Dear Sir/Mam, One Kent Perl RO purchased in June 2012.I am not satisfied with the services given by your local dealer. since first services i am charged and we are not getting good quality water. 6months back he changed its main tube & fixed rooftop and we paid for all as he assured that now no insects can enter inside water tank. But still lots of aunts move inside the water tank. We are helpless and drink this polluted water. I also need to know why not rooftop is given at the time of purchase. Please short out the issue ASAP.

    I have made a complaint in jaipur service centre vide complaint no. 2299 on 16.08.2014 but no technician has come to resolve the problem. Very poor service of jaipur service centre. I have made at least 50 call but they are saying that today it will be resolved. Take immediate action against jaipur service centre.

      Hi, I have bought Kent RO + UV filter, model Super Grand Plus last year. It needs servicing as I could hear continuous alarm (mentioned in the user guide). I called the local service centre in Bangalore and the service person came on the next day, service complaint number C2102. As per the service person, the "choke" needs to be changed in the purifier. But, I was told that the "choke" is out of stock and they would get it from Noida. For the last three days, I am waiting for the "choke" and still it is not available. I called multiple numbers given by the customer care and nobody confirmed when the part would be available. For last three days, I am in a situation, that I have a purifier, but I can't use it and no idea when I would be able to use it. From customer point of view, this is completely unacceptable. After spending my money on Kent, I am suffering from lack of spare parts and no confirmation on the availability. The service person told me that the part is not available for last few weeks and all the customer in Bangalore who need this, are not able to use their purifier. Kent shouldn't sell its products if it can't provide spare parts required for servicing. Extremely frustrated with Kent and its service quality. Brs, Partha

        Dear Sir, I'm an Assistant engineer who purchased KENT GRAND+ RO water purifier serial no KR[protected] around ten months back. Now the system is not working properly and it is in warranty period but even then my repeated complaints to your costumer care is not yielding any response. I'm really fed up as I'm calling your service personal for last more than a month. They are just passing the time to lapse the warranty period. sir please look into the matter as soon as possible to resolve it before lapse of warranty period.

          Since last 1 month we had been complaining about our Kent water purifier but the problem is not getting resolved. Also the technician from Bhilai (Chhatisgarh) service center visits after 2-3 days of logging the complaint. Is this your target for complaint resolution? Can you please get the issue resolved. I have logged complaint through facebook portal again 4 days back, but they are not bothered to solve the problem. Does Kent thinks that customers don't have any other option????

            Respected Sir, About 5 days ago we had called the distributer of Kent ro+uv water filter. But there was no response towards our call and we called another service man of another distributer. He came and told us the problem. There was problem with carbon filter. He told us that the price is 700 nepalese currency. But our distributor told us 2200 rupees and banged us for calling another service man. We want foreign service to look after this complaint.               My complain is related to my kent ro which model is grand plus and purchased it in the month of oct-13 . I have been given a contact no. Of authorised service centre which name is sun service centre in kolkata. I asked for four free service and also told for contact them if any problem during first year of purchase . This year april i transferd to new location in same city. I informed them that i am shifting from my existing place to new location . But they never entertained in this matter . Even also not advise me whom to contact . Now sice last 7 month no one is looking after my kent ro . I sufferd three times due to water related problem .

              Now i tried to contact kent service but they are also not helping even responding .

              Please help me .

