Hi Kent claims that we have TDS control, but i cant see any such feature in my kent pearl model instalation guy told its not necessary for you my tds in water is 42 ppm.which is some what below acceptable range., plz post pictures of it.(tds controler) [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

    I spent my hard earned money & bought Kent Supreme worth INR 17000 on 23rd of August 2014. People came for the first service after four months and after that problem started. After a day of the first service this filter is taking 1hr 30 mins to fill the entire tank more over continuous flow of wastage water that generally happens when the filter is on, that was stopped. When the service people came they said RO candle is not working and they changed it. After this later more after one week my filter stopped working entirely. Again people from service centre came and fixed that up. Presently this product is working fine. The main pain that I got and still worried is that since this filter is in its warranty period hence there is no charges incurred. Once the warranty is void then the charges comes in. If is span of six months this product was hospitalised twice and its parts are getting damaged so frequently, what will happen when the warranty will be void. I think while purchasing this product I was given a dead product because of which every parts of this filter getting spoiled every now and then. I informed Kent about it and asked them to change this product but they are not giving hit to my words. Whenever i'm calling them up to speak with their manager, I am informed that he is not available and will contact me later. This is just ridiculous when nothing works people simply run away from the field. Kent says they are WORLD's NO 1 water filter, I say simply rubbish...just wastage of money. Anthony [protected]

      Dear Sir, I would like to bring to your notice that I am a valued customer of KENT RO for almost 10 years. During the period, my RO system was frequently serviced and the filters were changed periodically resulting in its satisfactory working up to last year. In April 2014, my RO stopped filtering water. When I complained, the service person came and told us that the membrane is totally clogged and needs to be replaced with a new one. On his advice, the membrane along with filters was replaced. Last month, we observed that the speed of filtering has slowed down, so we complained about the same to the service centre. The service person came and to our shock, he suggested that the membrane needs to be changed again. I am aghast to observe that the original membrane was changed after 9 years and the latest membrane needs a replacement in just 9 months! I would like you to know that I am living at the same place for the last 10 years and there is no appreciable change in water quality. People are using other water purifiers and the membrane has not been replaced in the last 2-3 years. Also, I have a small family and am not a heavy user of water. Keeping all above in mind, it looks that either the serviceman could not understand the real problem as my RO is still filtering but at a very low pace or the supplied membrane and the related filter were below standard. In both the cases, I am at a receiving end with none of my fault and drinking water by buying from the market. Sir, I am recommending KENT RO to virtually everyone and giving my own example that their membrane is a quality product and needs no replacement for a long time. However, this incident has shocked me. In view of the above, you are kindly requested to look into the matter and do the needful on urgent basis. NALIN K.       I stay in the same area as Nalin but a different society (Silver City in Sector 93). I'm also having exactly the same issue as Nalin, just that in my case the RO Membrane (Installed on Nov 27, 2014) has stopped working in just about 3 months. The original membrane for me also lasted a long time and its this membrane that I have had an issue with.


      I have also taken an AMC from Kent and get my RO serviced frequently. I think this membrane had an issue right from the begining as their was an issue with the water ever since it was installed. We made complaints and the service engineers did something (in one case even changing the motor) but the issue persisted. I made a compliant again just a few days back and was shocked when the service engineer told me that the membrane (installed in November 2014) is clogged and need to be replaced (just after 3 months) as the warranty is only for 3 months. This leads me to believe that they actually did not fix my issue earlier and were just waiting for 3 months to get over so that they can sell me another membrane.


      When I insisted on getting in writing that the warranty on membrane is just '3 months' I was told by the service engineer and even Mr. Sachin (ASM) that 'THERE IS NOTHING IN WRITING' and thus can't be provided. As Nalin also mentioned a brochure on KENT website says that 'RO Membrane should be replaced in 2 years' and in case it is replaced and gets clogged within a year it will be cleaned/repaired/replaced free of cost. Getting the product warranty in writing is our 'RIGHT' as a customer and must be provided and 'KENT' cannot deny us the same.


      Last but not the least, for an RO worth Rs[protected] is the annual maintenance cost of Rs.[protected] 'JUSTIFIED' (Rs 2500*4 membranes and Rs. 2500 for AMC).


      I honestly thought KENT was a good company (which a company impacting human health should be) but this recent experience has exposed their money making mentality and lack of care for HUMAN LIFE including Children. To make matters worse their people do not even respond to calls, which is very unfortunate. Vivek Chaturvedi (vivek.[protected]@gmail.com).       Kent has got to be the worst organised company and their helpdesk the most 'HELPLESS'.


      I have been proactively called twice by their helpdesk and assured that someone will call me but unfortunately no one calls.


