I had registered a complaint vide request[protected] for my Kent RO water purifier which was attended on 7.6.2021. I had paid Rs.4050/- towards the service charges. On 17.6.2021, the machine again developed a complaint and I registered the complaint vide request[protected]. The same was attended on 18.6.2021. On the same day, after the service engineer left the machine stopped working and I registered my complaint on the same day vide request[protected]. Till date, no service engineer has either contacted me or visited my place for attending to the issue. For the last 6 days, I am forced to buy packaged water for my household need from outside shops putting myself and my family members at risk during this COVID lockdown period. During these days I have been regularly contacting their customer care number and every time I was assured that the matter will be resolved immediately but with no results. Such a pathetic response was never expected from this company and now I regret having purchased this product.