                We have done an AMC with the kent service providers in Kolkata; and inspite of such a heavy AMC charges, we are receiving poor service. Our kent machine's filter is not working since 15 days, we have registered the complaint 15 days back and till now the technician has not resolved it. Everyday we call up and we are told the same thing that tomorrow it will be done. But they have crossed all limits and tested our patience enough. Please help us immediately as we are falling sick without purified water.                 I, Col M Roy, had purchased Kent Supreme Mineral RO Purifier only five months back on 09/10/2016 from Great Eastern Appliances AB 17, Salt Lake Kolkata 700064. I regret to inform you of the poor service rendered by the service provider Pramit Enterprise, 30 Nager Bazaar, Basona Abason Kolkata 700074. This piece is also having recurring defects. Firstly the adaptor became non functional within two months of it's purchase and the mechanic replaced the said one with ostensibly with an old one which also became defective within 15 days of it's fitment. The same mechanic again replaced it with another which I suspect is also an old one as no requisition for a new one was made for me to sign on a document. This Service centre is also very rude when they talk on the telephone which is a bad advertisement for the Kent Water purifier. They don't come to the office before past noon time and often don't attend to calls after coming to office leaving clients like me and must be others too frustrated.
                Now for the third time on Sunday, 13/03/2016 again our Kent purifier went off road. I could contact someone at the aforesaid service centre only at 12.20 PM on Monday 14/03/2016. He promised to send a mechanic at the earliest. Meanwhile I had also lodged a complaint with the Great Eastern sales from whom I had purchased. They in all probability had contacted a different Service Centre or maybe the 'Customer Care' who however is not known to me. They in their turn contacted me and sent a Service Man promptly in the afternoon of 14/03/2016. Not only were they courteous and sympathetic on the phone but also the Service Mechanic was very polite and efficient. He quickly checked the fault and reported to his senior in the service centre or Customer Care on tele that the RO Filter of my Kent piece had busted and has to be replaced. He then got a document signed by me for requisitioning a new RO filter free as my piece is still under Warranty period. Today morning the same serviceman reported to me on tele that my defective filter has been deposited with the signed document and the new RO Filter will be fitted within 24 hours. He had also fitted a old RO Filter yesterday on our Kent so that we can continue to have water till this newly fitted old filter is replaced by the requisitioned new one.
                Meanwhile while the aforesaid service man was working, the rep of Pramit Enterprise came at around 05.40PM yesterday. He misbehaved with me in front of my wife as he appeared to be disappointed that somebody else has taken over the job.
                In view of the aforesaid I request your kind office to take suitable administrative action against the Pramit Enterprise so that they do not repeat such misbehavior and bad service to the clients.
                I also would like to know whether my present piece which is five months old and of latest model can be replaced as it is still within the Warranty period.

                  Dear Kent team, I have purchased a Kent grand+RO, Sr. no. KR[protected], on 12/02/13, invoice no: 1206 from VAIBHAV ENTERPRISES(TIN NO. : [protected]), Rewari, Haryana. It was not working properly since i have bought it. Firstly after 8-9 months it was not even switched ON then i inform the dealer about it. They have not visited the site after many days. Before one month, a person comes and said main circuit board is faulty and some filters need to be replaced. By all these he takes about 2500 rupees on a promise that it will not have any problem next 1-2 years. Now it again stops working and all the water goes inside comes through waste pipe. Now he is again asking for another 3500 rupees and said "who said to purchase this kind of RO system". Please let me know how can i spend 50% of money on service in one year. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL. Kindly replace the unit or take it return.

                    Service technician damaged the Kent water purifier

                    We have logged a service request on 6th August 2014 with Gtech solutions - HSR Layout, Bangalore. They send a person who doesn't even know the basics of troubleshooting. He messed up the whole system and broke the UV tube by dropping it down. Then he put another old tube then told us the inverter card damaged. Being an electronics engineer I told him by basic inspection there is no issue with the card. Still he told he need that to be replaced...

