Dear Sir, Jai Hind & Namaste !

I am your old customer & have 02 RO KENT Systems KR11014007GR & KR[protected]MY at my residence in greater Noida & Mayur Vihar Delhi.

My former RO No: KR11014007GR developed a problem & i registered the complaint which was confirmed on my mobile at 10:43 AM today(03 March 2021) vide Request No:[protected].

Mr Anshu[protected] visited my Flat No: 3J-304 AWHO Gurjinder Vihar Chi-1 Pkt-5 Greater Noida-201310 around 11;15 AM when I was away on duty in the hospital.

He gave us a Bill No :911054 dated[protected] for Rs 6300/- while actually took Rs 6900/-paid via Paytm on his mob:[protected] linked to my SBI A/C : Paytm Ref No:[protected].

In this regard I want to submit the following for your kind perusal & necessary action please :-

Bill No 911054 has the details viz;
Item Code 20529. m/m. 01. Rs 2750/-
Item Code 20018. F&T. 01. Rs 250/-
Item Code 20009 LC. 01. Rs 500/-
Item Code 20010. LS. 01 Rs 500/-
AMC WAR/AMC end date: 3/3/22. Rs 2000/-
Item Code 20247. SF. Rs 300/-

The Sum Total of these items is Rs 6300/- while he has taken & pocketed Rs 600/- in excess from my wife by hoodwinking her.

He did not allow my wife to enter her remarks in the CUSTOMER REMARK BOX.

He did not allow to sign her in CUSTOMER SIGNATURE BOX & instead forged the signature in his own hand.

He did not purposely allowed her to enter our email ids : [protected]@gmil.com/[protected]@gmail.com

He took away the old parts for which he billed us.

Please take cognisance of my complaint & detail a genuine representative from your company to visit our site for to certify if original KENT RO items/parts are replaced & not the spurious/duplicate ones & inspect the copy of the Bill.

Such unscrupulous employees harass & cheat the customers & bring bad name to the company & dents its Reputation.

You are requested to look into my complaint & resolve the matter at the earliest & help recover Rs 600/- charged in excess by deceit.

Please do acknowledge the complaint of a Veteran & Senior Citizen of the country.

      Hi,

      It’s been 4 days that my Kent Grand Plus is not working. Despite having an AMC, I have logged numerous complaints but every time I get only one response that our technician will come and fix the issue. But no one visited.

      Even in couple of time technician‘a phone number is also shared with me. And when call them they say, they will come in an hour but no one turns up.

      I tried reaching higher management and wrote emails in the given mail I’d but it seems it all goes back to the same service vendor. Looks like Kent is given all their business to these vendors who don’t care about customers or their problems.

      I just want to talk to someone who is employee of Kent.

          Hello all, I bought Kent grand plus. Now it's filters are not working for which they charge 4500/- plus 2800/- in case of motor repair.
          And that technician told us we have change filters every year. But for other brands like aqua and local products are charging less for filter change. Can anyone suggest which filter to buy so that I can replace new one instead of maintaining Kent with high cost??

                Even though I have been chasing up these guys for months. There is no proper response.

                My glass kettle is still with them, promised me for a fix or replacement but no update on it whatsoever.

                Purchased from Amazon on 26th Feb 2020
                Case id[protected]

                Issue : Lights as well as the kettle stopped working

                Last update from service center.
                Product eligible for replacement but no stock in godown.

                If there is no stock is it my problem..

                I paid money to get a quality product, If the product does not withstand it's quality requirement.. Then you are supposed to get that fixed.

                  Dear Compaint team,

                  Very bad experience with Kent team..

                  I was raised service request @ kent app due to sound coming in box @ without power supply...

                  After that kent Enginer came & said issue in drum... This Enginer every time say need to change something-2 ... It means he is not Enginer...he is company sales guy for increasing kent business & issue facing by common people... Recently We paid 3500/- then after again he said.. then I refused & said pl send to other Enginer... After when he leave our house then water leakage started from kent tank & which was issue happened after open by kent enginer...

                  I have complaint to Kent team immediately & follow-up multiple time but not getting any response from his side .. since pending from 40 day's +

                  I have got 1 answer from his area manager.. if kent Enginer damaged @ service time.. then responsible of customer.. it is first time hear the policy of kent company...

                  I cannot imagine these type of service @ Kent brand.

                  I very frasted from kent service.

                  I will complaint against kent @ Consumer court due to wrong thing happening with customers & kent not taken any action or responsibility for his Enginer.

                    I have purchased Kent kettle online from Amazon.in with one year warranty on 11 June 2020. The kettle stopped working properly on Nov 2020. After repeated complaints a technician from kent service center from kolkata Name Metro Sales & Services finally visited my house and tested the kettle. They could not repair the kettle and took away the kettle for repairs at their workshop on 11December 2020. Repeated follow ups with the service center have not yielded satisfactory response. They told me that they dont have any update from the company. It is more than a month and no action have been taken from their side. The detail bill of the Item has been attached.

                    As during purchase of AMC They said that ro membrane nd carbon filter change 2 times in two year ...
                    And when I purchase AMC From ACOUAIR SERVICE POINT ..they change ro membrane nd carbon filter 2 time in 2year...so please resolve my problem as soon as possible ...as my service is expire on 25/6/2022...

