Hi, i had renewed the service contract with Expert Services, vendor of Kent RO for one year from 26/4/2015 to 25/04/2016. Sales Respresentative Prasun Dey of Expert Services in Kolkata have already taken the cheque of Rs 4400 on 25th April from me for the renewal of contract howeever till date following services as per the contract has not been provided: 1. carbon filter chnage 2. sediment filter change 3.pre-filter change 4.FRT along with the membrane and now the water is not getting filtered, Infact water is simply unfit for consumption. we are currently buying water for consumption inspite of having a KENT RO at home. please resolve my issue at the earliest.     hi, i had renewed my AMC foone year service contract for one year from 26/4/2015 to 25/04/2016.         Totally Poor service and misbehaviour with the coustmor and bad Quality of Product. My friend give me gift of that Kent Ro Its a Canteen Purchase Product. on First May First after open it find over flow Water pointer breakage. Second Till time its not registered in your record and third a Request of PRE Filter Instalatation. After Continue 6 days request registred till now not complete and now getting a call your product is not registered thats why, I pay to him visit charge and he refuse to accept Company Warrenty CaRD. THANKS FOR GIVING ME YOUR BEST SERVICES NOW THINK TO TALK WITH YOU VIA CONSUMER COURT BECAUSE I AM TOTALLY HELP LESS NOW. Mr Sharad is the Instalatation Engineer contact no.           The Manufacturer. This is to your kind notice that, as one of your customer, I am forwarding the below said issues against your Mineral RO Water Purifiers. KENT SUPER+ SERIAL No.KR[protected] was purchased on 19.7.14 and it was installed after 10 days by your Authorized Service Agent BSM ENTERPRISES, Choolaimedu, Chennai. Your Service Agent every time insist to fix one extra filter, what is the necessity of the same? If it is important, why this is not come along with your machine pack. I had a complaint to your service agent for slow filling of water and more reject water. They attended and advise me to replace Sediment & Carbon filter with cost of Rs.800/- (It is happened within the Warranty Period, but no Free Replacement as against your terms & conditions of Warranty). Finally I brought those filters by their Cash Bill No.3062 dt. 21.3.15 for replacement. After one week of the said replacement, again machine performance comes down, it takes more then 6hrs. duration to fill the 8ltrs. storage capacity as well more buckets of Reject Water and Veru Poor Taste of Water . I made one more complaint to your service agent, they attended and informed me to replace another 2 filter (RO & UF Membrane) with extra filter for long life all comes together cost comes Rs.4000/- Plus. I disagree to replace the same. Within One year period after purchase of machine, how can I spent again Rs.5000/-?. If it will be extended every year, what is the use in the machine? Is it affordable cost? after the original machine cost comes to Rs.14000/- in the market. I feel it is not worth in the machine cost based on the performance, your warranty never helps anything as well as filter replacement item cost too higher and duration of the same is very short period as against your Maintenance advise. Your Service Agent aims always replace filters and sale extra filters to get more revenue, they never attend the complaints to satisfy the customer issues on the machine.             I have come across similar instances in washing machine or AC or water softener installation. the technician or service person suggest to put extra filter or some equipment and charge money for that. When called for installation support from Kent, yet again i was asked to buy an extra filter costing Rs. 1000. Why should Kent allow such things? I don't understand how can Kent miss an important filter or supply something that is necessary for a purifier seperately on extra charge. Let me know if this make sense to you.

              I bought one new kent ro recently which is under warranty. It is not working since last one week due to leakage in pump. I complained on 4th May 2015. Complain no. [protected]. Machine no. KR[protected]. But till now nobody come to attend the same.

                Bought the Machine some 1 year back and the machine stopped working for more than 7 to 8 times. Everytime we have to spend nearly 2k for the repairing. Extremely dissatisfied with the quality. I wish I had moved for other choices like Aquaguard.

