It was found defective after 4 months from the date of purchase ie Feb 2014 and complained 3 times in Jun 2014, It was rectified and worked haphazardly. But now it is not working from 14th Aug 2014. Hence steps to be taken to replace the KENT bearing SL. No. KR[protected] machine immediately. Saukat Ali Khan [protected]

    i lodged complaint for ill functioning of purifier on 29.07.2014. Service engineer suggested to change filters and after changing filters TDS was set on 57. Again on 25.08.2014 purifier stopped working, again complaint lodged, once again serviced by engineer. By this performance of purifier i forced to take annual maintenance contract on that day to save service charges every time.
    Again yesterday purifier stopped working, complaint lodged. Every time it stops working, being in job, we are wasting our leave and money on buying of drinking water because of poor services and unavailability of service engineers.

          It has not even been 1 year of my purchase of KENT RO and it has stopped working for 4 times. I had the warranty and so these repairs were fixed after making requests. But I am worried that such a product won't last for long. So I requested to their staff to please replace this piece as it seems to be defective. But it has been all waste.             We have Kent Pearl MRO, KR[protected] installed at Sector 10 RK Puram, New Delhi, covered in AMC. The machine breaks down frequently and Kent people charge about Rs 2000 for memberane with no guarantee. When you cannot provide water purification, then why do you sell the machine? Harassing the customers. Please check. You ask for money without any guarantee for performance. You should be taken to consumer court

              I have purchased kent Grand+ dated[protected]. I have faced so many problems with this machine. After the servicing two or three defects come out within 15 days & the serviceman have changed two or three parts with heavy cost. I think that every year service is must for machine. But it is so regrettable that after 2-3 days of servicing we find that the filter machine stop working and the water is not filtered. After changed of defective parts we find that another problem creates and alarm rings two or three times in a day. I asked to the serviceman that why should this problem create repeatedly? He answered that you are using submersible water and this machine does not work properly for submersible water. I think that 80 percent of people using submersible water at Kashipur area and they use various product of purifier machine. Are they also facing this type of problem? Please solve my problem and give proper remedy for this problem.

                I have an AMC of kent RO starting from 6 January 2014.I have opted for the full comprehensive coverage but the system is giving a lot of problem and the service provider is not giving proper service.He is asking for more money for changing the parts.The name of the service provider is Aqua Service Centre (Santu Banik), C/83, New Raipur Road, Garia, Kolkata-700 084.

                        Dear Sir/Mam, One Kent Perl RO purchased in June 2012.I am not satisfied with the services given by your local dealer. since first services i am charged and we are not getting good quality water. 6months back he changed its main tube & fixed rooftop and we paid for all as he assured that now no insects can enter inside water tank. But still lots of aunts move inside the water tank. We are helpless and drink this polluted water. I also need to know why not rooftop is given at the time of purchase. Please short out the issue ASAP.

Very poor service of jaipur service centre. I have made at least 50 call but they are saying that today it will be resolved. Take immediate action against jaipur service centre.

                            Hi, I have bought Kent RO + UV filter, model Super Grand Plus last year. It needs servicing as I could hear continuous alarm (mentioned in the user guide). I called the local service centre in Bangalore and the service person came on the next day, service complaint number C2102. As per the service person, the "choke" needs to be changed in the purifier. But, I was told that the "choke" is out of stock and they would get it from Noida. For the last three days, I am waiting for the "choke" and still it is not available. I called multiple numbers given by the customer care and nobody confirmed when the part would be available. For last three days, I am in a situation, that I have a purifier, but I can't use it and no idea when I would be able to use it. From customer point of view, this is completely unacceptable. After spending my money on Kent, I am suffering from lack of spare parts and no confirmation on the availability. The service person told me that the part is not available for last few weeks and all the customer in Bangalore who need this, are not able to use their purifier. Kent shouldn't sell its products if it can't provide spare parts required for servicing. Extremely frustrated with Kent and its service quality. Brs, Partha

                              Dear Sir, I'm an Assistant engineer who purchased KENT GRAND+ RO water purifier serial no KR[protected] around ten months back. Now the system is not working properly and it is in warranty period but even then my repeated complaints to your costumer care is not yielding any response. I'm really fed up as I'm calling your service personal for last more than a month. They are just passing the time to lapse the warranty period. sir please look into the matter as soon as possible to resolve it before lapse of warranty period.

