With ref to the above sub, The dealer has serviced on 23/03/2015, Now s for it is not functioning, due to this i called u r franchise, reliable Appliances, He is demanding 300rs servicing charges, i tried to convince him but he is disconnecting the call & treating me like a dog. In the previous servicing, he has charged 300rs for servicing & additional 300rs for installation, Also he has charged 400rs for candle replacement.
I had brought this matter to the notice of the service head of Gujurat, Mr Hitesh, He told he will come back to me.
I want to know that, Why we need to pay additional charges within the first 20 days,
If again i face the same problem in the next 3 weeks, should i shelve additional servicing charges.
Also u r franchise Mr. Pradeep purohit needs training in handling customers issues, He is only behind money,
Pl confirm Why i need to purchase u r problematic product, Where they don, t have decency in attending customer issues.
