Hi,
When I have bought Kent RO machine, few years back, then we have got the technician number to install the machine and for further assistance or service.
One time he came few days back to clean the filter as water flow was very slow. After few says only, same issue is happening again and he is not coming after doing several calls.

    Dear Sir / Madam
    On 25th August, 2021 on my request your service technician visited my residence at Noida. After monitoring my machine he told me that it will cost Rs5420 and my machine will work as a new machine. I agreed to it and he changed a few spares. I also informed him that next week I will be shifting my residence to Delhi. He assured me that there will be no problem. After shifting I called your service man to re-install which was done at a charge of Rs320 on 31st, August 2021. After a few hours of re-installation water started overflowing. On my complaint the technician who visited informed me that I should pay another Rs2400 for the pump which is leaking.
    Right now I am buying mineral water paying a whooping amount as my RO is not working.
    Had the technician told me earlier, I would never had invested so much in the old machine. Your regional manager to whom I called today Mr Devendra (contact no [protected]) told me that he is ready to replace the part free of cost only if I do a AMC with your company.
    It seems I am trapped and cheated by a reputed company like kent.
    Kindly resolve my matter at the earliest.

      I had shifted from JP Nagar to uttaranhalli I had called them for uninstallation 1 week in advance they never bothers to come and for installation also they did not come
      I had also requested them to come for servicing of rofilter but they did not come
      I request anbody to think before purchasing Kent RO filter cause their after sale service is very poor

        I have purchased kent pearl purifier and its been not working for a 4 weeks now.. i tried to book service through your ro number [protected] on 13th august and a complaint no CMPL 469267 is issued... but no one came for service. after that i booked service on 19th, 20th, 24th, 27th, 28th, of august ... but no one called me or willing to give service for the product... if the company is not willing to give service please issue me a service denial letter..

          We have installed (Kent Ace Plus 8 L RO + UV+ UF + TDS Water Purifier ) invoice dated 08.06.2020 during the peak of Pandemic, and it is full of malfunction, even though after regular service of this product I faced lots of problems. In a very short span of time the motor failed and it had been replaced in May 2021 just one month before expiration of warranty. In July 2021 suddenly, I saw as the warranty period expired, the machine became faulty. Then I raised a request for service then an attendant/technician visited and recommended, you have to replace all these parts to the machine and make a quotation for Rs. 6500/- (Copy enclosed).I had purchased it for Rs. 16, 000 approx right before a year. I have to bear this cost more within a year, they had not conveyed any issues like this when the product was in warranty. As the product is out of warranty, it is recommended to change all these parts and the motor which had been replaced a month ago also wants to be changed because of not giving the right pressure. Means every quarter i have to bear almost 10, 000 to 15, 000/- per quarter, wheather having 3 years of service remaining. Very Pathetic service, making money rather than giving better services. Very disappointed.
          Hence, it is therefore requested that the Kent team must pay attention towards resolving all my issues and make my Kent RO re-operational.

          I intent to raise the issue in a consumer court if no concrete action is initiated at your end. Hope prompt action would be initiated and the machine would be made functional at an earliest.

            I purchased Kent RO water purifier and installed on 10.11.2020.Not satisfied with the product since then .Called for replacement with fresh one which was refused by the company. Totally dissatisfied with the service center allotted but the company never changed it inspite of repeated requests.Again the machine is not working and sent three mails to Kent for replacement and change of service center for which I have not received any response from them by way of call or mail.
            Very poor service.Let them take back their product and give me a full refund of money.I do not want their product anymore.I need an immediate action

              I had bought kent grand in jul 2018. So far the machine was working fine as it was also under warranty till off late.

              However, In jul, when the warranty expired, all of a sudden, everything needed change... and the equipment is still not functional even after 6-7 visits since jul 2021.

              All major parts have changed, including the motor, choke, carbon filter, candle, tds controller. Every time the technician comes, he changes a part, then when I call him again, he comes changes another part!! Now the membrane and one more part needs change!!!

              I have already spent more than half of the cost of a new RO and the equipment is still not working. What were they waiting for? Expiry of warranty?

              I can understand that some parts do wear out and need change but why couldn't the technician tell me this in the first visit itself??

              It could have helped me decide whether I would go for repair or new RO as the cost today is coming to same !!!

              At least, I would have been mentally at peace... now, I have spent money, wasted 2 months and the machine after recent visit by technician is dispensing hot water . Badly disappointed KENT, pathetic!!!

              I am a serving soldier of prestigious Indian Army and is this how Kent treats the nation's guardians? By making money off their lack of technical knowledge and causing mental harassment? Really upset Kent.

                I have purchased a ro mechine under my name. Tecnition came and installed the device. Within three months my mechine is making vibration and sounds. The water is not pure. And when I tried to register complaint. They said the mechine is not under your name. And I got a complaint number [protected]. But without my concent the complainant is closed. And the product is still not under my name and kent service is playing drama like, it not our problem. Call the purchaser. And keep on kicking like a ball., It's highly unsatisfied and dreadful action from kent.

                  I am not happy with Kent service team, Had lodged the complaint on 30th Jan (complaint no [protected]) for filter issue and technician Balaji came and changed the all three filters ( CR NO SP MEMBRANE 8 HIGH FLOW- 1qty, POP-FRT 550/660- 1qty, POWP-INLINE CARBON FILTER 8-1 qty ) costed rs.4000/- 1st of feb 2021 and said that minimum 1 year will come for next replacement.

                  As per your warranty for 3 months the filter was not working complained on 14th May 2021 under warranty period but the technician Dhuwaragesh came and cleaned the filter and left. I told him that it was not filtering properly but he told me it will work from now on. He did not change the filter.

                  Next complaint made on 6th july for not filtering water again technician came and cleaned the filter and left.

