- i bought kent ro filters in 2017.
- the filter was working fine for first 1 year and water taste changed and i called for service. The service executive changed all the filters inside and i had to spend rs.5000.
- again the filter stopped working after 6 months, called for service. Again changed all the filters inside, spent rs.5000
- issue arise again after 6 months in dec-2019, called for service, changed all the filters, spent rs.5000
- in feb-2020, the product stopped working in just 3 months, called for service, changed all the filters again!! This time, i spent a lot of time going through their documents and found out the filters have 3 months warranty. After a lot of struggle and fight back, i refused to pay and they agreed to replace the filters with no cost. But, had to pay engineer service visit!
- again the product stopped working on may-2020, called for service, changed all the filters, paid rs.5000
- it is aug-2020, within 2 months, the product stopped working. Called customer care, the ivr registered a complaint but i wanted to talk to a customer care executive. After repeated tries, reached to a customer care executive, when i told about the issue, the person said their systems are down and cannot take care of it now. Tried after 2 hours, but the call does not reach to the customer care executive, instead re-directed to the authorized service agent.

I purchased the product for rs.18k+ and spend rs.20k for the parts replacement and service alone. But, still my family with kids are drinking unfiltered water and exposed to health hazard. I spent more than rs.40, 000 for water for just 2 years.

Service: the first one year was trouble free. There was no issue at all. All the problems started after the first service was done by the authorized service agent. Either the product is not worthy to be used more than a year or the quality spares installed by the service agents are faulty.

The customer service provided by kent is pathetic and they have to keep the customers informed about their guarantee and policies. I don't want to spend another 5000 for a faulty part installed by kent.

Thank you !! This platform is very effective and helped me fix the issue in a single day!

An executive from Kent came today. I explained him the issue and the history of services. He immediately called a Kent service engineer and replaced the filters with no extra cost as it is still under Guarantee period. Appreciate his effort and turn around on fixing this.

However, there is no confirmation from Kent that the problem wouldn't repeat in next 2 months. Thanks for resolving this for now.

    I purchased kent ro in oct. 2019 from amazon.in my machine i didn't get the warranty card. After 6 months i faced some issue in my kent ro. When i am complaining about this issue to service center they directly told me that without warranty card your kent ro is out of warranty. I dont know why they said out of warranty even i have invoice of my kent ro. And i send mail to kent ro company. But they are not giving the warranty card. And they are not giving proper service without warranty card. Atleast give me copy of warranty card. Otherwise i dont want that machin that is not working even a year. Please give me refund of that machine

      Warranty card missing

      I purchased kent ro in oct. 2019 from amazon in my machine i didn't get the warranty card and that without warranty card they installed the kent ro at my house. After 6 months i faced some issue in my kent ro. When i am complaining about this issue to service center they directly told me that without warranty card your kent ro is out of warranty. I dont know why they said out of warranty even i have invoice of my kent ro but they directly...

      I bought KENT RO on September, 2018 and after buying the same i am thinking why I bought this product called RO from KENT .They are so unprofessional not customer friendly .I have paid almost 7-8k in replacing its spare parts .Though they claim the have warranty on their spare pats but everything is chargeable .They have policy only to replace and not repair .The engineer who visits the place believes in on replacing and does not it even make any effort of repairing the same

      Today the service engineer was called again by My wife whose register number is [protected] his attitude towards resolving was very different as if he knows the complaint has been made and the attitude to resolve the issue is gone .HE SAYS GO AND COMPAINt to CALL CENTRE as he does not have time to resolve our complaint after replacing the TANK and is rather blaming us on the same after complaining Your company is acknowledging the email but No one is interested in resolving To survive without water Is pain

      Please refund all my amount invested in these 2 years along with the in necessary parts exchanged by your company immediately

      We actually made fault for buying your product .After sales Sevice is pathetic

      Yesterday after replacing another part the machine was not working and when we called the service engineer he said another part would be faulty .we have paid alimony 75% more on the original cost of machine by replacing the parts .The kind of mental trauma this company has given and harassment no one should buy this machine .Called the Sevice engineer again and would keep in posting the complaint till it is fully resolve .The company has no ethics of business .highly unprofessional just want to grab money from people by giving lucrative incentives to dealer and executives

