Dear Kent I am varun kakkar from Jalandhar city punjab. My contact no. is [protected]. I had purchased Kent RO from authorized distributor in Jalandhar . I have made complaint around 15 times that RO stop to work by itself. They change the green color piece in it and some times the UV lamp. Sometime the RO starts discharging water itself in the day too even when we do not drain water and sometimes the taste of water is very bitter. I have made complaint to Kent mechanic and service station to replace piece as it is faulty but service locator does not look after my voice now what is the solution from kent. Kent can even check my previous records of complaint made. Kindly look after sigma kent care. I have been such frustrated.     Hi, The issue is with my Kent purifier, The waste water is drained more compare to purified water. The purified water is like drops are coming.So it took a lot of time to fill the tank, which i think is a cause of some defect in the filter.So please kindly resolve this issue with in few days.       Dear Manager Please see the service request raised by me on 02 April 2015. However in 24 hours no one contacted me. I spoke on customer care on 03 April 2015 with Mr Arshit Kumar Tewari who confirmed my service request logged and gave reference number 91801357 and assured some one will contact me in 24 hour. But no one has contacted me. Do I take it that there is no service support for Kent and I should never purchase this brand in future. Please advise and respond

        Hi, I purchased Kent Water softener Model No: Kent Autosoft :366. I paid the full amount of Rs42, 000 + Rs 12, 000 for the installation in advance almost 3 weeks ago. After various follow-up calls with the Kent Sales person Mr Pradeep Mishra softener was delivered last week. During installation it was discovered that softener was not in working condition and was missing the display also. I was told that softener will have to be replaced. I have been following up with Kent for last 1 week now and softener has not been delivered to me yet. Kent person is calling me and asking me to pay the charges to bring the faulty machine back to the distributor and only then I will get the replaced machine back. Why should I be paying the charges when the faulty machine was delivered at the first place? Also it has been very annoying experience with Kent so far. Even after paying full money in advance I haven't got the softener yet. This is the worst customer experience I have had with any company so far. I was not expecting this from a company like Kent.           i have recently purchased an kent RO excel+ machine which was delivered on march 17, 2015. to my suprise the installtion of the product has not been completed yet. this is very annoying since the product is laying at my place non functional from last 15 days & neither the dealer nor the company is bothered to look into it..

              Hi, My family was very happy when we got hold of the new KENT PEARL on 29th May 2014 from Global innovatives- Chennai. But within two months time itself we were facing problems in your product and the complaint was registered on 23rd July 2014 complaint no 3612. Every two months or so we have been getting problems with the product delivered to us. The details are as below Complaint no: 3612 Complaint date:[protected], service engineer name - R Manikandan attended on:[protected] Complaint no: 3612 Complaint date:[protected], service engineer name - Sudhagar attended on[protected]after lots of phone calls) Complaint no: 2683 Complaint date:[protected] service engineer name - Sudhakar attended on:[protected] Complaint no: 2683 Complaint date:[protected] service engineer name - R Manikandan attended on:[protected] Complaint no: 5262 Complaint date:[protected] service engineer name - Boopathi attended on[protected]. After so many complaints and service, the basic problem is still not fixed, and moreover, the last service engineer did not do his job properly and the other engineers are still coming and fixing the problem in your product. When we bought your product, the seller did not inform us that we need to buy an extra filter for your product to work properly or the instruction book did not mention any extra filter to be added to the product Kent Pearl. We installed this extra filter also. But the problem still persists (sound from the instrument) in your product and I would like to get a permanent solution for this problem. The service engineer says they need to change a part in your product, but the part is not in stock. The complaining and following up with the service centre for a new product that is still under warranty is putting a toll on us and make us think if we had bought an inferior product. I would like to request your management to replace the entire product, as it is still in the warranty period or give back our money, so we can buy an hassle free product. Hope to hear from you soon.                 We purchased a Kent RO Grand + on Monday, March 23, 2015 from AIM Tech Services. On Friday, March 27 2015, the unit started leaking. We contacted AIM Tech Services and they sent in an engineer on Saturday, March 28 2015. The service engineer temporarily fixed it and once he left, the unit started leaking again. I paid 16, 500 for this model and am very unhappy with the quality of this product. I want a my cash back or a full product replacement. I feel cheated as a customer for such a bad product

                  Dear Concern, I had brought a brand new KEN SUPREME RO on 27th Dec-2014. I have made purchase request through one of the authorized distributor in Janak Puri - Delhi named Kapila Electronics. I was told that the KENT produces quality products and it will run for long without any trouble however the RO stop working within two months of purchase and thereafter the problem of RO not working continued. Newly installed KENT SUPREME RO stopped working 3 times in 1 month, every time an engineer comes and fix some part of the machine and it will run for few day and again back to square one. I am fed of complaining as every time the service engineers are doing a temporary arrangements to fix the problem. This is a question on the quality and promises that company is making to its customers. It’s a gross fake-selling of product and product sold by you is faulty. Please re-call the RO and either replace it with new machine or refund the money.                       I have bought a new kent Grand plus for pure water house bangalore 4 months ago . It stopped working 4 times since then, everytime an engineer comes and fix some part of the machine and it will run for few day and again back to square one.I am fed of complaining. Pure water house guy comes one or two days after lodging the complain.I regret not buying Eureka forbes which i belive should have been a better technology,

