From the last couple of days we are getting problem in our kent . Your service man is coming to solve the problem but again the same problem occurs. and we people are sufring from water crises it is humble request to solve my problem . other wise i will have to go consumer court for this problem i am having a problem of water not coming from kent

    Consumer no.51, Hyderabad. Every alternate day the machine creates a problem. The service is very very very very bad. I want to throw it in Bay of Bengal to sort out my problem. I had never purchased an item that gives this many repairs. It is very band on the part of the company. Please review the design and release to the market. Do not make customers to suffer for God's sake.

      I have purchased ur kent supreme ro system it is nt working properly at all . I am very much disappointed by the respective piece every other day i have tocall ur executive to repair it . Please replace it . Resolve my problem soon otherwise i have to go to consumer court.

        i bought a Kent Grand RO system in May 2014 and for the last 4 months i have been complaining regularly about the high output TDS with minimal fluctuation in Input TDS level which changes the taste of water and deprives it of the essential minerals. technicians have visited but not been able to identify the problem. they even took the system for checking but the problem still remains. in May 2015 the warranty will expire and i need an immediate solution to this, else a replacement of the system.           I brought Kent RO last month and had called for installation on 4th April. The installation person turned up on 5th morning. While installing the wiring this person by the name Mohan Rao ([protected]) broke the cut off valve, first claiming it to be supplied in broken state from the company itself and then after me asking him on how the valve broke when the outer cover doesn't even have scratch, he said he will change it next day morning. I had a feeling this guy was lying because he also told me he would charge me less, if I didn't want a bill. I didn't pay him and got my proper bill. Following day was waiting for him but he didn't turn up. Then I called him on Tuesday 7th Apr and was shocked with his response, he very balantly said that is not his job and asked me to call the kent team. Believe me when I say this, I didnt have an issue with him then, but the way he spoke to me made this experience all the more worse for me. After speaking to him i called up the helpline no of Kent. I spoke to one gentleman who said he has informed the person to fix the problem tomorrow itself. Today is 11th April, still no one has called back. This is my experience within first 15 days with kent. I think as if i have put my money down the drain. Would be happy if you help

            With ref to the above sub, The dealer has serviced on 23/03/2015, Now s for it is not functioning, due to this i called u r franchise, reliable Appliances, He is demanding 300rs servicing charges, i tried to convince him but he is disconnecting the call & treating me like a dog. In the previous servicing, he has charged 300rs for servicing & additional 300rs for installation, Also he has charged 400rs for candle replacement. I had brought this matter to the notice of the service head of Gujurat, Mr Hitesh, He told he will come back to me. I want to know that, Why we need to pay additional charges within the first 20 days, If again i face the same problem in the next 3 weeks, should i shelve additional servicing charges. Also u r franchise Mr. Pradeep purohit needs training in handling customers issues, He is only behind money, Pl confirm Why i need to purchase u r problematic product, Where they don, t have decency in attending customer issues.

              Kent Mineral RO water Purifier was intalled in the Office at Hall No. 405 to 408, South Block, Bahu Plaza, Jammu on 06.05.2014 and the unit is malfunctioning. It has stopped giving water and the complaint in this regard was registered with the service provider namely Karan Enterprises, 42 A/D, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu.on Thursday early morning with the request to at least make it functional and also provide annual servicing by replacing the cylinders. The service provider booked the complaint with the assurance to rectify the problem by sending a service engineer within a hour. Since then, no one has turned up by this time and i have made several request yesterday and is still requested today also. They also provided me the mobile number of Service Engineer, Mr. Pramodh ([protected] Mob) who was allocated the job of rectifying the problem in my unit. When I contacted the person on his mobile number, he also assured to reach by next 5 minutes but this also turned to be a false assurance.. Then I again made a contact to the service provider office and they gave me another number of Mr. Varun Gupta ([protected] mob) who is the Service Head of Kent RO in Jammu. He also failed in making his promise.The service provider has annoyed me to such an extendt that I am forced to write this complaint. The unit is under the warranty and if no soloution is provided within next 5 hours I will be forced to approach the consumer form for the redressal of grievances.

                Whomever it may concern. Please be informed that i had bought Kent Grand Water Purifier through Kent online. ORDER NUMBER - [protected] Now the device has stopped working completely and when we tried to reach the concerned shop who supplied us the product it seems they are not at all concerned about the scenario. Its because of the negligence from the service person that am directly trying to reach the customer service. Kindly do the needful and your cooperation will be appreciable.

                  HI, I have taken Kent Pearl on 11 Jan 2015 and 3 days back when i was having problem with leakage then called to dealer ( Pearl Infotech, Bangalore, Marathalli ..Phone num: [protected]..person name :Santosh). He said guy will come and see this problem and almost 2 days over but no came and when i called he is not responding phone. Is this way to give service from Kent Dealer. Next when i am calling to Kent customer complain on[protected] then gave me another number for raise complain..and number is[protected] but no one responding there also...i am wonder why Kent has given Toll free number[protected] if it not functional working at all. Really worst from Kent ...unexpected...

