We have a complaint of repeated water overflow during night hrs, due to which our kitchen cabinet (wooden) is getting spoiled.
we have lodged repeated complaints with the Service Franchisee "Raj Associates" ,but they are doing the service casually and are unable to rectify the problem coming every now & then for last about six months.
Lately they have started to misbehave with me for repeated calls made by me for non rectification of problem by them. Please help, we have paid Rs 3550/- for AMC.

    Renewal of AMC – 2009-10


    I have renewed my AMC for Kent Water Purifier in the month of November 2009 vide cheque No. 11478 for Rs. 750/= . The cheque was cleared on 8.12.2009 but till date none of your maintenance personnel have visited us in spite of several reminders. I have complained on 9th March and again on 31st March 2010 the complaint No. being[protected].

    Each time I have complained I have been informed that the person would be visiting the next day, but so far nobody has turned up. When I enquired again, I was told that the maintenance personnel has visited my place whereas nobody has come to my place.

    When I called up Mr. Anil, Kent Service, today, he has not given proper information. In addition, he has been very rude in his reply. If you are not interested in servicing the Kent water purified, I would request you to kindly refund the amount of Rs. 750/= with interest within one week failing which I will be forced to take Legal, civil/criminal action against you. While renewing the contract your Delhi Office had promised that monthly maintenance will be carried out and I would not have to call up the office to remind them.

    I tried to contact Mr. Gupte on his mobile who did not receive the call. When I called up the Office I was told that he has gone to Sales Office. I was asked to provide my mobile No. and was told that he would be contacting me. I have provided the telephone twice but have not heard from him so far. Again I called up Sales Office when I was informed that he is available only at the Service Centre.

      Dear Sir,
      This is with reference of Kent RO system complaint regarding poor service by technical staff. We are using Kent RO system at our office, RO system is failed to purify the water repeatedly. Now it has totally stopped purifying the water. We registered an urgent complaint with customer care department of Kent at its Noida (UP) office. Executive assured that their technician will attend the complaint within 24 hours. Despite everyday calling and reminding, answer is same that someone will attend by the evening but noone turns for service.
      Now even after one week there is noone to check the machine.It seems that Kent RO is totally focusssed on sales and all the false promises are being done to cheat the customers. Once the product is sold out, customers like helpless victims of salesperson.
      We'll never recommend this company product to any other customer.
      Damn negative and worse service example by Kent RO System for reference complaint no. 364003.

        Purchased KENT -RO Water system with lot of expectations... few months after the installation the Motor/Pump kept on for Hours even though the water level is full and drofting out of the storage tank.... every time they visited but nothing has happened to rectify the problem hence the Pump is in bad shape now in just more than 1 yr time. the Dealer cum Service provider at Kolkata just waited till the Warranty period so that they can force to pay for the AMC. after i have paid them the money they changed 2 out of 3 filters but all of them are blocked in justa month period. recently my unit was services as ther were no Water filtration... Carbon filter is discunnected , I dont know why....


        its a very poor kind of service and forcing the brand to loose reputation..

Not good response by the your dealer. i call to again -again to mr. navneet jee. ([protected]) but not response. i think navneet jee is a not responsible man for this . i got service after 1-2 weeks after complain.so plz. you talk to your dealer for this matter. and to solution our problem. i hope that best servive received in the future by your team.thanking you.

          Greetings for the day.I am consumer of Kent RO system from last 6 years and once I switched to Noida from their my turmoil has started.I paid almost every month to them for service but still the product is not functioning at all.When ever you ask for complaint registration they ask that you have to pay Rs 225 as visit charges,which is pinching as consumer and making me irate.Thus need you ntervention as in this year I paid Rs 2000 for repair only .

            I have asked for water purifires internal filter with company servising center since last 3 weeks they are not repling when i asked them the reason told to me that they dont have stock they dont have delivery persons for it.

            Also this perticular part we have to orderd it form company only.It is monopoly.

