I purchased "Kent Pearl" water purifier from M/s SGB Agencies, Hyderabad on 08.06.2013 vide bill no. 240. Since purchase the water coming out of it was sour in taste. Though there was four free service, but the agency never use to send the technician on their own. When I did complaint, they send the technician. Every time technician use to do servicing and cleaning of tank and use to say that now the m/c is alright. After eight to nine month of purchase, I observed that there are fungal growth(green coloured) on the body of tank at few places. When we complained, the technician came and said it is because of cleaning of tank by soap. We stopped cleaning of tank by soap, but the fungal growth again occured. Even when we collected the water in plastic bottles, the bottom part was showing this growth. After expiry of the warranty period, we paid for this matter, but still the fugal growth is occuring. By drinking this water my wife and kids are having recurring throat infections. It is evident that the machine is not purifying the water and microbes are getting passed without purification. All these times, I thought that there may be external problem, but now I am confident that machine is not working. It is very distressing that even than I am having Kent RO purifier, we are drinking contaminated water. I request you to kindly arrange to replace the machine .When we are complainting to the service centre, they are simply coming, doing regular cleaning, collecting Rs. 300/- and again problem is surfacing.     Water started leaking from the bottom of my Kent RO purifier on Wed 18th March, 2015. I registered a complaint with the service center in Jayanagar in Bangalore. (Aqua World) The technician came on 19th March and fixed the problem. He also replaced the filters. He charged Rs. 400 for the service and around 2500 for the spares. Within an hour the whole machine started overflowing with water and my entire kitchen was nearly flooded with water. I called the technician again, he came and openend the machine and realised that he had not conneted the new filters with their pipes properly. He appologised and redid the whole thing. It was fine all day but again today, the 20th of march, the leakage has started and has become unstoppable.As soon I I switch on the machine, water starts leaking from all sides.
    I complained to the Jayanagar centre only to hear her say that she does not know when the technician can come. Upon insisting that she send the person as soon as possible as its be en 2 days since we have drinking water in the house, she slammed the phone saying she cannot do anything about it.
    I have no drinking or cooking water in my house for 2 days, the technician has not come. What do I do?? Is there anyone in the company who cares about the customers??
    I have also been tying to call the srevice manager, Mr. Manikanthan, and is not answering the phone and not calling back either.

