      We have amc for our service .But we have been cheated from das appliances for a long time .

      Whenever we call for minimal services then send us unqualified, rude, unskilled technicians and they have harassed my old parents. And intentionally they destroyed the product.

      Now after paying multitimes for filters still product is not working properly.

      It's been 5 month they are working but not able to fix our problems.

      If you guys are not able to give us services, then why take our money for amc?????

      stop selling your product if you are incapable.

        Hi,
        I had requested for an installation and I was ripped of by your field agent.

        He said that he cannot service it and can only install it.

        He sold me an external water filter for 1600 which I later found it was available for 800 as I thought it's genuine Kent service person.

        He also charged 600 each for installation via 2 taps amounting to 1200 only for installation.

        He also broke a tap while installing it and I had to pay for a new tap too.

        In total he charged me 3400 which is unacceptable.

        Now, I am trying to raise a new request for servicing the kent purifier but for some reason cannot as it's telling me the installation request has to be cancelled first.

        Please look into this matter urgently.

        In lieu of this overcharged installation service I need a refund or a free service.

        He did not give me any bill as well.

          I purchased Kent RO from Amazon on[protected].during the installation there were vibrations in the product now the product starts vibrating severe during filtration process whenever we raise a request the technician visits and says the vibrations are usual but the product vibrates severe and makes a disturbing sound.i request you to kindly address the issue and the technician visit from Varun enterprises is very delayed no proper response.they never listen.

              Could you please ensure the exact date of installation kent ace plus 8 l RO. As already it has been 6 days since i received that product on 21st. And return of that product is valid till May 31st therefore I want to install it before 31st.

              Please confirm the date of installation ans provide installation ASAP.

                I purchased a kent ACE PLUS 8L RO water purifier and got a call from a technician on 21st May-21 that your item will be installed on Monday 24th May-21 but now 26th 8.53 pm it has been almost 2 days, none came to install that item.

                In starting you guys are delaying so much, I can anticipate what kind of services I would get in the upcoming months.

                Please provide installation ASAP.

                  I purchased kent ro at lauriya, West champaran
                  My mobile number is: [protected]
                  Company has provided free service up to 3 years. I raised a ticket for the service of my RO purifier as it stopped working. A technician was earlier assigned but he denied to go to the site. I asked customer care to assign different technician which they claimed they did But, company technician is still not assigned even after 6 days.

                  I registered my complaint through ivrs /kent app and complaint number is [[protected]] dated 19/05/2021

                  Because of this kind of wrong publicity and false prompt service promises of company we are facing problems even after the purchase of an essential item.

                  Kindly enquiry this matter of false advertisement for service and resolve my issue as soon as possible. Without the service, RO is not working and people there are not getting drinking water. This has to be first priority for the company like KENT to resolve.

                      I had been charged 8000+ Rs for replacement of the same machine parts within 8&1/2 months for resolving the same issues (water filling tank slowly) so sold it in exchange of buying a new machine costs me 8000+ Rs

                        We have got the water purifier for 2 years now and in this two years we have spent around 15000 already on some or other parts of the filter. Horrible experience with Kent. When called customer care they are not able to understand the problem and not able to divert the call/complaint to correct contact. We have given up on Kent and would recommend everyone to try some other RO purifier and just don’t get Kent. If you buy a bisleri also it will be cheaper than Kent product and it’s services.

                            On 2/5/21, I launched a complaint on Kent official website about RO service. I got a call from the technician that he will reach my place between 1-2 pm but 2 people named Vansh and Gaurav came to my place within half an hour of the call i. e, around 12:30 pm.
                            Due to corona safety measures, I was wearing 2 n95 masks, face shield gloves, cap glasses etc and we kept a distance of 3 feet from those technicians.
                            We asked them to check the fault. They said filters are old and needs to be replaced. We told them to do the needful. Though our RO was in warranty but as Kent have a policy to only provide free service for in warranty products we were asked to pay for the filters so we gave ₹4000 to them and asked them to leave the receipt at kitchen slab and we will sanitize it later.
                            We asked them to show the working RO but they said since water tank filling will take an hour and we can not stay for this long due to other complaints. There is 3 month warranty on filters so you can call us any time. And they left our premises in hurry.
                            Within 15 minutes of their leaving our place, water started spilling from RO. We called Mr Vansh immediately and he said he will reach in 1/2 an hour and fix it. Half an hour passed but he did not appeared so I called Mr Vansh but he blocked my number. My brother called from his number, finding an unknown number That fraud technician picked the call and said he will come in next 15 minutes. But as expected he blocked my brother's number as well.
                            Till now we were not bothered about such idiotic behavior by those technicians Vansh and Gaurav because we knew that we will call Kent customer care and arrange another technician to fix the problem as many a times company technicians behave weirdly. But when we called Kent customer care they told us that they have not sent any technician.
                            Now we got alarmed that something wrong has happened. We narrated the entire incident to Kent branch manager sahibabad and he said this does not come under Kent's area of lookout as we have not sent any technician to you. But he arranged an original kent technician visit to our place on our request. Meanwhile, we called on the number mentioned on the receipt where a girl called akansha gave us Mr Mohit's number and told us that he will resolve our problem. We called Mr Mohit who on confronting admitted that he is not from Kent but a local RO service provider. We narrated the issue and asked him to fix it. He told us that he will come the next day.
                            Mr Mohit came and checked the RO and said a part needs to be changed to stop water leakage. As we knew he is fake we told him that we will think on it and call him if required.
                            Sometimes later that day, Kent original technician reached our house and checked the RO. He told us that the fraud technicians placed old filters of 2019 into our machine and water leakage was because they do not know how to fix the RO.

