I have Purchased Kent Maxx and since beginning of its installation it is having some manufacturing defects. Post Sales Service is very Poor of kent it took around 2 months to get repaired and again after 2 months it has started creating problem. Now, I'm frustrated with the product and its services. As we both are working, we do follow up once in 2 days. But highly dissatisfied with the product. Never go for Kent's product.

The persons with RO Filter residing in KOLKATA we provide servicing of any brand RO Filter at very reasonable rates and only charge when the problem is solved, no visiting charge is taken, when we solve the problem we charge. So we will be happy if you call us at [protected] or mail us at [protected]@gmail.com. We always try to be on time so that our customers don't face purified water shortage.

    Dear sir, This is to bring to your knowledge that i have a kent RO model no 1041.I have locked a complaint to kent that machine is not woking, engineer visited and replaced the choke and made the instrument working and charged about 1200 rs.On next day instrument stops woking.We again called same service person and he again replaced the choke. on next day again instrument stops working, service person came and replaced the choke again, unluckly on next day instrument does not work, again we called him and then he came and replaced the adapter of rs 935. in this total i have spend rs about 3200 rs.my complaint no-14D454530.Please take into notice that i have not got resolution of the problem in one time and i have to call kent persons again and again.please look this matter with attention as your service persons are not trained to identify the right problem and secondly customer is suffering from huge money loss. i hope you have understand my concern, request you to do th need full regards kapil checker [protected]

        Sir, I have purchased kent grand + ro sr no. KR[protected]. FROM RAMA REFRIGERATION, ALLAHABAD. dated 24, 2.14 bill no. 455. 1- not a single free service was provided by company. 2- 9 th march 2015 I called for servicing and complaint that water purifier is not working properly. 3. 10 th march 2015 service eng Mr Satyander came and checked R O machine. 4. He asked for warranty card and said that filters are not working properly. And Rs 3500.00 will be charged if you want proper tds. Because warranty is finish. Question is that 1. R O filter defective in just 15 days after warrenty period. 2. why free service was not provided by company. 3. why he asked for money for replacement of three filter. 4. TDS input 550 out put TDS 360 this is the duty of the companyto check the system properly time to time after sale.           I had purchased Kent RO (dual storage model) in August'14 and was told that 2 free services will be provided to me. Since its been 6 months, I thought of logging a call for the service. I registered a ticket on 27-Feb-2015 and have been following up since then. First the Manager stopped responding to my calls and then when I escalated, the Area manager assured me that it would be done immediately. Now the area manager is irresponsible enough that he stopped taking my calls or responding to any of my request. Had it been any money involved, these guys would have come running towards my house. Very bad after sales service and am planning to sell this product on OLX and buy any competitor product which of course provides good after sales service. Currently I am based out of Gurgaon.

            I have purchased the machine in the name of green traders, my no. Is [protected], 2 years ago and since its warranty there has been a lots of issues in machine. Continuing problem in machine, there is an leakage in machine once repaired in February 2015 is again occurred Within a months time. Complaints on 25/3/14, 22/7/14, 20/8/14, 27/9/14, 30/12/14 & 25/2/15 & today again on 9/3/15 as per records available with me. Every time mechanic charges some money and today also he asks for 2400/- As if I have done a mistake by purchasing Kent. Kindly clear the issues with a Good experienced person n without any charges whatsoever or else I'll go in consumer forum.

              Dear All @Kent, I have purchased a kent water purifier on 06/07/2014 and is facing problem since then.. I was a customer of Eureka Forbes and have upgraded to kent last year.. my experience with this purifier (KENT) is very sad and have got it repaired 2 times since then.                 Dear sir, When we switch on the RO, water starts dripping from inside and starts going even out of the machine. We have called the distributor many times, but of no use. They are making fun of the brand name of KENT. Please look into the matter and make my RO functional as normal. It is hardly a week we have purchased it, and this kent RO is making us feel that we have made a wrong choice of buying the product. Please help us.