                      I have purchased kent superb star in august. It was all working fine until January and it started giving problems then. The TDS level always shows as low minerals, so we are not sure if the water is drinkable. We even tried raising a complaint with Kent customer care, they just come and say that sir it will show like this only and they can't do anything. Sometimes they just cancel the request for no reason. Now it's difficult for us to understand if we can drink water of the filter. I have a 2 years baby and it's really unfair.

                        Hello

                        I want to to draw your kind attention towards incomplete information provided by your installation engineer it's been one year and a carbon filter got damage twice due to which we have to shell out Rs 1000 to replace it .

                        Now it came to our knowledge that it is mandate to install pre filter to keep purifying the water and it also protect the carbon filter from damage. But this information was not provided us during installation not when engineer came to replace the carbon filter.

                        Kent RO kept shelling money from us. It's a worst company seen.

                          I have Kent Grand plus model.
                          I logged a complaint thru customer service.
                          Then 1st visit of engineer told need to replace the part-1, same part replaces 2 days gone the same issue coming filter not working then calling to engineer not respond...Then 2nd call log engineer has visited again another part replace the same issue coming again...Then 3rd call logged again another part replace the same issue again fourth-time time visit he replaces another part it's working slowly and intermediate issue coming then case is closed by the company without any validation...in last 2 month I losses my 8000 money in ghatia kent RO due to kent sending an unprofessional engineer to the site, the engineer and ghatia dealer have no idea 💡 where is the issue in the machine they replace every part and taken 8000 but still not working properly..at first I already said to engineer and dealer pls estimate the issue and spare prise how much required for investment if it's going to 5000 plus then I am not doing the same but fake dealer, customer service and the engineer said us this time this issue is short out but at last in 2 month I already invest 8000.now also still coming intermediate issue...and customer care denied for the same...and company also provide 3 month warranty in part...so I don't want to replace part pls give my money back and give me compensation for waiting my time and energy

                            We have takent kent purifier on January 2020 ...almost 1year and recently we got service signal and very soon it stoped stopped purifying water ...we complaint to the customer care and some person came for service and told that we have to change total candle and it costs 4500...while taking purifier the person promised that till 3 years u will not get this problem and only we have to do servicings between...but we dint expect this type of problem from well know company...and this is not the correct way to collect money...u should not cheat people...spending yearly 4500 what is the use of taking it...before we used aqua guard for 8years but we dint get this problem...i will post in social media regarding this complaint...and solve my problem very soon

                              Since last one year my kent RO wtaer purifier is breaking down very frequently, for which I have to shell out money for its repair or replacement of various parts. I have taken its AMC.
                              I strongly suspect either about incompetence of field workers or company policy to loot the customers by hefty repair charges.

And now they say that's the way we work. Please take strict action against J.K.. enterprises, Lucknow, for the above details.

                                  I have purchased Kent Glass Kettle on 24th February 2020 from an online Ecommerce store . The product comes with 12 months warranty and it stopped working in the Month of December 2020 . I raised a complaint with Kent customer Service which they cancelled immediately, when I emailed about the issue to the service center . They said that someone from the service will get in touch with me . Later a person named Karthick got in touch with me and asked me to give the faulty product to the nearest collection center . Which I did on January 1st week . From then until now he is not responding to my calls and no update on my product given . The collection person (Details attached) who speaks rude, when asked back about the details of the product . Very Poor customer Service .

                                    I had bought Kent Water Purifier in 2015 for approx. 15000/- it worked fine during first year. After first year when warranty ended the first service was done and then the water purifier stopped working after 2-3 months, for every repair Kent charged[protected]/-. They use duplicate products which stopped working every 2-3 months, In last 4 years I have spent approx. 70000/- on service and repair. On 10-Nov-2020 the machine was repaired again and I paid 4300/-, the repair lasted one month and on 30-Dec-2020 again repair was done and I paid 3000/-. This service lasted on 14 days and In called for service on 14-Jan-2021. Water purifier was working partially before service person visit, after service person checked machine he said the membrane filer is not working which has to be changed, when I shown him the last bill and asked its in warranty, he refused to change and said some other part is not working and to claim warranty I have to pay 3000+. This scenario happening almost all service they cheat us with duplicate products. When I asked for warranty they refused and start abusing me and my family. I spoke their senior who visited my home also abused me and my family and keep asking for money. Kent is cheating us by selling duplicate products which last only 1 month and when we ask for warranty they abuse us and threaten us.

                                    I had also filed legal complaint - 2503440, notices will be sent to Kent Noida and Karnataka address

                                    I had already shared the service receipts, how illegally money was charged even the component was in warranty also abusing and rude behavior or service person and his senior was not addressed.

                                    My machine is still not working and I have been insulted by kent service team.

                                    I am waiting for action on my legal complaints since Kent is not taking any action or doing anything.

                                      I have placed a service request as the water was not getting purified.The Service engineer came and replaced all the parts ( uf membrane and two filteration parts)and I paid him Rs[protected] for the parts and 300 for servicing cost). During the servicing the engineer misplaced the auto cut part and has said that he is not having the part but will come and repair the same when he gets that part.But the engineer is not taking my calls and I am stuck with an additional issue with my Kent filter.Have attached the servicing details.
