I purchased Kent Ro water purify on 4 December 2014. Last eights months i have face many problems for performance of Machines. Seven time its repaired. Change the parts.but still machine is not working properly. I request many times to change the machines, but they ignore my suggestion.

I would like to inform you about your Service team who had contacted me and said that my System is due for service. Dear Sir. I was contacted by Kent Ro Dwarka Named Miss Neha Mob. No. [protected] and send a person Named Aman Mob. No. [protected] to my House for checking the system and as he assumed that filter has to be changed and one in fact my system was in good condition but i told him to change and do what ever is needed but he promised to come back the next day and he kept the system in broken condition this was on 20.09.2014. Till date no one came and no one is picking my calls. Now i am sending this complain to you before going to Consumer Court and i am looking for an Immediate action from your good self. Thanking you

      RO is not working properly since 20th Aug 2014, sensor is malfunctioning due to which tank is not filling up even when it is empty.the problem started since power supply unit was changed. Earlier the moment water is taken out from the tank sensor activated & tank started filling up & when tank get filled up sensor cut off but it is not so now. after complaining again & again no one has visited, they only promise to come & we are keep on waiting. We are boiling the water since last 03 days then what is the use of having RO.this is the worst service I had ever faced which hamper the reputation of your company as well. Therefore, we request you to kindly do the needful at your end & send the expert service engineer to resolve the problem. Thanks with regards.         We have bought Kent RO thinking this is the best RO in the market but we are really dissatisfied with the product and services. We bought RO in May 2013 and within next year we spend around Rs. 6000/- amount on services and repair. We spent on service and replacing candles as suggested by your customer care executive (periodic maintenance) Then just after an year and when its warranty got expired in May 2014, RO stopped working after so much follow ups with customer care, we got one of your agents visited us, then he said we need to change adapter which costs around Rs.2200/-. Since there was no other option, hence we have to go for it. Then he said we need to attach pre filter with RO so it will put less load on RO and it will increase life of RO which again need replacement of its candles on regular basis (another expense). Then after few days we noticed leakage in RO pump, again after so many followups, your representative turned up and said we need to change head of pump which costs around Rs. 650/-. When he tried to open the pump head, he discovered that one of screw was not positioned properly because of which head cannot be changed and we need to change complete pump which again costs Rs. 2400/-, since there is no other option except replacing the motor. So you can see just within 15 months of buying RO worth Rs. 10000/-, we spent another 60-70% on maintenance of RO. So you can very well imagine frustration of a middle class customer like us. Also when pump’s head can be replaced but due to manufacturing defect of pump but we need to buy new pump as warrenty was expired just 2 months back and service center said we can’t do anything as this was a mistake from KENT We are being charged for no fault o[censored]s, this is highly harassing situation for us.           Hello my name is Shashank and I live in Chennai. I am registering a complaint on KENT RO for their negligence over their product service and assistance. I bought a new KENT TO purifier and within 8 months, the motor has got repaired. I have been calling the service center in Chennai for the past 2 months and they have been giving me all sorts of reasons on replacing the motor. It is also informed to me that there are no spare motors in their warehouse. I have been patiently waiting for 2 months buying water cans from a private dealer to manager my needs. The original motor was taken for repair and they are now saying that it will take another month to get it back from Delhi. I am not sure how such a big company who can afford to have actresses in their adds and fool people like me. I am totally disappointed with their service and their lethargic behaviour over their customers.I hope some action is taken on them at the earliest so that they do not fool more people.           This is the worst company ever to buy things from. Even after complaining in consumer court, they have taken no action what-so-ever. This not only shows how lethargic they are, but also shows how easy they take the customers. NEVER EVER BUY KENT RO!

          My motor has still not been replaced for almost 9 months. If I do not get my money reimbursed am taking this to the next level.

It developed some problem. i contacted your local customer care people. their behaviour and service is pathetical and till date even after lapse of 40 days they could not set it right and above all they demand money to attend to our complaint.

              i purchase KENT GRAND + MINERAL RO water purifier in may 2014 from a kent dealer, located at hajipur, district: vaishali. (BIHAR).after one weak i found that water leak from UV LAMP. i complaint to dealer.. He send a technitian. but instead of removing problem or UV LAMP, technician wrap a tap around UV LAMP.at that movement water leakage stop but after two weak again water leakage start from UV LAMP. This show the bad quality of product. orally i complaint to delar but he never pay attention to this. so humble request to u pls either chang UV LAMP Or remove defect in UV LAMP.

