This firm's lady Nisha called me for my RO service and they sent a technician to my house representing Kent RO service provider. Deepak one of their technician checked my RO and suggested me to change Membrane and Filter and as per his advice I asked him to replace the same, he replaced the same with the old ones and also took away mine existing spareparts stating that they have to return this to their company. They are totally fraud and they took away the price of original one from us total INR 3000. We have been cheated like anything. I am going to take strict legal action against them so that these fraudulent guys can be taught a lesson. I would suggest please do not come under their trap as they are totally fraud people. Their Technician even was not knowing how to refit the sparts parts in the RO system. Totally fake company, fake people and just cheating the people.

    Have a very bad experience in KENT Service from Aishwarya Solar Technologies in Bangalore who are authorized KENT dealers. When my Kent Supreme was found leaking registered a call at the service center and the service technician came and fixed it on 7th of July 2015. And charged an amount of 2050 for part replacing and service. How ever started seeing the same problem within 2 days. Dont know how the same problem is happening after getting the parts changed. Complained this to the same service center and after that no response from them for the last 3 days. Every day I call them and they inform me that they will come and fix it by evening and this is happening for the last 3 days. I am helpless and don't know what needs to be done. Searching for some email ID's of KENT for escalating this and unfortunately not getting any email ID's other than the service email ID and sales email ID

      I have got an installation on saturday.Serial no:KR[protected]. The day we booked they came to collect the money. Installation was done for the sake but something was wrong and it was leaking completely from couple of hours from installation. next day morning we raised a complaint to the provider Mr SANTHOSH-[protected].he told he'll send his representative within couple of hours. None came the entire day and on questioning they told next day. No response even still on monday on calling him he tells some pooja and cannot come and tells next day. on explaining the urgency of our situation and asking him to send monday itself he switches off his phone. Even tuesday none comes. One representative asks address and told hes coming and then never turns up. repeatedly on calling doesn't receive and msgs not to call him, on questioning santhosh he's being rough and asks us to be at home at his timings and will not service whenever we at home(our office timings is 9 to 6) even at 6 he tells cant help. We're extremely dissatisfied and would want complete refund of the amount paid-calling him infinite times not to be picked and spending again even after installing a purifier .         I had bought an extended warranty from srinivas aqua in bangalore for my purifier bought 1 and half years back. But these cheaters dont pick up phone neither they respond on mail.             We purchased Kent grand min ro purifier last year, Sr No. KR[protected]. From the installation date no free service attended by Kent authorized dealer as we informed by the company executive that there is 4 services are free. Now there created a problem in membrane and purifying water not supplied. If free service attended regularly it might be problem sort out before.

              My kent RO go under service every month & each time new service man blame previous one & charges alot each time. Just get tired because of that.               When alarm start beeping it means there is need to change filter but during service first they change alarm system i.e Electronic Ballast then change filter followed by changing every part. What is the need to change alarm if it start beeping...

                Bought this product almost one year back from bangalore. The product had a fault 3 weeks back due to voltage variation the plate had gone and is under warranty.. I used to call the number they had provided every day last 3 weeks and the guy says I will send.. Till now no one had visited my place. The service center is placed in Wilson garden bangalore. My 4 year son is facing problem now with drinking water. Need to take serious action against them now. Very very pathetic service. If they do not have the part please be honest... Is it because it's under warranty nd they have to place the part free of cost they are not willing to come... Previously I had aquagaurd and the service was excellent... I change because I need Rd system.. It was very bad decision to go with Kent.. Guys don't ever go with this product you will be have worst after sales experience...

                  I bought this product bearing number KR[protected], less than two years back. Recently the water started smelling and tasting horrible. On calling the Kent engineer he told me that the water storage plastic quality was bad and the smell and horrible taste was because of this bad plastic. What shocks me is that this is the quality being provided by Kent, especially for products through which we consume water. When i asked him to replace it, he said that i need to pay Rs. 2400/- and the company refuses to replace free of cost since the warranty is only for a year. I find it extremely unfair that we consumers are sold sub standard products at high cost ( i bought it for Rs. 19, 000/- ) and then the company refuses its responsibility in providing long lasting quality. Every year we are made to shell out at least Rs. 3000-Rs. 4000/- to purchase new filters etc.. None of this is explained at the time of purchase.

