The tds of water that we were drinking was 30ppm only. And the service centre be care of indore doesn't take any responsibility. He changed all the filters and still couldn't control the TDS. I think they are using old filter membrane and just changing the date outside. He seams to be a fraud and I'll.not tolerate if it is about the health of my family. I have asked thrice for a senior technical person who can help us out but Kent always send some authorised service centre person and they start to sell their packages and cursing the other service centre. This is not solving my problem. As a renowned company it's your responsibility to treat your customers well and atleast don't take issues like water lightly. Lemme know if you cannot solve it in written so that I can share it with people and they should not fall in your trap of swaach ghar. Maintain some standards I would suggest

    I purchased Elegant Plus in November 27th, 2020, during the Covid-19 pandemic. Right after the installation, the technician found a problem with one of the filters. I asked him to replace the machine as I was not willing to install a faulty machine. I called the sales person also to replace the machine. Even after several calls, they didn't replace the machine, instead replaced the faulty filter and completed the installation. Cast Number :[protected]

    Just after 2 months (10th Feb 2021), I had to book a service call as the water flow through the waste pipe reduced. Case Number :[protected].

    Again in May, water flow through the waste pipe reduced. Called Kent customer care, logged a service request on 11th May, case Number :[protected]. After the service the taste water completely changed and it was taking almost 3 hours to fill 8 liter tank. Called the customer care and logged another service request on 13th May (case Number :[protected]. A different technician came and changed a filter.

    Again in June, water flow through the waste pipe reduced. Logged service request[protected] on 12th June. Service was done on 14th June.

    Today, on 5th July, the machine has completely stopped filtering water and water flow through the waste pipe reduced.

    I had to allow several technicians multiple times to enter my house to service a faulty machine during Covid-19 pandemic within 6 months of buying a new machine just because KENT didn't replace the faulty machine on the day of installation and let their customer suffer.

    I want a refund or a complete replacement of the machine. Requesting an immediate action on this matter.

        Kent RO machine was serviced and repaired by RO service sector 10 Noida at 37/1 BI Lines Meerut cantt
        Rs 2435 was charged and bill was given
        The machine didn't function after repair and there was no response from repairer despite repeated complaints
        The issue needs to be investigated since a spurious motor was installed after removing a functional one
        Request to lodge a complaints against the concerned and compensate the customer
        Failing which a legal case will be filed with consumer forum and other concerned agencies

            I requested service by phone on 28.06.21 at 2.04 pm with kent companies amc m/s shree ganesh - charkop, kandivali (west) mumbai -400067 - on phone number [protected]. Not attanded again i phoned on 30.06.2021at 4.26pm told me i will attand today it self he is on the way. I am waited but not turned. Again i phoned today dt.03.07.21 again same answer that will attand today it self. Again not attanded. I haven't expected like this type of service by your amc m/s shree ganesh. Please look in to the matter and take action at the earliest.

              Last month Mr. Santosh Patil, who told us that he is authorized person from Kent, was charged us 2300 for motor replacement not given bill.
              He gives us one year guarantee but that macchine of kent failed in one month only and not working from last 8 days.
              From 8 days I am calling him on his mobile no [protected]., but he is talking very rudely. Please tell me what to do?

                No proper response from SDH enterprise and I am facing it for the second time . Two days without drinking water and still you are saying best service when compare to others . Totally disappointed. Even if you don't come please inform to customers . They will arrange for alternative and they are not iditos to wait..

                  I have purchased Kent RO in 2014 at Hyderabad for my family(2 adults+2 children's) and in initial days RO performed for 3 years without any problem and than following are frequency for replacement of filter kit:

                  1) First filter kit in 2017 @ Rs.3500/-
                  2) Second kit on 07.11.2019 @ Rs.6450/-(second replacement)
                  3) Third kit on June 2020 @ Rs 1800 i.e. within one year.
                  4) Finally again 4th replacement on 11.06.2021 @Rs.4, 350/- i.e. within one year again.

                  All above kit replacement is done by Kent RO service center and my source of water is also not changed. It means the product quality of KENT spares are not good and fails normally within one year. So, after purchase of this unit i have spend more than Rs.16, 000/- to keep my RO in running condition. I am attaching some of bills for reference.

