Previously I had purchased a Kent Mixer Grinder from Paytm Mall. The mixer jars were broken, the wire was burnt and scratches all over the body. With multiple emails and complaints the "DAMAGED MIXER GRINEDER" was retuned and yesterday a replaced product was received. The packing was good and there was no tampering of seal. We tried to turn on the machine it was not working at all. Tried in different plug points also it was not working. We tried the our old mixer that was perfectly fine. When escalated to Paytm Mall the only thing they want is pictures. Multiple people send a request to send the pictures. I have sent them more that 5 times around 15 pictures each time. They are still checking it seems. I am tired of sending pictures and messages. If I send 10 messages they would reply once only.

Just a logical question - When a company is sending any product, especially in Ecommerce there will be quality checks not 1 or 2 multiple. How is it possible that at the time of quality check they did not find that the product is not in WORKING CONDITION????

That means either the product sold by PAYTM MALL are fake or they are getting products manufactured by local people and selling with brand name like Kent etc.

People should not be CHEATED like this. Please Help me...and others who are getting cheated...

The return was approved 4 days back and still now there is no update and the pick up not yet done. I have sent multiple emails to PAYTM CUSTOMER CARE but there is no response. Courier partner Delhivery Courier pick up executive are just lying. Since 4 days I'm waiting and waiting and they have not come yet. Paytm Mall selling fake products and courier company Delhivery is also lying stating customer unavailable and stating phone not reachable which is a lie.

Please help me.

Hello Team, my damaged order was approved for return. Not even a single day I had received a call or has someone come to my place for pick up. Now I get a message that returns was rejected. What am I'm supposed to do with the damaged product. It is not of one or two re. You people have sent damaged product and as a customer am I responsible? I am going to escalate the issue with the consumer forum and court. Your courier people are fake.

Now they have rejected my return request.

Please help me Paytm mall and the Delhivery courier are fake and cheating people.

        I have installed the kent grand plus serial no -KR[protected] on 01/05/2020, it till now it has been getting repair every month, after 6 months it got repaired and service men changed the RO, one month back it got repaired and service men came and replaced the filter and charged 4000 rupees and it not working again. Since three days, what the hell, I am fed up with the maintainance every month I want to call and tell the repair issue, .u r advertising with lots of crores and fooling common people, The concentration ur having on branding advertisement, i[censored] place at least 1% on the quality of the product it has reached more than the present.

          In Kent water tank there are aunts and other creatures can easily go inside but the care and operators and engineer still that this is so natural don't worry

                I had purchased a Kent electric kettle on September 2020 which had one year warranty. Now electric kettle is not working due to some technical problem. I have complaint this issue via customer service platform they have provided me some complaint no which has again and again been cancelled by local service provider or someone else. I have contacted area sales manager whose response is also very pathetic.
                So this is my humble request kindly provide me some contact details by which I can fix my this problem.

                  Today checked the water
                  Thr taste was not good
                  Checked the flow connection.
                  It was wrong
                  The uv and uf are in closed loop.
                  Sigiment then carbon to tank., this was the connection. What is this, your technician dont know how to connect. It is shame and pity

                    Algae growth in the tank with filtered water. My Kent RO purifier was under AMC till 5th July. I had raised a complaint on algae growth, filter and capacitor change. The technician changed all the filters. However again in a day's time, algae started growing in the tank. Drinking this water is extremely hazardous. This water purifier doesn't meet the standards or it is opposite to the advertisement that they showcase to attract customers

                        The micro switch has been provided with float for trippingof Ro m/c. The gap betn filter chember portion and check nut is not sealed. Hence small ants are entering into purified water in the tank.This was happened several times, in my Kent RO, due to which all my family members facing Stomoch problem.Please do needful to modify design.Thanking you.

                          My Kent was under warranty I registered a complain and I had complained that my kent membrane is not functioning properly and so to change it since it is under warranty. But the service man mukhtar Alam did not change it. He told it will work till 6 months more. I told him that it is already written on the part to get it replaced within 1 year but he did not do. Now within 1 month i.e. Today my kent stopped working again and he visited again and charged me 2000 for same membrane .

                            Electric kettle was purchased online dated 27.11.2020 with one year warrenty. The kettle didn't work from the month of May 2021. I approached the customer care of Kent RO who advised to contact Chandigarh based service center and also advised to contact Kent Branch officer. Following the guidelines the customer care straightway told the said kettle is not functioning. Whereas the concerned Branch officer kept me lingering and is still doing. I visited to his office so far three times and he never ever met. On contacting he never pick my call. No solution has been so far made, only mental harrasment.

                              My Kent ro product code is 11032.
                              During free service your representative Pawan Sahu installed duplicate items in my Kent product. Which later on find when next problem arise with my product. This is a case of fraud please take this matter serriously.

                              Dear Team Kent, I had post a complaint against Pawan Sahu on 8 July 2021 regarding fraud case of installing duplicate spare parts installed in my Kent ro during warranty period
                              When I received a call from area manager Mr. Vikas, he told me accept that he can give me a original spare part that to verbally. Not even a single strong step is taken by area manager
                              I am ashamed and sadddened with your response next time I will think twice before purchasing a Kent product
                              Also for your information again your scrap ro is not working

                                  We purchased a RO plant 6 months back, in this 6 months we are struggling lot with the performance of the machine, several complaints raised but still problem exists.
                                  Last time had membrane issue, that replacement took 15 days, but problem Not yet solved.
                                  Now the machine it's self not working.
                                  We really fed up with the product and service.
                                  Kindly look into this and help us by taking fastest action.

                                    I am an old and loyal customer of yours. I now wish I hadn't bought your water filter.

                                    The above service request is pending despite my receiving an SMS saying teh Service Engineer will come on 6th July at 2:30 pm.

                                    I have since made four calls only to your Customer Care, each time getting meaningless assurances or more numbers for me to call.

                                    What I don't understand is why the customer has to follow up for service.
                                    What then is the role of your Customer Care?

                                        Kent doesn't need àny introduction being a popular brand but what is utterly disappointing is the quality of the parts these days. Within a span of two years we have replaced every possible part within the machine. Replacing filters is understandable but the rest can never be justified. It is not over two months after spending 8K that yet another new problem has cropepd up in the name of the electric board which the company insists that we spend another 2k. We live in an area where power fluctuations are a rarity and the technician handling it is himself surprised that some.or the other problem is cropping up with the unit. I demand for justice regarding the unending expenses that have gone out of control regarding this unit. I am devastated by the quality of the RO unit and it's performance.
