Very disappointed with the service..my new kent RO was installed on 28th october, , and one iron filter was supposed to be installed also but since that, , everyday i am calling the service centre and they are saying 'they dont have drilling machine and so cant come for installing'...the entire service centre has only one drilling machine???...
Everyday they are saying tomorrow they will come ...tomorrow they will come..but the tomorrow didn't arrived yet..
Very horrible experience ...if the begining is like this, , am worried about the future services..

    We have replaced different parts of the product which is mainly 4 pieces(electric system, membrane (2), pump) once in 4 months. The product has been giving constant problems with no resolution in sight.

    This product is build to fleece people and would recommend everyone to avoid at all cost.

      Hi,

      I bought new kent grand plus ro water purifier in Amazon and i raised ticket for installation on[protected] and today installation engineer came for installation and he behavior was very rude and asking money for installation when i am raising ticket for 1st installation it was free but he was arguing and speaking rudely.Even i call customer care when engineer was installaling they told no pay any thing from customer side...

        Sir/madam
        I have serviced my Kent RO machine on 01 Oct 20, since I didn't get any fruitful result then before. At the time of service I have told the engineer it is not good result to this Mr Ajeet Singh mobile no [protected] told me after some days the machine will give you fruitful result. On 17 Oct 20 I called Mr Ajeet to this he told me I will check and resolv your problem, since his mobile no showing switch off. On 24 Oct 20 I called again service center no [protected] to this service advisor told me you have pay again service charge. Please justify me to this matter

          Horrible experience with worst quality product: Kent RO water purifier

          Purchased a Kent RO 3 years back (Apr’2017) and replaced the existing water filter due to quality and service issues. Like everyone, I thought the decision was good as purchased the best RO among other products.
          My nightmare started when problem came within one year. Frequent breakdown of the water filter has caused me to buy outside canned water which was a very costly affair. No option was available but to repair the RO to get filtered water. Gradually problem started again and again and need to contact their service toll free no repeatedly.
          Please note that, you need to change 6 nos of filters inside the RO costing around Rs 5050/ year and the horrible point is, the same is having only 3 months guarantee. To my horror, after spending Rs 5050/-, inlet filter was replaced again after exactly 3 months 10 days with a total expenditure of Rs 850/ - with servicing cost.
          This RO is so pathetic, you need to change frequently various spare parts as the quality is very worst. Interestingly, filters and other parts just fails after guarantee period is over.
          The machine was purchased for Rs 15, 500/- and already more than Rs 9000/- spent towards various spares within 3 years.
          Even in one occasion, after the complaint was registered, service person came after 10 days and told me to replace all the filters. I must have spent Rs 2000/- to Rs 3000/- on buying outside canned water during the above period.
          Now I am repenting on buying KENT RO water purifier system which is nothing but complete harassment to customer.
          Please remember the following problems which I faced:
          1. Spare parts/ water filters are extremely costly.
          2. Even if it is written that the filters need to be changed after one year, the same may be required to change after only 3 months guarantee period.
          3. Every year, be prepared to change all the 6 nos of filters costing a total amount of Rs 5000/- to Rs 5500/- including servicing cost.
          4. Apart from the above, pipe lines, connectors will fail frequently and needs to be replaced with a cost.
          5. Even, the electronic board will fail which needs to be replaced.
          6. Pre filter is provided as per their recommendation, but water quality does not improve with this and parts will fail as per their age.
          7. No guarantee on attending your call on time.
          8. Frequent change in their servicing agency (5 different service agency has come to me within three years)

          Kent is horrible product in my opinion as I bought it by 2018 and every time the sevice person ask to change the filter which will stop working after 3 months gaurentee time. I don't want spend 4000 every 3 months filter.even though they say free servicing for 4 years they ask for 300 on every visit.

            After installation in aug'20, until today i am following yup with all the persons at kent company but now they are simply ignoring my emails. Very bad product with very bad after sales services. Even their md & director are not at all serious or keen to conclude my complaint.

