I had bought kent grand in jul 2018. So far the machine was working fine as it was also under warranty till off late.
However, In jul, when the warranty expired, all of a sudden, everything needed change... and the equipment is still not functional even after 6-7 visits since jul 2021.
All major parts have changed, including the motor, choke, carbon filter, candle, tds controller. Every time the technician comes, he changes a part, then when I call him again, he comes changes another part!! Now the membrane and one more part needs change!!!
I have already spent more than half of the cost of a new RO and the equipment is still not working. What were they waiting for? Expiry of warranty?
I can understand that some parts do wear out and need change but why couldn't the technician tell me this in the first visit itself??
It could have helped me decide whether I would go for repair or new RO as the cost today is coming to same !!!
At least, I would have been mentally at peace... now, I have spent money, wasted 2 months and the machine after recent visit by technician is dispensing hot water . Badly disappointed KENT, pathetic!!!
