Dear Sir,
We have purchased Kent ace 8l ro+Uv+uf +TDS water purifier in oct 2020.
Invoice number:FAC3B[protected]
We are facing issues With it quite frequently.atleast 5-6 service requests have been raised.
I have escalated to Kent supervisor but no proper response
We asked clearly about the problem and they always said we will see next time.
There are many Kent users in our lane and they are not having any issues.
We request to replace the item or give us a refund so we can buy some other useful purifier.

    I had registered a complaint vide request[protected] for my Kent RO water purifier which was attended on 7.6.2021. I had paid Rs.4050/- towards the service charges. On 17.6.2021, the machine again developed a complaint and I registered the complaint vide request[protected]. The same was attended on 18.6.2021. On the same day, after the service engineer left the machine stopped working and I registered my complaint on the same day vide request[protected]. Till date, no service engineer has either contacted me or visited my place for attending to the issue. For the last 6 days, I am forced to buy packaged water for my household need from outside shops putting myself and my family members at risk during this COVID lockdown period. During these days I have been regularly contacting their customer care number and every time I was assured that the matter will be resolved immediately but with no results. Such a pathetic response was never expected from this company and now I regret having purchased this product.

      My Kent RO which has been installed at my appartment, prasant plaza, Patia, room no-201, but local service engineer not solve my Kent RO filter at last he damage the PCB of Kent RO. It was running at least 14 months now I request you please take care of the machine what ever the machine condition

        I book a service request on 17/06/2021. Power supply is not coming in my kent ro from that day but till now nobody attend for this service request and we are facing some serious problem, so i request you to do something asap!

          Hi Team

          I am quite unhappy with the service of Kent. I have raised a complaint for a regular beep sound coming from the Kent Purifier on 13th June 2021 with the case id[protected] firstly the ticket got assigned on 17th June. The person visited & replaced the Sediment filter & didnt update anything about the beep sound. Then again i raised complaint now there is a replacement for the UV part & the UV lamp still the same problem is prevailing.

          Just wanted to check are the technicians not fit enough to identify the exact problem & keep on changing a part on the visits and not a rectifying the exact problem

          Can someone identify & resolve it correctly now?

          Attached total details with video of the problem.
          There are 3 visits
          One on 29th March complete filter change
          One on 17th June Sediment filter change
          One on 18th June UV & Lamp change

          Still unresolved!!!

            I have complaint in customer care for technician visit for check my water tds check only but after technician visit it sudden change of taste just like sea water amazingly ur technician mr. Yogender visit my house on 18 june 2021 .

              I have lodged a complaint for service of my Kent Grand plus. My service id is [protected] on 16.06.2021, But till date no body has attended from Kent. While on call the company's service person is saying that they dont have spare parts in their inventory as a result of which they can not attend the service. They will attend the service after the spare parts is available with them. In their advertisement kent is saying that they will attend the service call withinn 72 hrs. But here Kent is cheating the customers by befooling. They are creating such an environment that Customers are forced to wait for them & till they dn't attend customers will be forced to drink outside impure water. Kent is playing with the life of its Customer.

                I have purchased kent ro grand +
                I have taken an AMC on sept 2019 which expires sept 2021 but 4th june mr vishal tiwari engg of ro came to my house and checked tds of myro thar was 420 he said that tds is very high so it should replace filter but you have exhausted your filter you purchase an amc in advance then filter will change.We paid Rs 8200 and he replced filter.After that we purchase a tds machine & check tds of ro it was 438 & tape water tds was 378.I called to him but he not came.I complaint ro service center via e mail.Second day I received a call fro ASM of kent ro he told me that up to 500 Tds water is safe you can check on google.It means that we have no need to ro water.
                I am surprised to hearing this.

                  We requested kent service and kent service provider then committed to come within an hour. He took almost 4 hours to come. After that he disassembled the full kent and unable to re install to make it functional. We faced so much inconvinience for water. Then another representative came and charged for even those things which was damaged by first representative. He misbehaved and said such damages happen and you have to pay for all charges. But the question is why we pay for damages done by him. Also he put water inside the motor of kent due to which it was not working, then he connected some wire and made the motor functional . We said for post service warranty but they refused to give it.

