I am lodging this complaint with a very heavy heart. I had got the new RO system installed with the assurance in the AMC which is till Aug, 2022 that I will get the service after 3months.But no one came from the Aquair Service Point, Sector H, Jankipuram, Lucknow, UP for the service. After repeated trials the technician came after 6 months, and after checking the Machine he asked that the filter needs to be changed and it will cost Rs 4000.I asked him about my AMC which I had done for Rs.8200 and is valid till 2022, he refused bluntly. My concern is that I have purchased a machine worth Rs.15500 and Rs 8200 AMC, then also I have to pay for Filter when the machine is in Warranty period.I am a very loyal customer of KENT and if I will not get a proper response from the company I will definitely loose faith and trust in the company. This is for the second time I have purchased the Company's product. Thanks ...waiting for a favorable response
