I complained regarding service center of Kent in Meerut but Kent shows no interest in complaint like what that service center do with diff cust. They just asked for contact details but no action took place. I didn't saw such carelessness in any other company and in such serious case in which cust caught their technician red handed. I am frustrated now and going to take cop help..

      Unique service center of Kent is providing local or low standard prefilters and saying to customer that they are of Kent and quality product but no hallmark of company was there and it was not transparent and when we asked about its price in Kent cust service they were telling it is within 700-900 and they were demanding 950 rs and it was totally local quality. Afterwards when we told it is of 700 then he said you have to write on bill that we are not interested in prefilter. Not only these but they also not installed the equipment provided with purifier like ss ball valve or 3 way connector and sticker central drill. we are going to file a Fir against service center.

        I am Mr.Narendra Kandalkar.Badlapur (w).I have Purchase KENT PRIME TC MODEL on dated 04/08/2015.from Your velocity distributor, Thane (w).challan no-2026, invoice no-4119.contact person-Mr.LALU MANDAL.Cell phone no-[protected]. I have pay the amount by HDFC BANK Chque.They install my unit next day but no budy gives us any demo or any instructions about using or handling the machine.Nobudy come for check TDS of water.Today is 17/08/2015. every day i call to your representatives.But nobudy goes to help me.I am verry unhappy & unsatisfied with your service. Now i m thinking very negative about your product & service.I also told to all my friends & relatives that, do think to purchase any KENT product.I already suffering from KENT.             Dear Sir, I have given Rs.5500/ to YESS BOSS fatakgora, Chandannagar, Hooghly Contact no.[protected]/ unit serial no.KR[protected] for annual Maintenance of kent Machine in my own home. But in july & August no one person come to my home for maintenance of Kent Machine. Now my Kent machine not working & they saying for purchasing RO Of Rs.2500/Approx & Pump of Rs.2300/Approx Kent service No. is [protected]. But I have given for annualy contract for maintenance of Kent machine then why we purchasing RO & Pump.               This is the fourth time that the motor of Kent pearl model has to be replaced since purchase dated May 2013. Every time the service charges and new motor charges are becoming a headache. Authorised service centre in Bangalore - Supreme Technologies gives a silly reason - we cannot give any guarantee as to how long will the motor last. Machine is still filling in water after the motor has automatically stopped. Ideally the water should stop flowing once the tank is full.

              Hello,

              We are facing similar problems with Kent Pearl. Within a span of 1 year the dealers technicians have visited atleast 6-8 times to rectify the faults. Sometimes the sediment filter goes, sometimes RO membrane and some times carbon filter.

              Dont know whether we were duped by the dealer Pearl Infotech (Marathalli, Bangalore) or the machine itself is defective.

              Horrified to see mosquitoes and cockroaches getting inside the tank and noone is able to provide any solution.

              We bought this replacing Aquaguard from Eureka Forbes which we used for 10 years and didnot face so many problems. We thought it would be wiser to buy a new technology but we were wrong. Now the dealer blames the Company and the Company people blames the dealer. At the end of the day we are the loosers.

