Sir i have bought my kent ro 4 yrs back, but the service it has given is worst, it needs servicing 4-5 times a year and day by day new faults are occurring in the machine. Recently we have changed most of the parts like frt, p. P filter, uf... But again in the same month new problem related to purifying has occurred water purification flow is very slow.
Sorry to say but not at all satisfied with kent ro service.

    I had compalaint many times, in his customer support number, mailed on [protected]@kent.co.in
    But no response from a month, they always said that is will be replaced, within 20 days but till now no response, i purchesed it from amazon, i never expect this type of service from this type of company.

      Execuitve have come thrice and no one guarantees that bug will not henceforth. Kent representative mr. Venu says "
      1. Water purifying and tds. Maintanance is only the responsibility of kent amd it will not assure you that bug will not enter: is that what for we expend and chose kent.
      2. Bugs entering because you people have cleaned the product, and it is not for properly then how come his executive mr. Arvind come and fitted the same product does it mean his executives are also not confident of how to fit it.
      3. They have fit it today with a thread to close the gap, i asked. Him if kent pearl is not designed like that how come our product have such gap
      4. We asked him to draft a mail and send suchbthat" as our executive have visited and checked all the parameters atleast in the next 6months no bug will enter the purifier tank and if it enters its completely my responsibility to replace the product. Mr. Venu who himself quotes as sr. Supervisor is not ready to give such assurance being a employee because of he himself is. Not confident of his own product kent pearl and his executives service levels.
      We are looking for a quick and quality feasible solution to the above discussed topics. We are ready to take it up to any extent for the best possible solution.

        We have bought kent pearl water purifier so 4mnths back but from last 1week we observe bugs entering to the purifier and raised a ticket with kent with which they are very negligent amd visits the house observes the water purifier and says "we cannot explain how. Bugs can come in but it can enter from anywhere" very casual approach from the service executive which is not expected from a reputed firm like kent. Again today we have seen a bug entered the kent. Pics attached for your reference. I doubt if they have installed a defective peice or they were worried to replace the coils in the purifier as they have to replace the same with no charges as it's in warranty. This is not what for we have expended 13000/-

          I purchased the kent elite one aug 2019 since that month we are not getting above 35 ltr per hours.
          Every month am booking complaint after 3 to 6 days the service engineer reporting with duplicate filter etc
          We are not getting proper service
          Please advice the service team to replace the filter and parts with original
          Even the service engineer (Mr arun) told me spare parts not getting from kent
          Today also mr arun came and clean the filter but some parts to be required to be change but the same not available with their stock as well as not providing by kent itself.

            Dear sri. Mahesh sir
            I am a retired central government officer. I am living now at bangalore. I have purchased kent water puffier from your vender suraksha water bangalore (Supreme plus) at a price of 17500 on 16th june 2019. Next day itself it was started malfunctioning, water started overflowing. Two days after they brought another box and another machine taken from the box and replaced in my unit. It worked then then. After that they asked me to install extra filter outside. And i did it at an extra cost of rs.1200. Atfer 2 months machine stopped working. The vendor again replaced another electrical part. But 1 week after it again stopped working when informed they replaced r o membrane. Without extra cost. After two months machine stopped working when contacted they replaced r o membrane and other membranes for which technician charged 2500, but without any bill. When that was pointed out to the vendor that machine is on warranty period ; but they did not refunded the money. Again machine stopped working in december2019. They said that they will replace membrane without any charge only if take a amc at cost of rs.9000. (The invoice given by him wad postdated one 6th june 2020) they also told me to install another external carbon filter. I also did it at an extra cost of rs 1500. I also took it. But now 14 th march machine stopped. I contacted the vendor. They said they will send a technician. But nobody came after 2 days. Now i am purchasing water at extra cost.
            I have spent rs 29200 on my machine on bills and another 2500 without bill making a total ofrs 31700. I purchased kent only because your brand name and trustworthy of your service.
            The vendor says that our water is very hard that is why membrane are badly working. But in our appartment there are large number of water purifiers including kent. But they are working perfectly well. I may pointed that ph value of our water is below 800. Besides, my former water purifier whirlpool was working without any problem for 6 years. And i decided purchase a new one from kent because of your
            Good servicing condition and brand name.
            I am 67 years old central govt. Pensioner. I have no much money to spend for water. I think that the machine he brought was actually not good or somebody rejected that one
            I therefore request to you look into the matter and and action taken to replace my machine. Or refund my money. I enclose herewtih all the bills supporting my purchase.
            I am waiting for your gentle response on my grivence.

            It was temporarily rectified. Since the machine has to replace RO membrane for every 2 months, it is felt that working of machine is not good. Or they are fitting used or refurbished R O membrane. Besides while machine has warranty period upto June 2020 they got my money for AMC for an amount of Rs.9000. I want the company Engineer test the machine and refund my extra AMC amount.

