After installation of R O it work fine for 6 month after that water supply stops then I reageerde a complaint then a service engineer came and miss behave with my wife after so much of discussion local service centre send another person and he said filter are chocked and he is installed new filters and one additional filter . Then after 4 month again water supply stopped so I generate a service request and another service engineer came and said my pump is heating up due to pre filter installed by the previous service engineer and then he do some maintenance and change the pre filter again and said that pre filter is not from Kent bcos of this my machine is not working . Then I ask him tht pre filter which he installed now is also genuine then he said no this is local . Now again my RO stop working kindly tell me what is this you service engineers are installing fake product and another your service engineer is complaint but again he also installed local pre filter kindly suggest me what to do I am very disappointed with this product now

        Hello sir/madam I am from lucknow myself kuldeep Kumar bajpai.I am using Kent RO from 7 yrs.I have amc my customer ID is 9363.from last 2yrs aquair service point mechanic came they changed filter and fix used filter after so many complaints and call they changed the filter and fix new filter when we scolded them and told we will complain higher authority this is last year drama again this year they do the same they don't attend the call they don't come to change the filter after so much we put pressure they came and again fix used filter this is ridiculous water taste is like supply water no ro water taste please solve the problem today i complaints my purifier is alarming but they didn't come please solve this issue i will change the filter very unprofessional behavior

          We have been Kent RO system users since the last 10 years. But with deepest regrets I want to file an official complaint against N C Sales & Services(Franchise of Kent in kolkata ), who sold us a Defective Kent RO Excel+ on 18th of September 2020.

          The under sink storage tank is damaged from outside (photos attached). We spotted it on the very same day after installation and pointed it out to the person Rajkumar Samanta who came for the installation. He suggested us to contact the sales representative Mr. Amal Das.

          We contacted him right away and explained the situation. We have sent the same photos through whatsapp on the same day. He assured that he will replace it within 15 days since he needs to get a replacement storage unit from Delhi.

          Since then it's been more than 10 months but we are yet to receive the replacement.

          Kent technician Mr Sakir Hossain visited and confirmed that the water tank is damaged. And due to that the machine is not working now and we are in worst situation water wise.

          I have sent official emails to kent customer care with all the details. But they have only redirected the request to another franchise alex home appliances in kolkata who refused to serve us.

                Good day,

                My Kent Qnet RO display screen was collected by the Jamnagar Kent technician in the month of Jan 2021 and this is August 2021 - the screen has never been replaced. It is understood that the new screen that was sent to the technician for replacing has been misplaced by the technician.

                As a customer I ask your goodselves why am I being harassed for the fault of your service franchise "Real Agency, Jamnagar".

                I have below ticket numbers which basically displays the lackadaisical attitude of the company towards resolving customer complaints.

                No matter how much I want to avoid, it is imperative that I must raise the concern on the public domain and file a consumer complaint.

                The last case id is[protected]. There are a whole bunch of them and this is just one I have mentioned.

                The Sl number of the machine is KR[protected].

                All I want is replace the display screen asap.

                  I am very sorry to inform you that despite of our e.mail and complaint since 14.07.2021 (complain no. [protected]),[protected],[protected] and[protected], till date no one has attended and repaired the fault. Every time without repairing the defect the complaint is closed. We have been always told that the complaint is lodged on high priority and responsibility is given to P.S.Enterprises, Guwahati or some other agencies. It is difficult to understand your system where the fault lies and who will be responsible to repair during warranty period.

                  You are very much aware that Guwahati is on high alert, so far, spread of COVID 19 is concerned. This is the Government of India Office where the visitors from Colleges and Universities are visiting. If any awkward situation of COVID 19 arises in absence of said sanitizer machine, who will take the responsibility.

                  Looking into the facts stated above, it is requested to repair the machine within a day or two with a reason that why such delay has been made and who is responsible for such lapses. If it is beyond your jurisdiction, kindly let me know the details of the person to be contacted immediately.

                  This may be treated as MOST URGENT & IMPORTANT.