                Product name: Kent Prime (Water purifier with RO, UV, UF, TDS removal etc.) Product KR number: KR[protected] Date of purchase: 28 May 2015 Date of Incidence (date we realized): 5 Aug 2015 Bottom-line is "Never ever purchase a KENT product", not unless you are a big fan of waiting in despair! I am demanding for an entire unit replacement, and not sure if this is going to be addressed. * Contacted customer care on 5 Aug 2015 that the light in Kent purifier is not glowing, the representative told, it shall be fine and we can continue to use the water! * Kent service team: 2 persons arrived at home on 6 Aug 2015, opened the unit, and stunning, there is salt water leak in the unit and stunning and scary part is the leaked salt (literally salt) drained into the purified water compartment, making the water TDS to 230 (Kent is expected to produce the water with TDS as low as 20, which I learnt later)!! * I took a complete video of the conversation we had and also the leaking unit * The service team called up their head office, and there started the drama * Head office team started to convince me that the problem is not big, but I can sense what is the magnitude of the problem me, my wife and our two small children (4 and 1 year old) have been drinking this pathetic water (not just high in TDS, but the bacteria that leaked into it) for past don't know how many days!!! * Considering it is only 2 months since I purchased the unit, I expressed my unfaith on the unit and asked for a complete unit replacement. But the team says they don't do any such replacements and they would replace the failed parts * their service team copied the video I took on my mobile through Bluetooth onto their device and left, stating that someone will come next day and solve my problem * I was waiting with despair for the next 4 days hoping someone will come and replace the unit / the parts ensuring a healthy water supply * They finally turned up on Monday, today, 10 Aug 2015 - this time a different technician, and he was neither briefed about the problem nor shown the video! He came with a wire and a UV light!!! where the problem is with motor which is leaking * When I asked the same, he (joined Kent just 15 days back) was clueless of what I was talking about. Also, he doesn't seem to be completely aware of the product itself. He was told that the product I've is a different one!!! * I was highly annoyed with this irresponsibility and called up the the head office team directly, and to my surprise they say that they don't have the parts available and the person they have sent is going to take another detailed look!! (but the story from their representative was he was supposed to finish this job today) * this guy again checked the TDS levels (upon my request) and the purified water is still high in TDS. He simply listened to my statements nodded his head, stated that he / someone else would come as soon as they have the parts and would come and fix my unit!!! * Now, there is no ETA as to when they are going to complete this. Finally the bottom-line is "Never ever purchase a KENT product", not unless you are a big fan of waiting in despair!

                  THIS COMPANY HAS TAKEN Rs 5500/- for AMC for a year.Now this company is demanding additional money Rs 500 to 800 at each time when their technician come for attending defect.This way they may be taking around Rs 2000 to 3000/- from us.They are telling that part of the m/c which was supplied to us with m/c being the integral part of the m/c, is external and will not be maintained. They are cheating the common people of india and society in the name of giving pure water.
                  I declare that this company should be taken to task and summarily penalized.

                    Dear Sir, Manufacturing Defect Yesterday I book Kent Prime at Velocity Distributor Thane Mumbai and today at 1pm I received the same and I paid the full amount Of Rs.17000/- . But when the Technician came at 3pm he opened the Box and we found that the Connector damaged/Defected and and not in working condition. So I request you to replace the machine and give me the new machine otherwise just return my amount . I am very disappointed due this type of service by Dealer.                       Machine serial no. KR[protected] Kent RO branch- Ashwadha Communication Shop no.-C-3, 1st Floor, Rajat Sankul, Ganeshpeth, Nr. S.T.Stand, Nagpur-440018 date of the incident - 29 July 2015 I Durgesh Kahar, lodged a complaint for a defect in purifier. I did not received any service till 6 days. On seventh day an engineer came and he detected that one valve is required to be changed. He confirmed that next day he will come with valve and get it changed but, nobody came to resolve the problem. I have called several times and I am frustrated by such service from so renowned company. I bought Kent RO purifier after comparing many brands and I believed the firm but, now I see that after selling the product they are troubling me. My purifier worked properly during first 10 months after that causing issue very often.

                        I buyed kent pearl mineral ro at 27/02/2013 serial no. - KR[protected]. After few months there were ants on the water container. After that we requested for servicing but nobody came for servicing been 2 yrs. We also mailed them but no response Very Bad Servicing.

                          I have a kent ro mineral plus (Sr. No - kr[protected] , purchased and gifted me by my friend last year in may 2014 from army canteen, just after 11 month it started to take so much time for filing the the 8 liter tank (2 hour) , and release 80 liter waste water. I call for servicing, the technician sent by kent, after inspection he said to change its two candles and he charges rs. 1100 / - including service charges (Complaint no[protected] receipt sr. No 591346. When he goes from my home i switch on the ro, it started to noise during operation after this servie. Also the rate of releasing waste water not improved. Again i called to costumer care for resolve this problem. The senior technician came and repair it, after repair noise during operation reduced but rate of releasing of waste water not rectified and it again started to take 2 hour for filling 8 liter tank and release 70 liter of waste water. I complain again, then engineer has suggested me that if he reduce the the rate of releasing water, pump and ro membrane will be damaged.

