I bought a kent ro system a year ago .. From the very first day i am facing technical issues .. Whenever i file a complaint regarding its service, they used to visit my place and replace some parts in it..i have spent more than 5000 rs on its service.. I have also taken its amc policy which is of no use... They use cheap quality products ..i have replaced its membrane which costs near around 2500 rs thrice in a year...that product doesnt...

Hi, I got filter replaced on 19th May 2015 after which there is an leakage inside the RO system. This is because the technician had not fixed the pipe firmly. Now When I called the customer care on 3rd June they said that I have to pay for the technician visit. Dear Concerned, I have bought the Kent RO AMC, last year. The concerned person was Mr. Sonu (Mb.- [protected], [protected]) which was sent by Ms. Kent. Further, it has been a very bad experience with Mr. Sonu. Atleast we have called him 20 times in last 1 year and he has come only once till now.
