i purchased a Kent RO machine for water purification purpose from the Unit run Canteen run by the ministry of defense at Manesar, District-Gurgaon Haryana on 01 Aug 2012. I made call to the customers and in turn he assured me to install the machine by today. I forwarded all relevant details to him through sms twice on 01 August itself. Even after those all formalities no one has reported for the job at my residence beside their assurance. Today i also tried to contact the above mentioned person on the mob no. given to me for the said job but found his mobile number NOT IN USE. Please response immediately on the complaint and do needful at the earliest as possible...

    Hi,

    My name is RKRavi, I bought kent perl ro by submitting the request online and kent representative(name -Shahnawaz, phone-[protected]) installed the ro system on 24th july 2012 and without checking the system they collected the money and left my house by saying when tank become full throw the water and after that u can use the water for drinking. After some time when water tank became full the machine did not stopped the supply of water and water came out from the top then i talked with all the representative but no one has taken this seriously and finally they are not picking the phone. now what i want either my machine to be replaced with newer one or they return my money back immediately as faulty machine cannot be installed in the price of 16200/-

      I had purchased Kent Grand+ , sl no KR[protected] on dated 22/03/10.

      While buying I had great thrust on product, its quality and services. It is really disheartening that within 3 months my trust got shattered. It failed on 24th June Evening. Which has raised finger on quality of product. For entire year no one came to service the product in proactive manner which was committed as the time of sale.

      Later based on Kent call center communication, I had signed the AMC contract for period 16th Aug’11 to 16th Aug’12 and paid Rs.2100/-. In Nov’11, I paid once again Rs.2755 for Filter & Membrane. Now not even 5 months has gone and we started getting problem. Once again their engineer advised to replace Filter & Membrane which will be chargeable and the cost would be approx Rs.3200/-.

      This indicates the poor quality of part changed during last event in Nov’11. I tried talking to their service manager as if a customer will pay Rs.8000 - Rs.9000/- in one year for keeping product working, why he will not go for new set..

      I have made many folloups. Yet to see any positive response from Kent. I strongly advise my all colleague not to buy this product. I have not seen such a pathetic service from any consumer product segment. Surprisingly their service managers alos responding to customer with Red and bold color fonts. On can easily imagine the unprofesional service team working for Kent.
      HEY, I am also a sufferer of KENT poor quality / services . why cant't we pool in (form a club) and bad mouth the compnay. even if we are bale to affect 100 odd units sales, it will be a achievement. My mobile no. is [protected]

        This is to inform you that i purchased one KENT Grand+ water purifier vide invoice No. 2803 ; dated 30.06.12 issued by UNIQUE WATER PURIFIER PVT. LTD., 19, South Purbanchal Road, Kolkata-700078 and the same was installed by company staff at my home & our family keep on drinking the kent water. But that installation was totally wrong because from 30.06.12 onwards there was a problem that after filling the chamber of filter water storage there was continue drainage of water through drainage pipe that’s why one day my residential water tank got emptied. then i noticed that fault and on phone i lodged a complaint to the service centre o[censored]NIQUE WATER PURIFIER PVT. LTD. on 12.07.12 that there was continue drainage through drainage pipe of KENT Grand+ water purifier from 30.06.12 onwards & leakage in Machine and service centre acknowledge vide complain No. 5432 and their staff attended the machine fault on 12.07.12 and made it correct. While asking why this fault was coming? their staff kept silent till completion of their work then told verbally that pipes & valves were not connected properly that’s why drainage was continue and water was not being filtered & my family was drinking impure water of residential water tank. That means that was complete ignorance of this company UNIQUE WATER PURIFIER PVT. LTD., 19, South Purbanchal Road, Kolkata-700078. The same is reported to service centre o[censored]NIQUE WATER PURIFIER PVT. LTD, but no response is received.
        Therefore, You are requested to pay your kind attention on this matter take necessary action against their wrong service that cause my family to drink impure water.

