Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Consumer Electronics

The issue that I have experienced was: This is a water purifier of Kent, product name Kent supreme 2020, product-11111.i made the purchase on[protected] & the installation date is[protected]. From the time of installation the device is continuously creating some or other type of issue every 3, 4 weeks. Now the product is in warranty then also I'm getting irritated with every time new issue coming.once the warranty will be over then it Will be irritating as well as expensive for me And this has been constant till now, then how can I expect that this problem which is occurring every time will be resolved after warranty is over and my purifier will work smoothly.

I don't think that the company has proven it's value and Live up to my expectations with this company.being true I never thought the company's device will cause me such inconvenience as I thought of better quality products from KENT. so now I want replacement for the same product asap or I want refund of money.

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

    Water flow get reduced within 1 month after service, product bought in dec-20 & it is under warranty

      I have purchased Kent Grand plus RO (Sl. no. kr[protected]) on 26th June 2020 from Telesara Electric Store, Bhilwara, Rajasthan.
      I am facing issues in RO from a long time. RO stopped working after 1 month of installation. Every month service person comes and change the membrane. I have asked Kent multiple times to change the machine.

      Machine is still in warranty period, but now Kent is not even providing service for this machine.

        The cost of maintaining Kent RO is so hight that I could have bought a new kent ro every two years instead of replacing the various filters / membrane and address the leak problem for which i had to eventually change the motor for another INR 3000. I the time of selling they dont talk about all the extra cost of maintenance. Its also a big hassle to call the service guys and request him for help. Just like any doctor he charges 300 bucks just for a visit, perhaps he has a stiff target from his company that for every visit he ensure some part or the other is invariably changed at a high cost.

        Kent RO must be making serious money in parts and after sales service.

        Very unhappy I bought one!!! Please dont fall for Hemamalani's ads, all fake!! drama from money. We are the suckers. If acqaguard pays more she will endorse that product.

          Kent supreme mineral RO/KR[protected]
          It's the worst experience I am having using kent products and services.
          For the last 15 days, I am suffering from the problem of an inline sediment filter set and getting bluffs from the kent customer service.
          The service of kent's local service provider, which is Girija solutions should be blacklisted from the company's side and work should assign to any other local service provider.
          But this is the most irresponsible service I am getting from KENT.
          Really unexpected and legal action should be taken against KENT.

            I have buy Kent kettle 16026 by Flipkart in 25. 08.2020. After Four month kettle not working, I registered complaint to Kent service centre then from Patna service centre call me to come with kettle in service centre (Simna Technologies, Aadharshila complex, patna) . Then in service centre Mr. pratik attend me he said after one month you got your kettle after repair.
            But I have not get my kettle, then I talk to service no [protected] ( complaint no -[protected]) many times he only said you got another kettle, but after 3 month I not got my kettle,
            Please told me that what can I do or resolve my Problem.

              During installation of Kent Maxx, the technician mentioned that the plastic end cap of the 3-way connector the purifier needs to be purchased at an additional cost of 100/-. I find this to be absurd as this should be part of the installation and the end cap should be part of the 3-way connector. request to install the end cap without any charge.

                Our kent Excel Purifier was leaking.We called the service provider from Geneus Enterprises who are your authorized service partners.
                He charged Rs 2500.00 and to change the filter and water leakage did not stop.
                We called him again and he said that motor is gone and is to be replaced.
                Then we called another guy and explained him.He is Manish and Manish told to come back next day.Now no one is lifting the phone.We are spending lot of money on water bottles in spite of having RO.
                We are surprised to know that Kent has given the services to some who has no idea of servicing of Excel.
                Can we expect some immediate reply on our mail [protected]@neuralindia.com

                    Two times service engineer came first time 10/4/21 and 2nd time 14/04/21 both days sensor change but after one day sensor not work my complain no.[protected]

                      I had authorised service of my Kent Maxx filter on 06/03/2021. All filters where changed.
                      After service we opened filter on 14/04/2021 as there was very little drop by drop water flow from filter. We were shocked to see that small filter was not replaced. We were able to track it as we had made ink mark on all three filters earlier.
                      Will company resolve my complaint?

                            Dear Sir,

                            On Jan 7th 2021 kent Technician came & replace spare parts which include RIO filter(Membrane) which cost me around total Rs 5120. Later on 9th April my Kent Pristine product was not working so i have created a request[protected] in the Apps and the technician visited and informed that the RO membrane is not working. Since it completed 3 months warranty just 2 days back so i requested him to replace at no cost because it hardly 2 days more. He informed to please reach out to kent customer care if they are ok I can replace at no charge. I did speak to customer care & requested but no help, even I raised a service request (## RE - 306500##) for it but no response. How can a part which is so costly will not work after 3 months, they say this part will run for minimum 1 year.

                            Request you to please help to get this faulty part replace without charges.

                              We changed filter in Kent grand plus in December. Filter change alarm beeped for few days around 10 April and then machine stopped working. Technician visited and changed alarm machine for 935.I came to know that a simple reset of alarm should work.

                                    I buy KENT RO dated mentioned above, From dealer Niraj .He has install Product 11099 KENT GRANT PLUS ZWW MRO KR[protected] With down payment. When I asked about product Bill averted by saying that he give me later on. Next day He registered product from AARADHYA ENTERPRISES and KENT Till then he not provided any proof regarding product to me keep on postponing . Only written amount in Warranty card Bluffing me as I am not much aware about that product and he taken product document too by saying he will return back. Afterward he keep on collecting money by assuring me that at last he will give INVOICE. Now finally when he collected all amount than I enquire about Bill. then he is refusing and demanding more money for invoice. In such way, dealer, supplier and The company sale product without giving bill or any proof regarding sale and save themselves GST and Bill too .
                                    This need to stopped .yet, I don't have any legal document regarding product only warranty card with some handwritten amount I am asking that, how AARADHYA Enterprises sale product without giving invoice/bill and how Kent Ro company register my product without checking details at last Niraj how he is getting product from Aardhaya Enterprise and selling to enlarge quantity faking customer. They are bluffing to everyone sale door to door likewise manner. Dealer Niraj expert in this. As per GST law how can anyone sale product with big price tag without giving proper invoice and tax. Adequate action must be taken against them. So that spreading diseases like these can be control and I would get my invoice too.

                                        As per your record my kent grand to.intalatiln date is january 2020, which is wrong installation date mentioned in your records, i came to know about the instaltion date when I called on the service centre because the filter change alarm is indicating, so kindly correct the instaltion date and change the filer under warranty, if not then I am laible to go for legal proceedings, thanks with regards .
