABLE? WHAT IS THE NECESSITY OF REPLACING EVERY TIME? THIS IS CERTAINLY CHEATING THE PUBLIC IF MULTIPLE FILTERS AS SUGGESTED BY YOUR SERVICE STAFF ARE PURCHASED BY US THEN WHAT IS THE NECESSITY OF PURCHASING THE COSTLY KIT OF YOURS? THE INTEREST YOUR SERVICE ORGANISATION SHOWS IN SELLING THE SPARES(FILTERS)ARE NOT SHOWN IN THEIR CUSTOMER FRIENDLY SERVICE PRESENTLY THE UNIT IS UNDER WARRANTY AND I AM UNDER TORTURE BY YOUR SERVICE ORGANISAION.CERTAINLY I AM NOT ABLE TO IMAGINE WHAT WILL BE THE FATE AFTER WARRANTY. BY WORST I WILL DISMANTLE THE UNIT AND KEEP IN A SHOW CASE AND PLACE IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE SO THAT THE STREET PASSERS CAN WITNESS THE FAME OF THE UNIT I AM ON THE JOB OF ADVISING MY FRIENDS AND FAMILIES AND EVEN MY ENEMIES NOT TO VENTURE IN THE SIN OF PURCHASING THE KENT KIT FOLLOWED BY SUCH OF THEIR SERVICE PROVIDERS ALAS!!! I was purchased KENT MAXX UF + UV from Mr wadhwani at m/s shri marketing behind kshetrapal eye hospital, kutchary road, Ajmer on Date - 04/07/2014 and my product was not work properly then I was call Mr wadhwani ji then he was send a worker to check the products. In product U F Machine was not work. Then worker take an defective part with him and go to service centre on Date - 27/04/2015 and so many day are passed but couldn't received any response toward my product.I will not received any response to my complaint the i will complaint in lok Adalat Ajmer.           Around 10 days back I purchase kent Ro in agra. From day one it is not working. Many times i complaint in service center through phone. But only one time person came from centre and he failed to run system properly and told me that his senior will come...after that I call so many times but no one came...

            I have purchased Kent supreme Mineral RO purifier online from eBay Website. Serial Number KR[protected] Installation has been done by Aqua World service provider (Address: shop no8, A wing, KPCT Mall, Fatima nagat, pune) dated on 8/05/2015. Installation has not been done properly from Aqua World Service provider. From the day of installation, I have been facing many issues like water leakage, pipe broken etc. Service provided by Aqua World in very poor and pathetic. Each time I called Aqua word service provider, there were no quick, prompt response from them. I have to call them 2-3 times for resolving issue, it has been a very bad experience with this Aqua World service provider. I don’t understand what type of after sales service does Kent provide After so many follow up, Aqua World service provider technician visited at our place, fixes issue temporarily and after 1- 2 weeks same issue occured again. Aqua world technician is not enough skillful to fix that issue, also there is no quick action taken by Aqua world to resolve the issue. I raised same issue on saturday 23 rd May 2015, but till today there representative has not visited our place. I fed up of this Kent machine as well as service provider. It was our biggest blunder to purchase Kent supreme Mineral RO purifier system. I am facing the worst ever service network of Kent. Also, I want to change my service Provider from Aqua World to Oasis Globle Enterprise located near to my home at Kaspte wasti, Chhatrapati chowk wakad pune. I have good experience of Oasis Globle Enterprise

