I purchased kent pearl ro from flipkart on 20th may 2020 and it was installed by kent on 21st may 2020. However after using the product for 15 days i noticed that the product is designed in such a way that ants and other small insects easily enter into the water chamber. The purpose of a water purifier is to provide clean and pure water. However with this product i am getting water filled with ants and insects, which can be even more harmful than the normal tap water. The product does not serve the purpose it is actually designed for. After searching on the web i came to know that this is a common problem faced by other users as well with this product. It is a fraudulent behaviour by kent by selling such products which does not fulfill even its primary function. Kindly replace my ro system with another product which can actually serve the purpose it is designed for. It no way justifies it's own statement that "kent deta hai sabse swaccha paani". It is not swacch paani instead insects mixed water.

    Dear sir/madam,
    I have purchase a kent pride plus mineral ro of your company through mr. Pankaj dhingra on their recommendations that the services of kent ro is very good but my experience was not good so i have shown my grievance as under:-
    1. I have purchase a kent pride plus mineral ro (Vide no kr [protected]) of your company through mr. Pankaj dhingra on 07.11.2019 and same was installed at b-204 apex golf avenue sports city-1 sector-1 noida extension greater noida west (Up) 201306 on 08.11.2019 by your authorized engineer mr. Jitendra against service request no[protected].
    2. I have lodged the complaint vide service request no[protected] on 19.03.2019 and same was addressed by your engineer 2-3 times but could not resolved due to unavailability of parts (Filter etc which i don’t known being layman) at your end and services of ro was unattended due to lockdown.
    3. In the mean time i have received a massage on 02.05.2020 through sms that “your request[protected] could not be serviced and has been cancelled. For any query or help, call us at [protected] kent” (Copy attached).
    4. My ro was not in working condition since 19.03.2020 to till date 02.06.2020 and i have made a complaint again on 28.05.2020 vide request no[protected] and your engineer mr. Anshu was visited on 02.06.2020 and resolved the issue and demanding rs. 500 from me in lieu of change of filter & other parts knowing fully well that mu ro is under warranty and my complaint dated 19.03.2020 was un resolved till date even request[protected] could not be serviced.
    5. I have also talked with mr. Akshat katiyar and sunil sharma asm kent ro for not charging rs. 500/- from me when my request dated 19.03.2020 could not resolved due to unavailability of parts (Filter etc which i don’t known being layman) and request[protected] could not be serviced and has been cancelled on your part.
    6. Mr. Akshat katiyar and sunil sharma asm kent ro has not short out my problem rather misbehave with me by not solving my problem which cannot expect from reputed company like kent ro for only rs. 500/-.
    7. Mr. Pankaj dhingra (Sales officer of kent ro) was also talked with mr. Akshat katiyar and sunil sharma asm kent ro but problem is not sorted out.
    8. I have also talked on customer care no in length with madam sunita and mr. Nikhil and my problem was still unresolved. The customer care senior officer has suggested that i may be given written complaint against these officials on e-mail address provided by him.
    9. On 02.06.2020, mr. Akshat katiyar and sunil sharma asm kent ro has instructed to your engineer mr. Anshu for removing the filter from ro forcefully at any cost in lieu of not paying rs. 500/- only. So my family members has paid rs. 500/- under protest which could not be payable by us as the complaint[protected] dt 19.03.2020 was not resolved by you with in six moth time and request[protected] could not be serviced and has been cancelled on your part.
    10. Instead of satisfying to me, mr. Sunil sharma asm kent ro and anshu has threatened me that if you have not paid rs. 500/- than your service facility of kent ro will be stopped for future.
    11. I have spent rs.1350/- for arranging ro water bottle from market due to non-repairing of my kent ro from 19.03.2020 to 02.06.20 and paid rs 500/- only as filter charhe which was not payable to kent ro officialsas no fault of mine in the current situation and your company was not provided service in time from 19.03.2020 to 02.06.2020 due to whatsoever reasons (Or lockdown and request[protected] could not be serviced and has been cancelled on your part).