                  Tripura Gramin Bank, HO, Agartala has purchased 2 nos. Kent water purifier Machines for its corporate office, during last December, 2013. Within 4-5 months of its installation, the Machines started working badly. It is presumed that we were supplied substandard Machines. Kent RO System Ltd has cheated us. We have lodged complaint number of times. But post sale service has been woefully bad. Service men attended rarely. Now the Machines are completely out of order. Finally, we would request to kindly look into the matter either to repair or replace the machines. Other wise we would have no option but to proceed to Consumer Furom for appropriate reddressal. R.                     Poor quality of filters and Uneconomical maintenance I had purchased a KENT mineral RO Water Purifier last year from Spacenet DTH Services (Kent authorized services franchise), Hyderabad ( Serial No. KR[protected] and installed in the month of May, 2013. Servicing of this RO Filter was done on 24.08.14 and service charges of Rs.350/- was paid by me because I forgot to have free service within one year. Even after servicing it was giving trouble and within a month. On 20.09.2014, filters were changed at the cost of Rs. 800/-. After changing the filters it again started giving troubles and in the month of October it was suggested to change the RO membrane at a cost of Rs. 2500/- with service charges of Rs. 350/- at a total cost of Rs. 2850/- . With this expenditure I paid an amount of Rs. 4350/- on this Kent water purifier in less than 1 ½ year of service. After going through service Booklet, I found that RO membrane should be replaced once in two years to operate at its best. As RO membrane got defective in less than two years. Total amount of replace met that is Rs 2850/- should be refunded to me. Again in the month of March 15, just after less than 6 months the filter started giving trouble. Service Engineer visited and replaced the filter candle and charged Rs. 1350/-including Rs 350/- as service charge.It seams that this item is having some manufacturing defect.Neither supplier nor service center is helping in this regard. This KENT RO water purifier has become a money eating device for me.Now, I am regretting my decision to purchase this new purifier because this brand new purifier is demanding so much of money in its maintenance. I do not know what will happen after some years. (though my colony people are replacing once in four/five years), There is no system of replying to the complain in their feedback portal. This KENT RO water purifier has become a money eating device for me.Now, I am regretting my decision to purchase this new purifier because this brand new purifier is demanding so much of money in its maintenance. For a nuclear family of Two Adult and Two Children replacement of RO membrane within a short period about one year is ridiculous Previously, I was having Aqua Guard purifier which was not a money eating device and I remained satisfied with that for more than 10 years even without replacing the UV lamp that is still working well.

                      Dear kent Dealer and service team, I had purchased one water filter Model Grand Plus from us on 09.05.14 ( invoice no. 65435/14-15).It is observed that the RO filter is not functioning properly. This subject matter is shared with Mr. Bagci over the phone. Refer to the same he instructed a chemical wash of RO filter which can cause more damage to the RO filter & will degrade the quality of the drinking water. Hence it is not understood why there is no instruction for the replacement of RO filter. In due course i would like to share that i am being informed at least 90 % TDS will be removed at the time of purchasing the KENT GRAND +. But it is observed that the TDS level is high. The Raw water TDS is 1200 ppm and the TDS of filtered water is more than 150 ppm.It means fake information is give to the customer. 1) within warranty period the chocking of RO filter twice. 2) Machine is not functioning properly. 3) Aloofness of Mt. Bagci, Mr. Tapas Patra(Dealer), & Mr. Dharampal (distributor) 4)Fake commitment to the customer.

                            I spent my hard earned money & bought Kent Supreme worth INR 17000 on 23rd of August 2014. People came for the first service after four months and after that problem started. After a day of the first service this filter is taking 1hr 30 mins to fill the entire tank more over continuous flow of wastage water that generally happens when the filter is on, that was stopped. When the service people came they said RO candle is not working and they changed it. After this later more after one week my filter stopped working entirely. Again people from service centre came and fixed that up. Presently this product is working fine. The main pain that I got and still worried is that since this filter is in its warranty period hence there is no charges incurred. Once the warranty is void then the charges comes in. If is span of six months this product was hospitalised twice and its parts are getting damaged so frequently, what will happen when the warranty will be void. I think while purchasing this product I was given a dead product because of which every parts of this filter getting spoiled every now and then. I informed Kent about it and asked them to change this product but they are not giving hit to my words. Whenever i'm calling them up to speak with their manager, I am informed that he is not available and will contact me later. This is just ridiculous when nothing works people simply run away from the field. Kent says they are WORLD's NO 1 water filter, I say simply rubbish...just wastage of money. Anthony [protected]

                              Dear Sir, I would like to bring to your notice that I am a valued customer of KENT RO for almost 10 years. During the period, my RO system was frequently serviced and the filters were changed periodically resulting in its satisfactory working up to last year. In April 2014, my RO stopped filtering water. When I complained, the service person came and told us that the membrane is totally clogged and needs to be replaced with a new one. On his advice, the membrane along with filters was replaced. Last month, we observed that the speed of filtering has slowed down, so we complained about the same to the service centre. The service person came and to our shock, he suggested that the membrane needs to be changed again. I am aghast to observe that the original membrane was changed after 9 years and the latest membrane needs a replacement in just 9 months! I would like you to know that I am living at the same place for the last 10 years and there is no appreciable change in water quality. People are using other water purifiers and the membrane has not been replaced in the last 2-3 years. Also, I have a small family and am not a heavy user of water. Keeping all above in mind, it looks that either the serviceman could not understand the real problem as my RO is still filtering but at a very low pace or the supplied membrane and the related filter were below standard. In both the cases, I am at a receiving end with none of my fault and drinking water by buying from the market. Sir, I am recommending KENT RO to virtually everyone and giving my own example that their membrane is a quality product and needs no replacement for a long time. However, this incident has shocked me. In view of the above, you are kindly requested to look into the matter and do the needful on urgent basis. NALIN K.                               I stay in the same area as Nalin but a different society (Silver City in Sector 93). I'm also having exactly the same issue as Nalin, just that in my case the RO Membrane (Installed on Nov 27, 2014) has stopped working in just about 3 months. The original membrane for me also lasted a long time and its this membrane that I have had an issue with.