      I PURCHASED ONE KENT PEARL RO FROM M/S LUCKY ELECTRICALS, MADHU VIHAR, I.P. EXTN, DELHI 110092 ON 8-3-2015. THE MACHINE WAS INSTALLED AT MY RESIDENCE B-204, PRINCE APPTT, 54, I.P EXTENSION, DELHI-110092 IN THE EVENING ON THE SAME DAY AT ABOUT 6.00 P.M. BY YOUR TECHICIAN MR. ANIL KUMAR ( M: [protected] ). HE ALSO INSTALLED ONE EXTRA FILTER STATING THAT IT WILL INCREASE THE LIFE OF THE MACHINE. HE WAS PAID RS. 750.00 IN CASH. NO RECEIPT WAS ISSUED BY HIM FOR THIS ADDITIONAL FILTER. AFTER HE LEFT THE WATER STARTING COMING OUT FROM ALL SIDE AND BOTTOM OF THE MACHINE AFTER ABOUT 45-50 MINUTES FROM INSTALLATION. i TELEPHONE TO HIM AND HE CAME BACK AFTER ABOUT HALF AN HOUR. AFTER ATTENDING TO THE PROBLEM HE SAID THAT THE PIPES INSIDE WERE CAME OUT FROM THEIR PLACE AND HAS BEEN REFIXED. HOWEVER, AGAIN IN HE NEXT DAY MORNING THE WATER STARTING DRAINING OUT FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE MACHINE AND I HAD TO SWTICH OFF THE MACHINE. I CONTACTED MY DEALER AND HE GAVE ME THE NUMBER OF MR. S.K.MISHRA TO REPORT THIS MATTER. i MADE CONTACT WITH MR. MISHRA ON MOBILE NO. [protected] AND NARATTED THE STORY. HE TOLD ME THAT HE IS SENDING THE TECHNICIAN. I TOLD HIM THAT THE DEFECTIVE IN THE MACHINE HAS COME JUST IN ONE HOUR AFTER INSTALLATION AND I WANT THE MACHINE BE REPLACED IMMEDIATELY. HE TOLD ME THAT THE PERSON WHO COME FOR INSTALLATION DO NOT HAVE THE COMPLETE KNOWLEDGE AND NOW HE WILL SEND THE QUALIFIED ENGINEER TO PUR THE MACHINE IN ORDER AND IN CASE I AM NOT SATISFIED HE WILL REPLACE THE MACHINE. ONE ENFINEER NAMED JITENDRA CAME AND ATTENDENT THE MACHINE AND TOLD THT HE HAS REPLACED THE INNER RUBBER PIPES ABD THIS PROBLEM WILL NOT COME FURTHER. BUT TO THE UTMOST SURPRISE MACHINE AGAIN GAVE A NEW PROBLEM AND ITS INDICATOR (RED) STOPPED FUNCTIONING. I AGAIN CONTACTED MR MISHRA AND TOLD HIM THE PROBLEM WITH THE REQUEST TO REPLACE THE MACHINE. HOWEVER HE AGAIN TOLD THAT IT IS A MINOR PROBLEM AND WILL BE ATTENDED. AGAIN YOUR TECHICIAN VISITED MY RESIDENCE AND TOLD THAT ITS LED HAS FAILED AND IT WILL BE TAKEN TO THE FACTORY FOR REPAIR WHICH WILL TAKE ABOUT 3-4 DAYS TIME AND THE MACHINE WILL HAVE TO BE STOPPED. THERE WAS A LONG CONSERVATION BETWEEN HIM AND MR. S.K. MISHRA ON THIS ISSUE.THIS ALL HAPPENED ON 10TH INSTANT AND AFTER THAT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY YOUR COMPANY. ON CONTACT WITH MR MISHRA ON 11TH AGAIN HE TOLD THAT HE CAN NOT REPLACE THE MACHINE AND THE LED IS TO BE TAKEN OUT FOR REPAIR PURPOSES. I NOW REQUEST IMMEDIATE REPLACE OF THIS MACHINE FAILING WHICH I WILL NO ALTERNATIVE TO TAKE NECESSARY LEGAL ACGTION TO PROTECT MY RIGHTS UNDER THE LAW. THANKS

        Prior to servicing in the month of Feb-15, The TDS in the water was 26, but after servicing and replacing the UV Circuit Board, Two cartridges costing us approx.Rs.2500/-, the TDS is 75+ and taste of water changed. I think that the service engineer has unnecessarily changed the spares. The cartridges changed also does not belong to the Kent Pearl. It seems that service engineers are cheating the customers. I going to put this incident in the twitter so that other customers will know the facts and be cautioned while calling for service engineers.

          Dear, I am Abhijeet deshmukh, I purchase your RO unit. But after 1 year we got a problem as the unit was not working. Then we call to your service executive he came and ask us " the pump is not working need to change the, we ask about warranty but he said the period of warranty is expired. We said ok we paid the pump amt. To executive. He change my pump. After 3 days again RO machine was not working I compliant again then the executive came and change the pump again, this activity was reputed 6 time. At every call I ask to executive if the same part expired within the 8 or 9 days kindly check why this part expire. Then he s ok we change the computer panel he change and get the amt but not give us the bill. For the same. Then as on date my RO was not working. The pump of RO in warranty still.           Your area manager Mr. Shirish Mob. No. ( [protected]) call me and send the executive yesterday dt. 25/3/2015 they repair the R.O. unite and start it. The unit was working till toady's morning and stop working at 12 noon today dt. 26/3/2015. What Is This ? is this your solution after register of compliant ?
          We purchase the RO unit for pure water, currently the swain flue virus affected at all maharastra, if any one of my family affect from the any virus who is the responsible for that,

            We had taken AMC for our kent on 29/1/15. Thereafter all the filters had to be replaced. This was also done on 29/1/15. But the technician did not have 1 filter. He promised to come and fit it next time. But has been more 1 1/2 months now there has been no response from their end. In spite of repeated reminders and call - they promise to resolve within a next day. But guess their 'next day' has still not arrived. So disappointed. It is 17/3/15 today. Should not recommend Kent to anyone, as their after sales esp after AMC is very poor.

