My water purifier, purchased in Feb, is not working electrically. Even though water is coming out, no light is glowing inside. The water tastes just like tap water. We have bought grand+ and from the day we bought we are frequently got irritated because of the worst product. Always we faced problem like motor gets down, some tubes not working. We purchased Kent RO Grand+ an year back and during the warranty period itself it broke down 6 times and the agent Aishwarya Solar Technologies sent in guys to fix them after repeated calls to customer care.