                              I have also taken an AMC from Kent and get my RO serviced frequently. I think this membrane had an issue right from the begining as their was an issue with the water ever since it was installed. We made complaints and the service engineers did something (in one case even changing the motor) but the issue persisted. I made a compliant again just a few days back and was shocked when the service engineer told me that the membrane (installed in November 2014) is clogged and need to be replaced (just after 3 months) as the warranty is only for 3 months. This leads me to believe that they actually did not fix my issue earlier and were just waiting for 3 months to get over so that they can sell me another membrane.


                              When I insisted on getting in writing that the warranty on membrane is just '3 months' I was told by the service engineer and even Mr. Sachin (ASM) that 'THERE IS NOTHING IN WRITING' and thus can't be provided. As Nalin also mentioned a brochure on KENT website says that 'RO Membrane should be replaced in 2 years' and in case it is replaced and gets clogged within a year it will be cleaned/repaired/replaced free of cost. Getting the product warranty in writing is our 'RIGHT' as a customer and must be provided and 'KENT' cannot deny us the same.


                              Last but not the least, for an RO worth Rs[protected] is the annual maintenance cost of Rs.[protected] 'JUSTIFIED' (Rs 2500*4 membranes and Rs. 2500 for AMC).


                              I honestly thought KENT was a good company (which a company impacting human health should be) but this recent experience has exposed their money making mentality and lack of care for HUMAN LIFE including Children. To make matters worse their people do not even respond to calls, which is very unfortunate. Vivek Chaturvedi (vivek.[protected]@gmail.com).                               Kent has got to be the worst organised company and their helpdesk the most 'HELPLESS'.


                              I have been proactively called twice by their helpdesk and assured that someone will call me but unfortunately no one calls.


                              I will now be filing a compliant with the consumer forum against KENT for misleading customers on the following counts:
                              - That membrane replacement warranty is only 3 months (whereas the website says it will be replaced/cleaned if it stops working in less than a year)
                              - Refusing to give me in writing that the membrane replacement warranty is just 3 months
                              - My compliant remaining open despite I having paid for the full years AMC.


                              Never thought someone who deals in a product that directly impacts human health could be so reckless and behave like a cheat. I'm sure people who started this company didn't want to do this and its the others who are tarnishing the brand in the name of profits. SHAME ON YOU!
                              After almost 2 weeks I have been informed by Kent that they WILL NOT GIVE ME IN WRITING that the membrane they replaced on Nov 27, 2014 carries a warranty of only 3 months and that I will have to pay up for a new membrane as this is decision of done Mr. Chauhan, who happens to be their Area manager.

                              I will now file a compliant against Kent for denial of my fundamental right as a customer to receive complete details related to the product that I have paid for. #KENTROFRAUDS

                                Dear Sir, I have purchased a KENT GRAND Water purifier from ABBREVIATION Home & Kitchen Appliances, Head Office 133A J.K.Street, Uttarpara, Hooghly, Ph.[protected]/65198072, Branch Office 175 G T Road, Badamtala, Ramkrishna Apartment, Shop No.9, Baidyabati, Hooghly. I have paid the amount Rs.18, 000/- by three installments. Since purchase two months were working properly but after then it is disturbing several times. My sincere thanks to the Agents that when I call over telephone they came and immediately repaired. I want to know that why the machine is not working properly and disturbing several times and how many days I will suffer and after completion of Warranty period should I dispose the machine permanently? I need your valuable opinion at the earliest so that I can take necessary steps further.                                 Hello I see you have an unpleasant experience with your water purifier. A friend of mine had a similar problem, she posted her complaint on http://www.waterconsumer.org/post-reviews-complaints.php and got it rectified immediately. You too can follow the same.

                                  I have purchased kent grand +, i am getting frequent problem one or another even after regular serv ice i fed with the problems. last two weeks back i changesd the motor . filter & membrance alomost all part. spent nearly INR 9000..nw again i am getting problem if cal the same service guy he cell is switched off.. by unknowlingly i drunk unpurified water & suffering from typhoid... worst service & worst product.. dont go for kent...

                                    I had bought Kent Grand + about 2 years ago.It was printed on the machine that FILTER CHANGE ALARM but i hadn't heard any alarm since it was bought.

                                      This is reference to Order No: [protected] & Invoice: BM808 for Kent supreme model water filter. We have bought Kent supreme model from SRS Enterprises, Bangalore with Invoice Reference Number bm808 dated 20th September 2014. It’s just 3 months over, I have observed within 3 months 2 times I repaired my water filter for which I am keep paying additional money would like to understand why would I pay every time when warranty of machine is covered for 3 years. I have taken warranty as well during Purchase time. I would like to know why every visit engineer is charging visiting charge as well as Instrument replacement charge. I request you to send me scan copy of my Bill/Invoice with Warranty details including all terms conditions. Due to my shifting to US, I misplaced my actual invoice. But I do have information about Invoice and order details which I have Witten above. If anything wrong in my understanding please send me all details. Please do the needful ASAP. Send me scan copy of warranty card.

                                        Kent Gold - purified water giving very bad smell
