SIR I HIGHLY COMPLAINT TO YOU THAT NOBODY COME AT MY HOME FOR FREE SERVICE STILL DATE. MANY TIMES I HAVE COMPLAINTS REGISTERED THIS NUMBER[protected] [protected], [protected], YOUR COMPANY WARRANTY CARD NUMBER IS KR[protected]. WHAT IS THIS. THIS IS VERY UNDISCIPLINE WORK OF YOUR SERVICE CENTER. WHEN I PURCHASED YOUR KENT MACHINE THAT TIME SAID THREE TIME SERVICE FREE IN A YEAR AT YOUR DOOR STEP.     Hello Team, It has been really disappointing to see the response of so called number-1 compant KENT RO. I have taken RO 4 months ago from Punjab dealer and installed in Gurgaon. I have complaint on 17th April to get the service done and moreover my basic information was missing. Name- Nitin Nanchahal Phone Number-+91 [protected] Kent Model-Kent RO Grand+ Serial Number-KR[protected] Address- Flat No-34/2D, Rail Vihar, Sector-56, Gurgaon They have taken a manual compaint and told me to update my information and resolve my complaint within24-48hrs. Called up again on 22nd April, without resolving thethe issue, they have closed the previous compaint and issued new complaint id, since then i have already contacted 7 times and they are least bothered to update my information and resolve my issue. Please let me know your companies TAT(SLA) to get the issue resolved. 1) How do it possible people cannnot update the basic information of customer in 13 days? 2) Why do they fail to resolve the simple compaint? 3) Why senior people are reluctant to take the things serioursly? Every time new executive and their seniors have same old stuff answers( Your complaint was taken manually and due to some TECHNICAL ISSUES, your complaint was not processed and we will send your concern to next level and it will be resolved by end of the day and next day you will face new executive with new senior but same old stuff. Please help to esclate the issue and resolve it ASAP, i have full faith on this company but the problem is with some of executives who do not take compaint seriously, please take action against those people and save the pride of your company.       This is with reference to complaint number [protected] with Kent RO Systems. My registered mobile number with the company is [protected], in the name of Ritika Kar Sharma. I had a conversation with the lady on the helpline number and had informed her that I was facing issues with my water purifier. I had requested for servicing of the same. I had also informed the lady on the phone that I would like the engineer to visit after 2 PM so that I can be home when the purifier is serviced as I am a working woman. I was informed that the engineer would call before he reaches my home so that I can tell him a convenient time for the service. 1. The engineer turns up at my residence when I was not around. My maid and my young brother who did not know about the problem were at home who had no idea what was to be done. 2. The engineer tells my brother that he had no idea that he was supposed to call. I am not sure how their employees work and turn up at people's houses without prior notice. 3. To top it all, he says air was stuck in the pipe and therefore, it was not filtering water. He removes AIR from the system and and does NOT do a proper service and cleaning of the filter. He charged Rs 300 and left for removing air from a pipe!!! Since, I was at work, I was not informed and the people at home paid him without knowing what was to be done. In the cash receipt, he has even mentioned an incorrect complaint number[protected], therefore, not sure if he got this house mixed up with some other. Employee name - Pawan Mobile number - [protected] Employee Code - 1390 I did not expect this kind of fraud from Kent engineers. I feel cheated and disappointed. After causing me inconvenience, the engineer did not even service the purifier for which I am expected to pay again.

          My Kent RO was serviced on 26 Apr 2015 and the sedimentation and carbon filters were changed by the service representative sent by APNI RASOI KITCHEN APPLIANCES, DSS 259, Sector - 20, Near AXIS Bank, Panchkula 134109, Haryana. The Complaint No. was 034. Immediately after the service representative left, the filter started leaking. I complaint the same on 27 Apr, then again on 28 Apr and again on 29 Apr. I was told that they are sending a service representative to repair it. However no one has turned up.

