Service technician damaged the Kent water purifier

We have logged a service request on 6th August 2014 with Gtech solutions - HSR Layout, Bangalore. They send a person who doesn't even know the basics of troubleshooting. He messed up the whole system and broke the UV tube by dropping it down. Then he put another old tube then told us the inverter card damaged. Being an electronics engineer I told him by basic inspection there is no issue with the card. Still he told he need that to be replaced...

Dear Team, I have bought the KENT Pearl R.O Water Filter online( 2012) TheMachine was delivered to me by M/S Safe India Technologies Chennai. I had anproblem with my filter 2 months back and contacted M/S Safe India Technologies (Mr Samuel [protected]). He had attended thecomplaint and told that there is a problem with Pump & R.O membrane. Hereplaced the same & charged me Rs 4500 for the same.With in 3 weeks the machine got faulty again, and I contacted him. But hewas not responding to the calls . So ifiled a complaint in Kent website . I got a call form M/S OM ElectronicsChennai (Mr Palani [protected]) . He came and attended the call andtold that M/S Safe India Technologies is presently not a dealer of Kent and told that allthe filters are faulty and need to be replaced .Also I contactedMr Balaji ([protected]) South Service person of Kent and he informed me thatthey cannot guarantee on the service of M/S Safe India as they are notpresently with Kent and I need to payagain for service . I had no other option except to pay . M/s OM electronics offered an AMC for the machine. I opted forthe AMC and charged they charged me Rs 5500 for the same.( 3 weeks back ). 2 days back, againthe machine got faulty and the service engineer came for attending the same. Hereplaced the SMPS module and told that machine is ok. But i told him water is not coming properly .He told that R.Omembrane is new one & there is no problem. He left without attending to it.It took more than 3 hours to fill 8 liters of waters. Since the service engineer emphasised on R.O membrane, I observed the membrane when hewas fixing the machine and noticedthat the R.O membrane was not of the same type as that initiallybrought. When i carefully observed, I noticed that, a Kent sticker was pasted on it . ( It was lightlypeeled off at the edge ).Its a local make RO membrane on which KENT Logo ispasted. Today again I have contactedOM electronics for service and told that they will attend the call. I feel thatthe R.O is failed because, it’s a duplicate one. My concern is that while servicing the water filter, it should bereplaced with original filters when done through a Kent Service agency. I paida total of Rs 9500 for servicing, yet the problem is not fixed. . Request KENTto intervene and arrange to rectify the problem, by replacing with genuineparts.     kent grand+mineral ro series number:- KR[protected] purchase date :- 9/9/12 invoice number :- 1372 in the name of Mr.Manoj kumar Gupta(15b shambhu nagar, meerut, [protected], [protected]) dealer:- AYUSH ENTERPRISES, MEERUT(U.P) #[protected]/72 its been almost one and a half year that water stops coming repeatedly after 10-12 days.We have got it repaired many a times and its not working properly and instead of properly repairing the system, the person keeps saying that this is the worst model and cant be repaired, so either please replace my model or get it repaired forever email :- [protected]@gmail.com

      i have your kent ro last 2 month your dealer support dept. no.2SR062 not good service i write many comllaint you see in record engineer come but not good service first time my kentgrand ro miniral is dead no light your service engineer come and change part than machine on work after this water leakege problem is create i write complaint he come and after few days same problem create last comlt no.[protected] he come after 6 days your area enggi says your water flow is very high you suggest me what is the level of water flow in delhi no water come only in my house is water flow is high. i have install water plant. that is not reason of water leakge today i comlt your service center says he come today call no. 14d174882/[protected] your engineer come name deepak sharma and anil sharma he says that is problem ceate in your machine any time. anil sharma harras me what can i do please tell me if you take action as soon possible and reply me your daryaganj service not good in future i not say any person you kent product that is bad only advertisment in hema malni i write to already to hema malni.you satisfied me.if you not take action i write in all website kent not buy

        I have purchased ro kent supreme about seven month before.During this period it has been making problems many times. I have registered complaints about six times. All the times the attendants visited two or three days after complaint. Again and again within one month it created the same problems. Recently the service man came on 06/08/2014 but the problem stareted on 07/08/2014. It has been happening again and again. Now i am very fade up with ro kent. So, please all about my complaint is for your kind consideration and necessary action.

          i bought kent ro aug 2013 before that i was using assemble ro. RO. unit frequently not working properly some electronic devices & parts get replacement regularly. sells person repair parts 10 times in one year although root cause is not sorted out.It seems to harassement to parents they dont know about it. everytime sells persons will charges for replacement within warranty.can i get permanent solution for above problem

            i purchased ro in jaipur, the service centre people were more interested in selling a candle filter at time of installation the filter was of a local company.when we refused for it, he installed kent ro but did not gave demonstration and left