                        To, Management KENT, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India My KENT RO is under AMC contract since 04th September, 2014. On 01st Feb 2015, the carbon filter burst and issue with membrane observed and complaint was lodged on 17th Jan 2015. The complaint was attended by the company on 22nd Jan 2015. The technician told us that along with carbon filter, membrane also needs to be changed even though the TDS was showing 70 on the TDS meter and could have been avoided. Even the taste quality also worst. The KENT RO as company made tall promises at the time of selling the product but when it comes to after sales service then they make their customer from pillar to post as the people working for the company are just trained to sell the product but at Customer Care had no such information of the services rendered by the company. It is very much evident from my letter to the company. 

Right now I am in a dilemma whether to get the machine in working order and pay for it and claim later or wait for your concern over the issue. It is really sad that KENT management is making money at cost of customer’s pain they do not have quality control nor does have service desk manager or escalations to improve the services. Very soon KENT will be an obsolete brand, despite they claim for good technology. Ethical Company, good product and post sales service matters for company's existence in market for long run. KENT is here to make money. But smart customers will never let their friends, relatives or anybody in society they live and come to know they are buying KENT it will be surely NO NO NO recommendation for the product KENT.

                          I took Kent water purifier service from, Srinivas Aqua, Bangalore on 22/03/2015 and he has no expertise to provide Kent water purifier service.
                          For my Kent RO, water was not coming from filter, then Srinivas Aqua came and just by looking filter machine, he replaced filter tubes with a charge of Rs.1700/-.
                          After he left when water filled, there was a blow sound and water leakage from base .
                          When I called technician, he is not responding . Then another technician called me and told that last person has gone to native . Now new problem is circuit is burnt and it would cost additional Rs.990/- . I told him come with last technician or repair without any additional charges as already I have been cheated of Rs.1700/-. Then he left my place.

                          Now please suggest how to repair Kent water purifier and recover money from Srinivas Aqua, Bangalore, ( his Contact no.[protected], [protected], [protected])
                          Already I have mailed to  [protected]@kent.co.in, but not yet resolved.

                          Request to take up this type of cheating with Kent Company.

                          Most of times you will get reply number is not reachable.

                            I had bought Kent Grand water filter. Got an AMC done from an authorised service provider. Problems with him : - it takes him 7 days to respond to one call - even after taking an AMC of Rs. 4, 550/- he has charged another 1200/- for parts - he changed one RO membrane in December and within 3 months machine was having problems. He said that membrane needs to be changed again for which I need to pay another 2600/- - for each service his person comes, he asks us to pay for some part or the other which is not included in AMC Fed up with his service, I am now discontinuing KENT and switching to Aquaguard

                              I am from Raniganj, Asansol, West Bengal. Our Kent purifier( Kent W/P PEARL B001872) is not working since last 3 weeks, We have passed on our complain to service center, but the response has been disappointing. Our purifier is still not repaired, they even refuse to come down here. They neither answer our calls properly & lately they have started hunging up on our calls.

                              The service center repairman came a day just after the complaint & fixed the purifier. If it was so easy, i don't understand what was taking them so long? Thanks, it is resolved now.

                                Complaint No. 128 dated 17-Mar-2015 Service CentreName - Shri Saravanan & Co. This is to bring to your notice regarding very poor customer service centres opened by Kent RO a reputed brand on paper. My Kent RO Grand + pump is leaking from the past 1 month. Inspite of several follow ups over the phone and after having AMC, there is no response on replacement of the pump. The same does not reflect good for your reputation.                                       i bought a Kent pearl RO on September 2014 (sirsa haryana 125055), after 2 month problem comes within RO, that the water not coming from ro, sandeep comes 2 times but problem remains same, we are calling from last 3 month but Sandeep not coming in our house, we are in warranty period, worst service by kent service provider, please don't buy any Kent ro.

                                        We bought Kent RO water purifier in Dec 2011. Since then, we get it serviced every 3 months and had been very much satisfied with the product. However since year we have been facing multiple issues with the product after each service. Following are the details: [1] March 2014 - We called for regular servicing. The serviceman suggested candles should be changed. We paid approx Rs 2700 for the same. Post that servicing, from the very same day, the filter would stop working at any time and then resume again anytime. This continued until the next servicing [2] November 2014 - We called for regular servicing. The serviceman suggested candles should be changed, AGAIN! We paid approx Rs 2700 once again. From the very same day the filter started dripping every time it was switched on [3] March 2015 - We called for regular servicing. The serviceman said motor must be changed. Because of that only water is continuously dripping. Once again we paid Rs 2700 and got the motor changed. However, from the very same day, ONCE AGAIN the filter stops working at any time and then resumes again anytime. I called the same person again to check what is wrong and now he says there is a problem with the choke and it needs to be changed! I am feeling totally frustrated right now. Each time the serviceman says some part needs to be changed, charges us a hefty amount and introduces a new problem! I am fed-up of this. Is this how customers are treated at Kent? Is the product not good enough to function properly beyond the warranty period? Why are we being forced to take AMC when we don't want to?