            This is regarding Kent RO Water purifier Grand installed at our place for the last over 10+ years. The registered mobile number is [protected]. The machine is registered in my brother's name - Late Mr. Shiv Shankar Seth.
            An AMC was bought vide cash receipt no. 1456770 on 20th May 2019 for 1 year from 20/05/2019 to 19/05/2020.
            The AMC was renewed for another year on 21st Jan 2020, vide cash receipt number 1627926, when an engineer had visited for a service call.
            It seems the company had erroneously put the AMC expiration date as 19/02/2020 in their system.
            So, although there were still 4+ months left on the existing AMC, we agreed for renewal of the AMC as the service engineer told us that its about to expire in a month and he would be happy to renew it then.
            Later when we checked the old AMC receipt (no. 1456770) we realized the mistake and called Kent Customer Service.
            They spent sometime to verify the details and agreed to correct the expiration date to what it should be, ie, 19/05/2021.
            Since then a number of customer service calls have been made to request a correction but the expiration date in their system remains 19/Feb/2021.
            They agree to correct but never do.
            They seem to be just deceiving the us and continue to indulge in fraudulent practice.
            Please help.

              Kent is using low cost spare. They do not have proper service agency. People cheat and they send wrong service people. I had to spend more in less than one year. My service cost is more than the product value. Mr Manoj comes here for 3 days in a week collects money and leave. No issue has been solved. This has been happening for long time. They change different different parts. We need action to be taken. Kent appoints bad agency. No service follow up. When asked for refund they don't provide refund for yesterday's parts that were changed. I paid continuosly for two says and still issue is not resolved.I will be more clear on phone [protected].

                After Buying KENT PRISTINE Water Purifier In the year 2/07/2017...It worked only for 1 Year ...now we or not using since 2 years bcoz of Kent Company failing in service... While Facing Problems in machine... Each and every Small Issue Technicians & Service Call Center team first they Asking only money Minded AND Non Trained Persons technician and Giving Fraud information to Changing inside filtering Candles...

                Already we Changed filters Once in the year 2018...Same Problems we or facing the Same...the machine Cost is 17000 We buy...but For REPAIRS we Spent 7000...Now Their team saying again 5000 Need to Spend...from that day on wards...we or not using PURIFIER Last 2 YEARS As of now...

                Bcoz of thier Authorized Dealers Irresponsibility...And Always seeking for Money Only...They don't have to give best Service and Proper Guidelines to Valued Customer...

                we sent 3 mail to their official web site...We or receiving Auto Mails but no one responding since 3 months

                Expecting Good Faster Response and Service...

                  The complaint [protected] is filed on 18th june 2020; it is still unattended and it frequently submitted for cancellation from back end.

                  This is to inform you that the customer helpline, senior dept & feedback team has discussed with asm and escalated to a higher level several times on my request but it is still kept unattended. I have escalated to the possible highest level in kent but there is ignorance. Kent is not bothering to communicate me to fix problem.

                        मेरा kent grand mineral ro number kr[protected] जो कि सही प्रकार से नहीं चलने के कारण kent ro customer care को फोन करने पर case id[protected] दर्ज किया गया। आपका इंजीनियर kaushal kumar दिनांक 10/07/2020 को आया और बोला कि मशीन का chowk खराब हो गया है परन्तु आपका इंजीनियर chowk बदली नहीं किया बल्कि उल्टा / डाइरेक्ट तार जोड़ दिया जिसके कारण तार जल गया। जब दिनांक 13/07/2020 को फोन किया तो आपका इंजीनियर ने नया तार लगा दिया और हमसे रू 450/- ले लिया उसका mony receipt attach कर रहा हूँ। जब दिनांक 15/07/2020 को case id[protected] के तहत दूसरा इंजीनियर harendra kumar singh मशीन मे chowk लगाने आया तो उन्होने बताया कि पहले वाला इंजीनियर गलत तार जोड़ कर गया है इसलिए chowk के साथ नया तार लगाना पड़ेगा और उन्होंने रू 935/- का chowk एवं रू 200/- का तार पैसा मुझसे लिया।
                        अतः आपका इंजीनियर kaushal kumar द्वारा दिनांक 13/07/2020 को गलत रूप से लिया गया रू 450/- मुझे वापस करने का कष्ट करे.।

                          I purchased new kent ro and they told me that it will be install within 24 hr, we alloted your complain to a guy narender... U can contact him he will install but when i called him... He was very rude at call, he delayed my installation still not yet installed... And when i told him that i will complain... Then he told me go ahead and complain nothing will happen... My worst decision to buy kent ro... So pathetic service you guys are providing... I'll never buy any kent products.. And will advice everyone not to buy these products..

