Hello,
This is regarding a technician named rajman who could not solve the problem of leakage of my ro machine and used unnecessary force to tighten the filter. Which caused falling of the ro from wall mount. I asked him to talk to his superviser and refix the system which never happened. I lodge another complain to solve this issue. But this perticular complain never met it's end, hanged on for few days. Differrnt technicians named came everyday but nobody came for fixing or solving this issue. At last this message i receive on my whatsapp & previous messages from kent:

    Dear sir
    This is adv. Nikhat ajmeri. We are using your machine since 5 yes. There was no issue with your engineers. After the lock down finished one engineer cam his name is shakir. He doesn't know about machine. He has changed all parts of the machine and he fixed all connection reverse.
    Due to his mistake my machine pump damaged and now i am paying for this pump. Due to his mistake i am paying. This is totally company irresponsible. Why should i pay. Take a necessary action and return my money

      Technician has cheated me by changing the workable membranes and charged me rs 5050. I am going to lodge an fir against him. I also want to aware you that why you have keeping such fraudesters as technicians and he has not provide me any bill for the charges that he has taken.

        I bought kent rao approx eight ago
        And now it is not working proper and water filter so i registered a complaint regarding call coustmer executive and he says you buy from reliance and reliance provided service then i call reliance he says your mobile no is not registered so i am not provided service and both executive ask your product is in warranty then i say yes then he says if want chargeable service then i provided and i say my why are you giving me warranty on this product if you want to charge only make a fool coustmer i personally realise that in future i never buy such products

        I purchased Kent RO 28th May 2020. Within a span of 4 months tap got cracked and the service technician told that the tank has also cracked.
        It is frustrating that in the span of 4-5 months product got damaged or may I say that plastic quality of Kent is very poor or I received damaged piece of Kent RO. I want KentRoSystem to act on my complaint immediately and do the needful. Area manager is saying plastic is not covered under warranty .Are they making money by fooling customer

          I have purchased a ro machine from csd in shillong on[protected] and thereby i contacted customer care for its installation. It was assigned to engineer of b l electrical, shillong on[protected]

          next day said engineer contacted me and refused to install, misbehaved and spoke arrogantly.

          After this, i briefed happenings to customer care and they assured me that it will be assigned to some other technician and i suggested name of electronic solution, bishnupur, shillong-793004 which is under kent authorization.

          But sir sorry to say that this was never assigned to electronic solution, bishnupur, shillong-793004 .Always it is assigned to b l electrical, shillong.

          Till today i have made 8 times request and complain to customer care but it is not solved and hence i am compelled to write here.

          Here i would like to ask to kent why i am being harrashed by you?

          i would like to request you lastly to solve my issue at the earliest and pay the compensation for being delay in service resulting loss of time in complaining and contacting customer care

            Refused to attend my complaint no [protected] since I have purchased the product from reliance digital chennai.
            Since I am ready to pay for the kent company service, still refusiing company service even after I am ready to pay, amounts to gross negligence snce the product is of Kent authorised product in India.
            I therefore request to kindly arrange authorised kent service at the earliest.

              We have taken kent 16052 electronic kettle from kent ro system. Our kettle is not boiling water after two days. We have complaind many times in kent coustmer care. They always says that someone will come today for repairing your kettle but no one will comes. Kent ro services are very very poor i am totally frustrated to the previous complaints

                Dear sir / madam,

                My name is ramesh reddy alla from ongole, andhra pradesh. I have ordered kent new grand 8-litres wall-mountable ro + uv+ uf +tds (White) 20 litre/hr water purifier (With serial number. Kr[protected]) on 08.06.2020 in amazon site.

                For new product installation your technical engineer (Sakhunthala rao from ss enterprises) attend and installed the product with installation of rs.1000/- extra collected from me on 17.06.2020 (One outer filter suggested and charged 800/-for this and 200/- for installation charges)

                But with in one hour it has came sensor problem and informed technical engineer also immediately.

                But he said iam out of station raise the ticket, then i have raised ticket on 19.06.2020, 09.07.2020 and. But every time i raised ticket but it has been cancelled. But finally on 27.07.2020 techical engineer came and solved the sensor problem. But after 4 days machine is not working. So again i raised ticket then allotted to sakhuntala rao but he is not attending since 10 days and his mobile is also switch off.

                Actually because of covid-19 i have decided to buy water purifier, so i checked with my friends and also online survey finally i have decided to buy kent.