              Dear Concerned, I have bought the Kent RO AMC, last year. The concerned person was Mr. Sonu (Mb.- [protected], [protected]) which was sent by Ms. Kent. Further, it has been a very bad experience with Mr. Sonu. Atleast we have called him 20 times in last 1 year and he has come only once till now. I don’t understand what type of after sales service does Kent provide. At least you should train your executives how to deal with the customer. Whenever we called him every time he gives one or the other excuse and says whatever complain you (Client) want to make please make, I don’t care. Such type of things are not expected from a reputed company like Kent and its executives. It is highly requested you should take strict action against such person. Such a behavior is not at all acceptable. Because of all these issues I have to do the RO maintenance at my personal cost. Further my RO is not working since last few days.                 I bought KENT PRIME TC on 13/12/2014 with invoice no.1262 from NC SALES & SERVICES. from sales man S.KHAN. The service provider did not provide 4 monthly service nor attended as promised. Finally it stopped working from 22/5/2015. I booked at 5 pm on 23/5 for a service man to attend and rectify the same. The lady at the counter gave me a Booking no as 1374 with a promise that by all means it will attended within 24 hours.                   It was our biggest blunder to purchase Kent Maxx UV+ UF system. I am facing the worst ever service network of Kent. As the water is coming extremely slow and Kent people promise 3 to 4 times service in first year, I registered my first complain on 1 May customer service person is agreeing today that my first call was on 4 may. Any ways, today it is 23 May. in between I called number of times. Yesterday the customer care person promised that technician will visit us today. Vee Bee Corporation, 3B, Mangaldas building, I floor, off no 203, princess street Mumbai-400002, Phone[protected]/ [protected] By my bad experience so far I called to ensure whether the technician is visiting today and at what time, the answer was that today it was not possible. They don't have any track of complaints and no responsibility. I simply don't know what is to be done.                     My self Ankit agarwal. I purchased a new kent ro+uv+us+tds control kent purifier HARDLY 40 DAYS AGO. from rourkela dealer BANSAL JI .. MOB - . WHO PROMISED ME TO GIVE FREE SERVICE TILL WARRENTY IN MY AREA. But some how machine started leaked from filter. So i placed a complain to dealer.. On 15/05/2015. He told that he will send technicn and he came on 18/05/2015 after many call. And after view the trchncn told he dont have spare parts. He will place order n will come in nxt 3 days. And again i called dealer they didnt received call and after many time they received and told that he want service charge wher as my kent is brand new only 40 days on warrenty. So i told him what he promised me before that he will give service in my area. And now he saying he dont have service here.. So why he sold his product by fraud voice promise to provide service here. And whr as he had the spare parts and saying he dont have as known by his office staff only. Now asking to give money then only he will do service.. How fraud are they.

                      I own a kent RO grand and called up Kent customer care in NCR for its service vide complaint number[protected] dated 20th may 2015. I was told that service will be done with in next 24 hours so i took a day off so that i dont miss service technician next day...but no one called or came home for service. In evening(21st May) got a message that a technician Mr. Neeraj will visit. But when i called the technichian he said he is busy for next day and will come a day after. I again called customer care to re-assign my request to some other technician --- Customer care promised that some one will visit on 22nd May, i took a day off again waiting for technician and waiting for the long missed KENT SERVICE to rescue me...(wait seems to be still longer). 22nd May not one visited...customer care have false promises to make and technicians have no clue about consumer care. ' Again i called customer care and they now promised 23rd may for visit and here i am waiting in disgust for long awaited technician. Just cursing myself on the day i decided to buy Kent RO.

                        Hi Team, Its not even a Month, Kent Purifier is Not Working now. It takes a Week for your Customer Care to Pick up the Call so as to Log the Call. After they Pick Up the Call, Now there Servers are not working so they Cannot Log this Call. Again it takes 2-3 Days for Customer Care to Pick up the Call and Register our Request. After Registering we got no Message for Request ID and after 3 days one Engineer comes and asks money for Replacement of Adaptor which is still in Warranty. Now we Log the Call again and we get a Request ID : [protected]. Person Named Mohit comes after 1 Day and asks for Bills and Installation Date. We gave him Warranty Card, He says there is no Installation date on warranty Card & he Confirms that its our Fault if Installation Engineer can't put Installation Date on Warranty Card. Now, We get to Know that this Kent Purifier is not even Registered in Your Records & its again Customer's Fault ? Machine Number : KR[protected] Its About to be 3 Weeks we are not able to get any Positive Response from your Side. In Case I don't See any Response by Tomorrow, You will force me to Raise Grievance Against this Request in Government Records. Kindly Provide the Valid Support.

                          We are using kent grand plus machine for last 2 years.We have purchased the water purifier from Muskan Enterprise, Vadodara, Gujarat. At the time of purchase the dealer had deputed Mr. Kishor as the service engineer whose contact details was given to us for contact purpose for any service related complains. Last week we had some problem with the machine and so we called the service engineer Mr. Kishor to get it repaired.After giving him continuous reminders he turned up on 09th May. We were told that the spare parts need to be changed and hence we ended up spending Rs.1300/- to change them. Next day itself we observed that the machine was not working properly. Earlier it took about 45-50 minutes to purify the water but now it is taking almost 2-2.5 hours and also the consumption of water for purification is also more.On 12th of May we made a call to the same service engineer Mr. Kishor to register the complain. He had told us that he will make a visit and will sort out the matter but till date he has not turned up. After that also we had called him several times but except from giving verbal assurance that he will turn up, he hasn't till date turned up and is not bothered to resolve the issue. We request you to kindly look into the matter and take some action regarding the same. Awaiting for a response from your end

                            I have purchased Kent RO in 2013 in visakhapatnam Andhra Pradesh. From then on some problem or the other. We have to keep on calling the technicians but they won't respond. They simply give us complaint number but won't attend. In 2014 Nov we faced problem and got the unit repaired by spending around 1500. Again in the month of April 2015 we faced the same problem (water not coming). We have spent 2850 to change RO. Again on 1-5-2015 we had prob. After calling repeatedly techi attended on 13th. We have spent 885/-. After two days again problem started and machine is out of order. It's been four days we are requesting the technician to come. He is saying today evening, tomorrow morning I will come but not coming. Not lifting the calls also. I want to know the exact service centre in visakhapatnam where some good technicians are available and who can actually find out the problem instead of guess work and wasting our money and time. Very pitty to say that this product is the worst I have ever used. after sales service of this company is the worst I have ever seen. Even small companies they are trying to give the best service but yours is really worst. Kindly guide me how to fix this.

