This is the email I received on 3rd Aug, 2021 and today is 12th August, but still in the kent App, my Kent RO Pride TC is being shown as out of warranty, and the service engineer is asking for 300 rs extra for servicing the machine which has 4 years warranty sticker on the machine.
Please look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest and update the warranty of my machine on Kent App, so that I can get my machine serviced.

Dear Sir,
I have bought one Kent RO Pride TC ro purifier with above mentioned serial number in October 2019, my machine says free service for 4 years but today when I booked one service, the service guy told me that my service warranty is not updated and hence he will charge additional 300 Rs for servicing. Please update my service as per details given on the machine for 4 years, so that I don't have to pay for the service charge. please inform by reply mail once the warranty and free service is updated.
I am enclosing herewith my invoices for updating the same.
