I am not happy with Kent service team, Had lodged the complaint on 30th Jan (complaint no [protected]) for filter issue and technician Balaji came and changed the all three filters ( CR NO SP MEMBRANE 8 HIGH FLOW- 1qty, POP-FRT 550/660- 1qty, POWP-INLINE CARBON FILTER 8-1 qty ) costed rs.4000/- 1st of feb 2021 and said that minimum 1 year will come for next replacement.

As per your warranty for 3 months the filter was not working complained on 14th May 2021 under warranty period but the technician Dhuwaragesh came and cleaned the filter and left. I told him that it was not filtering properly but he told me it will work from now on. He did not change the filter.

Next complaint made on 6th july for not filtering water again technician came and cleaned the filter and left.

Next complaint made on 23rd july again filter issue and technician cleaned the filter and left without changing the new filter.

Next complaint made on 7th Aug for the same issue of not filtering, 9th technician Balaji came and said that to change all three filter with cost 4000/-+,

In this case why the technician did not change my three filters when the 1st filter issue arrived on 14th may while under warranty.

Concern was not addressed as per request, and your technician waited for week to complete the 3 months warranty period after that your technician said warranty period was over.. not happy at all the way you people handled my complaint.. worst customer support.

    I have repair my KENT grand RO in the month of JUNE21. I have paid for the repair and service for an amount of approx. Rs.2000.
    We have not crossed 2 and half month of service and repair of water discharge into the storage tank. The same issue has occurred and a lot of time is taking to store the water in tank.
    Is this type of service and repair is made by kent service person.?

      There has been no communication from Kent, neither there is any response to numerous calls made throught out the day. Even no response from the entire escalation matrix team from engineer Dinesh pal singh, service franchise Noida 59 service, area service manager Ajay kumar Rawat, Regional service manager Sandeep Sharma.
      The issue is regarding the change of filter as the purifier is dead and needed the change on an urgent basis.

        Hello,
        My disappointment with the customer service of KENT keeps increasing.
        Yesterday, I received a call from your team promising me that a service agent will get my issue fixed on the same day. I also received a call from a service agent who promised me that he will visit our place in the afternoon.

        But he never turned in nor did he has the courtesy to tell me that he will not come in. I had to reach home leaving my work waiting for this so-called service agent/technician, who never arrived.

        What a WORST service this is from your team.
        I want to escalate it to the highest level in your organization. Please learn how to treat a customer who has been using your product for more than 4 years now.

          I had purchased a KENT RO Grand Star ZWW MRO Water Purifier KR[protected] on 24th July 2020 which was installed the same day.

          The unit stopped working on 10th Aug 2021 and I registered a service request on the KENT Service App as per below details

          Created on: 10.08.2021 @ 07:14:45
          Acknowledgement received via SMS on: 10.08.2021 @7.30pm
          Service Technician visited on: 11.08.2021 @ 4.30pm

          Service Technician reported that a component has been damaged and since they were not having the item in stock it has to be ordered to the company and would take 3-4 days to receive the supply.

          As there was no further update till 16th Aug 2021 I called the service technician and he informed they are still waiting to receive the component.
          I then called KENT Customer Care center to know the status and they were unable to give any updates.
          Subsequently on 18th Aug 2021 I noticed on the Service App that the service request has been cancelled by Mahesh Mahesh who was not the service technician that visited our home.

          I then again registered a fresh Service Compliant as per below details:

          Case ID:[protected]
          Created on: 18.08.2021 @ 10:47:12
          Acknowledgement received via SMS on: 18.08.2021 @ 11.03am

          Since then till today, 20.08.2021, no action has been taken to rectify or repair the unit.

          Please note it has been a full 10 days since the original compliant was registered and KENT has shown no urgency in repairing the unit.

          I therefore desire the following resolution:

          1. KENT arranges to repair the unit to my full satisfaction
          OR 2. KENT replaces the unit with a new one with fresh warranty
          OR 3. KENT takes back the unit and gives full refund.

          I hope to receive a quick resolution to this compliant.

            I purchased and installed Kent ACE on 23/03/2020. I am staying in electronic city, bangalore and since the water is not good so I go for a good filter and after checking many I decided to purchase Kent ACE. After few months it started giving issues, sometimes not filtering, some times all water goes by waste pipe, sometimes motor is not working. With in 1 year I raised service requests more than 7 times and their engineer comes and fixed that. Even it was under warranty, they have charged me. The worst part is they suggested to install a pre filter which costs arount 500 rs in the market but he has charged 1200. Now again filter is not working and their engineer is asking me to change all filters and charging 4000+ since 1 year its completed.

                This is regarding the KENT RO purifier we are using for close to 4 years now. We changed the RO Membrane on 22nd April 2021. However, in less than 3 months, the quality & taste of the water got changed. So, I had raised the request with the service agent. Though they responded, the solution never arrived. They put me to a service engineer and the same happened. I raised a service request with customer care and for an unknown reason, the appointment was cancelled without mentioning the proper reason.
                Is this the way, they serve the customer's query?

