This letter is in context to the mail that i had send earlier. i had filed a complaint against the product kent RO water purifier for which have not received any reply till date .kindly contact me on the my cellphone no given herein . This letter should be considered as a legal notice and i i dont receive any reply to this letter me and my client will be forced to take a legal action against the company in the consumer forum.

    I do not know if this mail reach the right person but hope is what makes the world go round!
    I had purchased the KENT Mineral RO purifier in mid march 2007. Excellent machine....no doubt.
    Took an AMC(#11031) from 'Good Mineral RO' on 23rd Jan 2008 and paid Rs.3400/- for it with the assurances of Free service and spare parts replacement.
    When the machine system stopped working around July called on their customer care[protected] but with no avail. After 100s of call 'Rajshekhar' the technician turned up, changed the filter....still no water. Said will return with spare parts ASAP and vanished.....not to be seen again. We got too caught up with life and started used can water inspite of having the Rs. 15000/- machine. Meanwhile kept calling the customer service and kept getting the assurance that somebody will visit soon....but it never happened. Also, escalated the matter to 'Service Manager - Nagesh' to no avail.
    The mistake I was probably making was quoting the AMC no. everytime I called.So, this time I called[protected] on 20th Jan and without breathing a word about the AMC registered a complaint #872. Also google searched and got following details:

    Called Ph: 23214684 on 21st Jan and got Complaint #:5265 by Jyothi. Told her about the other number[protected] and was told that it their distributor “GOOD Mineral RO”. She promised to make sure that the problem is fixed.
    ‘Rajshekhar’ comes on 22nd does membraning or something like that and demanded Rs.3250/- .
    I need to be sure if it is working before he leaves is what I tell him. We wait for the electricity for 10 mins and then I get the generator switched on for the purpose.
    The water which comes out is no way different from my tap water. His Excuse: It is old water the fresh one will be good.
    I let the water drain for almost 3 minutes and still the same taste. Ask him to check it with his machine. His Excuse: He insists that the water is just fine and that he is not carrying the water checking machine.
    When I insist he threatens to take out the replaced parts and leave.
    I know there is hardness level adjustment system in the machine and request him to check that. He makes a face but complies…..slightly better.
    I now produce the AMC paper and say that I do not need to pay. His face falls and he calls Nagesh.
    Nagesh excuses:
    1. You have to pay as technician’s carry counted number of parts and their salary is based on that….
    2. The machines under AMC to be replaced are different. He has done membraning thinking you to a new customer. Return those to him and I will get it replaced with AMC parts.
    I insist that there is no way that I am letting him take the parts back. He can send the replacements and then take these ones.
    Rajshekhar gets me to sign a paper that says he visited and leaves. Moments later I cannot find my original AMC document. I call him and he says he is at a cross near by attending another call. I ask him to wait so that I can collect it from him. He cuts the call and does not answer any further calls from me.
    I call Nagesh to ask Rajshekhar to pick my call. Nagesh says he DOES NOT HAVE Rajshekhar numer……can you believe that !!!
    So I do not know why Rajshekhar STOLE my AMC document and what’s their plan.
    All I know is that this whole experience sucks. Such stupid attitude and pathetic service…..
    The water coming from the purifier still tastes like TAP WATER!!!
    DO SOMETHING FOR GOD SAKE!

    remaining warranty but they have charges Rs.1300 and now they also
    demanding 2500 Rs.for repairing Memorn equipment given in filter. The
    incharge of service station is very badly talking with me and
    misbehavior with me. So now i am very tired by Kent Ro Service So
    ultimatly i have to come before You. So kindly Solve my Problem As
    Soon as Possible.

    I have also Complain To PG Portal ( Core Center ) A government
    Department for above problem. So please Replace My Kent Ro as soon as
    possible.