            Very shameless people.

Before installing their marketing staff never told me that after installation the water flow will reduce. Gave false information & now no after sales service.
            I had spent Rs.70, 000 on this liability.
            Before buying their product please remember you are not buying comfort but a lifelong liability.

              I called the customer care more than 10 times but their suggestions is only to used the apps for registration to avail free service which I have a 4years free servicing. The mobile apps they are suggesting are horrible it cannot be login even with the registered mobile number. What a service they are providing they are even asking me to buy the AMC contract again while I have the 4 years free servicing hahahaaa free servicing is only for the name sake I wonder

                We have taken kent Grand and it has been around 11 months. And the water purifier has stopped working. On calling upon service, he said that carbon filter and sediment filter has been spoilt and it has 6 months warranty only. He asked me to read terms and conditions in the Kent RO on the warranty card. And yes its mentioned in terms and conditions that 1-year warranty is applicable on only a few parts and few parts its 6 months only.

                On checking the label on amazon or any website it tells that it is a warranty for 1 year. And on the warranty card also it says 1-year warranty. And I don't see any * mark on the advertisement for mentioning any terms and conditions.
                Its pure misleading customers with the information in the advertisement

                  I purchased kent ro membrane, worth Rs 2500 on 05 Dec 2019 on the advise of kent technician but from the very first day of its installation i faced issue of very low water supply through the said kent ro system as it was nearly triple the normal time taken by a new ro membrane (nearly 20 ltrs per hour water output) to fill the attached water tank. I called the kent technician again on 09 Dec 2019 to resolve the issue to very low water output, even with new ro membrane fitted on 05 dec 2019 but the technician changed the flow check valve to increase the water supply to a little more flow but which was still under normal output.
                  After just 6 months of working, the new kent ro membrane stopped working and thus a complaint for registered on 07 sept 2020 to check the issue but surprisingly the kent technician asked to change the ro membrane as, according to him, it has worn out and thus the said kent ro system was not working properly. When i pointed out to him that normally it takes 12 months for a kent ro membrane to worn out in standard working conditions and it can continue to work for nearly 20 months, previously, in the same kent ro at the same palce and water conditions, the kent ro technician pointed out that they replace kent spares what the company provides them and they are not responsible for the quality of spares.
                  It is worth while mentioning that in normal familly of 4 or output of 70 litres of water per day, the kent ro membranes runs for more than 12 months and when the kent ro systems company claims of high quality products, services and spares.
                  When i try to find out about the manufacturing details of the said kent spares from the company, the company went deaf and dumb and no response to even a single email but they provided a request id: 263667 on my kent ro system service request no.: [protected]. I also followed the escalation matrix and emailed the issue to kent management but nobody even bothered to reply, let alone check the issue.
                  I found out that the said kent ro membrane was atleast 7 months old and most probably used one, when it was put into my kent ro system on 05 dec 2019 so it ran for another 6 months and stopped working as per kents claims.
                  So i want to caution other consumers, who are looking to buy kent ro products to think twice before buying fraud kent ro systems water purifier as they are most likely to be duped by kent ro systems after sales service team by selling used out but costly spares so that the kent customer can carry out replacing of spares on more than normal rate and the thuggs of kent can earn big profit from this scam.

                      29th september, kent service person visited my home on complaint and ask me to change all parts when showed all the past bills of 10 spent 3 months back then only asked to change membrane of 3k. Is there any solution to change membrane of 3k every 3 month. There is no solution for this. Customer are required to spend every 3 months 10k even escalation is made to level 4. Whats the purpose of buying kent purifier machine one time purchase is 15k. All service franchise have commission and no technical skills. They just try to make money and kent company also doesnt understand the customer problems except making money and 1 brand.

                        It's not a complaint about the product but the way kent asp cheats its customer by putting used components and looting customer in the name of genuine spare.