              Hello sir, I have installed kent ro grand + system in my flat, puchased date 10/03/14 from NAVIN ENTERPRISES, Durga vihar complex, shop no-05, S.P. verma road patna-1.The technician came and installed RO system but we did not get the water taste as like as the other RO system installed my other house. I have made complaint to our service frenchisee KAILASH INTENATIONAL, 1st floor, madhuri Bhavan, Jamal road, patna-1.The technician came and again set the tds to 50ppm but again we didnot get the taste.after that we have complained 4 times again for same reason but didnot get resolved.Technician said that the RO will give the proper taste of water after the filter change.My RO system's filter has been changed on dated14.03.15.But still we didnot get my problem solved.Kindly look into the matter and change my RO purifier as soon as possibe.

                I had purchased Kent RO grand plus a week ago and I'm not happy with its performance. Facing a lot of leakage problems and water doesn't look pure. A friend of mine suggests that I post my complaint on www.waterconsumer.org for immediate help and solution. Need a fix or replacement for this immediately.

                  I have Purchased Kent Maxx and since beginning of its installation it is having some manufacturing defects. Post Sales Service is very Poor of kent it took around 2 months to get repaired and again after 2 months it has started creating problem. Now, I'm frustrated with the product and its services. As we both are working, we do follow up once in 2 days. But highly dissatisfied with the product. Never go for Kent's product.

                  The persons with RO Filter residing in KOLKATA we provide servicing of any brand RO Filter at very reasonable rates and only charge when the problem is solved, no visiting charge is taken, when we solve the problem we charge. So we will be happy if you call us at [protected] or mail us at [protected]@gmail.com. We always try to be on time so that our customers don't face purified water shortage.

                    Dear sir, This is to bring to your knowledge that i have a kent RO model no 1041.I have locked a complaint to kent that machine is not woking, engineer visited and replaced the choke and made the instrument working and charged about 1200 rs.On next day instrument stops woking.We again called same service person and he again replaced the choke. on next day again instrument stops working, service person came and replaced the choke again, unluckly on next day instrument does not work, again we called him and then he came and replaced the adapter of rs 935. in this total i have spend rs about 3200 rs.my complaint no-14D454530.Please take into notice that i have not got resolution of the problem in one time and i have to call kent persons again and again.please look this matter with attention as your service persons are not trained to identify the right problem and secondly customer is suffering from huge money loss. i hope you have understand my concern, request you to do th need full regards kapil checker [protected]

                        Sir, I have purchased kent grand + ro sr no. KR[protected]. FROM RAMA REFRIGERATION, ALLAHABAD. dated 24, 2.14 bill no. 455. 1- not a single free service was provided by company. 2- 9 th march 2015 I called for servicing and complaint that water purifier is not working properly. 3. 10 th march 2015 service eng Mr Satyander came and checked R O machine. 4. He asked for warranty card and said that filters are not working properly. And Rs 3500.00 will be charged if you want proper tds. Because warranty is finish. Question is that 1. R O filter defective in just 15 days after warrenty period. 2. why free service was not provided by company. 3. why he asked for money for replacement of three filter. 4. TDS input 550 out put TDS 360 this is the duty of the companyto check the system properly time to time after sale.                           I had purchased Kent RO (dual storage model) in August'14 and was told that 2 free services will be provided to me. Since its been 6 months, I thought of logging a call for the service. I registered a ticket on 27-Feb-2015 and have been following up since then. First the Manager stopped responding to my calls and then when I escalated, the Area manager assured me that it would be done immediately. Now the area manager is irresponsible enough that he stopped taking my calls or responding to any of my request. Had it been any money involved, these guys would have come running towards my house. Very bad after sales service and am planning to sell this product on OLX and buy any competitor product which of course provides good after sales service. Currently I am based out of Gurgaon.

                            I have purchased the machine in the name of green traders, my no. Is [protected], 2 years ago and since its warranty there has been a lots of issues in machine. Continuing problem in machine, there is an leakage in machine once repaired in February 2015 is again occurred Within a months time. Complaints on 25/3/14, 22/7/14, 20/8/14, 27/9/14, 30/12/14 & 25/2/15 & today again on 9/3/15 as per records available with me. Every time mechanic charges some money and today also he asks for 2400/- As if I have done a mistake by purchasing Kent. Kindly clear the issues with a Good experienced person n without any charges whatsoever or else I'll go in consumer forum.