            We have to pay Extra for part and again for delivery boy also.

            the equipment cost is 2400Rs. the pat cost is 350 Rs.

            Company delar charges 700 Rs including delivary and additional charges also the product is still in warenty they should actoally charge 150 Rs only or Maximum 350 Rs.

            i need ur help to install the purefier.
            I fully agree... they expect us to buy the water filter and drink so called purified water for 3-6 months.. after that there is no way you can get through the company to replace the filters... how indifferent... May be Hema Malini can help out...

            I have one of it and feel disgusted having bought a Kent...
            if the company feels like rectifying their image they can write with a solution to [protected]@gmail.com..

            But I doubt they will get back... will keep you posted
            I purchased Kent Gold Water Purifier on 27th April 2011. After about three weeks it stopped giving filtered water. After great effort one engineer visited on 01st June and cleaned the cell and he also taught me clean it. After that I had to clean it on every alternative day. But on 14th June it made no effect and from that date it is useless for me. I made a complaint in this regard to one Ms. Shefali in NOIDA (Phone No. [protected]) with complaint no. 6987. Till date nobody visited my house and the purifier is still waste for me. Moreover the behaviour of Ms. Shefali is not good. It seems the Kent is only meant for use of HEMA MALINI. Where are u Dream Girl come and help us out or stop advertising for Kent.

              Dear Sir,

              I have purchased a Kent Ro system on 07/08/2009 through Vasu marketing (Rajkot) and installed at 67, Gulmohar Residency, Sadhuvaswani road, Rajkot. There after due to leakage of bottom valve of the storage tank of the RO system it has been changed two times, but suddenly on 16.03.2010 morning the kent ro is hanging on the wall due to breakage of one of it`s wall mounting socket. I lodge the complain at 8.30 am on the same day to Vasu marketing.

              There technician came and inspect and told due to non availibility of stock, the storage tank will be changed on 17.03.2010 as the wall mounting socket is in the sorage tank itself.

              Now i got a call from Vasu marketing that i have to pay extra Rs.2500/- for changing the tank.

              In this regards i want to say that first of all my machine is within warrenty period and may be due to defective manufacture of product this breakage happen.

              Since last two days imy amily could not able to use kent and facing problem for drinking water.

              This is for your kind information and necessary action please.

                We had purchased the Kent UV water purifier from Agents corner in 2007. The product was installed and had been working without any problem during the warranty but when we wanted to change the filters after one year the Authorized service centre "Hooked" us into an AMC. Normally one does AMC so that he can ensure that he gets Prompt,Proactive Service at a Reasonable Cost. But to Our surprise the Service was Not at all Proactive. WE HAD TO REMIND KAYPEE to do their bi-annual checks and annual replacements ( If found needed). Once our first AMC ended in 2009 the second year we still went in for AMC inspite of almost double (3000Rs as against 1600Rs earlier) AMC charges thinking that at least when reminded we are getting service. But to our surprise the Experience with Kapee in[protected] second year of AMC) was not only pathetic but Horrifying as THEY DID NOT EVEN RESPOND TO OUR REMINDER ABOUT THE MANDATORY SERVICE CHECKS THAT ARE COMMITTED ,

                I WANT TO SEND A MESSAGE TO ALL WHO WISH TO BUY KENT WATER PURIFIER IN PUNE AND WISH TO GET SERVICE FROM KAPEE PLEASE NOTE ABOVE AND IF YOU ARE PREPARED FOR SUCH A TREATMENT THEN ONLY BUY KENT

                Kent UV water purifier — Pathetic Service

                After sales service is very bad and they do not have any escalation matrix to follow, once the customer has purchased the product he doesn't has any other option than facing humiliation from the kent management.
                Similar experience. Very poor and pathetic service . Service Engineer collects the money but no receipt is given saying it will be sent by post which never happens. So no guarantee of the parts replaced as we are left with no proof. We are absolutely at the mercy of the service center.

                I wish I had not bought the Kent machine and had gone for some other company.
                I am strongly agree on this. The service provided in pune is very -very bad. they did not take seriously on any complain. and also quality of service engineer is not good at all.