                Even after two months product is not working and i am going outside for drinking water same as earlier.

                So i request you to take my complaint and solve my problem immediately.

                  We had lodged a complaint on 22nd august, since there was no water in our kent ro system.

                  An engineer called akash, came against complaint number[protected]. The engineer said that the motor was not working and a area service manager would physically view the issue to ensure that the motor was not working.

                  However, no such person came. We were assigned another engineer, shailendra, who is yet to visit.

                  Kent ro service is pathetic and worse, when someone takes out an amc, where most parts are covered.

                  Water is an essential service and kent ro, treats it very lightly.

                    Recently we did serving of our kent ro and changed its motor with new one. But the service provider took the old motor along with him. I called them up to return the old motor and they agreed to it saying that it would be returned within 2-3 days but till now there's no response regarding it and they are fooling us around. I got it changed on 14august, 2020 and now its 21aug, its been 1 week since i have reported regarded it and they have given me no response regarding it. Whenever i call they tell me that it would be delivered tomorrow but till yet it hasn't been delivered. So kindly see through the same.

                      Quite surprising that you have made unprofessional as kent ro service provider, one is bhandari kent indore.

                      From last 6 months no body has turned up for service and on 14th august 20... We get a call for fixing service appointment... The lady had a talk for 15th august, we said ok and till this time no body has reported.

                      I rang up today at 10am... Resulted in only asking for amc with n o visit in last 6 months.

                      Are these service providers are meant to mint money without any visit from last six months

                        I have purchased the kent grand new mineral ro and it stopped working within one year. I raised a service request to the customer care and they allocated a technician. When i called a technician, he refused to visit home and asked me to send the warranty card on the whatsapp, which i refused to send. From that time i am keep on calling customer care number and it is forwarding to the technician who is not picking up the call.
                        No what should i do. I have no way to connect with the customer care and raise a new complaint as i have been keep on forwarding to the technician.

                          Hi.
                          We have got the kent purifier installed for less than 2 years and during the routine service the technician advised us to change the internal filters that we allowed him to do. However, he could not do the proper servicing and immediately afterwards the purifier started to form algae in the water container. Please help.

                                My name is Sudheer, from thukkuguda, hyderbad

                                I have registered a service request to kent ( requst id:[protected] for my kent grand star ro water purifier on on 02-june-2020
                                after 15 days of waiting, i called custmercare for status they told simply after two days, after 3 dayslike that, no person has came nothing has done
                                i spoke to some senior excutives also no use. but one day when i check my status on app it is showing that request has cancelled,

                                again I have registered a service request to kent ( requst id:[protected] on 09-july-2020 same thing was repeted no person has came, after 10 days this request also cancelled,

                                again I have registered a service request to kent ( requst id:[protected] on 01-august-2020 same thing was repeted no person has came, today i check the status it has also cancelled,

                                i dont know why you people are cheating me always, Till now none from kent or sunshine has contacted me regarding the service request.

                                I am really disappointed and you guys, you people are making me feel that i did a mistake by choosing kent. Kindly request you to look into this at the earliest.

                                  Subject: Poor quality of KENT Autosoft a product of KENT purchased vide Tax Invoice No. S[protected] DT. 26.06.2020-REG
                                  Please refer to the captioned subject.

                                  It is an extremely sorry affair which compelled me to lodge a complaint against very very poor quality of Kent Autosoft, a product of a company which has a good name, fame and track record in the market.
                                  I got installed the product on 03.07.2020 (at 3/94A, UGF, Sector-5, Rajendra Nagar, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad U.P.) attached with my overhead water tank fixed atop the fourth floor. One floor owner in the building also got installed the Kent Autosoft after one week with his overhead water tank. Last week I called Sh. Rajendra Sangla (HOD Sales-Softner M-[protected]) through whom I purchased the said product, to send some person to check hardness of the water at my house. Sh. Sangla sent Sh Ojha from sales who filled the salt in the machine after removing cover and also checked the hardness which was found to be within limit. Four-five days back, against the complaint of another floor owner in the building, your service person from Noida Sh. Vijay Chaudhary (M-[protected]) came to check the hardness. He suggested that the top cover of the Autosoft which is used to fill salt in the machine regularly is very delicate and any time it can go in air when there will be strong wind and you should fix this cover with some strong cello tape.
                                  Before I could plan to fix the cello tap on the top cover, it went in the air any time due to strong wind and could not be found in the nearby place after my sincere efforts.
                                  I called Sh. Sangla and informed the position. He asked me to lodge a complaint. On making my complaint (No.[protected], Sh. Vijay Chaudhary visited yesterday i.e. on 09.08.2020 and reminded that he had already told that the top cover of Autosoft is delicate and can go in air any time. He further told that he will tell the position in the service department and the cover will be provided. After his visit, my complaint was also re-scheduled for 14.08.20 vide SMS dt. 09.08.20. Today i.e. on 10.08.2020, I have just received a telephonic communication from Sh. Vijay Chaudhary that the service department is saying that I have to pay Rs. 5600/- for the cover as the same is not available with me even in damaged condition.This is very bad. The top cover is lost due to its poor delicate condition which is a manufacturing defect of the product at all. Is the company selling its product of more than 60, 000/- value which has to be fixed overhead, a top of the roof, in open air with the guidance to fix its top cover with cello tape so that it may not go in air in strong wind. I failed to understand the quality of the KENT product which has always to be installed in the open air.

