      We have a very bad experience with kent customer service. We purchase kent last year during the peak of pandemic. Helped technician not to visit our home and installed ourselves by his directives. Now when I called customer service for servicing the same and making it wall Mount .We are being asked to pay 300 rs as its more than a year. As its 1st Installation visit we oppose to pay the charges for installation. Along with installation we also want to get servicing and filter change if needed and suggested by technician.

      Should this approach acceptable to the people who help your team? It's not a matter of Rs 300 its how you treat your customer. We were using eureka forbes for last 15 years and shifted to kent, looks like we made a mistake.

      Can the complain be escalated to highest authorities of kent.

        I have ordered for regular service for my Kent RO through official Kent service. The local Kent service provider m./s Srushti Enterprises seawood sent a local boy not appeared to be engineer for service. The guy without Examining the machine told me to replace the filter which cost around 6000/- I told that machine is working fine I want only routine service as I have changed the filter only 6 months before and filter life is 1 year even we are only 3 adult members so water consumption is also very less. But hesitantly he replaced one filter and did what he called service, and charged me 900 Rs, while asking for kent I'd he told me that he do not have any authorise Kent I'd even he did not know English and even could not prepare invoice in proper language. after one hour there were many leekage starting at machine part I again sent the complaint, they sent someone else in night. they did the job in hurry and left that every thing was fixed but little later the machine started overflowing not auto stopping after filling of tank. I again made a Complaint they send third boy who told thar around 1000 charges which I denied then he told me that he wil fix the machine like that that will never work if I will not pay the ransom, I again denied and told him to go away. now my machine is not working I m making complaints but thay r doing nothing. Kent are big blackmailer and they are big looters, I have no other option to chang machine but I urge people to not to buy any Kent product

          Dear Sir,
          We have installed Kent RO m/c No. KR[protected] in our house at Uri, Baramulla. I would like to brought it to your notice that servicing to the product provided by the dealer is mediocre and whenever they attend the machine, they ask for money in thousands without providing any printed bill. The Kent RO is defunct because of ill attitude of the dealer. I intent to raise the issue in a consumer court if no concrete action is initiated at your end.
          Hope prompt action would be initiated and machine would be made functional at an earliest.

            I have purchased KENT RO in 2018. During this period it has given lot of trouble. Everytime ur technicians do some thing immediately after one or two months one or other problem persists. I vexed with your brand. During the lasr 3 years, 3 times RO, Carbon, etc Rs.3500 each time charged.

            I feel service techinicians are not well trained or competent. Their response is also not good.

            Finally I don't recommend/refer any KENT product to my friends.

              I have lodged a complaint about my Hand blender model 16044 on 20th April and one of your executive from Lucknow location picked my hand blender from my residence on 16th June against complaint no.[protected].

              I am taking followup continuously from Kent service center which is situated in Lucknow on number [protected] and always getting same reply from them that they have sent my hand blender to Noida office for the replacement but currently product is out of stock. They will let me know when they can return my product.

              Now it has been more than a month but no solution please help me to get this done.

                    I called Kent customer care for washing machine softener, after 30 minutes I got a call from Kent office, one lady name Muskan from Bengaluru called and said technician will contact.
                    After some time technician name Salim called and offered one product which has Kent sticker on it,
                    He fixed that and said bill will get from office, same lady Ms Muskan,
                    I paid 4800 for this softener,
                    Now three days over, I didn't get invoice.
                    Now my worry is the product is original Kent or this people cheated me,
                    I have telephone number of both Ms Muskan and Technician Salim, if you want I can provide, I need to know the truth, also I need technician to attend to check leakage of the softener.

