We bought the kent grand plus zww mro online on 22nd may 2020, in which the company official site and had contacted to me with the distributor. But within just three four days the machine stopped working then we talked to the distributor he suggest me for servicing. Next day the technician came home and did sediment filter changes on the machine.
The machine stopped working again within the next three days. Again the customer service came home and changed the sediment filter, carbon filter and candle of the machine for the second time.
And after that again the machine stopped working and the service person again fixed something in it. The machine stopped working again only two hours after the service person left. The machine is still off since last service.
After all these I'm talking to the company person, sales person, customer care for almost a week continuously regarding REFUND. During this the company's people said that my concern has been updated, within two days there will be a call from the regional manager and distributor but no one contacted me.
Today again talked to the company person, he gave the regional manager's no. then i talked to him. Talking to him was a very bad experience. He didn't help me and his way of talking was not right at all. Even when i called him he declined my calls four five times.
Very poor service has been provided to the customer by kent company and now i just only want REFUND. And i hope my refund demand will be fulfilled by the company as soon as possible.
