I am facing the issues from Kent RO Grand model since 7 months. I have been using Kent RO for last 3 years and it had no complaints. Hi, I have bought Kent RO + UV filter, model Super Grand Plus last year. It needs servicing as I could hear continuous alarm (mentioned in the user guide). I called the local service centre in Bangalore and the service person came on the next day, service complaint number C2102. As per the service person, the "choke" needs to be changed in the purifier.