    Keeping in view of above and being reputation of kent ro and customer satisfaction, it is requested that suitable action may be taken against the kent officers mr. Akshat katiyar and sunil sharma asm (Who have misbehave with me over phone) under intimation to me and refund me the rs. 1850/- to undersigned as no fault of mine in the current situation and your company was not provided service in time from 19.03.2020 to 02.06.2020 due to whatsoever reasons (Or lockdown and request[protected] could not be serviced and has been cancelled on your part.) as i have purchase kent ro on 07.11.20219 and filter warranty was six months from 07.11.2019 to 06.05.2020 as per your officer wordings.

      I am extremely unhappy wuth Kent service last feb end repaired my kent RO machine, first they replaced entire filter they charged 4500 Rs, with in 3 days again machine not working again cam replaced power supply they charged more than 1000 rs, in the month of mar again failed register complaint so far no one attended, i tried to reach Bashya who is assigned engineer he will disconnect phone, other parson also similar behavior.

      I am suspecting duplicate or used parts are using for service, can you please right engineer to resolve reported problem

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        I made a complaint on 06-May-20 for overflow problem of my Kent RO purifier under AMC. My Kent service was assigned to Mr. Mohit in Greater Noida. He visited on 07 may 20 and carried out servicing and found a problem in one of parts i.e. Motor/pump. He said that same part was not available and he will visit again once parts will available, since then you have to manage. I understand the problem & ready to wait. Then, after our huge follow-ups & requests, he visited again on 23-May-20 and changed some spare parts including 2 Filters & a membrane (although, we didn’t found any problem with water quality earlier) as well & I paid Rs 3750/- for that. After 02 hrs of filling ro tank, i found the same overflow problem repeated again.

        Then once again, I started requested him to visit again to resolve the issue completely but no response from him. I then, tried to contact kent customer care but unable to connect because now they changed their system & Kent can only entered our complain comprised with same repeated statement from them.

        After my lot of calls & requests, he visited again on 26-May-20 & again changed some more parts and assure us to resolve the issue this time completely.

        But, again on the next day, our Kent RO was again stop working completely with no water coming.

        Since then, after my various efforts, I tried to connect customer care once on 28-May-20 and told my complete issue & they assured me that they will send some senior technician to resolve my issue immediately but again no response & we are bound to buy water bottles from market in this highly risky COVID situation.

        Now, I am fed up with requesting to various persons including customer care to Kent but it seems they do not have any system & neither understand and respond on customer problem.

        NOW, WITH DEEP REGRET, I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY IN THE WORLD TO USE KENT RO PRUIFIER BECAUSE OF THEIR PATHETIC SERVICES & TOTALLY UN-QUALIFIED SERVICE ENGINEERS.

        IF ANY SENIOR PERSON FROM KENT TEAM READ MY COMPLAINT/PROBLEM & HAVE SOME COURTESY AT THIS LEVEL, PLEASE ARRANGE TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE AS WE R BUYING WATER BOTTLES FROM MARKET FROM LAST MANY DAYS WITH HUGE RISKS OF INFECTION IN THIS COVID SITUATION.

        HIGHLY-HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

          Dear Sir,

          I have signed an annual contract with your company as per enclosed contract in the month of January 2020. The contract was taken up by an employee of the company Mr. Gauri Shankar Maity his mobile number is +91 [protected]. I have paid an amount of Rs. 6000 for the same. This is 38.09% of the cost of the machine.

          Our RO filter has been down from the past 10 days and we have lodged many complaints but no one has even bothered to attend to our machine. We have no drinking water at our house. In these times of lock down and cyclone Amphan we are just dependent on the company for services.

          This is the most atrocious service possible. Mr. Gauri Shankar does not take our calls and refuses to talk. He did promise on 2 occasions to come and rectify the machine but never turned up.