        Dear Sir/ mam,

        We have purchase one kent Grand+ (Serial No-KR[protected] this month from Big Bazar, wazirpur, delhi which was installed on 10 july from service provider c-15, sector 7, noida, ph no[protected]. But from the date of installation it was fitted wrong as it was hanged or fitted on loose screws. todays evening on 28th july it fell down on floor and got breaked. my family is drinking impure water of residential water tank. This was complete ignorance of this service provider who have not tighten our purifier correctly on wall due to which we are suffering alot. The same i reported to service centre guy- Mr.Pratap Singh- [protected] who came at the time of installation but he refused to help us in same case.
        Therefore, You are requested to pay your kind attention on this matter take necessary action against their wrong installation service and please depute somebody to install correctly.Thanks & Regards

          • Kent Mineral RO was bought vide Invoice no. 7 SM 10000787 Book no. 7SM-0016 Dated.10/07/2010
          • It cost me Rs.14750 in exchange offer with an Inalsa RO
          • We got the AMC done for the Kent RO system on 6th July 2011 wide cheque no 405195 for Rs1800/-.
          • AMC was again renewed on 09/07/2012 vide cheque no 409880
          • On 14th April 2012, the carbon filter burst for which the complaint was lodged on 16th April 2012. The complaint was attended by the company on 18th April. The technician told us that along with carbon filter , membrane also needs to be changed .Following the advice of technician, the damaged carbon filter along with the membrane was changed by paying an additional cost of Rs2900/- vide cheque no 409826 dated 18th April 2012 amount.
          • Despite of paying AMC & additional cost which I am paying through my nose, the machine is still not being able to control the TDS. I have made several complaints but still the company has not paid any heed to my complaints. All the complaints, except the first, are unattended till date.
          • Since the day of complaint we are buying 20 litre bottle of TDS controlled water from Market @Rs80.00.

            We have a KENT-RO water purifier installed in our house. Around 4 months back, KENT developed a problem (it was not delivering water) and we called the technicians to fix it. He replaced couple of part and made a huge bill. within few days again problem started coming up. We again called but no one attended in the free look period (if technicians comes no service charge will be charged). Again we kept on complaining and technician came after sometime. He made some fix and again we were asked to pay a good amount. Now again we are seeing the problem developing once again and no one is attending the call.

            The so called Technicians have only very basic skills and they only know how to replace parts but still problem dosent gets resolved. I believe a time will come they will replace my whole system :-( .

            I am very embarrassed with KENT-RO poor quality of service. KENT is only interested in making money but not to provide services to customer. I would STRONGLY RECOMEND OTHER NOT TO BUY THIS PRODUCT.

              WE HAVE PURCHASED KENT EXCELL + ON 21/10/2011 AT RS.15500/- THROUGH BILL NO.9805, DT 21/10/2011, SERIAL NO.KR[protected], EUROLUX ENTERPRISES, SANGLI - PH.[protected], CELL :[protected]. THERE IS PROBLEM IN PURIFIER AND TOTALLY STOPPED WE TILL NOW COMPLAINTED ABOUT 50 -70 TIMES FROM 2 MONTHS AND STILL THE MACHINE IS IN WARRANTY PERIOD , AND THEY ARE NOT AT ALL RESPONDING REGARDING THE COMPLAINT . DUE TO THIS MACHINE PROBLEM OUR FAMILY MEMBERS STRTED HEALTH PROBLEM , I TOLD THEM RE HEALTH PROBLEM , BUT THEY ARE ONLY OPENED THE SHOP TO SUPPLY THE MACHINE ,NOTHING NO LIABILITY RE THE WORKING , PROBLEM , SERVICE , MAY ANYONE HAVE THE PROBLEM OF HEALTH.AFTER THIS PURCHASE OF MACHINE EXCELL + , WE SOLD OUR OLD EURAKA FORBES WATER PURIFIER WHICH WAS IN WORKING CONDITION . STILL AFTER 5 YEARS OF PURCHASE FROM EUREKA FORBES THEY GIVE THE BEST SERVICE.
              WE HAVE PURCHASED THIS MACHINE TO IMPROVE ALL THE HEATH , BUT I THINK WE HAVE TO BOOK A BED IN HOSPITAL.

              AFTER WE COMPLAINED YOU A MAN OF YOUR COMPANY CAME AND CHECKED THE MACHINE AND SAID THAT ONE OF THE PART OF THIS MACHINE HAS GONE BAD AND SAID TO PAY FOR THE PART WHUCH HAD STOPED WORKING .
              THEN WE SAID THAT THE PRODUCT IS IN WARRANTY WHY SHOULD WE PAY FOR THE PART , COMPANY MECHANIC SAID THAT YOUR PRODUCT'S WARRANTY WAS ONLY VALID FOR 6 MONTHS , BUT WHEN WE CHECKED IN THE WARRANTY CARD THE WARRANTY IS VALID FOR 1 YEAR (TILL 21/10/2012) .
              THE COMPANY MECHANIC ALSO SAYS TO CLEAN THE FILTER CANDLES BY OURSELF . IS IT OUR DUTY TO CLEAN THE MACHINE'S FILTER CANDLES ?
              HE IS NOT COMING YET . THE MACHINE IS NOT WORKING FROM THE LAST 4 MONTHS .
              IF HE CAN NOT GIVE US SERVICE THEN HE SHOULD RETURN THE MONEY OF THE PRODUCT AND TAKE HIS MACHINE BACK WITH HIM .