                We have called the customer care atleast 10-12 times for one complain than only they will send person after 4-5 days. This is very serious matter. i would request Kent please take it this very seriously otherwise your product from market will be soon lost.
                Same here I am also in trouble because of their services, after 1 month of follow ups and fight they are not giving any helpful resolution.
                Only 1 yr before I bought kent, and in this period itself they proved their services to be worst same what I found online. Everyone should buy aquaguard, all my relatives and friends who are using aqua guard are very happy with their promt services.
                I want to conduct a campaign where I can save people from buying kent and make that company closed atleast in india. I have already started my bit, I have posted in my company not no buy kent purifier and spreading it at a vast level. Also whenever I am visiting any retail store and I found people buying kent, I am able to convince them not to but it. Please support me by doing the same from your side. This company will never change, so it should be closed forever. Only their advertisements are good, product and services are worst. If it was outside india they would have been sued by this time.

                Leakage of water at pump and tap connection

                A drip of water coming from Unit as well as tap connected area. which causing inconvenient and geeting wet at kitchen room. matter may be treated as Urgent please.

                  I have purchased Kent RO system for My residence on 9th July 2009, through your distributor, Maruthi Circuits Chennai, spending Rs.15000/- but since then this machine was giving problems, initially the Distributor representative used to come and sort out the issue, but latter The Maruthi Circuits has told that now they are not having the Kent agency, and it has gone to One Jai ganesh Agencies at Chennai and has directed us to them when they were not responding I have got your Chennai office details and have contacted them ( Mr.Suresh/Mr.Anand etc.)on phone[protected],they have promised they will insist on Jai Ganesh to come and serve, one day Jai ganesh person has come and insisted we have to have external filter which is extra and we have got it placed at rs.750/- on 9th December, but even after that it is not functioning and your people are not responding, they are only telling what to do? it is distributor's responsibility.
                  Sir I am a middle class person and still have spent so much money to install such Machine as I consider pure water is essential and with full faith in KENT RO systems,Not your distributor or some body, And I am really pained to write this letter as again I am spending huge money on purchasing water daily and I don't know to whom I have to approach. I know by writing this I am antagonising your Chennai office(IF YOU TAKE ANY ACTION) but now I am prepared to even through this machine out as any way My purpous is not served so It doesn't matter. But I hope you will do justice.

                    dear sir,

                    I had purchased kent ro thru a distributer by name dkwaters in indiranagar these guys are repeted request and complaints from past 3and half week no body is botherd to respond and giving me vague answers of meterials not available sir in indian scenario the ho is in noida and i can go to noida and get the meterials in max 4 days,these people are seriously not bothered to take up the issue.even after complaining to their regional office in bangalore situated in nagavara these people think they are big and can take customers for a ride.and above all this these people casually say do whatever you want you can do go ahead do and they say that i can go ahead and register a case against them in consumer court.
                    so kindly help me in this??

                      Hi,

                      We encountered a problem in our Kent RO system last week where we were not getting any filtered water from the output tap. We called in the service center and the service guy (Ashutosh) didn't take more than 5 mins to check and say that everything needs to be changed. That includes 3 filters, the membrane, and a pump. It will cost around Rs 5200/- per him. We refused to correct the system as its useless to pay this amount with no assurance of this product from our 1.5 yrs experience. I being a computer engineer, often have this tendency to find the root cause of the issue. So I just started debugging the system, starting from 1st filter, 2nd and 3rd and saw water correctly going from these 3 filters. Then it goes to a blue coloured valve (that was not mentioned by Ashutosh as something not working correctly), the input of which was receiving water but output was not. I opened it and it had a spring that was stuck in the scale deposits there. I cleaned in the valve, removed the scales, fitted it again and water started coming out nicely. We checked the TDS and everything is working fine (and that too for free :))). I called in the Kent service center again to make a formal complaint and they asked me to contact Ravi Sahni who is supposed to be the service manager. He agreed that it was an issue with the service center guy but refused to give any compensation for the previous wrong delivery that was similar and harassment from the Kent Service center. I even called Ashutosh again for any training he needs for free to learn how to correct RO systems but he never agreed that it was his fault, rather he said confidently that he has made many other RO owners to pay this amount earlier (not all are engineers :) ).

                      i would like the company to apologize and pay for their previous similar wrong repair that they made last year and made us pay amount + the harassment that was caused to us. They are making fool of the public openly and must be punished for such open acts.