              I bought a Kent water purifier in Jan 2013 recommended by my parents who have been using ROKent for the last 20 yrs.After I bought not a single person either came or rang up to find out although we are given 3 services during warranty period. Now since its one and a half year I wanted to get it serviced I rang up the service centre given in your list in the website called Life Guard Technologies its 4dys now nobody has come inspite of my ringing up twice.                 I'v filed my complain to customer support no.[protected] to repair faulty Purifier. But it goes one week, and none customer support official met me till date. After making contact to the above mentioned no., Only false assurance has been given that "AAJ HO JAYEGA". Sir, I have bought this in October 2013 and since then I have lodged 4 complains every time it got Major repairs. I would like to request You that I may have supplied with faulty product and therefore it need replacement. Not supplying water since today, 5 p.M.I immediately informed the local kent ro service centre, sanjay complex, gwalior. And its reprasentative, mr.Anshul gupta.But, sadly, no action was taken for maintenance of ro system.No technician came to my house. I request you to immediately act on my complaint and send some authorised person engineer of the company to my house to rectify the problem.                         We have purchased kent grand+ water purifier about 18 months ago, about 12 months works fine without any problem but then it started repair work, we have spent more than INR 10000.00 for repair and Replacing accessories including RO. My sincere advise please don't go for this. it is worst product.

                            I bought a Kent Grand + Mineral RO purifier on 30/09/13 having serial number KR[protected] in name of S M Tripathi . The product was faulty since installation. Every month it develops some or other problem.It has been repaired no less than 8 times since installation only to solve the problem temporarily. The local Agent of kent comes after several reminders. I have been demanding the replacement of the faulty equipment for long but the agent refuses to do so. I have also written e mail to kent customer service twice in this regard but they did not even care to reply. I am utterly disappointed with this company and contemplating to take legal recourse. Kindly guide me how to proceed in this matter.

                              My Kent Supreme Machine was Repair on 22.07.2014 on the time i was compliant forward to your local Kent Engineer (name it don't known but phone no i mentioned ;[protected]) on 22.07.2014 time 2.20pm afternoon but till now nobody coming to activate my Kent supreme machine.So that my family suffer for your poor service so kindly rectify my problem as soon as possible

                                Within the warranty period our Kent Grand Plus Pump got obsolete due to leakage. But the service provider has changed the pump but not of good quality which got obsolete within a month. We want the pump to be replaced without any cost as we have already fed up by the product's working condition. We have not expected such a product from Kent systems as the Eureka forbes products are running successfully. Why don't Kent products service provider make such service to their customers. Its horrible to hear the quality of the pump which got obsolete within a month. We need the replacement at the earliest.

                                  With reference to mail sent '[protected]@kent.co.in', one technician came from alex home Appliance last to last week and suggested to change one valve to get the issue rectified.But after replacing the valve, overflow issue still persist. PFA the bill for changing the required valve in water purifier system When I talked to Mr. Ali from Alex home appliances yesterday over phone, he is refused to do any help and moreover saying I need to replace some more parts on chargeable basis without analyzing the issue by sending technician. This is really troublesome for me on purchasing water purifier system from a renowned company like you. Request you to look into this issue and give me a proper resolution to this.

                                    Hi, I purchased and made my biggest mistake with Kent RO water in Dec'13 from Sorju Home Care. Ever since then, every month my machine stops working and stops filling water. I agree that I stay at an area where the iron content is very high. I guess that was one of the reasons for buying Kent as they convinced that I will face no issues with Iron. This is the 8th time I am requesting for a service. They made me fix an additional filter to wash away the excessive iron which costed 700rs., over and above what I paid to but the machine. Now they want me to again fix a filter worth 3500rs., which for sure is RIDICULOUS. As customers we are being cheated and have no solution. I need immediate resolution, else will file an FIR.                                       Hi, I have registered a complaint of Kent water filter (Grand) not working 3 months back and my water filter is still into the same stage, First time i am experiencing Kent service worst service. It took first 1 month to get the faulted part of the filter and another one month to get the wiring because the service franchise says the model is discontinued from kent however i can still see the same model in the market. Now the franchise is unable to get the filter fix because of the resource constraints and we are left with no other option other than buying the water from market. If Kent looks into this on priority it will be helpful, i am registering the complaint here at the end, i am frustrated with the service. Regards, Abhishek