                              Dear All @Kent, I have purchased a kent water purifier on 06/07/2014 and is facing problem since then.. I was a customer of Eureka Forbes and have upgraded to kent last year.. my experience with this purifier (KENT) is very sad and have got it repaired 2 times since then. The said purifier is not working today also and am very fed up with this now.. Requesting you to please look in to this and get the same replaced with a new one. Regards, Manish Jain [protected]

                                Dear sir, When we switch on the RO, water starts dripping from inside and starts going even out of the machine. We have called the distributor many times, but of no use. They are making fun of the brand name of KENT. Please look into the matter and make my RO functional as normal.                                   Tripura Gramin Bank, HO, Agartala has purchased 2 nos. Kent water purifier Machines for its corporate office, during last December, 2013. Within 4-5 months of its installation, the Machines started working badly. It is presumed that we were supplied substandard Machines. Kent RO System Ltd has cheated us. We have lodged complaint number of times. But post sale service has been woefully bad. Service men attended rarely. Now the Machines are completely out of order. Finally, we would request to kindly look into the matter either to repair or replace the machines. Other wise we would have no option but to proceed to Consumer Furom for appropriate reddressal. R.                                     Poor quality of filters and Uneconomical maintenance I had purchased a KENT mineral RO Water Purifier last year from Spacenet DTH Services (Kent authorized services franchise), Hyderabad ( Serial No. KR[protected] and installed in the month of May, 2013. Servicing of this RO Filter was done on 24.08.14 and service charges of Rs.350/- was paid by me because I forgot to have free service within one year. Even after servicing it was giving trouble and within a month. On 20.09.2014, filters were changed at the cost of Rs. 800/-. After changing the filters it again started giving troubles and in the month of October it was suggested to change the RO membrane at a cost of Rs. 2500/- with service charges of Rs. 350/- at a total cost of Rs. 2850/- . With this expenditure I paid an amount of Rs. 4350/- on this Kent water purifier in less than 1 ½ year of service. After going through service Booklet, I found that RO membrane should be replaced once in two years to operate at its best. As RO membrane got defective in less than two years. Total amount of replace met that is Rs 2850/- should be refunded to me. Again in the month of March 15, just after less than 6 months the filter started giving trouble. Service Engineer visited and replaced the filter candle and charged Rs. 1350/-including Rs 350/- as service charge.It seams that this item is having some manufacturing defect.Neither supplier nor service center is helping in this regard. This KENT RO water purifier has become a money eating device for me.Now, I am regretting my decision to purchase this new purifier because this brand new purifier is demanding so much of money in its maintenance. I do not know what will happen after some years. (though my colony people are replacing once in four/five years), There is no system of replying to the complain in their feedback portal. For a nuclear family of Two Adult and Two Children replacement of RO membrane within a short period about one year is ridiculous Previously, I was having Aqua Guard purifier which was not a money eating device and I remained satisfied with that for more than 10 years even without replacing the UV lamp that is still working well.

                                      Dear kent Dealer and service team, I had purchased one water filter Model Grand Plus from us on 09.05.14 ( invoice no. 65435/14-15).It is observed that the RO filter is not functioning properly. This subject matter is shared with Mr. Bagci over the phone. Refer to the same he instructed a chemical wash of RO filter which can cause more damage to the RO filter & will degrade the quality of the drinking water. Hence it is not understood why there is no instruction for the replacement of RO filter. In due course i would like to share that i am being informed at least 90 % TDS will be removed at the time of purchasing the KENT GRAND +. But it is observed that the TDS level is high. The Raw water TDS is 1200 ppm and the TDS of filtered water is more than 150 ppm.It means fake information is give to the customer. 1) within warranty period the chocking of RO filter twice. 2) Machine is not functioning properly. 3) Aloofness of Mt. Bagci, Mr. Tapas Patra(Dealer), & Mr. Dharampal (distributor) 4)Fake commitment to the customer.