                            It seems that this fraud ro service center have two girls on customer care and 3 technicians.

                            Data was leaked from Kent site and these fraudulents are making fool of customers. They take away money and by the time lockdown is over in Delhi they flee.

                            Action should be taken on them immediately.

                              I have purchased a kent water purifier and its under warranty.
                              This is the 4th time I am facing water overflow problem in last 8 months and first problem is starting second month of purchase.
                              Every-time technician come and replace part.
                              They are not replacing entire product as this is faulty piece. I have paid premium price of product please help.

                                I have purchased KENT RO Purifier new Grand model on 15th July, 2020

                                till then, till today as of now - we are facing issues on this Model.

                                service team always reacts, that water consumption is high, hence issues.

                                we are shocked to hear such comments from service team. if this product is not ready to handle water purification then what is the use of it.

                                is there anyone in KENT orgainsation who can listen this and act on it.

                                  I procure Kent Maxx water purifier from Amazon delivered on 06/05/2021.Next day (07/05/2021) technican from service centre namely Lateef came to my home for installation of the machine. He insisted me to install prefilter also although I told him that we don't need it as water from this side is pure with TDS>80-85.But he insisted and kept a prefilter without installation in my home and told that it is Kent original and will install it next day. On the name of Kent company, he took Rs1400/-as cost of prefilter by saying that it is original kent.He also opened one central nut of the kent machine and not reinstalled it back with the plea that company has wrongly/unnecessarily installed it as otherwise it's sensor does not work. I failed to understand his explanation against a reputed kent Ro company. I confirmed the prefilter brand which ke kept in my house on the same day from an expert. He told me that it is duplicate and costs not more than Rs300-350. I immediately called the kent representative/ service centre of Srinagar on M. No:[protected] and lady attended my call and assured that they will pick it up and return my money by next day. From 08/05/2021, I am daily approaching them to pay me Rs1400. 00 but except assurances by committing to pay today/tomorrow is not fulfilled so far, which compels me to lodge a complaint. Although I warned them to lodge the complaint against them but turned to deaf ears.Let me say that such black sheros in the name of kent are maligning the reputation of Kent company and is unfortunate if kent authority shall not take action against these evil elements. I talked to the technican namely Lateef also on his M. No:- [protected] and also via chatting in WhatsApp which I am attaching. You can yourself judge the deceitful approach of duo ie, Lateef and lady from Service Centre representing the capital District Srinagar. I am a respectable person and has been humiliated by said duo. It is strongly recommended to show door to such evil elements to maintain the repo of your company. My Amazon Bill invoice No. is DEL2-842880 Dated:-01/05/2021(Invoice is enclosed) . Hope an early action is initiated to pay back my amount of Rs1400. 00 and suitable action will be initiated against corrupt duo. Call recording of above duo from 8/5/21 till 15/5/21 are also with but it's format is not attaching with this complaint.You mail ID may plz be communicated on my personal mail ID:[protected]@gmail.com, I will send all call recording and you will come to know about these fraudulents.Let me be very clear that if my genuine grievance is not immediately resolved I have no option but to approach Mr. Mahesh Gupta, Hon'ble Chairman Kent and also to go to any extent for justice.                                       Hi My name is Ronak and i have take. An AMC from your authorized service centre his name is Pintu and his no is[protected]
                                      I have paid 6500 for comprihensive AMC where every thing was covered including the electronics... now when he sold me the contract he did not change any of the filters and twice he sent his person at my place where once the machine was leaking as the sensor not working he charged me 3000 and once just to add a connecter to the tap he charged me 1500 and once we called him for a genral service he charged us 1000 I really dont understand if i have paid 6500 as comprehensive amc then why all these charges and every time he sends his person they actulay try to loot us by selling some thing this time his person said ur filter is jam its been hardly that the filter was changed
                                      I am attaching my statement of when i have taken the AMC with them where i have paid them 6500 and these people are fraud as i dont see any AMC with kent since 2016 and they are taking money from me every year...
                                      I want my full refund of AMC plus the other charges charged to me as this people have done fraud with me orelse i will go to consumer court and file a case...
                                      I am lawyer by profession so it wont be mich of a problem for me