                                Since last 1 month we had been complaining about our Kent water purifier but the problem is not getting resolved. Also the technician from Bhilai (Chhatisgarh) service center visits after 2-3 days of logging the complaint. Is this your target for complaint resolution? Can you please get the issue resolved. I have logged complaint through facebook portal again 4 days back, but they are not bothered to solve the problem. Does Kent thinks that customers don't have any other option????

But there was no response towards our call and we called another service man of another distributer. He came and told us the problem. There was problem with carbon filter. He told us that the price is 700 nepalese currency. But our distributor told us 2200 rupees and banged us for calling another service man. We want foreign service to look after this complaint.                                     My complain is related to my kent ro which model is grand plus and purchased it in the month of oct-13 . I have been given a contact no. Of authorised service centre which name is sun service centre in kolkata. I asked for four free service and also told for contact them if any problem during first year of purchase . This year april i transferd to new location in same city. I informed them that i am shifting from my existing place to new location . But they never entertained in this matter . Even also not advise me whom to contact . Now sice last 7 month no one is looking after my kent ro . I sufferd three times due to water related problem .

                                    Now i tried to contact kent service but they are also not helping even responding .

                                    Please help me .

                                      We have done an AMC with the kent service providers in Kolkata; and inspite of such a heavy AMC charges, we are receiving poor service. Our kent machine's filter is not working since 15 days, we have registered the complaint 15 days back and till now the technician has not resolved it. Everyday we call up and we are told the same thing that tomorrow it will be done. But they have crossed all limits and tested our patience enough.                                       I, Col M Roy, had purchased Kent Supreme Mineral RO Purifier only five months back on 09/10/2016 from Great Eastern Appliances AB 17, Salt Lake Kolkata 700064. I regret to inform you of the poor service rendered by the service provider Pramit Enterprise, 30 Nager Bazaar, Basona Abason Kolkata 700074. This piece is also having recurring defects. Firstly the adaptor became non functional within two months of it's purchase and the mechanic replaced the said one with ostensibly with an old one which also became defective within 15 days of it's fitment. The same mechanic again replaced it with another which I suspect is also an old one as no requisition for a new one was made for me to sign on a document. This Service centre is also very rude when they talk on the telephone which is a bad advertisement for the Kent Water purifier. They don't come to the office before past noon time and often don't attend to calls after coming to office leaving clients like me and must be others too frustrated.
                                      Now for the third time on Sunday, 13/03/2016 again our Kent purifier went off road. I could contact someone at the aforesaid service centre only at 12.20 PM on Monday 14/03/2016. He promised to send a mechanic at the earliest. Meanwhile I had also lodged a complaint with the Great Eastern sales from whom I had purchased. They in all probability had contacted a different Service Centre or maybe the 'Customer Care' who however is not known to me. They in their turn contacted me and sent a Service Man promptly in the afternoon of 14/03/2016. Not only were they courteous and sympathetic on the phone but also the Service Mechanic was very polite and efficient. He quickly checked the fault and reported to his senior in the service centre or Customer Care on tele that the RO Filter of my Kent piece had busted and has to be replaced. He then got a document signed by me for requisitioning a new RO filter free as my piece is still under Warranty period. Today morning the same serviceman reported to me on tele that my defective filter has been deposited with the signed document and the new RO Filter will be fitted within 24 hours. He had also fitted a old RO Filter yesterday on our Kent so that we can continue to have water till this newly fitted old filter is replaced by the requisitioned new one.
                                      Meanwhile while the aforesaid service man was working, the rep of Pramit Enterprise came at around 05.40PM yesterday. He misbehaved with me in front of my wife as he appeared to be disappointed that somebody else has taken over the job.
                                      In view of the aforesaid I request your kind office to take suitable administrative action against the Pramit Enterprise so that they do not repeat such misbehavior and bad service to the clients.
                                      I also would like to know whether my present piece which is five months old and of latest model can be replaced as it is still within the Warranty period.

                                        Dear Kent team, I have purchased a Kent grand+RO, Sr. no. KR[protected], on 12/02/13, invoice no: 1206 from VAIBHAV ENTERPRISES(TIN NO. : [protected]), Rewari, Haryana. It was not working properly since i have bought it. Firstly after 8-9 months it was not even switched ON then i inform the dealer about it. They have not visited the site after many days. Before one month, a person comes and said main circuit board is faulty and some filters need to be replaced. By all these he takes about 2500 rupees on a promise that it will not have any problem next 1-2 years. Now it again stops working and all the water goes inside comes through waste pipe. Now he is again asking for another 3500 rupees and said "who said to purchase this kind of RO system". Please let me know how can i spend 50% of money on service in one year. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL. Kindly replace the unit or take it return.
