I purchased "Kent Pearl"
water purifier from M/s SGB Agencies, Hyderabad on 08.06.2013 vide bill no. 240. Since purchase the water coming out of it was sour in taste. Though there was four free service, but the agency never use to send the technician on their own. When I did complaint, they send the technician. Every time technician use to do servicing and cleaning of tank and use to say that now the m/c is alright. After eight to nine month of purchase, I observed that there are fungal growth(green coloured) on the body of tank at few places. When we complained, the technician came and said it is because of cleaning of tank by soap. We stopped cleaning of tank by soap, but the fungal growth again occured. Even when we collected the water in plastic bottles, the bottom part was showing this growth. After expiry of the warranty period, we paid for this matter, but still the fugal growth is occuring. By drinking this water my wife and kids are having recurring throat infections.
It is evident that the machine is not purifying the water and microbes are getting passed without purification. All these times, I thought that there may be external problem, but now I am confident that machine is not working. It is very distressing that even than I am having Kent RO purifier, we are drinking contaminated water. I request you to kindly arrange to replace the machine .When we are complainting to the service centre, they are simply coming, doing regular cleaning, collecting Rs. 300/- and again problem is surfacing.