                          In the city like delhi, where water crises is at peak level at this time, it is very irritating, therefore i requesting to repair, if not possible please refund the money

                          Individual — waste water stagnation and thereby breed of mosquitoes - reg.

                          dear sir, the waste water drain is not proper and thus mosquitoes are fastly breeding in the nearby house after repeated re quests, they are not listening.ward no.80, dr. ramasamy street no.115 is the house who is not handling and the waste water is stagnating in the premises and thereby mosquitoes are breeding much. the sanitary officers may pl intervene in this matter and solve this problem.

                            I bought your three kent water purifier from bulandshahr, unfortunately they are not working well and now your dealer is saying that that we cant do anything, contact to company when i contact to your company asm mr radhey shyam bharti he says that he also unable to do anything i just wants to know whether this company knows what is customer service or not, your company asm says that your ro takes an expense of rs[protected] every month.

                            Is this the level of service that your company is providing to customers, where an asm dont know how to give service or i can say that commitment level is pathetic.

                            I will also share this with social sites and also go to consumer court if needful.

                            It will be better for you to improve your product first then to do a marketing through any actress,

                            entire team from call centre to technicians do a very good work at
                            making your customers cry.I was following your bloody
                            customer care but they are not even contacting me since 10 days no body
                            is responding and after your ASM COMMITMENT no guys come see it, how
                            employees your company have, who is not able to provide a proper
                            resolution even they knows nothing. Have called your call centre 50 times odd since last week and asked to
                            speak to a senior but all your personals have just put the call on hold
                            and never reverted, I have waited on call from 10-25 mins each time in
                            real expectations of talking to someone in English. Why
                            does your IVR have Press 1 for English as non of your officers at call
                            centre know basic English also, KENT- Making life inconvenient and giving Tears Paying Hema Malini big sums instead of getting good products or customer service is not a great way of doing business. Shagun goyal[protected]

                            Purchased KENT RO Sr No KR[protected] with Rs 16500/- on 04.10.2013 from Kharghar Navi Mumbai. From 04.10.2013 to till date I have shell out Rs, 10000/- on replacement of filters and micro controller circuit and still giving trouble and the personals of and service from M/s prompt services ( the franchise) is very poor and after repeated calls their service persons are not responding. So it is my request to the new purchasers to give up their idia for KENT RO not to go and believe on advertisements.

                            I had very good experience with Eureka Forbes as I had used their Aqua guard for nearly 10 years trouble free. Now I opted new technology which became headache for me.

                              I bought Kent Grand RO on 04/05/14. Serial No.KR[protected], Invoice no. 3783 from Apni Rasoi Dss 259, sec-20 Panchkula Tin no.[protected] .Unfortunately just after one month, the machine started to malfunction perpetually. On repeated calls to the customer service numbers, a technician would come for repair, but the would again stop functioning in about 2 weeks time. The Same Problem have got 5-7 times during the 1 year (Under AMC) . In last call the Technician change smps and micro controller cum UV ballast but after 2 month it again stop Working and now my amc is Over . With my experience so far, I am sure that I was duped by Kent by selling me a pre- damaged product in the name of a new one.I am sick and tired of that... please provide the solution what we do... my contact no -[protected] SANDEEP

                                It has been a really disgusting experience in Ahmedabad, even after paying and signing for AMC with an authorised service-provider. In June I had made a call for the free service due(last for the AMC of[protected] informed once again at the reception desk about the timing as only after 16:00hrs, since no one is at home before that. Still it took them almost a month (i.e. today 23 July, 2015) they arrive at the doorstep at 12:30 hrs to take the call without making a phone call and that too Mr. Sailesh Wala is accompanied by another gentleman. This I got to know since my kid happened to be home today and the men make a phonecall at13:00 hrs on my mobile. When asked to come after 16:00 hrs they enter the home together and within 5 minutes they are out saying they have serviced the machine. How can a service be without checking the TDS, without emptying the water tank, without cleaning / reverse flow of water through the filter candles be done?? On enquiring they inform they had cleaned the filter. but can all these be done within 5 minutes?? After making so many calls paying for the AMC and then getting such hopeless service, I happen to be now in two minds, should I change the filter brand because of the poor service in Ahmedabad, as while in Kolkata it was entirely a different story. The lady at the desk would take down the detail properly as specified by the customer and pass it on to the service men too which doesn't happen here instead excuses are provided. In Kolkata the servicemen would confirm the appointment before coming to your doorstep and never did they need a reminder but it is exactly the opposite here. Neither the servicemen make a phonecall before coming to your doorstep and neither the lady at the reception takes up call immediately when the phone rings. To get a free service you have to remind them and its your luck if they pick up your call after 16:00 hrs till 17:45 hrs when you make the first call in the day. Emergency, just forget the answer is always ' The servicemen have left for the day and they can come tomorrow only after 12:00 or may be a later time, but not now since they have already taken their schedule for the day.' Never have I received a cooperation from this service -dealer whenever my machine stopped working entirely. I am really fed up of such terrible after sale service, which I never expected in Ahmedabad since I belong to this city. :(