                  Order placed on March 31 and today is May 9th, yet no posession of a working product. Timeline(2015): 31 March-Placed Online order at Kent Online Store 7 April -Received a non-working Kent Ozone Vegetable & Fruit Purifier. Product wouldnt turn on. Started calling the Ho but they asked me to contact B'lore office. Blore customer service person /Manikandan said he will not pickup the product as it is not RO system. I told him I can travel from my work and reminded that man clearly that it was their company's fault as they failed to deliver a working product. He said that he will get back and he didnt. Again called Kent HO (told them about their Blore service man reply) and they again asked me to contact Manikandan. 8 April - This time Manikandan handed phone to Lokesh and he agreed to pick up the product. 9 April (Sunday)- Lokesh came to pickup the product without calling me. I wasnt at home and said he will pickup the following day. Few days passed and no pickup. 21 April -Sent another mail to HO but no reply. 22 April -Called Lokesh and asked him to pickup immediately. 25 April -Lokesh picked up product Gave a call after few day and he said he is waiting for a part to be replaced and will take 3-4 days 8th March- called Manikandan/Lokesh and they told me their was a loose connection and no mention of a replacement part. I told them to give me a new product insted. They told they will call in half an hour time and as usual they didnt. Kent is run by some NALAY**S. I sent another mail to Customer care but as usual I dont think they will answer. Probably they want me to call HEMA Malini insted. Bl**dy cheap company-Kent

                  Kent [protected]@kent.co.in representative called on May 11 or 10th and enquired again about my ordeal. They said they will get back and as usual they didnt. Still no product. [protected]@kent.co.in is of no use, they just take the details and pass it to the Na**yak Bangalore team. Ozone has such Great potential and benefits to human beings BUT I feel these Kent monkeys are purposefully trying to kill demand for Ozone products by providing faulty machines and prolonging customer's problems. There is a name for such kind of a company/people.

                    I HAVE BEEN USING KENT GRAND + SINCE 2010. I HAVE COMPLAINED TO THE DEALER ABOUT THE SUDDEN PROBLEM OF THE PURIFIER . THE COMPLAINT IS GIVEN 3 DAYS BACK TO THE DEALER IN ANDHRA PRADESH ": VAINAVI ENTERPRISES OF MVP DOUBLE ROADS.NO RECTIFICATION AS OF NOW .EVEN THEY DONT PICK UP THE CALLS... NEARLY 20 CALLS PER DAY... THE PROBLEM THEY TELL ME FROM T HE PAST 3 DAYS THAT THEY HAVE A SHORTAGE OF TECHNICIANS OR THEY ARE ON LEAVE. VERY PATHETIC WAY...

                      Subjected product purchased on 12.04.15 and installed on 16.04.15. Till date two parts has been changed and still product is not working.                         Dear Team, I had lodged the complaint for my Kent RO on 10th April 2015 with service ticket no[protected] & call number is 15D014652 for servicing as the taste of water was not good. The service engineer came on 11th April 2015, citing the reason for bad taste of water as problem in filter and said that filter needs to be changed. He committed that he will replace the filter on 12th April 2015 but he did not turn up till date. I have specifically mentioned in his service book that filter needs to be replaced. Meanwhile AMC for the RO has expired on 21st April 2015. I have been receiving the calls for AMC renewal. I have told them also that one of my complaint is still open and asked about the status also, but no response. I request you to kindly look in to the matter and get the filter replaced in previous AMC period. I am highly disappointed with kent RO response. Inspite of giving reminders none of your person had turned up for servicing.This time my ticket no was[protected], I got a message on 30th April stating Rambir will attend the call but he didnt come.On 6th May, I got the message stating Dharmendra will attend the call but he also didnt come then I got the message yesterday night stating Sanjay will attend the call and today morning I got a message saying "case resolved". Being such a big brand these type of actions are not appreciated generating false reports.Kindly look into the matter and resolve the case at the earliest.

I had logged my service request ( after spending 60 minutes of talk time and 24 hours of efforts to reach Kent service support lines ) 2 days back but till date no one from Kent service visited my place for service. I have decided to go online and write detailed review on Social Media and other consumer sites about my horrible and pathetic experience about kent service so that i can prevent all your prospective customer to fall in your trap after purchase of Kent product.

