We installed KENT RO purifier on 7th June 2020 and yesterday[protected] we raised a complaint on purifier making beep sound. Technician is here today and says filter, RO and motherboard is damaged and we need to replace everything which costs around 5k-6k.
We had even installed external filter on the day of installation to protect the internal filter as they mention. And we got a service after months of installation and everything was fine and we even changed external filter. Now how could everything get dmaaged even after installing external filter.

Your custoemr service people have lame answers to our questions. They say "there's issue and you need to replace. thats all or dont use filter". Like, seriously? Just 7 days past one year of warranty that too in these lockdowns where we mostly didnt use as we weren't at home. How pathetic is your service and the way your technicians speak. And managers are not even ready to talk to us.

We need an immediate solution for this.

    Case id:[protected] registered on 9-june.
    Several follow up with customer service status but still issue not resolved and no firm commitment to attend the service. Still providing false commitment to arrange technician by this week. Very pathetic service feedback from kent. Didn't expect this kind of service.

      Dear sir,
      I have purchased a kent Supreme Plus 2020 through Amazon bearing order no[protected] on 11 Jun 2021. When I registered for installation the technician is asking transportation charges from me. which is not acceptable. I have purchased many items from various company but no body has asked transportation charges from me. suppose if any technician will come from delhi to Assam for installation then customer have to pay flight fair for him? If you are not able to provide free installation then I will return the product with very bed review. I want a immediate response from your side.

          On 10th June 2021 a service technician came to fix my Kent RO water purifier. The only problem was that it's candal was not working so we called up Kent technician to replace the candal but when came he told us that the other parts were also not working and he had to replace them so we agreed. After sometime he changed the parts that were not working and as he came from Kent company he was supposed to replace the parts with Kent parts only instead he replaced it with some local parts and left our house and we paid 2500. After sometime my wife noticed the local parts as we were not aware that the service guy has replaced the Kent parts with some local parts but charged us as per the cost of Kent parts. So when we called him to replace it he said he replace it next day but the service guy never came and we kept calling but he didn't pick up and when I called the customer service they didn't have any data of the person don't how they are managing the company. They too didn't have any ID card or otp so that we could confirm the service guy. One of the worst service experience shame on u Kent. This has happened to me earlier also many times

            Continuous Beep/alarm in RO system

            On 1st Jun'21, we called for servicing & installation of pre-filter unit in RO system.
            Few parts cleaned & refixed by service person.
            But the machine is giving baap/alarm continuously.
            After repeated follow up, service person of your company attended it today.
            He told us that all the three cylinders (membranes) are to be changed since it is older than one year.
            The cost of which is Rs.3500.00.

            I filled a request for kent service on 23 April. At first, they told me that there was no medium for transport so they can't provide the service immediately. But my Father works in railway and there was no such kind of problem-related to train. Then I asked them to send someone who lives in our locality but they said that there is only one service provider in your locality but currently he is unavailable. So I asked them to send any service provider who can reach fast to us because our kent was giving bitter taste water. Then they called me on 1week of may they asked me about my location and what problem I am facing then he said currently I am in Guwahati so I can't come right now. Then I asked him that if don't want to give service then just give me the service charge I'll do it on my own then he immediately cut the call. And after whenever I tried to call he never picks up the call. After that several times, I received the message that my request has been canceled. I even talk to kent customer care they said that will soon send someone to do the service.
            but no response came after so many calls and messages a guy came on the 19th May. Then we asked him what's the problem with the service provider in our locality he said he was busy and the only one in our locality in every rude manner. then he said there is no warranty on machines and he said there is a warranty only on some parts of the machine. but we already have a machine in my grandparents' house in Patna and we are using it for 7 years and we are known to all the service about the kent ro. then he said you must not interrupt me I know what to do . Then we said we will know everything and then we will fill a complaint against him. Promptly he said Yes go and fill a complaint against me . And let me see who provides you service now. And he left without giving service. we contacted customer care many times but the response came every time we sent a request all it gets cancelled. It's been over two months but still, the service hasn't been provided. either you give me the cost of service I'll do it on my own or provide me with the service. And you must take an action against such a service provider.

              Again Repair, Technician is asking for RS 4000, to change 3 parts.. I didn't proceed... Again RS 4000, for parts change, Repair rate will cross the machine rate… Please increase 1 year All warranty to 4 years full warranty.. or Please provide a 50 % refund of the cost..

              Again Rs 300 charged. 1 year warranty + 3 years only service. During 3 years service, it will cross double the amount of Kent Ro Machine cost [ parts replacement ]. If it cross double the cost of the machine, Whether KENT RO will take back the machine in this case, with 50 % of the cost of the machine.
              Resolution: Please extend the warranty from 1 year to 4 year, I am ready to pay for it.