                  Next complaint made on 23rd july again filter issue and technician cleaned the filter and left without changing the new filter.

                  Next complaint made on 7th Aug for the same issue of not filtering, 9th technician Balaji came and said that to change all three filter with cost 4000/-+,

                  In this case why the technician did not change my three filters when the 1st filter issue arrived on 14th may while under warranty.

                  Concern was not addressed as per request, and your technician waited for week to complete the 3 months warranty period after that your technician said warranty period was over.. not happy at all the way you people handled my complaint.. worst customer support.

                    I have repair my KENT grand RO in the month of JUNE21. I have paid for the repair and service for an amount of approx. Rs.2000.
                    We have not crossed 2 and half month of service and repair of water discharge into the storage tank. The same issue has occurred and a lot of time is taking to store the water in tank.
                    Is this type of service and repair is made by kent service person.?

                      There has been no communication from Kent, neither there is any response to numerous calls made throught out the day. Even no response from the entire escalation matrix team from engineer Dinesh pal singh, service franchise Noida 59 service, area service manager Ajay kumar Rawat, Regional service manager Sandeep Sharma.
                      The issue is regarding the change of filter as the purifier is dead and needed the change on an urgent basis.

                        My disappointment with the customer service of KENT keeps increasing.
                        Yesterday, I received a call from your team promising me that a service agent will get my issue fixed on the same day. I also received a call from a service agent who promised me that he will visit our place in the afternoon.

                        But he never turned in nor did he has the courtesy to tell me that he will not come in. I had to reach home leaving my work waiting for this so-called service agent/technician, who never arrived.

                        What a WORST service this is from your team.
                        I want to escalate it to the highest level in your organization. Please learn how to treat a customer who has been using your product for more than 4 years now.

                          I had purchased a KENT RO Grand Star ZWW MRO Water Purifier KR[protected] on 24th July 2020 which was installed the same day.

                          The unit stopped working on 10th Aug 2021 and I registered a service request on the KENT Service App as per below details

                          Created on: 10.08.2021 @ 07:14:45
                          Acknowledgement received via SMS on: 10.08.2021 @7.30pm
                          Service Technician visited on: 11.08.2021 @ 4.30pm

                          Service Technician reported that a component has been damaged and since they were not having the item in stock it has to be ordered to the company and would take 3-4 days to receive the supply.

                          As there was no further update till 16th Aug 2021 I called the service technician and he informed they are still waiting to receive the component.
                          I then called KENT Customer Care center to know the status and they were unable to give any updates.
                          Subsequently on 18th Aug 2021 I noticed on the Service App that the service request has been cancelled by Mahesh Mahesh who was not the service technician that visited our home.

                          I then again registered a fresh Service Compliant as per below details:

                          Created on: 18.08.2021 @ 10:47:12
                          Acknowledgement received via SMS on: 18.08.2021 @ 11.03am

                          Since then till today, 20.08.2021, no action has been taken to rectify or repair the unit.

                          Please note it has been a full 10 days since the original compliant was registered and KENT has shown no urgency in repairing the unit.

                          I therefore desire the following resolution:

                          1. KENT arranges to repair the unit to my full satisfaction
                          OR 2. KENT replaces the unit with a new one with fresh warranty
                          OR 3. KENT takes back the unit and gives full refund.

                          I hope to receive a quick resolution to this compliant.

                            I purchased and installed Kent ACE on 23/03/2020. I am staying in electronic city, bangalore and since the water is not good so I go for a good filter and after checking many I decided to purchase Kent ACE. After few months it started giving issues, sometimes not filtering, some times all water goes by waste pipe, sometimes motor is not working. With in 1 year I raised service requests more than 7 times and their engineer comes and fixed that. Even it was under warranty, they have charged me. The worst part is they suggested to install a pre filter which costs arount 500 rs in the market but he has charged 1200. Now again filter is not working and their engineer is asking me to change all filters and charging 4000+ since 1 year its completed.

                                This is regarding the KENT RO purifier we are using for close to 4 years now. We changed the RO Membrane on 22nd April 2021. However, in less than 3 months, the quality & taste of the water got changed. So, I had raised the request with the service agent. Though they responded, the solution never arrived. They put me to a service engineer and the same happened. I raised a service request with customer care and for an unknown reason, the appointment was cancelled without mentioning the proper reason.
                                Is this the way, they serve the customer's query?

                                  The Kent grand. RO was purchased in Dec 2018 and was supposed to have 4 years of free service
                                  We got call from service centers from different service stations after 1 year but no one ready to come when we told them this model has 4 year service and supposed to be free
                                  Once it is informed that it should be free, no one turned up after calling them several times .
                                  Now it is more than 2.5 years and no free service done even once

                                    I logged a case for a regular service for my Kent RO machine. The engineer name was Atanu Sarkar and he visited my house on 11th August. He was hesitant to do the complete service and his behavior was not good. The motive of the person was not good. When I said to him to do the complete check, he said it is not possible. After he went, I saw that the outlet was not working. The discharge of water is not happening at all. I did not share the satisfactory OTP to him as I was not happy with his service. Now I registered a call again and another technician came to my house and he reported that the filter is not working and you have to pay 2700 for that. My concern is, before the first engineer(Atanu Sarkar) visited my house, every thing was working fine. Now why I need to pay 2700 for the fault of the Kent Engineer. I tried to reach out the higher authority and they said you have to bear the cost of the filter. I have added the CASE id in the subject line. This is an complete harassment for the customer from Kent. I need help as this is a genuine case.

                                      We installed Kent RO under sink. problem we observed is the tap which is fixed above the sink under that some leakage is happening. Also, observing Rust is forming in that tap position.

I have been trying many request for installation but they did not gave clear information to come. They says that we have no time for installation for you and saying that we will come on monday.