                                  In this regard it is requested, first to provide a good quality of top cover free of cost and it should be fixed with the machine with screw as also suggested by your service person, and secondly, please examine the quality of top cover & its fixing in the machine so that this type of problem may be faced by any other customer.                                     It is an extremely sorry affair which compelled me to lodge a complaint against very very poor quality of kent autosoft, a product of a company which has a good name, fame and track record in the market.
                                    I got installed the product on 03.07.2020 (At 3/94a, ugf, sector-5, rajendra nagar, sahibabad, ghaziabad u. P.) attached with my overhead water tank fixed atop the fourth floor. One floor owner in the building also got installed the kent autosoft after one week with his overhead water tank. Last week i called sh. Rajendra sangla (Hod sales-softner m-[protected]) through whom i purchased the said product, to send some person to check hardness of the water at my house. Sh. Sangla sent sh ojha from sales who filled the salt in the machine after removing cover and also checked the hardness which was found to be within limit. Four-five days back, against the complaint of another floor owner in the building, your service person from noida sh. Vijay chaudhary (M-[protected]) came to check the hardness. He suggested that the top cover of the autosoft which is used to fill salt in the machine regularly is very delicate and any time it can go in air when there will be strong wind and you should fix this cover with some strong cello tape.
                                    Before i could plan to fix the cello tap on the top cover, it went in the air any time due to strong wind and could not be found in the nearby place after my sincere efforts.
                                    I called sh. Sangla and informed the position. He asked me to lodge a complaint. On making my complaint (No.[protected], sh. Vijay chaudhary visited yesterday i. E. On 09.08.2020 and reminded that he had already told that the top cover of autosoft is delicate and can go in air any time. He further told that he will tell the position in the service department and the cover will be provided. After his visit, my complaint was also re-scheduled for 14.08.20 vide sms dt. 09.08.20. Today i. E. On 10.08.2020, i have just received a telephonic communication from sh. Vijay chaudhary that the service department is saying that i have to pay rs. 5600/- for the cover as the same is not available with me even in damaged condition. This is very bad. The top cover is lost due to its poor delicate condition which is a manufacturing defect of the product at all. Is the company selling its product of more than 60, 0000/- value which has to be fixed overhead, a top of the roof, in open air with the guidance to fix its top cover with cello tape so that it may not go in air in strong wind. I failed to understand the quality of the kent product which has always to be installed in the open air.

                                      I have purchased one kent grand ro filter. But vendor has not installed my filter completely as yet on today. He left and gone away. He was demanding money. His behavior was very rude. I am completely shocked with the service of kent and feeling ashamed of purchasing kent ro. Plz take immediate solution for installation of new purchased kent ro which is not yet completely installed.
                                      This is the very poor service of kent post sale service. If not resolved the issues i may escalate the issues ahead.

                                      Post sale service of Kent is very poor.No body bothers to take pain to resolve the issues.once you purchased Kent RO items you will feel cheated certainly.I recommend people not to purchase Kent RO.

                                        i have called kent ro customer care number ([protected]) for service request for my ro system .They registered my request . request no is [protected]. they told me that they will come today but didnt come . I dont have drinking water now. My Ro water purifier is not working.

                                        They called me and fixed the date on which the service boy will come to see my purifier .As i am in government sector .So initially i had to take one day leave for that ..but that person did not come on time as said by him.My leave went unutilized. Now the scheduled date is coming sunday.as i dont want to waste my another leave .