                This is in regards to my kent water purifier. Immediately, after completion of 1 year of warranty service, my water purifier started over-ftowing
                ( no automatic water cut-off & overflow from storage tank ). Till date, 7-8 times.the so-called authorized service personnel have attended, charged in thousands at each service for spares replacement cost + service charges, but till date the problem remains un-solved &
                the problem repeats within the next day ( overflow happens ).
                Once, the service agent, even advised us to tap I Hit the purifier often to ensure, the water cut-off works ! !
                we were also advised to close the purifier, every night, Which I dont believe many customers are advised & neither do they practise.

                However. we considering overflow problem, we immediately switch-off purifier, When overflow occurs & it remains switched off till water level falls & Purified water is required !

                Complaint has been Notified Many Times to Nodal Officer Level, but No Action has been Taken at that level also.
                Is this. the quality of parts & service Kent provides. where the customer is expected to repeatedly tap or switch-off the device ??
                It is disgusting, with past evidences & service records. that even after repeated complaints. parts changed & money charged. the complaint cannot be resolved !
                It is high time and this problem has severely tested our patience.
                NEED IMMEDIATE ACTION AGAINST THE ORGANIZATION FOR INFERIOR QUALITY PARTS & SERVICE.

                  I bought a kent excell plus model water purifier on October 24, 2011. Within one week the tank was disfunctional. It was changed.Then withing 4 weeks the entire kitchen was flooded because the casing was leaking that we replaced that too. So far kent has replaced practically everything except the main machine. All this within warranty. After paying 15,000 rs this machine has had a problem every 4 or 5 weeks. The company refuses to replace the machine despite speaking to the gen manager in delhi HQ. they have also refused to extend the warranty. This is ridiculous consumer Service. I would like a full refund as this machine will cost me more after the warranty expires.

                      all the customer care excutive are very rude while talking to the customers . i had a problem on my kent ro and nobody attended my complaint and when i call back to the sevice centre i got a very agressive reply.....pls dnt ever buy kent ro coz after one year when there warranty is over they will really irritate you.....

                      Dear sir,

                      I had comlaint to Kent R.O System on 15/4/10 vide complaint No. 376514 given by the Co. and it was committed to atain the complaint by 16/410.
                      Despite giving repeated call to the co. on customer care no.[protected] no one has come to see the problem in my R.O.

                      Imagine, in yhis summer what problem we would be facing.

                      I want the Co. first to atten the complaint and lso the person authorise to see the complaint ,to be punished for this.

                      Dear Sir,
                      This is to inform you that we have an AMC of our kent RO water purifier from M/S FAIR SERVICES (KENT SERVICE) Agra .My waterpurifer is not working properly for past one month and on complaining continuously around 20to 30 times for last 20-25 days no service is been provided to us & everyday they replied that service will be provided within 1 or 2 days.It seems it was deliberately done to avoid providing service as my AMC expires on 01.05.15.Kindly look into the matter otherwise I have no option except filling an complaint with Consumer Court.

                        My Kent RO Water Purifier is under AMC with the manufacturing firm. On Saturday, 16 Jun 2012, I registered a request on phone no 4669666 for servicing the machine as the water quality has gone bad. The request was duly registered under No.263646. I have been following up my request for the list six days and every time I am told that someone will come to attend the machine. But no one has come so far. I have also tried to contact one Mr Bhardwaj at No.[protected] who I have been by told by the Customer Care Executive is the manager responsible for such things. But this fellow keeps his mobile switched off! Some customer care!

                        I am a senior citizen. For the last six days my family is facing harassment, not to say the expenditure we have to incur on buying potable water for drinking and cooking purposes. All this because of criminal negligence on the part of M/s Kent.