      Dear sir
      We inform you very sadly that We bought a KENT WATER PURIFIER RO system in ludhiana april 2009 but on installations. we lost its Invoice.Now our water purifier is out of order.Please help us and inform us Now which dealer we contact ?Bcoz we bought it at our destination mr. NOIDA MANAGER with them that time.We feel very strange that Nobody contact us after received the complete payment.I inform you our system serial # KR[protected] and patent # 199716.We tried too much but everyone has refused.

        dear sir,
        we got a kent water purifier installed in the month of november 2009 and after the installation we paid the required amount by cheque to the person concerned . Thereafter we got the water sample from the filter tested by the Uttar Pradesh jal nigam which in its report it showed the presence of the nitrate in the filter water sample which was absent in the water from the source and it is because of this reason that we are not using the filter ever since, inspite of conveying the test results to the company people and making repeated request the people from the company have hardly taken any cognizance of the matter , just once or twice they have come and have made little bit of changes after which also the water is showing nitrate presence as stated in the test results as done yet again. sir it has been more than 2 months now and we have made several attempts to convince the company people to take the proper action,it has been utterly tiring and irritating for us to do so again andagain . if after this complaint also some cognizance proper action is not taken by the company we will be forced to taker legal action action against the company and we wont be hesitant to approach the consumer forum for the redressal of the complaint.Thanking you.

          Dear Sir,
          We purchased Kent R O water purifier 3 years back in Mumbai and it was working fine in Mumbai however now we have shifted to Jaipur and people from R O department came and said that the R O will not work in Jaipur. Then we called up the local technitican and he fixed some wires here and there and connected it. But we are not satisified with that.

          We need someone from Kent R. O to come and check it for us.

            i puchased kent water purifier on behalf that it is a high brand product & it will work trouble free with peace of mind. but i'm sorry to say that in my view co has only aim to sale product by advertising on media and making them fool as co has no proper after sale service channel . Before making sale co should arrange product's after sale service but kent has no such pannel I am sufferiung very much & facing much much problems with this machine . I appeal people that they should not waste their money for kent . it is like Glitters & all glitters are not gold

              I have purchased Kent RO in the month of October 2009. Right on the day of installation it stated beeping, but the person came for installation said it will be rectified.
              Right from that day I made complaint at 5 times out of which 3 was attended. I requested to repalce the unit or refund my money, but there was no response.
              The person contacted for complaint is Mr. SHUKLA from Bhopal (M.P.) mobile no [protected].
              I once request you to sort my problem/replace unit/refund my money.
              Otherwise I will go to consumer forum.

              I am facing the exact same problem with my newly installed KENT RO 4 system and the customer service is so bad that I called them twice in 2 weeks and they have still not come to repair it.

                on 21 july, 2009 i purched kent water purifier from kent's distributer in patna. i contact noida office and kent send mr.Sarfarj([protected]) from Rajabajar,patna. on that day i found that they are installing damage tank. i told them to replace it.they told me i ll replace at very next day. from that day i m calling them so many times but no body came to my house. than i call noida office they told me to contact Mr. Krishnandan([protected]). he told me i will talk to distributer. i called him so many times but no body ready to replace it.now it is more than 4 month but i cant able to use my purifier porperly. i dont want this purifier.kindly return my all money. infact i wasted so many time and mobile bill for this stupid company. even kent promise to provide service after every 3month but after calling so many times no body turn up here.

                  I had purchased a Kent RO (Pride)29.06.2009. The model had Sr. No. KRO90252448 and the waranty card had mentioned the name of service provider as Mr. D. K. Sahu of Bhilai (Chhattisgarh) - Mobile [protected].

                  Since last 20 days; the said RO is not working and the complaint was lodged with Mr. D. K. Sahu over mobile and to the Kent's office at Nehru Nagar; Bhilai.

                  But till date complaint is unattended. The response from Mr. Sahu is far from satisfactory.

                  I am suffering irrepairable damage because of lack of professional attitude from your Bhilai representative and willing to move to the consumer forum.

                    I purchaged this KENT water RO purifier 4 months back at Bhopal ( Dealer name:Mangal Solutions), ..recently i got transfered to Chennai ..found RO filter Choked ..i contacted local dealers and KENT support people..nobody responded..insted i have to purchage a new RO filter now...even though it was taken just before 4 months.,,new RO filter is costing around 2300/-

                    some one help me out...