              Attached is the bill and ro current picture

              I requested for the first service as observed kent upper body part was having water leakage and moisture all over the box.

              Service guy came and suggested to change all the filters instead of buying a new one giving surety that problem would get resolved by just replacing the filter parts and other body parts but i see still persist and its still having water leakage and moisture problem plus one more problem started that kent is running but it's not filtering water to the level set inside the box.

              When asked to have a look on it properly, i was asked to pay service fee i. E. 300 -400 rupees.

              Now my question is -
              Why kent ro is sending a person not having proper idea of the problem?

              Initial problem started with moisture and then water leakage that i clearly told them in the starting. If we clean the surface by replacing the filters, even check if moisture problem still persist is going to take 10-15 days or even 30 days, then if problem still persist why i would be charged in next visit if for the same problem?

              Who is going to pay for the another problem that is started now?

                Respected sir/madam,

                This is to bring to your kind notice i had installed kent ro for domestic use long time ago and after facing difficulty in its capacity to clean water, had requested for change of all the requisite parts. Kent ro agent has come to change various parts (08 in number) costing rs. 7685 on 01.02.2020 but it is sad to inform that taste of water is not good, further even after cutting off the electricity supply machine still work since waste water gets collected aside.

                2. Further upon opening the tap, water started overflowing and leaking from the available spaces and joints of the kent machine.

                Therefore, kindly look into the matter and resolve the same at the earliest since even after spending hefty amount functioning of ro is still sub standard and the parts are also under warranty period per se.

                3. Further, it is requested that please do send an experienced kent ro professional (And not the earlier one) this time. I am also enclosing copy of the message received on my number from kent ro.

                I have also contacted kent ro team via mail dated 21.02.2020 but no response has been received till now.

                Respected sir/Madam,

                This is to inform that our Kent ro whose each and every part was changed by the Kent agent on 01.02.2020 and total expenditure was Rs. 7685. Further, we faced difficulty in the amount of water getting filtered and Kent Ro agent visited and we had to pay Rs. 250 for change of the defective part as stated by your agent in month of April 2020. But now, though, not even months have been passed our RO has again stopped working.

                This is actually very bad that even after paying Rs. 8000(approx), we customers have to face problem in case of product of a leading company.

                Kindly look into the matter and resolve the same and surely that too free of cost since we had already paid a humongous amount for the repair work and further repairment in the month of April. This continuous talking with kent agents for the same thing after a month or more is reflecting inefficient and unprofessional agents of Kent Ro and for that customers remain at the position of wasting their hard earned money.

                I hope that the issue get resolved quickly and Free of cost, since we had already paid/wasted a lot of money over this.

                  Kent ro purchased in year 2017. I spent almost rs.7000/- in year 2018 & rs.10000/- in year 2019. Now again facing trouble. Is this ro really worthy spending so much of amount? How can we recommend this product to others?

                    We have bought this Kent Grand Filter of KENT RO WATER PURIFIER bearing Serial No. KR[protected] and Product Code 11007 from OM Enterprises through Golden Palm Canteen, Bangalore vide Invoice No. 122199 dated 07.03.2019.
                    Ever since we have purchased this unit, we have been facing several complaints on its performance and various complaints have been logged regularly, which has been mentioned as follows:
                    Date of Complaint Case Id.

                    Your service technician has addressed the complaint accordingly by visiting our place and does some servicing in order to close the Complaint. But, the problem still persists and has been repeatedly malfunctioning within every few days as stated above.
                    Every time your technician visits, we have been paying up Rs. 1000/- as service charges, but there the problem in the product remains unresolved and futile. The product is supposed to be under performance warranty for at least a year but, it has been constantly under repair and malfunctioning.
                    Your Serviceman has also installed an external filter by charging Rs. 1070/- additionally apart from the service charge stating that, the same will resolve the issue, but, there is no solution derived till date.
                    Your service centre, when approached are giving vague responses which is not acceptable and nor is solving the requirements of the purpose it is meant for.
                    Under these circumstances, you are requested to either make the unit fully functional without any trouble or arrange to replace the same with a functioning unit within Seven (7) working days from this date of intimation, or else we would be forced to take up the matter with the Consumer forum and the social media, for malfunctioning and supply of defective products and causing undue mental agony and health issues to the Consumer.

                      Hi sir,

                      I have purchased a kent maxx star water purifier serial number kr[protected] and it was installed by as distributers palarivattom, kochi on 25 october 2019. Attached is the warranty card. Now thou i installed it in october my house warming was on 12 december and the first time i wanted to use it there was a foul smell. I called up a s distributers and after repeated follow ups they came and they started blaming that the water content was really bad which is not the case and now telling me that the carbon filter need to be changed and i need to pay extra. The irony is that i have not at all used this for once also and today i think it is the biggest mistake i have done spending 11k. I today also am not sure what to do with this and i have lost hope. I would really appreciate if someone could come and replace this or let me know a solution or else i would be making sure to put this in other social medium and get this escalated.