                        My kent grand mineral ro is not working properly from past one week.Its three years old.till now i wld have spend ten thousand of its repairy, still its not working properly!
                        75% of its water is being waste.i registered a request on phone [protected] and [protected].first two days they answered the call and said someone will come by evening. I am following my request from past one week and now its heights! they are not even responding to the calls.one month ago concerned person had come from M/s PIONEER WATERS (near ramaiah college) and made a fat bill of 2680. but still the problem has not been solved. again a month later they came and made a bill of 700.For two days it worked properly but now its still the same.The purifier's is working very slow and major water is being waste..All this because of criminal negligence on the part of M/s Kent.

                        i request immediate quality redressal.

                          Dear Sir/Ma’am,
                          I bought a Kent Water Purifier on 07.03.2012. The Model is Kent Grand+, Serial Number KR[protected]. Invoice number : 2176, Invoice Date : 05.03.2012.
                          As I knew the tap water in our area is of a very bad quality, I asked the guy who came to our home for demonstration that if the system would be good for our area also. And I was convinced that the Model was very good for all areas.
                          But, we never got the taste as good as mineral water, and for last 10-15 days the water coming out from the system had a very bad taste, and the internal light was remaining on all the time. So I asked for a service (No. 4294) on 12.06.2012 from our local area service office, and the detail of the service office is : 19-South Purbachal Road, Kolkata 700078, Ph. :[protected] and [protected].
                          The service guy came and declared after lots of testings and all, that, the iron remover is no good for the system, and we have to replace it, and because of the quality and capacity of the Iron filter, the main unit or filter is chocked and that is to be replaced also. So the water coming now is of very less quantity and bad quality, and we need a higher quality of Iron remover, which would cost me around Rs. 3000/- more, to be installed outside our purifier.
                          I bought the Water Purifier at Rs. 16500/- and now just after 3 months they are saying to spend another amount of Rs. 3000/-, so the actual cost is being Rs. 19,500/-. And if I knew that, this kind of things were going to happen I would never go for the BEST model of Kent. Rather go for other company’s purifier available in Market.
                          And I must say, this is quite common in all companies in our country, that they first convince you to buy product from them, and then go on imposing more and more expenditure on that. Nobody from Kent told me told about this kind of things going to happen with our purifier and I have to go on spending lots of money on my purifier to keep it going.
                          So I must conclude that just like any other cheap companies, Kent also taken up their business policy by cheating their customer.

                            Hi,

                            This is to formally raise a concern with requisite stakeholders in Kent RO Systems for the suffering and distress caused by the Kent RO team in Bangalore. We've been victims of there service centers and feel cheated.

                            We installed the Kent RO system installed 2009 and it seemed to work well for first few years. As like any system, the parts were refreshed to maintain quality of the service in this case - good, drinkable water.

                            It was until this year that we've been barraged with series of part replacements and that's part of the pain on behalf of Kent RO services team.
                            First, every few weeks, either the quality of water or a part was required to be replaced - some system indicated while some - JUST DON'T KNOW!
                            Noone who will visit us will tell us what will follow next and not do a comprehensive job.

                            What makes it worst is the $#%#$ attitude of the people in service center. We complained again that the quality of water is not good and called for an Engineer. The Engineer first was a clueless prick who kept toying with the equipment, called multiple went away and said he will return. Thereafter without a logical reason stated a part worth 2k needs to be replaced. We complied and okayed.

                            But that wasnt it. The quality of water on a meter scale which Kent has should be in the vicinity of a number 65. The enigneer leaves at a reading of 90+ and tells us it will be ok. The system wasn't ok and in next few days the quality deteriorated. We called again.

                            The same duffer engineer came, no explanation and assured us to fix the problem. When asked to test the quality of water, he chose to be oversmart and drained whatever was in the container. When on persistence we asked to check the reading on the meter was a whooping 300. He didnt have the guilt of a dying man.

                            He goes away, with a work around as the water is still not the same from Kent system to what we are used to consuming.
                            We called service center to complain and we were told that someone will visit us. We insisted on a new Engineer and they assured somebody will visit and its been over 3 days and no one from Kent is here.

                            This is absoutely unacceptable. Kent has to take care of this and I need a detailed explanation as to how do they intend to address this problem and a committment.