                      I am very annoyed from the way as this big company of yours giving service to your customers. Firstly two reminders no one has made even feedback against my mail’s after making many call’s & giving 3rd reminder one of your company executive(Mr.Mumtaaz) come to meet me At the sight but with no satisfactory answer. Can u please tell me is this way u treat your customers firstly make them to buy yours product by making false statements about services & quality of your product, after then once customer got in your trap u make him fool for long time.                       As from the day i have purchased i m not getting the response from this machine at all .Lots of time i have made complaints regarding it to your sales Executive Mr Akhilesh Maurya but he haven’t rectified it completely,,,some times ur engineers have give up a visit at sight but then also not been rectified...All the Fittings i have installed in my house have been getting rust or I have to made it change due hardness in water Example Geyser, Multi system Panel & etc even i have to make Kent R.O Membrane to be changed three times within 9 months in which ur same company executive told me that is due to hard water. So pls can u tell Why i have Spend this Rs 50,000.00 for your machine which is good for nothing Softener machine .As i have been told earlier that this machine will only consume 40 kg Salt every month but after visit given by one of your engineer named Mr Ramanuj ji he told to make it 120 kg Per month then also i have done that but then also result is Null.

                      Now after getting rid of all I have ask ur executive give me some permanent solution for this ,he said me pls go to consumer court is this is the service which ur company is providing to all ur customers
                      Firstly purchase your machine & then if it doesn’t work go to Consumer court ,After giving this reply ur company Executive Mr Akhilesh have not taken a call single time..

                      Please advise me what to do as u r the head of this Department Which I have comes through after calling on ur mentioned numbers of Invoice...

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        I puchased Kent RO grand + system from Sun Shine Solar sytems at MS Ramaiah Enclve Bangalore-73 on 17/7/2009. A person named Rajshekar installed it at my place and took extra amount saying he will install aditional filer, till today he didnt install that filter. The Kent RO system stopped functioning on 7/11/2009 i called Rajshekar and told about it. after calling somany time he came and saw the system and said UV tube has gone and he will replace with new one but again he didnt turn up and not answering my calls. I called up Bangalore KEnt office they have promissed me also they said his dealership is terminated long back. No i am helpless please help me. I tried to call Kent Noida head office but the number mentioned on website is not working.

                        I bought a Kent RO machine one and half year back.I bought it from Kolkata-Axis Exim Private Limited. The purifier was functional in the first year.On completion of 1st year the company asked us for an AMC for which they charged Rs 1875/;the AMC was done by one Mr Subroto Dey. the AMC included 3 filters-sediment filter, iron filter and carbon filter. When I asked them to replace these candles they said that the main UV tube was not working, on repeated request the rectified the problem o[censored]V tube.Again when I asked them to change the candle they kept on making one excuse or the other. Finally they came with a local candle and kept on insisting that it was a Kent product which the company had forgotten to label. When I insisted that it is a fake product they admitted that it was a chinese product but was 100% better then Kent. finally they installed the candles but they were not sealed: they also took back the old candles which I think they will reuse and take another customer for a ride.

                          I bought Kent RO purifier for 13500/- one and half year back. At the time of selling they followed up with us very nicely and nice demo was given, We really impressed and bought the product. Initially it was nice, But After one year we had some problem like leaking, machine was working etc. When we contacted the service centre, there is no proper response from any of the service centres. They are telling that they would come tomorro and that tomorrrow will not come so easily. You have to make atleast 10 calls to get the person at your door step. They would really make a mess of the same by telling so many problem with their own logic which we cant understand.
                          I recommended this product to two of my friends initially, But furture I sincerely telling you all not even entertain any body from Kent. They provide bakwas service.

                          I have bought a kent ro system about two years back in 2008 under the impression of its ad. and so many things which are convinced me that it is the best R.O. system available in the country. But when I use it, my experience is quite different. The system worked properly for one year i.e. the period under warrantee period. But now-a-days the system is not working properly. Its power supply device is not working properly. I have made a complaint and an engineer checked my system and replaced its power supply devide and UV lamp which costs me about Rs. 1500/- but the system is not working properly. In Saharanpur, there is no proper service place of Kent and it is my sincerly advice of Saharanpur peaple to not to buy kent R.O. system.
                          JUST DONT DONT DONT BUY THIS RO... THATS IT !!!