            Sir, we have purchased kent approx 1 mnth back and requested for installation. Despite multiple requests, installation was not done yet. Ofcourse it may be lockdown, but atleast the alloted person should have been more responsible and truthful rather than lying to us like.. They said that they have installed it.. Funny they didnt come to our place at all.. 2nd time he said he has no vehicle to come to our place.. 3rd time he said he should install some iron mesh as water in our area is red.. Its ok we were willing but he didnt quote the price in the mobile and when we asked about it, he cancelled our installation. Seriously we were very very unhappy with the kent team. We were regretting after buying your product and never want to recommend it to anyone again. Kindly prove us wrong and do something. We were tired of lodging requests because nothing is happening. Please look into this

              Dear sir -

              I have signed 1 year service contract on 19th june 2019 with oasis globe enterprises located at 323, pride purple square, near kalewadi phata, wakad - pune -411057 and paid 6500 rs for the service contract.

              We were told as a part of service agreement that as a part of contract every six months water filter and membrane will be replaced.

              There was absolutely no service till date as on 23rd may and nobody bothered to call back and even come down to do regular service and replacement of water filter and membrane.

              When i contact the agency it took continuous follow up for 2 weeks and number of requests for service person to come and visit.

              When the service engineer turned up, he told that there is nothing covered and he would charge for replacing filter and membrane which was never agreed.

              This is the worst experience i ever had with any agency and kent service has been absolutely pathetic

              Please can i request you to review and revert back

                We have purchased kent maxx uv water filter 10 months ago and had 8 service issues within that period. For recent service issue, we haven't received any help from kent or their associates despite following up several times on phone calls, emails, customer service site. They always told us the technician would be there at house tomorrow but they never show up. We have to go through the whole painful process of following-up with customer service, explain the situation and ask them to send a technician. They make unreasonable excuses (Saying our area is in no-go zone which is not true) to not provide technician help for our service request which has troubled us for more than 3 weeks and we still don't have drinking water in the house. They keep telling us another excuse that the water in our area is not of good quality hence the filter stops working, which is again not true. I can get a affidavit from city and town water supply departments to invalidate their claim saying "water in our area is not good quality".

                We have been facing issues since the very beginning of this purchase,
                1. We got a faulty product on our purchase which stopped working within 2 weeks of purchase & installation, we followed up with kent for a week to get it fixed.
                2. The product hasn't worked well and gave issues very frequently, it has given us intermittent problems 8 times within a period of 10 months and we had to make service requests for all and received poor quality service.
                3. We have spent a lot of time in followup, phone calls, emails and seeing through the repairs by technicians who are not well trained. We always received different recommendations from different technicians & customer care personnel on how to get the problem resolved, whenever we had these repairs.

                This is unacceptable in terms of how kent runs their business or their products. Kent has sold us poorest quality equipment which has caused us so much headache, frustration and above all, drinking water problems.

                We cannot tolerate this type of poor quality product or poor service and suffer with having basic necessities of life that is having access to drinking water. We want kent to replace this faulty sub-standard item that we have been tolerating and suffering for 10+ months dealing with it's countless issues with a good-quality product immediately.

                  My kent service was assigned to mr. John peter-[protected]. He visited on 17 may 20 and carried out servicing and changed some spare parts. I paid rs.6400.00 for that. After 02 hrs of filling ro tank, i found my unit ball sensor is not working properly as the tank was overflowing.
                  The ball sensor was working fine before the servicing. I called the engineer to check and repair many a times but he did not come up yet.
                  I request please return my money if you cannot do the things correctly.
                  Very bad and poor service. This is what you call customer service. Pathetic!!

                    Pathetic experience. Defective product. Purchased kent pride plus ro on[protected]. Person came to install and found that device was not functioning properly, changed 'she. Product still did not function. Again new technician came and changed 'sv' again product still did not function. My installation request is open. And i am roaming around with everyone saying we can not replace ur defective piece. I will suggest never buy kent ro or they will make ur life hell with their defective products. As product is defective at installation, it is responsibility of kent to replace product as they are not able yo resolve issues of product.

                        I have purchased KENT RO PLUS water purifier in February 2019 and after 1 year warranty it's SMPS gone ..now SMPS cost is 1500 rs and before this I have already paid 800 rs one month ago for filter exchange...so this is the worst product ever...I will recommend everyone never buy this brand KENT RO..