                            Kent — inefficiency of services

                            We recorded a complaint with kent ro services under complaint number 177057 on 9/06/09, for servicing and cleaning. They commited service within 24 hours however they have not provided services for such a basic nessecceity till now. While speaking to their officials and servicemen, they had a completely lacking attitude and false committments and later becoming rude and careless. And all this despite the fact that we have an AMC bought in november. We have suffered deeply with these people. Kindly help us with this problem and provide us justice by pinishing them appropriately.

                            Kent Ro — cheat by kent service centre lucknow

                            Hi As per Kent RO booklet U change kent RO membrain filter in two years but kent service centre lucknow change the filter in one year without check water purity

                            no service done till date

                            i have purchased kent water RO purifier Model GRAND + on aug 14...but despite calling all dealers in mumbai no body is undertaking service of the machine. kindly help out in this regards

                              Sir,
                              This is to state that i have purchased kent wonder water purifier on 4th april 2012.The serial no is KR[protected].It was purchased from Prithvi electronics, Akaashganga,Supela(bhilai).

                              From 4th june 2012 i have lodged a complain that my purifier has some issues.The service provider has forwarded my complain to a technician Joseph.Without attending my complain he tells Prithvi electronics that he has attended my complain.After a long pursuation he came.I had leakage problem earlier after he attended my complain now it has several problems.

                              Best part is now he doesnt turn up at al to attend my complain.

                              i wonder has kent hired technicians to solve problems or to increase them.

                                I got this KENT GOLD WATER PURIFIER couple of year back. i wanted to get its UF MEMBRANE & SYRINGE replaced so i requested a shop person to give me the number of concern person from KENT. and for which he gave me 2 numbers. when i called on the first number (on 4th June 2012) the response i received was to call on the second one...and when i called the 2nd number i was given another number to call.
                                when i called the 3rd number the person on other side asked me to drop a SMS with my requirement and address, which i did and he assured me that by Thursday (7th June 2012) the requirement will be fulfilled, but nothing happened then i called on the same number again in evening and he said that company have provided him with only UF MEMBRANE & he did not get the SYRINGE from company and he will send someone on Friday., but again on Friday same story no one turned for replacement.
                                i again called that person on Saturday morning so he said me he only have UF MEMBRANE available so if he sends only that, the unit will be waste for me as without syringe i cannot clean it.
                                So I told him without UF MEMBRANE right now my entire unit is waste so should i get the entire unit replaced to which he gave a very rude reply stating that company people like that only i[censored] want only UF MEMBRANE take it or leave it..

                                  This is in regards to the Kent Water Purifier, I had Purchased, 2-3 Years ago. Immediately, after the Warranty Period Expired, the water started Overflowing from the Purifier, spilling All over the House. Repeatedly Complaints have been Lodged, both at the Regional Service Center and also at the National Service Center, but All in Vain. Close to Rs.7000/ has been spent, Parts Replaced, Service Charges spent, but the Problem has yet to be Resolved. Kent is Now not even Bothered to Attend to the Complaint. The Problem contiues to Perisist and Remains to be a Nusiance. Request Immediate Action against the Organzation & Resolution of the Problem.

                                    No TDS control

                                    I am using KENT RO system for 2 months now. It is normally been advised that TDS level for daily consumption should be in range of 40-60, but KENT RO which comes with tag line of "TDS control" stands false when it starts giving water in the range of 10-70. consuming low level of TDS will make us used to it and higher chances of getting ill after having outside water.

                                    I'm Vidhyagaran.

                                    I purchased "Kent Grand+" from GIRIYAS Nungambakkam on[protected], may be after 8 pm, todays is 5th day from the date of purchase but product not installed. After some 10 times of follow-up, we got call from Kent service saying that my place is not in their region, border of Chennai (Mangadu-for your information now mangadu is in city limit, pls chk the postal code-600122), so they can't install even today. I wonder how I will be getting good product service in future. Even after spending 16,000 rupees to save my family from water diseases I'm purchasing CAN WATER locally.

                                    I purchased "Kent Grand+" from GIRIYAS Nungambakkam on[protected], bill no is 48379.

                                    Please guide me not only to get it installed, also to get good service backup. if not, I'm happy to change the product.

                                      i had puchased kent purifier model no-Kent MAXX Sr no - KR11041890 . purchage date 28 Apr 12.@ Rs 7950/- invoice no 404dated 28 aaaaaaapr12.following defects are occur.
                                      (a) UV Lamp not working
                                      (b) Not filtering properly.
                                      purchaging shop- Sri sai Marketing, Shivam complex,opp- Plaza cinema Ranchi.