      I will now be filing a compliant with the consumer forum against KENT for misleading customers on the following counts:
      - That membrane replacement warranty is only 3 months (whereas the website says it will be replaced/cleaned if it stops working in less than a year)
      - Refusing to give me in writing that the membrane replacement warranty is just 3 months
      - My compliant remaining open despite I having paid for the full years AMC.


      Never thought someone who deals in a product that directly impacts human health could be so reckless and behave like a cheat. I'm sure people who started this company didn't want to do this and its the others who are tarnishing the brand in the name of profits. SHAME ON YOU!
      After almost 2 weeks I have been informed by Kent that they WILL NOT GIVE ME IN WRITING that the membrane they replaced on Nov 27, 2014 carries a warranty of only 3 months and that I will have to pay up for a new membrane as this is decision of done Mr. Chauhan, who happens to be their Area manager.

      I will now file a compliant against Kent for denial of my fundamental right as a customer to receive complete details related to the product that I have paid for. #KENTROFRAUDS

      My ro is been troubling me in last 30 days on a product of 15000 i put on another 6000 to replace things and still it is leaking calling the local person but no response Really kent is all talk, no walk

        Dear Sir, I have purchased a KENT GRAND Water purifier from ABBREVIATION Home & Kitchen Appliances, Head Office 133A J.K.Street, Uttarpara, Hooghly, Ph.[protected]/65198072, Branch Office 175 G T Road, Badamtala, Ramkrishna Apartment, Shop No.9, Baidyabati, Hooghly. I have paid the amount Rs.18, 000/- by three installments. Since purchase two months were working properly but after then it is disturbing several times. My sincere thanks to the Agents that when I call over telephone they came and immediately repaired. I want to know that why the machine is not working properly and disturbing several times and how many days I will suffer and after completion of Warranty period should I dispose the machine permanently? I need your valuable opinion at the earliest so that I can take necessary steps further.           I have purchased kent grand +, i am getting frequent problem one or another even after regular serv ice i fed with the problems. last two weeks back i changesd the motor . filter & membrance alomost all part. spent nearly INR 9000..nw again i am getting problem if cal the same service guy he cell is switched off.. by unknowlingly i drunk unpurified water & suffering from typhoid... worst service & worst product.. dont go for kent...

              This is reference to Order No: [protected] & Invoice: BM808 for Kent supreme model water filter. We have bought Kent supreme model from SRS Enterprises, Bangalore with Invoice Reference Number bm808 dated 20th September 2014. It’s just 3 months over, I have observed within 3 months 2 times I repaired my water filter for which I am keep paying additional money would like to understand why would I pay every time when warranty of machine is covered for 3 years. I have taken warranty as well during Purchase time. I would like to know why every visit engineer is charging visiting charge as well as Instrument replacement charge. I request you to send me scan copy of my Bill/Invoice with Warranty details including all terms conditions. Due to my shifting to US, I misplaced my actual invoice. But I do have information about Invoice and order details which I have Witten above. If anything wrong in my understanding please send me all details. Please do the needful ASAP.                 Kent Gold - purified water giving very bad smell

I always subscribe for AMC(service Code 5421) to get good service but I am sorry to inform you that your local franchisee at Ambala .M/s Hardeek Care Services Shop no. 56 lal kurti bazaar near Bus Stand, Ambala Cantt.Telephone : [protected], [protected]has failed to provide services.I called the franchisee on 23 Jan for service but he failed to provide satisfactory services with excuses like spares not available etc.

                    Dear Sir, I would iike to bring in your kind notice that I have purchased your water purifier Kent RO Grand+ on 2nd September 2013 from your dealer M/S Kitchen Care Patiala Punjab vide invoice number 9633. It is almost more than one year time passed but nobody came for its service and when I have contacted for the same their approach is totally different. They denied to give us free service facility by saying that it is out of warranty and if we want service then we have to pay for the same. Logically it is their duty to inform us timely for the same but nobody approached us and even when we approached then their behavior and dealing is also very rude. Kindly look into the matter and give me solution for the same.

                      sir, we had purchased Kent RO device dated 9/06/2014, after 2 months we put a additional system for water purifying ( Rs-1000/-), Next day it gives leakage, immediately we informed to service center, but no response, after several call he come & rectified, last one month we are facing problem, it is in brake down condition in between one day service man made repair and replace the some coil and take money (Rs 250 /-), after next day again it is same in brake down condition, there fore we are requested kindly properly rectified or replace new one, provide proper Sr.service person arrange with in two days from received phone call from customer.