                    Hello, My self is Srilakshmi working as HR in IT Comapny. I got Kent Super Plus from Sanapdeal almost 6months back with 1 year Manufacturing Warranty..For every one month the system gets repaired and in which im paying for it to Mr Madhukar kent authorized dealer from kukatpally hyderabad.Recently i came to know that im eligible for free service from kent for 1yr, and spoken to Madhukar on this and even submited my Manufacturing Warranty docs to him to submit in online for further process, and now in this month again my kent system got repaired and spoken to madhukar on the same.with his very bad conversion i came to knoe he haven't submitted my docs yet and more her conversion with us is Very Very Rude and spoken in way that we cant do any thing with out his concern and asking us to pay amount if system get repaired...Is this a kent service to the Customer..U want a customer to suffer like me buying a kent product...how bad is your treatment towards us...i never ever expect a service like this as KENT...Please help me in this or please take away the system from my home ASAP with no cost...

                        Your kent Service is very poor, they always come and create some problem, they always said that your machine parts was damage Kent Mineral Ro has been used since 3 year, In during 3 years we are pay for 8000 rupees for your service but we are not satisfied your service and they charged very high. Recently we call your service man and ask him to change the gate valve and he provide a Kent service and we paid 500 rupees. On your service charge on the day 31st march 2015 after 2 days the KENT MINERAL RO was not working. We face so many problem to restart the KENT MINERAL RO, it is start for some time, we use it after 2 days its not working, i think they provide the parts in poor quality part of the KENT MINERAL RO so please request to take some action against your service.

                          Dear Kent I am varun kakkar from Jalandhar city punjab. My contact no. is [protected]. I had purchased Kent RO from authorized distributor in Jalandhar . I have made complaint around 15 times that RO stop to work by itself. They change the green color piece in it and some times the UV lamp. Sometime the RO starts discharging water itself in the day too even when we do not drain water and sometimes the taste of water is very bitter. I have made complaint to Kent mechanic and service station to replace piece as it is faulty but service locator does not look after my voice now what is the solution from kent. Kent can even check my previous records of complaint made. Kindly look after sigma kent care. I have been such frustrated.                             Hi, The issue is with my Kent purifier, The waste water is drained more compare to purified water. The purified water is like drops are coming.So it took a lot of time to fill the tank, which i think is a cause of some defect in the filter.So please kindly resolve this issue with in few days.                               Dear Manager Please see the service request raised by me on 02 April 2015. However in 24 hours no one contacted me. I spoke on customer care on 03 April 2015 with Mr Arshit Kumar Tewari who confirmed my service request logged and gave reference number 91801357 and assured some one will contact me in 24 hour.                                 Hi, I purchased Kent Water softener Model No: Kent Autosoft :366. I paid the full amount of Rs42, 000 + Rs 12, 000 for the installation in advance almost 3 weeks ago. After various follow-up calls with the Kent Sales person Mr Pradeep Mishra softener was delivered last week. During installation it was discovered that softener was not in working condition and was missing the display also. I was told that softener will have to be replaced. I have been following up with Kent for last 1 week now and softener has not been delivered to me yet. Kent person is calling me and asking me to pay the charges to bring the faulty machine back to the distributor and only then I will get the replaced machine back. Why should I be paying the charges when the faulty machine was delivered at the first place? Also it has been very annoying experience with Kent so far. Even after paying full money in advance I haven't got the softener yet. This is the worst customer experience I have had with any company so far. I was not expecting this from a company like Kent.                                   i have recently purchased an kent RO excel+ machine which was delivered on march 17, 2015. to my suprise the installtion of the product has not been completed yet. this is very annoying since the product is laying at my place non functional from last 15 days & neither the dealer nor the company is bothered to look into it..

                                      Hi, My family was very happy when we got hold of the new KENT PEARL on 29th May 2014 from Global innovatives- Chennai. But within two months time itself we were facing problems in your product and the complaint was registered on 23rd July 2014 complaint no 3612. Every two months or so we have been getting problems with the product delivered to us. The details are as below Complaint no: 3612 Complaint date:[protected], service engineer name - R Manikandan attended on:[protected] Complaint no: 3612 Complaint date:[protected], service engineer name - Sudhagar attended on[protected]after lots of phone calls) Complaint no: 2683 Complaint date:[protected] service engineer name - Sudhakar attended on:[protected] Complaint no: 2683 Complaint date:[protected] service engineer name - R Manikandan attended on:[protected] Complaint no: 5262 Complaint date:[protected] service engineer name - Boopathi attended on[protected]. After so many complaints and service, the basic problem is still not fixed, and moreover, the last service engineer did not do his job properly and the other engineers are still coming and fixing the problem in your product. When we bought your product, the seller did not inform us that we need to buy an extra filter for your product to work properly or the instruction book did not mention any extra filter to be added to the product Kent Pearl. We installed this extra filter also. But the problem still persists (sound from the instrument) in your product and I would like to get a permanent solution for this problem. The service engineer says they need to change a part in your product, but the part is not in stock. The complaining and following up with the service centre for a new product that is still under warranty is putting a toll on us and make us think if we had bought an inferior product. I would like to request your management to replace the entire product, as it is still in the warranty period or give back our money, so we can buy an hassle free product. Hope to hear from you soon.                                         We purchased a Kent RO Grand + on Monday, March 23, 2015 from AIM Tech Services. On Friday, March 27 2015, the unit started leaking. We contacted AIM Tech Services and they sent in an engineer on Saturday, March 28 2015. The service engineer temporarily fixed it and once he left, the unit started leaking again. I paid 16, 500 for this model and am very unhappy with the quality of this product. I want a my cash back or a full product replacement. I feel cheated as a customer for such a bad product