I GOT THE SMS FROM COMPANY THAT TECHNICIAN JAMUNAPRASAD WILL CONTACT & ATTEND.BUT LATER ON SMS READ THAT MR.CHANDRESH WILL ATTEND. SO FAR THE PROBLEM IS AS IT IS WITH TOTAL UNCERTANITY.REPEATED EFFORT TO CONTACT BOTH THE ABOVE TECHNICIANS YIELD NO RESULT.MR CHANDRESH STATED ABOUT HIS NON AVAILABILITY AT HQ.                                 Am using Kent RO for last 5 years. I had purchased at Delhi and now am in MUMBAI. I have annual AMC with M/s Vee Bee Corporation w.e.f 19th Jan 2015 for Rs 4000/- (VEE BEE CORPORATION 3-B, MANGALDAS BLDG, 1ST FLOOR, OFF NO. 203, MANGALDAS ROAD) For last 1 month am suffering with the service as this agency does not provide technician on time and I have to call multiple times. The agency head Ketan is not reachable. The fornt desk is not helping at all. On Saturday 16th May technician comes replaces Filters & RO membrane and after that water is dripping out of RO. There is a risk of RO motor being spoiled. I have called agency multiple times but no one is coming. I called your service center, they gave this no –[protected]..no one picks phone here. There is no help from any where.

                                  A serviceman from this company had come to repair our Kent RO.. He convinced us to take an annual service and charged us 5000Rs... About 15 minutes after he left our RO started leaking...we called him and he assured us he would repair it next morning... We've made about 20 calls over a 5 days and have been promised that servicemen would come but no one has turned up... All the personnel and the manager Mr. Nagesh have stopped picking up our calls... We are shocked that people can get away with such appalling behaviour and be allowed to cheat customers in such a blatant manner!!

                                    i am using kent grand plus machine for last 2 years. earlier machine was consumping less water around 30 to 40 ltrs to purify as i noted, but since few weeks i started observing again and found that even using more than 70 lts water tank was not full. i called to local service provider and explained the whole scenario but i guess he did not bother to understand and said you need to visited by our man and will find out i said more than welcome. he allocate an appointment for me and its been 2 days and i have to continuously chase up him to find out when someone going to visit and sort out the isssue. very disppointed with service. had a big hope with kent interms of service but they failed hope you look into my issue and try to resolve it as well as console me not to happen in future again. please feel free to contact on [protected] for any further details to investigate. thank you

I have called third service center.                                         With regret I want to inform you that a new Kent R O installed at my residence is not working properly and after many complaints and reminders at customer care no action has been taken yet. I sent first email on 8-5-2015 to Kent complaint cell, details are below: I purchased R O machine sr. no. KR[protected] on 25-4-15 from CSD Canteen. When the engineer came to install the machine, he informed me that two parts were broken namely, Solenoid Valve and Float Switch. These parts were replaced same day but the machine is not working properly i.e. sometimes there is water overflow, sometimes the connecting pipes get detached. Next day, another engineer visited the site but the machine still has the same problem. Last complaint lodged by me on 2-5-15 vide manual complaint no. [protected] was forwarded to my previous complaint no. [protected]. Till now no engineer has visited our place. After so many complaints and no proper action on your part now I request you to replace the machine immediately. Yours is a reputed and reliable company and this type of lapse on your part is not acceptable. ******** second email sent on[protected], details are below: With reference to my previous e mail regarding malfunctioning of new RO, no action has been taken on your part. I received an SMS on 8-5-15 evening (complaint no. [protected]) saying that the matter has been resolved but with regret I want to say that no one visited us. Summers are approaching and pure water is a necessity these days. I am spending daily Rs.100 to purchase water from market as the supplied water is not potable. I am again requesting to get the matter resolved as soon as possible or I will have to go to consumer court. Kindly get the RO replaced to the earliest as the reputation of your company is also at stake. ********** After these emails and constant calls at customer care no action has been taken by the company. This is really frustrating for us. Hoping for a quick and desirable action on your part.
