Dear Manufacturer
For last 3 months the machine is not working properly, TDS increases automatically where as there is no change in inward water supply to the machine,
Appx 2 months ago, The service engineer reported damage of membrane & filters and asked to change it, we okayed for the same, and incurred expanses of Rs.3600 / No warranty card of membrane given .
Now after a gap of 2 months from change of membrane, we requested to recheck the machine as it was giving TDS of 240 and flowing continuous water from waste pipe even after cut off and switch off, for this visit again charged Rs.300 but problem not resolved,
Now Today, the engineer again visited and asked for change of a part for which he charged Rs.295, , , , , , But even than the machine is not functioning properly, with his this visit the machine started a new problem, , , it keeps working even after tank full along with the problem as explained in above para,
One thing is clear from the facts that either the service engineers are not capable of providing service or the brand has issues in machines, in both cases Im feeling looted,
Request you to take appropriate action to resolve at earliest,

Hi,
I have tried calling your dealer, customer care number, online forum customercare.in several times in the last two weeks. Every single one of them have asked me to call someone else giving me new numbers and the last person I was asked to call, Mr K Balagi[protected], didn't pick up my call.
So here is a brief about my issue:
The unit, right after the warranty expired, started getting slow on producing pure water.
When I called the dealer, they sent a guy (Raghu) who without even checking, gave the verdict that RO filter was broke and needed replacement which will cost me 2500Rs.
When I said I was not happy as the guy didn't even check the system, they sent another guy (Mylari) who asked me to replace six filers instead of one at a cost of 4350Rs.
I didn't want to pay this much as the unit has a history of breakage (six times in past one year) and the amount didn't seem reasonable. I asked the guy to put the unit back in its state as there was no electricity at that time. He promised to return later but didn't show up. When I tried to turn on the unit it seemed totally dead with no response at all.
Called the customer care again and the guy there shouted at me asking me to go to court if I want service. He told me that I didn't pay for the service (which I did and I have the receipts with me).
When complained via Customer Care again, they told me that I have been calling the number on the unit which was not actual customer care but dealer number imposing as customer care number.
I found out the customer care number and customercare.in contact and tried reaching Kent that way.
A lady called me from Kent care and told me that she will talk to her manager and get back to me. But she didn't.
When I complained again, they sent a guy today (Raghu again) and he told me that the Choke is broken now and that will cost me 950Rs. The unit was working before Mylari serviced it (and after Raghu left) but now I have to pay for a mistake Mylari made.
Called Customer care number [protected] and I was asked to call Mr RS Rao[protected], regional service head.
A lady by name Prathibha picked, talked to Raghu and told me she will contact Bangalore head Mr. Manikandan (whom I have tried to reach before as directed by care but was on vacation and the in place guy asked me to call Customer care number) and get back to me in 10 minutes.
She didn't get back to me even after repeated calls and the receptionist asked me to call Mr K Balagi (message from Prathibha)
Mr Balagi didn't pick up his phone after repeated calls.
Now, I need to get my unit fixed, to the stage it was before the last service, immediately, and the broken filters fixed right after that.
I am expecting you to either give me a refund on the unit or extend its warranty as I do not see a point in spending 4000+ Rs on a unit which has broken down 6 times in the warranty period. If it continue its current course, I will end up paying around 25, 000 Rs this year, which is way above the unit's initial price. If you cannot agree with this, I guess I will have seek help from consumer court and find a legally feasible solution to this conflict.
Expecting an immediate response.
After geeting the service done just 4 days ago, today I noticed that my Kent was leaking.
When i called the numbers given on the bill - the lady asked me to repeat my bill number atleast 10 times. Which was quite irritating.
Then she asked me when the service wasd one. I told her 15- DEcember - and she kept asking which month!!! I said "obviously this month" She then told someone that I was calling and asking for a service for 15-December-2013!!!
I told her "Are you deaf" to which she said "Pls go to police station or consumer court"!!! I intend to file a complaint against Kent & Consumer court both!!
This is absolutely ridiculus!