                  The Kent grand. RO was purchased in Dec 2018 and was supposed to have 4 years of free service
                  We got call from service centers from different service stations after 1 year but no one ready to come when we told them this model has 4 year service and supposed to be free
                  Once it is informed that it should be free, no one turned up after calling them several times .
                  Now it is more than 2.5 years and no free service done even once

                    I logged a case for a regular service for my Kent RO machine. The engineer name was Atanu Sarkar and he visited my house on 11th August. He was hesitant to do the complete service and his behavior was not good. The motive of the person was not good. When I said to him to do the complete check, he said it is not possible. After he went, I saw that the outlet was not working. The discharge of water is not happening at all. I did not share the satisfactory OTP to him as I was not happy with his service. Now I registered a call again and another technician came to my house and he reported that the filter is not working and you have to pay 2700 for that. My concern is, before the first engineer(Atanu Sarkar) visited my house, every thing was working fine. Now why I need to pay 2700 for the fault of the Kent Engineer. I tried to reach out the higher authority and they said you have to bear the cost of the filter. I have added the CASE id in the subject line. This is an complete harassment for the customer from Kent. I need help as this is a genuine case.

                      We installed Kent RO under sink. problem we observed is the tap which is fixed above the sink under that some leakage is happening. Also, observing Rust is forming in that tap position.

                        Smart services located at ramgarh, jharakhand. This service centre has no manner how to talk with customer. I have been trying many request for installation but they did not gave clear information to come. They says that we have no time for installation for you and saying that we will come on monday.

                          I purchased Kent 16052 Electric Kettle 10 Aug 2020. But I regularly used this kettle before 2 months ago and after 2 months used kettle leaked from bottom side. Bill attached.
                          Please fix this issue as soon as possible.
                          Then after two-three days technician Naveen kumar, vasant Kunj service centre new delhi
                          (+[protected]come and check electric kettle and said that repairing not possible at on-site(my home) and kettle bring with me at service centre for minor repair and within two-three days kettle repaired and return by me. But after 3-4 days another person called(+[protected] and said that electric kettle glass broken and need to be changed and charged 700 Rs. What is the type of service of Kent. My kettle glass was completely ok when I'll gave on technician hand and also checked by technician before 2 days 02 times.. If Glass was broken, technician wrote in call voucher/service slip but glass was not broken and techinican said that he'll check at vasant kunj service centre. Please solve this issue.
                          And this mail was sent by me 6-7 months ago..but no response yet.

                            I have to say I am very much disappointed with the Engineer MR. Atanu Sarkar. He did not do his regular services at all. He just cleaned the outer filter and said the service was done. He did not agree to open the machine and clean all the parts. Moreover, after he left, the water discharge has stopped from my RO. I reached out out to following escalation matrix

                            but nobody picked up my call. I tried to contact Kent customer care number but not able to speak any agent.

                              I requested for servicing of my kent purifier on 7th august 2021 but today its 14th august and even I called several times to CUSTOMER care and local distributor but yet no one came for service and daily I am calling here local agency of kent but he is behaving like he is doing favor on me...I am fadeup now calling everyday to CUSTOMER care and local distributor...### service from kent

                                This is the email I received on 3rd Aug, 2021 and today is 12th August, but still in the kent App, my Kent RO Pride TC is being shown as out of warranty, and the service engineer is asking for 300 rs extra for servicing the machine which has 4 years warranty sticker on the machine.

                                Please look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest and update the warranty of my machine on Kent App, so that I can get my machine serviced.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I have bought one Kent RO Pride TC ro purifier with above mentioned serial number in October 2019, my machine says free service for 4 years but today when I booked one service, the service guy told me that my service warranty is not updated and hence he will charge additional 300 Rs for servicing. Please update my service as per details given on the machine for 4 years, so that I don't have to pay for the service charge. please inform by reply mail once the warranty and free service is updated.

                                I am enclosing herewith my invoices for updating the same.

                                  Hi sir, really sorry to say about you this. We have bought kent grand plus got with bill 16k just 1.5 yrs we frequently facing water issues. When we call up the Chennai head no proper response. Really doesn't have basic manners and courtesy how to speak with customer. Really feeling very bad on purchasing the product and daily spending 40 rs for each day water can. Please can you check this. Awaiting your reply.

                                    I have raised a request 2 days back that my machine has leakage issue to resolve it on 12th but as the leakage is severe I called customer care to prepone my service request whenever we call she says we will send the service person in 2 hrs from 2 days no one has attended.the worst app not even able to cancel the booking and reschedule

                                      After installation of R O it work fine for 6 month after that water supply stops then I reageerde a complaint then a service engineer came and miss behave with my wife after so much of discussion local service centre send another person and he said filter are chocked and he is installed new filters and one additional filter . Then after 4 month again water supply stopped so I generate a service request and another service engineer came and said my pump is heating up due to pre filter installed by the previous service engineer and then he do some maintenance and change the pre filter again and said that pre filter is not from Kent bcos of this my machine is not working . Then I ask him tht pre filter which he installed now is also genuine then he said no this is local . Now again my RO stop working kindly tell me what is this you service engineers are installing fake product and another your service engineer is complaint but again he also installed local pre filter kindly suggest me what to do I am very disappointed with this product now