                      The problem here is not only that the things stop working but as well as that the service center people are taking advantage of this and misleading the people to pay and the fill their pockets while making the people real big FOOL!!

                      I have got Kent Grand RO. It worked well for 2 year. then 1st service got done, replaced all the filters including RO membrain. But still geting bad water. water comes out is with foam/Bubbles. We fall sick frequently if I use that water. We called many times the service person. after collecting the money they are beahve like unkwon person. Finaly I stoped using the machine started buying the Water Kane.
                      Realy, services are frustating. Help me someone, otherwise I will have to throwout the white dubba.

                      I agree with all complainants. After sales service is a big issue. And now they have come up with this remark- service will be provided within 24 working hours. Then they come on day 3 and tell us that a day has only 8 working hours. After checking the system a part is identified as malfunctioning and another day or two is spent in bringing and changing that part.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        This is to inform you that we are using your product KENT R.O. System since couple of months. We are facing the problem of ants comes with the water. We have already intimated to company's dealer Mr. Gaurav kataria Kent RO Sales & Services, 103, Jawahar Tower, SJS, Highway, Bani Park, Jaipur, regarding the same problem. He is misbehaving with us don’t understand that problem company's engineer visited and inspected the machine and told that its common problem and it happens with all of R.O. System. There is no any step taken by company side to dissolve this problem

                        We would like to submit our request that due to this problem we are not able to use and can’t get the water as we required. We are pure vegetarian family and we can’t accept ants in drinking water even it may cause health problems.

                        Kindly go through with the same and do meaningful on priority as this is the serious matter. Delay in this issue will make us free to take legal action against you and you will be liable to born all the expenses in this matter.

                          AFTER SALES SERVICE IS "ZERO"
                          I have purchased Kent Grand + MIneral RO Vid e Model Sr No KRO90253404 from M/s Global Enterprises Bhopal on dated 10/03/2009 vide Invoice No 3083.
                          After sales service is very very poor. 11 months have been passed no quality check were done by company. While follow up & complaint to dealer for poor performance of matchine, he sent one technician after three months and asked for charges of Rs3000/- towards faulty parts, When we told about warranty he said that Warranty is only on papers company is not responsible for warranty.
                          While discussion with our neighbours who has purchased same matchine were stopped using the new matchin and now using other Brand.

                            I have purchase Kent Grand+ Mineral RO from Global Enterprises vide Invoice No 3083 dated 10/03/2009. Inspite of regular reminder the Dealer is not responding and asking to change the parts on payments basis, whereas as per Instruction hand book the matchin is under warranty till one year. While discussion with Dealer's staff we understand that the said model is totally failure model and dealer is not able to entertain. In case if the company doesnot revert me in the next 3 days I will lodeg my complain to Consumer forum.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              We had purchased Kent Water RO 1 month back.Within a week there was leekage internally inside the machine . After consuming that water we were sick down loose motions and vomiting.We called Kent Ro guys for servicing of machine . They had send somebody who was completely unaware and changed the settings of the machine saying that settings was not proper. Again in two days time same problem occurred and affected our health we called Kent guys again and same as usual no service was provided. We are fedup with services and we are boiling water and drinking inspite of spending 14000/- Rs. for pure water.

                              Please take this complaint to urgentr attention as i am 65 years old. I cannot run behind these guys everytime. This Machine is 1 month old already thrice we have complained and nobody has resolved the problem.