                    You have put a timer in kent ro system to stop functioning after one year so consumers will call for service. But after requesting for service call no one is ready to attend the call since 6 days.
                    Since it is essentiall service, I feel your service is worst and I have to change the product and go to consumer forum against kent

                      I bought Kent RO 8months before the water is not getting filtered and I am raising the issue from the month of May but no proper service is provided and I even changed both the filters still facing the issue kindly resolve asap.

                        We have been calling the Kent customer care number [protected] for service from 4th June 2021. The machine was installed on 16/8/2020. The local distributor called once and said that he would come the following day but did not come. On 23th June we get a message from Kent that the service is canceled.
                        I have been calling the above customer care number several times to speak to the manager on duty, but some of the revert that I have got is Manager is busy or not come for duty. One of the ways they cut the call is saying that the manager will call in two hours. But this call never happened from the manager's end.
                        Highly pathetic and unprofessional service and attitude from the customer service team. It feels like their 3 year warranty and guarantee are just fake words., as they don't honer their promises.
                        Never recommending this product to anyone.

                              Last month 24th May 2021. Informed that he is authorised service person. He came and change parts. Charged rs 8000 and left after some hour water purifier stop working. From that day there is no response for calls or messages.
                              It's very bad company authorised such person for service center.
                              He said he is has office at Janakapur road, bangalore.my machine. Kent grand water purifier.. Contact me or I will complain consumer court.. i even attached bill also

                                I registered a service request 4days back but nobody has come yet.very poor response.somebody calls in the morning that they will come in the evening than they call in the evening that they will come next day.this is going on since 4days.very disappointing and very unprofessional.wont recommend Kent RO to anybody

                                  We bought the kent grand plus zww mro online on 22nd may 2020, in which the company official site and had contacted to me with the distributor. But within just three four days the machine stopped working then we talked to the distributor he suggest me for servicing. Next day the technician came home and did sediment filter changes on the machine.

                                  The machine stopped working again within the next three days. Again the customer service came home and changed the sediment filter, carbon filter and candle of the machine for the second time.

                                  And after that again the machine stopped working and the service person again fixed something in it. The machine stopped working again only two hours after the service person left. The machine is still off since last service.

                                  After all these I'm talking to the company person, sales person, customer care for almost a week continuously regarding REFUND. During this the company's people said that my concern has been updated, within two days there will be a call from the regional manager and distributor but no one contacted me.

                                  Today again talked to the company person, he gave the regional manager's no. then i talked to him. Talking to him was a very bad experience. He didn't help me and his way of talking was not right at all. Even when i called him he declined my calls four five times.

                                  Very poor service has been provided to the customer by kent company and now i just only want REFUND. And i hope my refund demand will be fulfilled by the company as soon as possible.

                                      We have purchased Kent ace 8l ro+Uv+uf +TDS water purifier in oct 2020.
                                      Invoice number:FAC3B[protected]
                                      We are facing issues With it quite frequently.atleast 5-6 service requests have been raised.
                                      I have escalated to Kent supervisor but no proper response
                                      We asked clearly about the problem and they always said we will see next time.
                                      There are many Kent users in our lane and they are not having any issues.
                                      We request to replace the item or give us a refund so we can buy some other useful purifier.

                                        I had registered a complaint vide request[protected] for my Kent RO water purifier which was attended on 7.6.2021. I had paid Rs.4050/- towards the service charges. On 17.6.2021, the machine again developed a complaint and I registered the complaint vide request[protected]. The same was attended on 18.6.2021. On the same day, after the service engineer left the machine stopped working and I registered my complaint on the same day vide request[protected]. Till date, no service engineer has either contacted me or visited my place for attending to the issue. For the last 6 days, I am forced to buy packaged water for my household need from outside shops putting myself and my family members at risk during this COVID lockdown period. During these days I have been regularly contacting their customer care number and every time I was assured that the matter will be resolved immediately but with no results. Such a pathetic response was never expected from this company and now I regret having purchased this product.