                          Respected sir/madam,

                          This is to inform that our kent ro whose each and every part was changed by the kent agent on 01.02.2020 and total expenditure was rs. 7685. Further, we faced difficulty in the amount of water getting filtered and kent ro agent visited and we had to pay rs. 250 for change of the defective part as stated by your agent in month of april 2020. But now, though, not even months have been passed our ro has again stopped working.

                          This is actually very bad that even after paying rs. 8000 (Approx), we customers have to face problem in case of product of a leading company.

                          Kindly look into the matter and resolve the same and surely that too free of cost since we had already paid a humongous amount for the repair work and further repairment in the month of april. This continuous talking with kent agents for the same thing after a month or more is reflecting inefficient and unprofessional agents of kent ro and for that customers remain at the position of wasting their hard earned money.

                          I hope that the issue get resolved quickly and free of cost, since we had already paid/wasted a lot of money over this.

                            I have purchased kent r o grand plus in 2019.
                            Whenever service is due, it is informed that same will be resolved in 48 hours. But after 72 hours also no technician comes to attend and provide services under warranty period.
                            When i m calling, kent service not getting proper response.
                            So overall kent product and kent service is worst i can say.
                            Because some of my friends who are using aqua guard & eureka forbes they don't face such kind of issue very frequent and also service response is far better than kent.
                            I do not give even single star due to worst service.

                                Issue:. Dear sir/madam, i had put a service request for my kent ace plus water purifier on 19th apr 2020, which was allocated to service person on 22nd apr 2020, but no service person has come yet for service. The machine now has stopped working. Everytime i face this problem coz kent's service is abysmal in my area the machine is not purifying water i have two kent machines and both have stopped working. The service person always shows this kind of disinterest and rude behaviour everytime.. Kindly look into the matter

                                  I am residing at rajarhat, kolkata - 700135 and using kent ro from last 6 years and i have amc with 'sun service' but other than calling for amc payment... Their service is too poor... They di bot have either infrastructure or proper technicians... Recently during lockdown my ro was not working for 10 days and sun service not even bother to pick up the call... Later i have contacted regional service head of kent at kolkata but the person came, denied to accept amc and asked for ful service charge and spears cost which i have bound to pay irrespective of having amc of rs. 5500/ for the year... As per company every franchise has their own amc which others not accept... This is ridiculous and must be against consumer forum... I have paid amc cost as per instructions from kent officials... Not as per my own... When other franchise is open and providing service why not sun service!!! I want my amc amount refund or else i will put up this to consumer forum... Biplab das, [protected].

                                    I brought kent ro+uv+uf+tds control about a year back and from last two weeks it is giving less water output so i complaint online, today engineer (Anjani kumar[protected] visited and changed all three filters i. E. High flow ro membrane filter, inline carbon filter and inline sediment filter and powp-frt 550/600 total cost rs 4000/- without checking any problem, later on i come to know from your site that life of ro membrane filter minimum is 2-3 years or 720 hrs in both the case my kent ro is not fulfilling as i am using 01 hour daily so its uses 250 - 300 hrs maximum total till now so what is the need to change membrane filter (Costs 3000/-) as used only 2400 liters water so it is not cost effective, so kindly look into matter and do the needful

                                      I have purchased kent r o grand plus in 2016 amount was 16 k and from 2017 servicing started now every year i m spending about 10 k in servicing.
                                      Whenever some issue with kent their technician comes and say need to change so n so parts and that parts cost will be 5 to 6 k.
                                      And now during lock down where in all over india there no restriction on essential things, when i m calling kent service not getting proper response, either they are not lifting the call or after receiving disconnecting the calls
                                      So overall kent product and kent service is worst i can say.
                                      Because some of my friends who are using aqua guard, they are not spending this much huge amount every year for servicing and they don't face such kind of issue very frequent and also service response is far better than kent.

                                        During amc period they put used ro in the system, without carbon and
                                        Sediment filter while asked for same for better durability, and saying no warranty will be provided

                                        For eg - they replaced my ro and frt on 16th march, and from 27th march it stops working
                                        I shared the terms and condition screenshot for there service slip which mention very clearly

                                        "to give a warranty for 90 days"

                                        Another is from amc which no where says they will not provide general warenty.

                                        I am really tired to dealing with these people. Please help me