                            I purchased a Kent RO some 14-18 months before .When i purchased I was told first 3 services will be free . One time service person came and serviced within 15 days of purchase and started pushing for the AMC. I was given only one number ( NERUL number by Name Pratap Sing) where i can ask technician to call for Navi Mumbai. I call that person and blocked time for services but person never appeared. I tried calling same number after few days and it didn’t respond. Then i called[protected],[protected] number (Shop No-1, Ugam Complex, Plot No-51, Sec- 40, Nerul -Seawood, Navi Mumbai maharastra - 400706 Telephone :[protected],[protected] which i got from Kent website both number are WORNG numbers . I wrote online complaint and a team called me back. Representative told me that we will give you one free servicing . As soon as I spoke to her senior he said no you will have to take AMC and then only we will do free servicing. My KENT is not working now. Please help me .

                              Hi, I purchased a Kent ro SUPER PLUS a year ago, when i purchased it at that time no one told me about how the service can be done.When i tried reaching the service centre, they gave me a complaint number & told me that our representative will attend you within 24 hours, many hours & days have passed but the representative has not yet shown his face.I am in a big difficulty because my RO is not giving me pure water now, as it should do. Please help me

                                i had purchased a kent ro purifier around 3 months ago and it was being installed by the company employee .but after installation it had not been working the company engineers had visited us 3 to 4 times and every time he came, he use to assure the functioning by making some false concepts i think the problem is with the product or else the product is duplicate so i want a replacement dont know what this big companies think o[censored]s we arent rich like u people(kent ro) my mobile number is [protected]

                                  Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased a KENT Gold purifier 7 Days ago. Now there was problem in water purifier installation, so we called to customer support office NCR[protected], they gave me another number ([protected] Mr. Ravi Kumar).I called him again and again and also sent message on whatsapp but Mr. Ravi Kumar never responded and attained any call. Many times his mobil reported switched off. We are facing the problem till 3 days, and then tried to install by myself with the help o[censored]ser manual. Somehow I installed but I am in confusion that the filter is not properly installed and filteration is not good. I was in waiting of service person but they Never picked phone and not provided any service. What should people do? I think the company KENT is a reputed company and they should not do this type cheating with innocent people who are their valuable customers. I would like to request that the company should be warned for this and should be suggested to improve their servicing quality. thanks

                                    DEAR SIR/MAM I PURCHASED RO KENT SUPER STAR WATER PURIFIER ON 09/11/2014 FROM MEERUT. BUT AFTER PURCHASING THE MACHINE WITH IN ONE MONTH THERE WAS PROBLEM LIKE MACHINE WAS NOT SHOWING ANY INDICATION ALSO MACHINE WAS NOT GIVING THE WATER. FATER THAT WE CALLED YOUR AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER AT MEERUT. THEY CAME AND DID THE SERVICE BUT AFTER THAT MACHINE IS DOING SAME PROBLEM AGAIN AND AGAIN WITH IN FEW DAYS. WE HAVE BEEN COMPLAINT SEVERAL TIMES BUT THE PROBLEM IS STILL AS IT IS. SIR PLEASE REPLACE THIS MACHINE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, BECAUSE WE CAN'T BEAR PROBLEM DAILY DAILY.                                         Hello Team, It has been really disappointing to see the response of so called number-1 compant KENT RO. I have taken RO 4 months ago from Punjab dealer and installed in Gurgaon. I have complaint on 17th April to get the service done and moreover my basic information was missing. Name- Nitin Nanchahal Phone Number-+91 [protected] Kent Model-Kent RO Grand+ Serial Number-KR[protected] Address- Flat No-34/2D, Rail Vihar, Sector-56, Gurgaon They have taken a manual compaint and told me to update my information and resolve my complaint within24-48hrs. Called up again on 22nd April, without resolving thethe issue, they have closed the previous compaint and issued new complaint id, since then i have already contacted 7 times and they are least bothered to update my information and resolve my issue. Please let me know your companies TAT(SLA) to get the issue resolved. 1) How do it possible people cannnot update the basic information of customer in 13 days? 2) Why do they fail to resolve the simple compaint? 3) Why senior people are reluctant to take the things serioursly? Every time new executive and their seniors have same old stuff answers( Your complaint was taken manually and due to some TECHNICAL ISSUES, your complaint was not processed and we will send your concern to next level and it will be resolved by end of the day and next day you will face new executive with new senior but same old stuff. Please help to esclate the issue and resolve it ASAP, i have full faith on this company but the problem is with some of executives who do not take compaint seriously, please take action against those people and save the pride of your company.