                            Water is life. Kent is promoting its products assuring customers the best services before purchasing. After purchase, it's not fulfilling its commitment.

                            MY Kent Ro serial number is KR1XXXX30085 and it's not working for 10-15 days. I submitted a service request ( case-id:[protected] on date 07/07/2020.

                            On dated 9/07/2020, I got an SMS attached below. and got a call from the technician and he assured me that, he will resolve the issue on the same day. But it's already 6-7 days, no one visited. At least the technician should inform me regarding the inconvenience.

                            It was really my worst experience with Kent-RO. Because of false promises, we facing problems even after purchase worthy items.

                            My request is high light this kind of negligence service to customers facing problems.

                            Kindly enquire about the matter for false advertisements for service.

                              Hi team, my name is hanish. I have registered a service request to kent on[protected]. Accordingly i got the service request number [protected] on that day. I got a sms in response to my request stating that it is been allotted to sunshine services. Till now none from kent or sunshine has contacted me regarding the service request. I have even mailed the request to second level escalation matrix telengana as mentioned in website. But also no response from the team. I am really disappointed and you guys are making me feel that i did a mistake by choosing kent. Kindly request you to look into this at the earliest.

                              The Kent company has arranged some other technician I guess. But they haven't directly contacted me. Atlast my service request has been solved. It took only five minutes or so to complete it. Thank you

                              I got a call from [protected] . He was about to visit my residence on July 13 2020. I dailed his number almost 5times yesterday and messaged him twice and whatsapped him thrice. But that so called busy person has no time to respond. I am a customer and he treats me like this, as if I don't have any other works apart from calling him. Such kind of behaviour is literally immature. If he is not able to come or it is being delayed, a response has to be given. Well I think this made me more disappointed. I don't understand what's wrong with this service. I will strongly recommend others not to purchase the Kent products by sharing my experiences. I kindly request you to arrange the service person at the earliest or please take away your machine. I will also try proceed legally if don't get any response from Kent. It's really pathetic.
                              Thank you Kent team for responding at last. I am really happy with your service. But I hope this kind of thing doesn't repeat again. Technician resolved the issue in hardly 5minutes for which I was waiting from 10-12days. Thank you consumercomplaints.in team for prioritising my issue and helping me to get it solved.

                                I’ve logged in call for my kent machine service on 09.06.2020, however, no person had visited or called. When called to the customer care no, the automated reply play and can get disconnected. When i called the agency, they say that being the machine to them, any executive is not available to attend the call. I’m moving to aquaguard asap now.

                                  I raised a request through phone call in the month of march for general servicing of my kent ro, but there was proper response. So i installed mobile app and raised a request on 19/3/2020, after raising the request i received a message of complaint registration from kent and a technician was assigned and supposed to come the next day. I was waiting whole day on 20/3/2020 and no one came. The next day (21/3/2020) i received a message that the request was cancelled. Since there was lockdown from 25/3/2020 and all the services were stopped, i was unable to raise service request.

                                  On 12/06/2020 when i tried raising the request and was able to register the request. A technician visited my place and confirmed that the ro which had warranty till 03/04/2020 is damaged. I explained technician/supervisor/customer care that my request was raised on 19/03/2020, but the response and reason for cancellation of earlier request from them was not proper.

                                  I even requested a call back from customer care supervisor which i received after 2 days. The supervisor took area manager in conference, but i was not at all convinced with his explanation. He was trying to convince me with the reason behind cancellation of service request is "lockdown" but lockdown was after 25/3/2020.

                                    I have booked Kent make blender costing rs 1700 from KENT website and according payment made. The payment completed successfully and amount deducted from my account on dated 29.06.2020. Till date I have not get any confirmation mail or any update regarding my product & amount.
                                    I have tried to reach customer care but every time they give email and inform to sent email. I have email on three v email I'd of Kent but till date not received any details regarding my order.
                                    Please do needful for me so that I can get my product or money.

                                      Water is not coming from the kent pearl purifier

                                      There is no water coming into the transparent tank. I see the pure empty tank. I see the red light, but the green light is on. We have been facing this issue, since a week and do i need to say that we called customer care so many times and theya re irresponsible. Hoping for a solution....