                      I have purchased Kent RO super model last year due to lekage problem in tap identified since last month I lodged service complaint[protected] on 05th July. I did not got any call before the visit of engineer took place on 06th Jul'15. While visit of service engineer Mr. Ayush Kumar confirmed that lot of things needs to be changed including cartrage, membrane and one internal part which is creating problem. Keeping trust on company person I confirmed him to proceed for which he charged Rs 3895/- vide receipt no. 625005. Unfortunately from the next day tap again started leaking so I lodged again service complaint vide[protected] and on his visit he confirmed that problem is in the tap which is costing Rs 70/- only. This shows that I have been cheated by previous guy for paying good amount of money and still problem was unresolved. If service engineer comming from company will cheat customers then I am sorry to say that Company should take strict action against these type of person else company is getting a bad name in the market due to this. Hope you understand my grievance and try to resolve as the earliest. Regards Vijay

                        My name is Anant Pujari, registered mobile no [protected]. I had put a service request for servicing under AMC on 03 Jul 15, Friday. No one turned up on Saturday. Attempts to contact the service representative assigned did not fructify. On Sunday a service rep named Mr Manish came, he told me that the filters need to be changed, for which I paid Rs 800/-. He didn't reduce the PPM count below 107 due to which i wrote unsatisfied. One hour after he left, the Ket RO machine started leaking badly from many places. I just switched off the machine immediately. after noonI lodged a complaint on 06 Jul Monday morning, reminder on 07 Jul Tuesday morning, Tuesday after noon and finally spoke to customer care supervisor on Wednesday (08 Jul) evening. Till now no service rep has visited my house. Extremely disgusted with the response. There h is no water in my house for 4 days plus. Please do something.

                          Some 3 months back I got repaired /replaced the candles since water was not coming pure.and clean. Now currently the problem is that it is throwing more water out .For e.g. for one litre of pure water it throws out 3 litres of water which is happening within 3 months of repair. I am really sad that a company like kent after repairing from their authorised repairer things are remaining same, I have paid a very high amount is buying the kent RO as well as paid huge amount in repairing the kent ever since the Kent RO is purchased. This is therefore to kindly look into the matter and organise to repair the Kent RO or replace the Kent RO with a new one.As I feel it is a defective piece. An early reply with action will be appreciated immediately on receipt of this e-mail.

But 60 hrs have passed and no one visited for installation . I had called five times to the assigned technician named Sanjay but he was rude in his response. Now I don't know what to do next.                                 I got new Kent prime in April and within one month I start getting water full of metal particles which eroded from the metal tap, I talked to the retailer(Bharat Electronics Sector 35 Chandigarh), to the sales man which was present at his shop at that time and the service head but nothing worked. Retailer said I can’t do anything as you are the first one to complain, salesman said I can’t do anything I am a salesman not responsible for all this and Service head(I guess Harpreet or Manpreet) all I can do is replace that tap rest you can do anything you want. If tap turned out to be of such a poor quality that showed within 1 month from buying then as a customer how could I not be worried about kent prime whole as a product. I even have the photographs of water containing metal particles in it, I am really disappointed with the ways things were handled and with the service provided. Thanks Shiraj Gakhar [protected]

As per the technician visit, we were told that our motor is damaged and what they did was replaced the old motor (approx 7 years old) instead of repairing my new motor (1 year old). When I talked with the head over the phone, he agreed to repair...

                                  I have purchage Kent super plus from CSD Canteen secunderabad last month...call customer care for installation ..after one week technician came and install tha Kent and deemand RS 250 installation charge... After one month Kent is not purify water and I have complain customer care to solve problem they told me to contact to csd canteen for service...before the purchage of Kent, I had contact customer Care for that issue, they told me, Kent provide on door to door all India services and now they refused to give service ...

                                    The technician has installed kent supreme on 3rd of july and it started leakage on 4th onwards. I called the technician who installed and he asked to call service center. I submitted a complain and Mr. Lalit was assigned as technician.the mobile number provided by kent of Mr. Lalit is invalid and no one visited. The service is so poor and service center staff are rude. You dont have drinking water but they dont care. This is a new purifier and we are dependent on mineral water bottle purchase.

                                      Hello,

                                      Water purifier is not working fine and i am getting noise in the machine.
                                      In this regard, i have registered the complaint 2503 to the customer care on 9th may 2015.

                                      The service engineer has come on 10th may 2015 and informed that there is some problem with the filter and the filter needs to be replace.
                                      Even though the product is under warranty the service engineer has not replaced the filter.
                                      Please refer to the warranty card attached for more info.

                                      Service engineer is telling that the machine is manufactured in 2013 and warranty is not covered for the machine.
                                      As per the terms and conditions the warranty shall be activated from the date of installation 17th jan 2015 not from the date of manufacture.
                                      Even though i showed the warranty card the service engineer refused to replace the filter.

                                      I have the warranty card with me. Pintu ([protected]) gave the warranty card to me at the time of installation i. E. 17th jan 2015.
                                      Within 3. 5 months the filers are not working and the service engineer is not replacing the filter even though it is under warranty.

                                      Request you to please replace the filter against the complaint no. 2503 asap.