                    Dear Team, I have bought the KENT Pearl R.O Water Filter online( 2012) TheMachine was delivered to me by M/S Safe India Technologies Chennai. I had anproblem with my filter 2 months back and contacted M/S Safe India Technologies (Mr Samuel [protected]). He had attended thecomplaint and told that there is a problem with Pump & R.O membrane. Hereplaced the same & charged me Rs 4500 for the same.With in 3 weeks the machine got faulty again, and I contacted him. But hewas not responding to the calls . So ifiled a complaint in Kent website . I got a call form M/S OM ElectronicsChennai (Mr Palani [protected]) . He came and attended the call andtold that M/S Safe India Technologies is presently not a dealer of Kent and told that allthe filters are faulty and need to be replaced .Also I contactedMr Balaji ([protected]) South Service person of Kent and he informed me thatthey cannot guarantee on the service of M/S Safe India as they are notpresently with Kent and I need to payagain for service . I had no other option except to pay . M/s OM electronics offered an AMC for the machine. I opted forthe AMC and charged they charged me Rs 5500 for the same.( 3 weeks back ). 2 days back, againthe machine got faulty and the service engineer came for attending the same. Hereplaced the SMPS module and told that machine is ok. But i told him water is not coming properly .He told that R.Omembrane is new one & there is no problem. He left without attending to it.It took more than 3 hours to fill 8 liters of waters. Since the service engineer emphasised on R.O membrane, I observed the membrane when hewas fixing the machine and noticedthat the R.O membrane was not of the same type as that initiallybrought. When i carefully observed, I noticed that, a Kent sticker was pasted on it . ( It was lightlypeeled off at the edge ).Its a local make RO membrane on which KENT Logo ispasted. Today again I have contactedOM electronics for service and told that they will attend the call. I feel thatthe R.O is failed because, it’s a duplicate one. My concern is that while servicing the water filter, it should bereplaced with original filters when done through a Kent Service agency. I paida total of Rs 9500 for servicing, yet the problem is not fixed. . Request KENTto intervene and arrange to rectify the problem, by replacing with genuineparts.                           I have purchased ro kent supreme about seven month before.During this period it has been making problems many times. I have registered complaints about six times. All the times the attendants visited two or three days after complaint. Again and again within one month it created the same problems. Recently the service man came on 06/08/2014 but the problem stareted on 07/08/2014. It has been happening again and again. Now i am very fade up with ro kent.                             i bought kent ro aug 2013 before that i was using assemble ro. RO. unit frequently not working properly some electronic devices & parts get replacement regularly. sells person repair parts 10 times in one year although root cause is not sorted out.It seems to harassement to parents they dont know about it. everytime sells persons will charges for replacement within warranty.can i get permanent solution for above problem

                              i purchased ro in jaipur, the service centre people were more interested in selling a candle filter at time of installation the filter was of a local company.when we refused for it, he installed kent ro but did not gave demonstration and left

                                I bought a Kent water purifier in Jan 2013 recommended by my parents who have been using ROKent for the last 20 yrs.After I bought not a single person either came or rang up to find out although we are given 3 services during warranty period. Now since its one and a half year I wanted to get it serviced I rang up the service centre given in your list in the website called Life Guard Technologies its 4dys now nobody has come inspite of my ringing up twice.                                   I'v filed my complain to customer support no.[protected] to repair faulty Purifier. But it goes one week, and none customer support official met me till date. After making contact to the above mentioned no., Only false assurance has been given that "AAJ HO JAYEGA". Sir, I have bought this in October 2013 and since then I have lodged 4 complains every time it got Major repairs. I would like to request You that I may have supplied with faulty product and therefore it need replacement.                                     I am having Kent RO+UV+TDS controller purifier and havingsome issue in that since May 1st 2014.
                                    I have requested for service on call, mail; however, no onebother to attend this request. Till date no on came for service.
                                    I have also sent mail on [protected]@kent.combut Pratibha ([protected]@kent.co.in)and Piyush ([protected]@kent.co.in) exchanged mail between; however, no one came for service.

                                      This is regarding KENT RO installed at THE GYM, 1st Floor, Parasvnath Arcade, Sector 14, Gurgaon. Despite repeated reminders the problem of leakage of water not fixed. I have paid damages twice to my neighbour at Ground floor, Please confirm how long it will take to fix the problem, request to send senior technician at the earliest.