                                  I am purchased one Kent Ro System from Mr Anil mob [protected], kota vide Bill No.266 dated 29.09.2009 through jyoti sales phone[protected]. My Kent Ro System is not working since install. I have registered various complaints at kota,Mr Anil Service Centre, distributer Sir, Nilash tak [protected] and area sales manager Aashish [protected].and many complain on [protected]@kent.co.in registered. My Kent Ro System is not working till today nithes any response to solve the problen , nor any action taken by them for my complaint....

                                    Kent RO Systems Ltd,, having their registered office at A-2, Sector 59, Noida, UP is involved in the business of selling Water RO systems through their distributors. It is to bring to attention, that Kent RO Systems, in conjunction with their distributors are responsible for cheating the customer with false promises about the quality of their product. Kent RO Systems through their Authorised representatives; M/S Sun Shine Solar Systems have sold me a non-functional product and are completely evasive in their response.
                                    I had purchased your ssytem from your frinchisee owner Mrs Vini Dheer, w/o Mr DR Gulati, Bhopal, less than 6 months back.I was using USHA Brita & a friend of mind who was very close to Dr gulati pushes me & I went in for this blunder. Every 10/15 days I face a problem & all my complainrs goes absloutely unattended.                                       I bought Kent RO system 6 years back,it worked very well for first 3 years after that it is giving me lots of trouble.in this financial year also I spent almost Rs3000 for its service and they have changed the parts as well ,but all gone in vain as again the same problem re-occure.When I ask for complaint they ask for service charges every time.I am also working into service industry but never seen this kind of After sales service it is pathetic.I recommend that no one should buy Kaent RO.my contact number is [protected]

                                        we bought the Kent RO water purifier RO + UV from Jai Vignesh Electronics ([protected],[protected],[protected]) about a few months ago. Service from Jai Vignesh Electronics has not been satisfactory. In the last 1 month, we have been continously calling them to fix some issue with the system supplied and they are yet to fix the issue.

                                        After 12+ reminders, person came from this distributor and told us that he needs one more person to assist him to remove the pre filter and check. we are expected to clean the pre filter every week, when one of your service engineer finds it difficult to hanlde by himself and how do you expect household people to remove the fulter and check by ourselves.

                                        Your service personnel also claimed that the pre-filter supplied by JaiVignesh Electronics was not the right one, which had many customer complaints and he suggested us to get the right pre-filter in place to have it cleaned at desired frequencies.

                                        I am not sure, what exactly is the issue till now. we would appreciate if you could provide us the resolution quickly. Hope this channel of communication would provide us some resolution. thanks.

                                        Kent RO+UV — POOR SERVICE

                                        Hello..

                                        i had purchased KENT GRAND+ month on 30/05/09 from OM Associates, Lucknow with Serial No: KR[protected]

                                        Since beginning there is a small crack at the bottom of the machine due to which there is constant seepage of water continously..

                                        i had told the service center people here and explained them everything on phone but there has not been anything done to rectify the problem. Almost 20 phone calls might have been done till date.

                                        Please take immediate action or else the issue will be be escalated to higher authorities..

                                        KENT RO UV — REGARDING POOR SERVICE

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I would like to inform you that i have purchased a KENT UV RO on 09 april '09, bill No. 1014 from M/S SAFEX INTERNATIONAL, B-29, basement, Govind Marg, near barf Khana, Adarsh Nagar,Jaipur. after almost one year i called to SAFEX INTERNATION to change sendimant+carban filter(according to the company instructions) and sent a guy Mr Deepak for change sendimant+ carban filter and he changed on 26th june'10 but now i have got some problem in our KENT UV RO and i called to concern person he sent one guy Mr. kamal to check what is the Problem. Mr. Kamal told me that carbon filter is not working in proper way and that is lealage water from carbon filter. and mr kamal told one more thing is it is very old. i told to mr kamal and his senior person Mr, Choudhary to solev this problem becoz's it is within the gantee priod. but they told me mr. deepak left the organization and he was froad.

                                        So i will request you kindly help me to solev this problem.