            We brought a KENT water purifier [KENT SUPERSTAR MINERAL RO water purifier (KR[protected]] from Aparna appliances, Rajarhat, Kolkata - 59, West Bengal on May 03, 2014. Initially, this product was working flawlessly. However, after 4 months, something went wrong and the TDS level came down drastically. We reported this problem to the service center and they sent one person to examine the machine. The person told that the membrane & the TDS controller are not working as expected and those need to be changed. For the time being, they increased the TDS level and promised to replace those soon. However, just within the next few days (~10 days), the TDS level again came down to ~35 and we started facing stomach upsets & digestion problems again. From then, it has been 6 months and we have made numerous calls. They have sent service persons 3-4 times who only increased the TDs levels to 70-200 (which only helped us the next few days). Even after several requests, they haven’t changed those parts. My warranty is going to end in another one week. I am not sure what to do. In the last 7 days, I have called them at least 50 times. Every time, they promised to send a person to replace those parts; but that never actually happened. I have faced the worst customer service experience after buying this product. I have a 4 year old in my house and we are buying drinking water from outside for the last 6 months (even after having this ~17, 000 INR machine at our house). Please suggest what else we need to do from our end to get this machine fixed.               I have submitted an service request or customer complaint to NEW GURU BATTERY & SPARES (CHD) on 23/4/2015 in Morning and they have committed to send the technician on or before 7pm on same day and no buddy came. Today i have been requesting them to send the person technician since morning 10 am i have made total 5 call at different time intervals to request then to send person on priority our students were facing problem due to shortage of water and in our industrial area we dont have any shop to buy water from out. and at my last communication with a lady on number [protected] she took a technician on con call and he said i ll reach in your studio by 6.30pm for sure. Our office timing are till 5 PM but i am waiting for their technician till 7pm from last two days and now there customer support number is OFF when I located the contact number of the owner of NEW GURU BATTERY he simple said i am sitting with someone and Please call tomorrow and disconnected the call on my face. Your one minute is important to you but listening to customer who is facing harassment due to you is not important. THIS IS TOO MUCH. YOUR DEALER AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS JUST CRAP. TO HELL WITH YOU AND YOUR PRODUCT AM GONA CHANGE MY FILLER

My product was not work properly then I was call wadhwani ji. And after the day the worker was come and check my product. In my product power box, choke was not worked.                         I have Kent RO on my machine KR NUMBER IS MENTIONED AS KR[protected] BUT ON BILL IT IS WRITTEN AS KR[protected] .. NO ONE IN CSR DEPARTMENT IS BOTHERED TO PROVIDE CONCERN PERSON FOR SERVICE FINALLY AFTER 8 9 MONTHS KENT STOPPED WATER SUPPLY THROUGH KENT MACHINE DON'T KNOW WHERE TO COMPLAINT TO WHOM WE CAN ASK FOR SERVICES CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM IS LEAST CONCERNED FOR CUSTOMER'S ISSUES

                          I should the worst feedback I have ever gave to an service company, I have purchased Grand PLus 6 months back and it has being damaged 3 times within that period, while in warranty for 1 year its getting repaired free of cost, but who will bear the cost of a damaged product given to me, at such an high price. I want and quick replacement of the product otherwise I will go to the consumer forum for the same. Even the service provider is not sending the engineer at my place to check the same. I am really pissed off from this product of yours ... and will never ever ask any one to purchase any product of your company. There is no clarity on the prices by the vendors, profit motive & no proper description of the item is provided .. want an urgent response from side, ... give a call if required..

I have purchased KENT GRAND+ RO Water purifier on 21.oct .2014 and on 19th apr 2015, 6A69FC/14-15/4396, Machine serial no KR[protected] The person who erected the machine Srinivasa agency in Bangalore had refused to come for service as it is under warranty.                               I had made the compliant for the Kent RO to change the filter and to make the first service ( which is free) as per the commitment provided by the dealer, but the dealer has done the blunder by inserting the local filters in RO. After making a lot of calls to the dealer still he is not listening. Now the water is effected and because of which my dad is suffering with few stomach diseases which is occured due to polluted water coming out of RO. Very soon i am going to take legal action against ur company.

                                    Sir/Madam, I have purchased a KENT RO System (Machine no KR[protected] model no Kent Super +MRO manufactured by kent RO systems on 04 August 2014 and till now it got faulty for more than four times and after paying the required sum, i am not satisfied with the service and the machine has not worked for a month even after replacement of motor and membrane .This is all contrary to the advertisement attached and a copy of bill of same RO attached for your reference seems more ironical .It is requested to replace the machine for the satisfaction of the customer against value paid.                                       I purchase KETN RO Grand now i afraid to advice anybody to purchase KENT RO when customer purchase a branded RO then also expect better quality and services. while installed RO System then water limit switch not working and service person disconnected the switch and installed the machine. this fact only i came to know when one day water supply close and machine still started without water when i called to local service man he told me water limit switch not working . i am surprised three service done by kent ro service engineer but not identify this issue or due to change the switch under warranty hide this fact. now i put the matter then he is telling give the cost & service charge then i will replace!!! is this not cheating to the customers.?????. are you cheater ???? when i complaint against this then service person called me either pay the cost or you take services from other persons... is this your quality of services... if due to this issue my machine have big issue then who will be responsiable ???? awaiting for ur reply and resolve the issue...                                         Consumer No.51.Hyderabad. This is the 6th time we are facing problem in last 10 days. I strongly repent, I purchased this machine. Service engr. comes and repairs. The next alternate day prblem starts. I had never faced this kind of problem regarding any item i purchased in my life. The company should seriously look in why service engr is not able solve the problem or design problem of KENT RO itself.- DD Sarma, Poor customer,