                        In july 2020, water leakage was observed in the top compartment for which i called your asp and reported the issue. The next day engineer visited and he informed me that there is an issue with some pcb part/fuse (Not sure about the exact part description) and returned back saying the part is not in stock and will inform me after receiving this part. Surprisingly he did not explain anything on the water leakage issue.

                        The next day a new engineer visited and he changed the whole story by concluding that the problem is with the membrane, pcb, and one more part and the total estimate of the repair informed was 4770/- inr. Surprisingly he also did not explain anything about the water leakage issue. I asked him to find out the root cause of the water leakage issue but he closed the argument saying this much leakage is normal and it would not affect the working of the purifier. I told him that since i am paying almost 5000/- inr for this repair so make sure that you have resolved the issue otherwise it may lead to bigger damage to other costly parts for this he replied to turn off the purifier when the tank is about to fill. I believe the kent ro purifier uses a solenoid valve for this purpose, but since he is your asp so i believed him and followed his instruction.

                        Now from last monday onwards, i had started observing that the water leakage has increased and the purifier is taking almost 7~8 hrs for filling the tank.

                        I find it abnormal so reported this to your asp this morning. The engineer visited and the first thing he did was to check the leakage point; it was observed in one of the mineral filters (2 small filters) and he confirmed that the membrane is also choked. Fyi this membrane was replaced in july 2020. I have the testimony of this incident; i can share it with the kent team if required.

                        It's a serious case of cheating and since it is done by your asp so i believe the kent ro is equally responsible for it for providing the license to such fraud people.

                          We have purchased a kent grant ro water purifier through amazon and the same was delivered and commissioned on 21st april 2019.

                          The machine was working fine until june 2020 and thereafter it stopped working. When we contacted kent service, a technician from sky enterprises checked the system on 20th june 2020 and informed that the machine is not under warrantee hence it’s better to have an amc for routine servicing and repairs.

                          We have paid rs. 7800.00 for annual maintenance contract from 20/6/2020 to 20/6/2021. The machine started making some noise since 15th september and again we lodged a complaint with kent. It was also noticed that the wiring of the machine has been changed, as technician was talking to his office and stating that he tried to cut off the machine manually but it is not working. Since then the indicator lamps were not working.

                          A technician from some other contractor had inspected the machine and asked again for money as the amc is with some other company. The contact person with sky enterprises has initially informed that he will try to send his person on 17th september 2020 or the next day. He is supposed to confirm the timing, but since then he is not responding to the calls or messages.

                          It is not acceptable that even after paying about 50% of the cost of the machine for amc, the kent authorized service center is not responding to its customers.

                          The service engineers visiting from kent are demanding more money.

                            Hello,

                            I'm having kent ro purifier with display model. I brought this through qnet. I would say this is the worst product which i ever experienced. I brought this for 36000. Within two years i spent almost 30000 for this with 7 months waiting for spares. I'm really frustrated and controlling my words to not to put up here. At least every two months, this bloody machine giving trouble and the service guy charging like hell. Worst part is, within 4 months a main part membrane has gone and that to high cost. Can someone help me how to put a case against this company? Because that much unsatisfied and frustrated i'm due to this. Please tell me the steps to approach consumer court and file a case against this product.