                            I HAVE PURCHASED THE KENTO RO CUM WATER PURIFIER WITH TDS CONTROL WITH ALARM SYSTEM LATEST MODEL ON 3.10.2009 FROM AMBALA CANTT SHOW ROOM/DEALER BARTRA GAS AGENCY (PADMINI SHOW ROOM), OPPOSITE SADAR POST OFFICE AMBALA CANTT. THEY THAVE TAKEN OUT ONE PART AS IT WAS NOT WORKING WITH THE VIEW THAT IT WILL BE REPLACED TOMORROW OR IF IT WILL NOT WORK ENTIRE PIECE WILL BE CHANGED. BUT NEITHER THE DEALER NOR THE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE HAS RESPONDED EVEN AFTER REPEATER REMINDERS WHEN A MONTH HAS BEEN PASSED AND WE ARE VISITING THE SHOWROOM TWICE OR TRICE A WEEK AND MAKING THE PHONE CALLS ALSO.                               Dear Sir,

                              We have been using Kent purifiers in our campus for more than a year but the test of water we got on the day one which attracted us most for buying kent purifier, disappeared in a few months and never resumed. We got no satisfactory answer from the service person. Secondly, it involves maximum maintenace cost. Please look into that so that maintenance cost can be made reasonable keeping the quality and test of water intact.

                                the kent water purifier automatically starts overflowing and frequently gives an alaram sound.when we call u there is only 1 technician who comes and pretends to fix the product by charging us which is of no use cause it gives the same problem once he goes off...
                                i suggest a severe action must be taken on this company for cheating on customers.

                                I too am facing the same problem with Kent(Grand+) purifier, the water is leaking from the box. I have moved from Andhra Pradesh to Chennai and when called up the customer care, they responded to my request only after 3 days to say that they charge me for the service to come to my house even with in the warranty period. They charged me Rs.350 just to come to my house & see what the problem is. They say if we bought the purifier at that distributor, it is free service else we will be charged..With that I understand the customer service is very poor for KENT purifier. I have to bring the distributor who sold the purifier in AP to get it fixed else I will be charged even with in the warranty period.

                                I suggest not to go for KENT water purifier.

                                    i have taken AMC for my kent ro machine which is valid till next year. within a period of 20 days, i have contacted twice to the customer care regarding malfunctioning of my machine. same has been attended within a stipulated time. but problem still continues as the machine never stops resulting the loss of stored water from our roof top tank (in B-10/110, air india colony, vasant vihar, new delhi). today, i.e. on 19th october 09, monday, i have been trying the customer care tel. [protected], since morning but not able to get through. something wrong, i hope. please get my machine rectified earliest possible in order to save water and leakage.

                                    i purchased an aquaguard water purifier three months back and it is out of service for the last two months.the service engineer who came for service two months back,said that the entire system had to be replaced. i have called up the office 100 s of times and nothing is happening.
                                    i strongly believe that eureka forbes is the worst company in both its service and customer care.its an total waste

                                      With reference to my unit serial no KR[protected], I would like to highlight the bad behaviour
                                      and arrongance of your technician during the service that has been provided to me. As per the
                                      extended service contract, today on 10th October 2009 new service technician came, post his service i requested him to show me the TDS of water, for which i was told that he is not having the same and he is a trainee who has been sent to do the service and his supervisor is working near by. I told him i would not sign the document unless i read the TDS measurement. Post my communication, he spoke to his supervisor about the same over the phone, the name of the supervisor is Mr.Piyush Deb (he was the old technician who gave service previously).
                                      He told me on the phone that he also is not having the machine to show me the TDS, i also told him that i will be unable to sign unless i saw the reading. Post my views he threatened me that i have to sign the same. After hearing the same i told him that i would speak about the same with your office, on hearing the same he told me i can speak to anybody i like but i would have to sign the document. At that point of time i disconnected the phone. In the meantime i spoke to your kolkata office about the same, unfortunately the CRM was out for lunch and the office promised me to get back to me on the same. In the mean time the supervisor came to my house with the trainee, he told me if you dont sign the document then give my your document which a coustomer has and i will
                                      sign on the same and he was telling me that you have to give me the same. I said sorry and i cannot give you the same unless the tds is measured and is shown to me that the machine is working ok. Then he said i have to give him, i can speak to anyone i like if in kolkata office or delhi office he doesn't mind, he was forcing me to give hime the document for sign verbally.
                                      He was behaving in a rude fashion and i had no option but to tell him please leave my house at once and i would not speak to him any more. Post his leaving the kolkata office called me up and i told them the same thing. My questions are :-
                                      One how can you send some trainee without anyone accompanyiing him to a customer place.
                                      Two, is the customer place a training place, who is going to take the responsibility is something goes wrong due to the work done by a trainee.
                                      Three how can the service person can be rude to your customer, uses bad mouth and behave badly and force him to do something not to his liking ?
                                      The sheer arogance of the technician baffaled me. This type of incidents is getting a bad name to the company. Please look into the same and take appropriate action. Looking forward to your promt response.