                  We purchased the product 6months ago. Suddenly RO water flow became low. I submitted a service request with a visit date for 2 days later as we had some work. But today water output completely stopped. The Kent app didn't allow me to change the service visit date or cancel or submit a new request for urgent visit. I called the vendor who sold the product. They said the service case is not assigned to them yet. And since the product is under warranty, I have to call Kent customer service. I called the Kent customer service. They said that they cannot manually change the visit date nor assign the case to the vendor. They said they can only highlight that the case is urgent. It has been 4hours and I have called 4 times already including escalation level 2 number, but it hasn't been assigned to a technician yet. The person on the level 2 line was quite rude too saying he cannot do much except urge the vendor to service without waiting for the case assignment. But Vendor is not budging. Meanwhile I am wondering how to manage without drinking water until someone from Kent addresses this issue.

                        Maintenance was not performed properly causing filters to be blocked and complete damage to membrane which was 9 months old!
                        You then charged me 3500 to replace the membrane!

                          It's a fraud with me about fee receipt that not given by recognition and set 2 product worth rs 1900/-
                          It's a damage also ur company in town area .

                            Annual maintenance costs 5500 rs for filters. I regret buying such a high maintenance product . you should be clear on filter expense while buying.

                              Sir, I cannot get help from Kent RO to fix the atta and bread maker. This has resulted in hardship. If the service is not provided, I recommend the readers to be careful buying kent products. I am 55 plus in age writing this complaint, and in Covid I was under huge stress kneeding with my hands and now under medical attention for the pain I am bearing.

                                I have taken AMC from Kent but find Service support very poor and no monitoring of open complaints by customer care.
                                I had placed complaint on 05 Jun at about 10 AM. Request number [protected] and Shiv Kumar assigned. I spoke to him in morning and he confirmed for 5:00 pm. When he did not come I called him after 6 pm only to be told by him he was going home and would come positively by 10:30 AM next day. When he did not come after 11:30 am I called customer care only to be told they would escalate. Now I learn that complaint given to a different person called Hemant and when I spoke to him after 1:00 PM on 06 Jun he says he will come in evening.
                                It is surprising that it is taking more than 2 days to resolve complaint concerning critical item like drinking water and that too of Kent Customers who have taken AMC.

                                07 Jun 2021 is the third day since complaint raised, but no one has come to even see problem. I am buying water daily as Kent RO is not working and the complaint not being attended. Daily complaint is transferred to a new technician who treats it like a fresh complaint and does not attend. Messages came that on 05 Jun at 10:46 AM complaint given to Shiv Kumar[protected]...on 06 Jun at 10:19 AM given to Hemant[protected] ...on 06 Jun at 1:09 PM given to Mahesh[protected]. Complaint raised on 05 Jun and today is 07 Jun, but still no one has come to attend complaint. This is after speaking to each technician and multiple requests at Customer care of Kent.

                                  I am lodging this complaint with a very heavy heart. I had got the new RO system installed with the assurance in the AMC which is till Aug, 2022 that I will get the service after 3months.But no one came from the Aquair Service Point, Sector H, Jankipuram, Lucknow, UP for the service. After repeated trials the technician came after 6 months, and after checking the Machine he asked that the filter needs to be changed and it will cost Rs 4000.I asked him about my AMC which I had done for Rs.8200 and is valid till 2022, he refused bluntly. My concern is that I have purchased a machine worth Rs.15500 and Rs 8200 AMC, then also I have to pay for Filter when the machine is in Warranty period.I am a very loyal customer of KENT and if I will not get a proper response from the company I will definitely loose faith and trust in the company. This is for the second time I have purchased the Company's product. Thanks ...waiting for a favorable response

                                    It is inform you that i have purchased kent supreme mineral RO, MODEL NO- Kr [protected] and same has installed on[protected] for domestic purpose. The machine has not been functioning since long time, I have contacted with company Technician but worked performed by him not satisfactory and in result despite change of tools of machine water filter not in order. Your Technician DULU SK come to my home but not solve the problem. His mobile no is [protected]. His behaviour is not good and he not know proper work.
                                    In view of above it is my request to send a senior Technician or engineer to resolve the issue.

                                      Your technician wears no gloves, no shoe covers and enters the house. This is totally unhygienic. Your technician should take out fresh shoe covers every time he enters someone’s house and should wear fresh gloves every he enters someone’s house. If your company does not have this protocol, please set it up. In these covid times people don’t want you technicians coming with same shoes that he wears everywhere and touching everything with his bare hands.