                Dear Sir, I have sent a complaint to `[protected]@kent.co.in` on 17th September, 2014. Didnt get any reply. Hence, resubmitting as under : "I have a Kent-Grand RO water purifier at my residence. It has been under AMC with Unique Service Centre Kolkata. A copy of current AMC, December, 2013 to Decedmber, 2014 is attached. We have faced frequent breakdowns in recent past. From July, 2014 till 2 Sep`14, breakdowns have happened 8th time. Every time, new face came, fixed problem somehow and left in a hurry. Because of non-diagnosing the actual problem, machine suffered series of breakdowns. Copies of last 2 complaints 10th and 12th Sep are attached. Their approach is very casual, unprofessional, reluctant to respond / attend to calls. We poor customers, remained helpless and had to buy bottled water from outside shops. We respect Kent machine quality, but not the franchise Unique Service Centre. We have developed acute phobia against them. Machine is now under breakdown. If you recommend any other franchise nearby say Alipore or New Alipore, we may retain present machine.                   Every time your technician comes for service God knows what he does that within 2 days the machine gets spoilt and we have to call him back and he replaces something or the other and charges us. Why don't you all take money at one go and stop doing this sham of maintenance and spoiling the machine to charge us extra? The complaints are never attended unless and until I call up 2-3 times. More than half the time we cannot get through the line. I think you should shut your company and do all o[censored]s a favour.

                        i am using kent pride since last 2 years in feb'14 i was not getting proper taste of water so i called to service center they came and change the membrane and charge 2500/- but after 2-3 months the taste remain the same in aug'14 i found water droplets on the membane and filter mean while i received a call from service center to get change of filter i complain them about the problem but no one came on 10th sep14 my kent ro stopped working i again complained to service center they cameon 13thsep and changed my adaptor for water droplets the changed the carbon block and charged me 2500/- but the problem the same. again i complain to the service man he came and put mseal on the motor and told that the problem is solved on 14th. But it was not solved i again repeted the complain to service center and the mechanic but no one is taking care. They had changed the membarne and carbon blocks without any reason as i had changed it last year also. so please look into the matter as i would produce the bills of this year but not the last year's bill.                         Today again a new service mechanic came and he is telling that problem was from the motor not the carbon block or ultra filter he will have to change the motor as motor is licking and for that he will charge 2500/.
                        Still waiting for your action plan.

                          Dear Sir/Madam, This has the reference to the service complaint which I had registered with KENT in August 2014 and the services that were rendered by your service engineer on 18/08/14 (Service receipt enclosed). I would like to apprise you that the service engineer (Mr. Mohit) who had come to attend the complaint on 18/08/14 had not done the services satisfactorily. He replaced the ORIGINAL SMPS by informing that it is not working properly. I had asked him to check the functioning of ORIGINAL SMPS properly before going for replacement but he didn't pay any heed to it and simply replaced the SMPS as he appeared to be in a great hurry to complete other assignments. During his visit on 18.08.14, he replaced the following parts:- 1. SMPS for Rs. 935/- 2. Solenoid Valve (SV) for Rs. 295/- 3. Tap for Rs. 70/- Visiting Charges: Rs. 300/- Total amount paid to Sh. Mohit on 18/08/14 was Rs. 1600/-. (Refer the attached Service Receipt) After a few days when the machine started causing problems/noise; I had registered another complaint in Aug'14. When another engineer came to attend the complaint, he replaced the spare SMPS (installed by Sh. Mohit) and the machine started to work properly. He also checked and found that the ORIGINAL SMPS of the machine (which was replaced by Sh. Mohit) was working perfectly fine. Moreover, now it is also seen that the second spare SMPS installed by your engineer is causing problems too and the machine is switching on and off arbitrarily. In view of the above, it is requested to immediately initiate refund of Rs. 935/- which have been charged to me for SMPS.                           Dear member(s) of the Team KENT,
                          At the outset, I thank you for the promptness shown in attending the issue reported above. I would like to confirm that both the service engineers (Sh. Mohit and Sh. Vipin) who had earlier visited my home to resolve the complaints had again visited my home today for resolution of the recurring problem in the machine.

                          As I had already apprised to you vide my earlier email; they found that the machine is working perfectly fine when the ORIGINAL SMPS is installed in it. So they have now installed the ORIGINAL SMPS in the machine and removed the Spare SMPS that they had installed earlier.