                                      Kenstar Water Purifier — service after sale

                                      i purchase a water purifire three year back at the time to purchase compay give one year free service but fail give the service and after that a service provider appointed by company RUBICONE, taken two year service contract but the service is too poor.
                                      we had purchased and installed a Kent RO three years ago. since then, we independently had the RO water tested three different times in a reputable laboratory and each time the water test report clearly stated that the water was unfit for human consumption. the only water being supplied to the RO is directly from the Delhi Jal Board supply.

                                      we have unsuccessfully asked Kent to refund the money but they have refused stating that they cannot be held responsible for an independent test report. They only refer to the TDS count. They also refuse to accept that their advertising claims are bogus since the RO does not actually comply with the potable water standards deemed acceptable by independent testing laboratories.
                                      Dear Sir, i am having kent RO+UV Water purifier since last one and half year, but now i am fcing problem o[censored]V protection (the light o[censored]V is off ) accrdingly i contacted to the Mr. Lahoti (Smita Medicals Nanded Maharashtra) from whom purifier was purchesed, accrding to him the light o[censored]V was off so i requsted to instll the UV tibe but he is not installing the kent`s original UV tube, so i asked him to install the original UV tube only then he is showing some other problems in my purifier but there is no any other problem to me in my purifier
                                      Mr. Lahoti (Smita Medicals Nanded Maharashtra) telling me the cost of spare parts of the purifier is much expencive in campare with the market prises,
                                      so kindly give the prise list of the spare parts of KENT RO+ UV Water Purifier.

                                      This is with reference to kent KR[protected] purchased from the distributor Genesis Enterprises kent water purifier after sales service is really bad in chennai no body is bothered to visit home and do the servicing I have to keep on calling different people, every time they give different numbers to contact.

                                      customer service

                                      The worst RO system as far as their customer response system is concerned. Costly and useless after first use, they will keep saying membrane is bad ro is bad or blah bla blah. I am really fed up with them.

                                        Sir,
                                        I had purchase a Kent water purifier from Kayee dealer Add: 302, Rasta Peth, nr.Datta Club, Pune, Maharashtra. Ph No.[protected]. In the month of August 2009, had requested the said dealer to change the candles of my purifier and their engineer had visited my house to replace the same and I have done the entire payment for the same. While replacing the same and servicing the water purifier the engineer from Kaypee enterpreises rasta Peth Pune had neglegently handled the product. had cause damage to it. The said engineer had distrubed the entire wiring of the water purifier because of which the product had stopped working and similarly it started licking the water through its circlation pipes. I had many times requested the said dealer to solve the problem but the said dealer did not solve the problem till nor even any engineer has visted to my place inspite of several request and phone calls.
                                        Therefore I kindly request you to look into the matter and take appropriate action against the said dealer.

                                        i had purchase a kent water purifier from mr.nadaf.sangli cell no.[protected].i dont know his address.he is not replying my call.water filter is dead not working.i have called ur sales executive more than 20 times.we have paid amc of rs 1000/- still we are not getting service.now we have to drink tap water.if anybody in our family falls sick who is responsible.i m planning to give a paper article.kindly response as soon as possible.