                    Water purifier with cockroach

                    I bought 2 Kent purifiers. One in my native Bhubaneswar and another in my Work place Kolkata. To my surprise, when I requested service engineer to service my Kent in Bhubaneswar found that small cockroaches were floating inside the tank. He suggested that to buy an external iron/sediment filter to stop cockroaches and we did that and forgot about that episode. Last month I visited to my work place Kolkata and due to lockdown we did not use...

                      Incompetent Service
                      I bought a Kent Maxx 11013 iv+uf purifier in October 2020 since we were getting Municipal supply. However, the filters got clogged by nine months and the Kent service sent a person who replaced all three filters on 28 July and charged me for all including the UF membrane warranties for one year. While cleaning the machine, he damaged the overflow mechanism and replaced it with an old one and left but that didn’t work next day so I registered another complaint in no.[protected]. The service tech came on 30th but couldn’t repair it. After promising to come despite reminders, nobody comes. They are simply unable to repair their own machine. Purchasing Kent was clearly a blunder. A big joke.

                          KENT MAXX KR[protected] got uprooted from its place and fell on the kitchen floor and the back outer body got drastically damaged. The product is currently under the warranty period and yet the service guys are refusing for the replacement because the outer body parts are not under the warranty .
                          I’m very much disappointed with the company the product is still on its 11 months and now we are to face this kind of issue. This problem may be the cause of not proper installation in the first place.

                          We would be grateful if company takes right action towards this and replace the product and ensure proper installation of the product.

                                We have a very bad experience with kent customer service. We purchase kent last year during the peak of pandemic. Helped technician not to visit our home and installed ourselves by his directives. Now when I called customer service for servicing the same and making it wall Mount .We are being asked to pay 300 rs as its more than a year. As its 1st Installation visit we oppose to pay the charges for installation. Along with installation we also want to get servicing and filter change if needed and suggested by technician.

                                Should this approach acceptable to the people who help your team? It's not a matter of Rs 300 its how you treat your customer. We were using eureka forbes for last 15 years and shifted to kent, looks like we made a mistake.

                                Can the complain be escalated to highest authorities of kent.

                                  I have ordered for regular service for my Kent RO through official Kent service. The local Kent service provider m./s Srushti Enterprises seawood sent a local boy not appeared to be engineer for service. The guy without Examining the machine told me to replace the filter which cost around 6000/- I told that machine is working fine I want only routine service as I have changed the filter only 6 months before and filter life is 1 year even we are only 3 adult members so water consumption is also very less. But hesitantly he replaced one filter and did what he called service, and charged me 900 Rs, while asking for kent I'd he told me that he do not have any authorise Kent I'd even he did not know English and even could not prepare invoice in proper language. after one hour there were many leekage starting at machine part I again sent the complaint, they sent someone else in night. they did the job in hurry and left that every thing was fixed but little later the machine started overflowing not auto stopping after filling of tank. I again made a Complaint they send third boy who told thar around 1000 charges which I denied then he told me that he wil fix the machine like that that will never work if I will not pay the ransom, I again denied and told him to go away. now my machine is not working I m making complaints but thay r doing nothing. Kent are big blackmailer and they are big looters, I have no other option to chang machine but I urge people to not to buy any Kent product

                                    We have installed Kent RO m/c No. KR[protected] in our house at Uri, Baramulla. I would like to brought it to your notice that servicing to the product provided by the dealer is mediocre and whenever they attend the machine, they ask for money in thousands without providing any printed bill. The Kent RO is defunct because of ill attitude of the dealer. I intent to raise the issue in a consumer court if no concrete action is initiated at your end.

                                      I have purchased KENT RO in 2018. During this period it has given lot of trouble. Everytime ur technicians do some thing immediately after one or two months one or other problem persists. I vexed with your brand. During the lasr 3 years, 3 times RO, Carbon, etc Rs.3500 each time charged.

                                      I feel service techinicians are not well trained or competent. Their response is also not good.

                                      Finally I don't recommend/refer any KENT product to my friends.