                          In view of the above, it is once again requested to instruct the official concerned to take back the Spare SMPS provided by KENT and refund the amount of Rs. 935/- which has been charged to me for unnecessary replacement of ORIGINAL SMPS.

                          You may either advise your representative to provide Rs. 935/- in Cash or furnish an A/c payee Cheque of equivalent amount in the name of ARVIND KUMAR TIWARI.

                          I look forward to immediate necessary action at your end for initiating the refund process to ensure that no further inconvenience is caused to me in this regard.

                          I am also facing same problem with my Kent grand+. yesterday 18/09/14 services engineer came and said replace SMPS. on confronting how he concluded smps is faulty. he could not answer in satisfying manner. my machine irratically turns on off. sometime fails to start.
                          now he is saying to change smps. what should I do?? is there any way to check whether smps is faulty or not.

                            I kumar Kunal having Kent Supreme RO installed at my home on 07.04.2014, its serial number is KR[protected].Its been installed for 5 months and in thiese 5 month it broke down 5 times . I am really fed up with this product product and their service . So please take back your RO and refund my purchase amt . Last time their dealer took more than 20 days to repair it and within 15 days it broke down again . I don't have more patience and time to repair it again and again . I mailed them regarding my problem but even after 5 days they did not bother to reply .

                              I have purchased New RO system of KENT on date 27/07/2014 from Balaji dealer (Mathura)(ph-[protected]).From that date onwards it is showing 360(TDS) which is not compatible for drinking as it has bitter taste too.No engineer visit at the time and after the installation.Then I file complaint online, on the reaction of that complaint today engineer(Dinesh Tomar) visited and checked the inlet showing 2585(TDS) and outlet 310(tds).As per your KENT RO guidelines it can purifies upto 90% which is equal to[protected].5=258.5) and outlet is showing 310 today after some more setting, earlier it was 350 to 360. please make it more less or return the machinery.

                                I brought brand new KENT Mineral RO . It has been installed . But it is only giving beeping sound. Water pressure supplied in this filter is higher than 15 feet.                                   I am facing the issues from Kent RO Grand model since 7 months. I have been using Kent RO for last 3 years and it had no complaints. Suddenly, one day my filter goes off and I have changed it via Kent RO authorised service centre and since then my whole system parts have been changed and it has cost me around 10k wholly. I thought Kent should tell the client to use it and through just like grey market product as I am not sure where it is going to stop with the present system. I got filter, memberane, adapter, diaphagram, UV light twice. Worst product ever seen in my life.                                     we have kent ro system in our house . we got it AMC in Aug 2014 . that time we have been given false promises about the service like all parts are covered in the same . Immediately after AMC service it start giving pblm we called the eng. and told him that some filters are leaking and water is falling on the motor . He adjusted some thing in the machine and says all is well now . But next day again moisture was seen in the box. on complaint we have been told that it will be recified automatically . Last week we complained again that their is no water coming in the Ro. When enginer visited he told all the filters are needed to replaced as they are not working . On telling that it is covered in AMC we were shocked to know that these are not covered and it was the same person who last time made all promises.
                                    This is the way they make fool coustomers.

                                      PLEASE DO NOT BUY KENT PRODUCT, as this is not a customer oriented company and do not belive in service after sells. I am not happy with the kent RO company's response after sells. I purchased TDS control RO system from mall in last year august. The installation was done by their service engineer only. From July 2014 it is not working. I lodge the complaint at there service centre call Creative cooling system, they send person and charged me Rs 300 for it and told that it is because of card faulty. We shown him the warranty card and bill copy. He promised us to solve the issue in three days. I trying to connect with their corporate office but the toll free number again give us the local service centre only. Local people doesn't respond and again and again they tried to extend the date. I gave feedback twice on their website also but there was not response. Now I am thinking to go in consumer court only, as I already purchased bottle water of approximate Rs 4, 000.

                                        I'm totally pissed off by the services provided by KENT RO. I'm definitely going to switch to other RO system but I really need to submit my complain here, I don't think it will be addressed. Its totally frustrating and disappointing. We had a filter change last month only and this month there was a leakage. The water tastes completely bad and we have no other option than buying mineral water bottles. We called customer care thrice, they said they are going to take this complain on high priority and technician will reach anytime till 7pm in the evening. We had to stay home and wait for the technician and delayed our other tasks due to this. The technician didn't show up. This is highly frustrating as we spent several bucks already on mineral water bottles. We no longer trust Kent RO and their services and I deeply regret buying Kent. USER ID - 4136
