Hi,
I have bought Kent RO + UV filter, model Super Grand Plus last year. It needs servicing as I could hear continuous alarm (mentioned in the user guide). I called the local service centre in Bangalore and the service person came on the next day, service complaint number C2102. As per the service person, the "choke" needs to be changed in the purifier. But, I was told that the "choke" is out of stock and they would get it from Noida. For the last three days, I am waiting for the "choke" and still it is not available. I called multiple numbers given by the customer care and nobody confirmed when the part would be available. For last three days, I am in a situation, that I have a purifier, but I can't use it and no idea when I would be able to use it.
From customer point of view, this is completely unacceptable. After spending my money on Kent, I am suffering from lack of spare parts and no confirmation on the availability. The service person told me that the part is not available for last few weeks and all the customer in Bangalore who need this, are not able to use their purifier. Kent shouldn't sell its products if it can't provide spare parts required for servicing. Extremely frustrated with Kent and its service quality.