                      I ordered a kent purifier a dealer wass assigned to me on 23 july he told me installation will be done on next day 24 july 12pm so I asked him in the morning (24july)
                      Will he come on time 12pm he said yes
                      Then after some time I got call from his technician and he told me he will come at 1 pm then I called the dealer why its getting late he told product was not available and because of rain its getting delayed and will come till 1:30, so I told him he should have informed me earlier but then he started talking to me very rudely so I told him to cancel the order but then he said order cannot be cancelled so I agreed at 1pm then I called him at 1 pm he was very rude and told me that he will install at 3-4 pm so I told him to cancel, then he started shouting on me and threatened me and asked where I am and he will come and will see. And then told me that I dont have money that's why I am cancelling he was not agreeing his mistake and was very rude. After cancellation the order he called me many times still he was very rude, I have all the call recording

                        Without checking the root cause, mechanic is just bent upon changing the motor. Without checking anything, just by visualisation, he told that motor is short circuit. So, needs to be changed. Couldn't justify and prove how motor is short circuit.

                        Also, warranty is only 3 months, so after every 3 months, customer will be paying 2400 rs.?

                        This is just equal to looting.

                          There seems to be serious and critical quality issues reagarding Kent RO water purifier back support hook which allows machine to hang on wall.

                          It is only 4 litre storage capacity water purifier and is not able to hold its own weight due breakage of support hook. I am really very much disappointed due to possibility of damage caused and hence demand...

                            I had purchased one Kent Ro on13.1.2020 and the same was installed on 18.11.2020. But the said machine is not functioning properly now a days. So one representative may be sent immediately from the authorized franchise to solve the problem.

                              We had requested for sevice and repair for leakage issue from RO machine. Technician lakshmikant yadav assigned by rakesh yadav. Lakshmikant yadav came and just opened machine without checking root cause of leakage and said he required to change each part, we said ok give us charges details and brie[censored]s on issue. Technician said issue will get resolved once he replaced all the parts, we said ok proceed. All part were replaced by him and after filling water till 3L it again started running out from purified water container, we called him. Technician came on 2nd day he said leakage problem is from motor so he need to change motor otherwise leakage will not get resolved.
                              So basically technician should check before stating for any replacement.
                              Be aware with this people, they don't know anything. They just visit and ask you that we will have to replace everything to resolve that particular issue.

                                I had purchased one kent ace watr purifire machine on 03.11.2020 and the said machine was installed on 18.11.2020 but due to some machinacal defect the said mchine is not functioning properly . I had already complaint the said on 18.0702021.On the basis of the said complaint one representative from eden enterprisees visted my residence on 19.0702021 and reported some parts of the machine is not working properly and the same will be replaced as the machine is now warranty period. So you are requested to send one representtive from m/s eden entersentative today to solve the problem.

                                  I had buyed the Kent Ro Pride plus 11067 20 Days back from Flipkart it worked well for 10days after that purification of water was going slow for 8 -9 hours for full tank.
                                  Raised complaint to Kent problem solved after 1 day again it stopped. Again next day I had raised complaint again after 1 day the service man came and repaired it small mistake of before service person kept the pipe in the gap of sensor it was stopped after filling tank. Next service person came and resolved but this time service person again damaged the full equipment of kent membrane. on that day I had said PPM was increasing from 30 to 100ppm why it was increasing he said after 100 it will stop but today taste of water odour was changed and the machine is working slow 8-9 hrs service person irresponsible. please look into this query and solve as early as possible. i don't want the Kent Ro Purifier please refund me the money back.

                                    Kent RO (GrandPlus -11001) is full of malfunction, even though after regular service of this product i faced lots of problems from this product.

                                    1) hardware fault
                                    2)power related fault
                                    3) leakage fault from storage tank
                                    4) low quality of cartage used by company
                                    5) costly repair

                                    Based on above issues, requesting respective team or departments to make some good better quality product as we are suffering a lot becasue of your faulty products.

                                      He wrongly installed pre purifier intentionally. He took the money for the pre filter but badly resize and inserted it. It was free inside the tube. Totally not working situation. If they do like this intentionally then how do we know the faulty. But fortunately, after 6 months I have opened it and Shaw the situation.
