I have come across similar instances in washing machine or AC or water softener installation. the technician or service person suggest to put extra filter or some equipment and charge money for that. When called for installation support from Kent, yet again i was asked to buy an extra filter costing Rs. 1000. Why should Kent allow such things? Dear Team, I had lodged the complaint for my Kent RO on 10th April 2015 with service ticket no[protected] & call number is 15D014652 for servicing as the taste of water was not good.