                                  Dear Sir I am defence officer and i have purchased kent water purifier from CPC Canteen From indore on 10 july 2015. i am facing problem in kent water purifier whenever i tried to contact the dealer of lakhisarai who is dealing with kent .The techinician has been installed my machine and taken 300 rupees for installation as well as gurantee card. After two days of installation thare are water leakage problem take place in my purifier. When i again contact to the Dealer, he behave very arrogantly .whenever we tried to call him back he just say again you have to change all the components and charge for service charge.again and again..i am totally fed up the behaviour of kent dealer . He just said you didnt purchased it from my shop..we can purchased the item from any where of india and the dealer has responsibility to care the customer needs..i wish his dealship has been cancelled and do necessary action on him.                                   I am again trapped. Its very bad experience for me on this website. When i was put my complain against Kent water purifier, just after this i have received a phone call on my mobile. I have received call from [protected]. The so called caller told that he is representative of Kent and the company wants to refund my KENT product as well as a new water purifier will send to me as a free gift by the company. For this purpose the caller ask my bank account no. I have given. After this he say that he is unable to deposit my amount to the given account number because only few banks are his business partner. He ask my ATM Card No and after this he was trying to know my password.
                                  Thanks god i am safe and not trapped
                                  Thus now i am going to nearest police station for enrolled my complain against the mobile no [protected]. I will try to find out the location of the person who called my and try to cheat me.

                                    I, usha singh, phone no: [protected], lodged a complain on 11th july 2015. On 13th a technician came and said that all the filters need to be replaced, will come tomorrow and replace it. Till then no one came..my three year son is suffering from typhoid as he drank that water which is not getting purified. It is to be noted that i never delayed any of the contract renewal . My complain no. is 17429. Please take a strict action against them as they claim service in 24 hrs.

                                      KENT EXCELL+ MINERAL RO was installed on 13.03.2013 in my apartment. the serial no. is KR[protected]. And still under AMC which was renewed on 11.03.2015. i am fed up with the amount of service required. already 2 major replacements have been done, the last on 24.12.2014 at a cost of Rs 3450 fr filter replacement. minor repairs are done every couple of months due to frequent breakdowns. 2 day ago i.e. 16.07.2015 it started leaking again and today service engineer(??? highly doubt calibre) came and said filters need to be replaced as they are choked. cost Rs 2500. the so called service engineers are only interested in replacing parts which is profitable for the company. i am fed up with this product which is of a very low quality. suggest people keep away fm KENT products. i have checked and many acquaintances have had their's replaced with product fm another company

                                        I had purchase Kent RO Pearl on 6th March'2015 & it started some leakage problem, water is overflowing and not coming into the tank during last 4-5 days. In this regard i had registered a complaint to my service provider named Yess Boss(Address- 83/1/2, Aprakash Mukherjee Road Lane, Howrah-2) in contact no[protected] on 13th July'2015. But i am really sad to say that everyday after the problem has been arrived they are fooling me by saying today will go, tommorrow will go etc. but since last 4-5 days no-one hasn't came yet to solve the problem. For this negligency and poor service we are facing even some stomach problem today. I didn't expect that from the company like u. So i request you to look into this matter as soon as possible and give relief by solving my problem. i have sent the supporting documents with this compliant. Regards- Pradip Ghosh.