                              I have raised request to install membrane in kent ro on may 26. I had conversation with area supervisor vikram misha (Gorakhpur up east zone). He sent technician to install the membrane. I was out kf station, not home when installation happened. When i came in july, after sometime my ro carbon filter was working. That time i found that the membrane installed in kent ro does not have any kent logo stickers. I informed this the are superior and sent photos of it. He said he will look into this. After calling him multiple times he said he can give you one or two months extension. If in between your ro will have any issues he will get this fixed.
                              I didn't accept his offer i called the escalation number, in the call with up east supervisor prashant mishra, vikram misha has admitted that he got installed duplicate parts in ny ro machine. That prashant mishra (Up east head) had directed him to the service request and confirmed me.
                              After 2 weeks vikram did not confirm, when i called he said i got installed original component, you have changed it. He is not saying that i m laying.
                              Now prashant misha and vikram mishra both are trying to prove ne wrong.
                              When i asked him can i get audio recordings of prashant mishra landline number when vikram misha has admitted that he got installed duplicate component. Then he is saying that he cannot provide that.
                              I asked him i get the details of original parts that installed, he is saying no we don't have details, we can't provide you.
                              He is offering me one or two extension for low cost repair of kent ro.
                              I don't want extension, and discount. I just want vikram mishra to accept his mistake that got installed duplicate in system.

                                  We had bought kent purifier in the year 2018 which is just 2 years back.. And we live in a place where the water purity is much better compared to any other places in india.. The hardness of the water is 140 which is very good as per my knowledge.. Now let me come the actual issue.. Now just after 2 years the purifier stopped working.. And when we called your customer support to rectify the issue the have replaced incline sediment filter, in line carbon filtet, ro membrane flow, ro +uv controller. If this the way your filter works then i would never suggest this product to anyone.. The worst experience.. This has costed me a reinvestment of 6000 rs just within 2 years which is ridiculous.. If you are not going to take action against this and refund the money.. Then i might end up meeting you guys at the consumer court..

                                    I called for kent service within my 1 year warranty stating that my filter was not working in lock down some how it stopped working for 35 days.
                                    Asked the person to replace my filter as it’s under warranty he said i can’t change as it’s working now the only thing i can do is wash.
                                    Kent service will said the warranty does carry filter change.

                                    What type of false information you guyz are providing such irresponsible.
                                    Bad experience ever will not recommend any body to use kent.

                                      I was facing regular problem with this bad product. Today service engineer came & he adjusted my pressure pump also. After that the water flow from the pressure pump is slow. I complained the service engineer, he says that i should complain crompton greaves but before his visit my pressure pump was working properly.
                                      Very poor service very bad product very bad decision. Since 19th aug, i am regularly complaining but nobody at kent is serious enough to listen to my complaint. Sales & service people are pathetic & until today i am complaining about the bad product. Now my pressure pump also got damaged i don't know what adjustments the service person has done.

                                      My request is to please remove this bad product immediately.
                                      Since last 2 times mr. Shailendra (Mob. No.[protected] has attended the call & since his visit my pressure pump is running continuously. Today he called me for otp & when i told him that i will complaint to the kent management, he said i can complaint anywhere i want.

                                      Please note that my pressure pump is continuously running since his visit & i am afraid the same may get damage due to continuous running.

                                      Your kent people mr. Shivkant jha (Mob. No. [protected]) has never given ay sort of services since installation & now this service engineer mr. Shailendra is not at all concerned about any service issues.

                                      Please check the service complaint i had made since installation & both these men are shameless & says clearly that i can do whatever i want to do.

                                      They are least bothered about kent reputation & i seriously regrets my decision of choosing your product. Your sales & service teems is shameless & pathetic & they have totally disturbed my water supplies. Water flow is slow & now my pressure pump is running continuously since this # shailendra has came to attend the service request. Rather this person told me that i should complain to crompton greeves for the pressure pump. I told him that it was running quite fine before you came then he said that this is electrical product & no warranty & can stop working anytime.

                                      I wonder nobody at kent management sees how many complaints are coming from a customer & they are sending same inexperienced person again & again. Are nobody checks the service complaints & ask the reasons for so many services.

                                      After complaining so many times i am left with no options but to write to you all expecting that someone at kent may be serious about the brand reputation & will listen to my grievance & the damages that has already happened after i choose this product & the damage of my pressure pump that will going to happen at any time.

                                      I request you to please check the service requests & oblige me by removing this bad product with bad after sales service from my residence immediately.