                  Really never expected such a bad experience from kent.

                  So I am not willing to pay for this service.

                  Kindly resolve the problem as so as possible or else i will go to consumer court

                    I have 2 year AMC
                    5/3/2020 to 4/3/2022 from past 1week water is leaking from tank made sevral complains got 3 visit of servicemen with temporary solution which did not last even 24 to 48hrs. It's switch need to be changed which they did but it's TDS is 300 both the filters need to be changed but now they are not picking upmy call or if they do put my call on hold. Is that the kind of service provided by kent RO how shall I manage in the mean time your team will respond for it.

                      I have a 2year AMC of Kent RO from past one week the water is leaking from water tank 3 service men came and did a temperary service which could not last even 24 to 48hrs.300 is the TDS both filter need to be changed but they are making excuses and not solving the problem. Very difficult to reach as my calls are being put on hold every time.Unable to send you the photo of AMC.File is too can't even upload 1photo .

                        I have purchased a kent RO through Amazon which was delivered on 11th jun 2021. I booked for installation but the technician from Nagaon asking transportation charges from me which is very unfortunate. It is a big cheating on customer by Kent RO company. I will return the product with worst review and and also make viral a video regading this. I want a appropriate against that blooddy culprrit technician. thnx Bireswar Deka Morigaon Assam.

                            Hi I purchased Ro on 09 October 2019 and experts said to me that i will work till 4 years and after u have to pay for the other but before that machine motor is leaked and dropping water continuously kindly repair or replace asap because you gave your words to me and see records I am your loyal customer.

                              We installed KENT RO purifier on 7th June 2020 and yesterday[protected] we raised a complaint on purifier making beep sound. Technician is here today and says filter, RO and motherboard is damaged and we need to replace everything which costs around 5k-6k.
                              We had even installed external filter on the day of installation to protect the internal filter as they mention. And we got a service after months of installation and everything was fine and we even changed external filter. Now how could everything get dmaaged even after installing external filter.

                              Your custoemr service people have lame answers to our questions. They say "there's issue and you need to replace. thats all or dont use filter". Like, seriously? Just 7 days past one year of warranty that too in these lockdowns where we mostly didnt use as we weren't at home. How pathetic is your service and the way your technicians speak. And managers are not even ready to talk to us.

                              We need an immediate solution for this.

                                Case id:[protected] registered on 9-june.
                                Several follow up with customer service status but still issue not resolved and no firm commitment to attend the service. Still providing false commitment to arrange technician by this week. Very pathetic service feedback from kent. Didn't expect this kind of service.

                                  I have purchased a kent Supreme Plus 2020 through Amazon bearing order no[protected] on 11 Jun 2021. When I registered for installation the technician is asking transportation charges from me. which is not acceptable. I have purchased many items from various company but no body has asked transportation charges from me. suppose if any technician will come from delhi to Assam for installation then customer have to pay flight fair for him? If you are not able to provide free installation then I will return the product with very bed review. I want a immediate response from your side.

                                      On 10th June 2021 a service technician came to fix my Kent RO water purifier. The only problem was that it's candal was not working so we called up Kent technician to replace the candal but when came he told us that the other parts were also not working and he had to replace them so we agreed. After sometime he changed the parts that were not working and as he came from Kent company he was supposed to replace the parts with Kent parts only instead he replaced it with some local parts and left our house and we paid 2500. After sometime my wife noticed the local parts as we were not aware that the service guy has replaced the Kent parts with some local parts but charged us as per the cost of Kent parts. So when we called him to replace it he said he replace it next day but the service guy never came and we kept calling but he didn't pick up and when I called the customer service they didn't have any data of the person don't how they are managing the company. They too didn't have any ID card or otp so that we could confirm the service guy. One of the worst service experience shame on u Kent. This has happened to me earlier also many times

                                        Continuous Beep/alarm in RO system

                                        On 1st Jun'21, we called for servicing & installation of pre-filter unit in RO system.
                                        Few parts cleaned & refixed by service person.
                                        But the machine is giving baap/alarm continuously.
                                        After repeated follow up, service person of your company attended it today.
                                        He told us that all the three cylinders (membranes) are to be changed since it is older than one year.
                                        The cost of which is Rs.3500.00.