                        We have purchased kent elite mineral RO on19/05/2014 from your dealer Gladiator Engineers, Trichy 18.SERIAL NO IS KR[protected] Now it is not working .Being the government organisation nearly 40 to 50 staffs are working in our office we are facing lot of problems .We have called the engineers for servicing but he is blaming us and not attending.only once he visited and said there is no problem in the purifier and inflow of water is not so force so only problem he told.then why salt water is coming, automatically machine is not switched off heavy water flow in the cabins etc .Kindly take necessary steps to rectify our problem else matter will viewed seriously.                           Hi, I have bought the kent supreme model in may'14 and from then onwards almost it has stopped working for more that 7-8 times. It is really very problematic . We donot have any other source of drining water at home. Can you please make an arrangement so thjat we can get a replaced model. You can understand, if a new machone stops working in every 10-15 days. We then need to buy water and drink and do our works. please do the needful

                              I purchased a KENT SUPER PLUS (Mineral RO Water Purifier) on[protected] through online. Invoice no : WSM 13000975. S/N : KR[protected]. During sale we were committed by company person that there are 4 free servicing in the first year of purchase this product. It’s now almost 1.5 years and no one from company side came and visited the product for servicing. ‘PRAMIT ENTERPRISES’ who are the authorized service provider of this company and Mr. Pramod Kumar Nag ([protected]/[protected]) is the concerned person of ‘PRAMIT ENTERPRISES’. For almost last one year we have repeatedly contacted both ‘PRAMIT ENTERPRISE’ and ‘KENT CUSTOMER CARE’ for servicing the product we have purchased. However no one came and visited at our place. Always both parties are asking me to contact the other party for availing the free service. And each time both parties kept on giving false commitment to us. For last one we are not being able to drink water of the purifier that we purchased. Unfortunately we used the purifier’s water to make my one year daughter’s food. And the very next my daughter was admitted to nursing home for 4 days for diarrhea. In media KENT shows that they help us to drink the best water and provide the best service. But I must say that KENT is the worst company I have ever seen. They don’t even bother to solve customer’s problem. We have never seen such an unprofessional and irresponsible organization before. They only know to sell their product but don’t bother for after sales support. We are really suffering now to purchase purifier from KENT. This is our worst mistake to purchase the KENT purifier. Last week also I called on the customer care and again I was routed to ‘PRAMIT ENTERPRISE’ and they said that we have to pay for service since the warranty period is over. My question is that if there is any dispute in the purifier then why should I pay because of company’s irresponsibility and unprofessionalism?                               Not possible. I received a call from your side and that caller (a lady) promised to send a technician to my house to resolve this issue. However that was also a fake commitment. No one from your company side came and resolved this issue.

                                I m fully harassed from kentro service provider i call many times to service man that didnt come our destination and always give a excuses..and now our ro has a low tds n have a change of water taste company will fully irr responsible and cant fulfill my complaint and its dangerous for our health.please take action immediately as fast as possible...

                                  Hi Team, Kent RO Service Engineer visited my place after a routine service call. However my work is not completed fully but he has taken the full payment from me and assure me that he will be coming next day or max next to next day (engineer visited on[protected]. But after several times of calling he is not coming and not responding my phone calls. Service engineer came and told me that there is a problem in my RO Filter. So he replaced that filter forcefully. But there was no alarm indicating in my RO. However without alarm he suppose to replace my RO Membrane !! He only replace my RO Filter but didn't do any maintenance of other filter, other paths of RO machine & Side filter. This time simply I called the Service engineer for only routine maintenance. So I am requesting you to provide me the service engineer in my place again this time I will not pay any fee to them.                                     I am Murali kumar R, residing in Triplicane, Chennai 600005. This is my number [protected]. I got my Kent RO serviced only 4 months back by replacing RO Membrane, Sediment and Carbon filters. But again I have got the problem in my RO and the technician is telling that my RO membrane has got blocked. The rate of the RO membrane is Rs.2500. How can we be able to change our RO filters once in three to four months. The other brands RO filters(like Eureka Forbes) are coming for around 1 year, if not for atleast for 10 months. When we approached the kent service center in chennai, they say that they can change the RO filter within warranty only if it gets obsolete within 3 months. They themselves are accepting that the life of the RO will not come for a year or so. We need a replacement of our RO membrane without cost because we cant bear the cost of 2500 for every 4 months. It is upto to them to provide a good quality membrane and sediment and carbon filters. Atleast they should manufacture the candles according to the quality of water in the city.

                                      i have bought a KENT MAXX by May last week 2014. Filter Alarm went on beeping now unauthorized service dealer has changed filters and charged me INR 1500/- where as original Filters cost INR 850/- which i checked with a authorized dealer Kumar Electronics in Tuticorin. Kindly place a law suit againts Vintech Contact number:[protected] as the person was irresponsible in answering. If i am asked to produce the bill & product with replaced spare i will.