                      A distributers as only interested in sales but never think what happens after sales and i today regret why i did not choose aquaguard which was really trust worthy.

                        Since last 5 months i am getting green algae keep forming inside the water storage bucket of my kent ro. I have the most premium model of kent ro installed - kent pearl. Raised complaints vide case ids[protected],[protected],[protected] &[protected]. However, no solution provided by kent ro yet. The service technician comes, check it and goes without resolving the issue.

                          I purchased kent water purifier on 6th september 2019. Since then, in last 5 months 3 s-valves 1motor are replaced. At time of installation all connections were changed by technician after leakage problem, claiming connection diagram provided by company are wrong. Followed by continuous noise and vibration issue thrice technicians have visited and changed valves all the time still clueless about actual problem.in 5 months my purifier is dismantled for 4times already and doubtful if any other parts are already malfunctioned. Worst service and product ever by kent. Instead of replacing parts everytime, i request for a new unit completely. Enough of harassment and botheration faced.

                            I have took amc from kent ro service person, and gave reciept with 4, 500/- for amc charge.
                            This person came from when i raise a request from kent ro helpline, service people contacted me and repaired smps and gave amc for this year.

                            But unfortunately, my tds water is very low (20), so to get it to fix i am trying to reach that person, he is not lifting the phone, when i raise ticket ro helpline, they are saying it is not online amc.

                            In such case, why kent ro company sending these kind of persons to customers home and making us fools with fake amc. I do have reciept which consists of kentro certified number. Please find the attached bill for amc.

                              1. I put complaint regarding damage of water supply pipe on 13 jan 2020 and my complain number was cmpl808088. The complain didn't solve after lots of efforts taken by me. One near service provider number given to me on the same date. When i try to approch her she never gave satisfy response to me. Everyday she told me that engineer has moved for your place and when i asked her to provide contract number she denied. (Contract number of service provider is [protected]).

                              2. Again i submitted my complain regarding this to your customer care but didn't gave any response and forwarded call to ravi mehra and but he didn't gave any response.

                              3. When i requested to talk with supervisor but that person transfer my call to another number and call got drop.

                              3. I purchased this ro system from 188 bn crpf kondagaon, chhattisgarh. So i haven't any bill and card.

                              4. Now you are requested to send engineer at my place so that the problem can be resolve forthwith.

                              5. If you can't send any engineer to village then please stop to sell ro system at village.

                                I live in new zealand. I have been cheated by one of your office in kolkata who took rs. 5000 from me for amc. I did the contract on 4th november 2019. Please see attached copy. They came on the day of amc and did half job that did not repair my kent water purification system. At that time i was visiting my sick father in kolkata india who is 86 years old.
                                Everyone of our household got sick after drinking the water. I called them several times to fix the problem but they never showed up. The day they took the money from me said they need to change the parts but they never changed the parts.
                                Please solve the issue and refund my money with interest. I also want you to punish and discipline those fraudulent service office of kent. I got sick after drinking the kent water and paid doctor cost and medicines.
                                I emailed to the managing director of kent but he said that they are not their service center so they closed the complaint. This is outrageous.

                                  I bought the kent supreme ro about 4 years ago, and i seriously regret my decision for the choosing this ro.
                                  The main problem being the frequent repairs to the machine every 4 to 6 months i have call the technician for its repairment which every time cost me around 2-3 thousand rupees.
                                  If i were to total the repair costs they would be around ₹20, 000 (More than the ro itself)
                                  On this day itself before writing this complaint i called the technician for repair which cost me around ₹3800.
                                  I am sick of this machine now and i am ready to switch to other brand ro after wasting this much money on kent.

                                    Purchased two water purifiers - Health Plus Model of Kent in Sep 19 and Oct 19 for use with wash hand basin ( Pic of purchase vouchers attached). Both have not functioned at all since installation. the product itself is defective in design.

                                    When lodged complaints through Kent App, no response is given and after few days it is cancelled or closed automatically.( Pic of complaint history from App is attached)

                                    I request immediate removal of these pieces from my home and refund of purchase cost to me.

                                    Your service team is giving wrong update . They wanted to replace the units but we denied as we already told that there is design defect and these units are no good to use.

                                      On 11.01.2020 again problem in system,
                                      Pump not working. Again i create a service request but in next two days request cancel by kent. Then again two times service request create but again no response and cancel the request. I have talk to costomer care but no result found

                                        I can't agree more with this review. My water purifier goes wrong every six months and every time i have to cough up at least[protected] for maintenance/repair. This is way too much any middle-class person would wish to pay a water purifier.
                                        At this rate, i would end up paying whole purifier price as maintenance charges in around 1.5 years (I. E. 15000 rs).
                                        I regret to have bought this product, will not recommend my friends and family to go with kent.
                                        I think, kent as a matter of policy, wants to milk customers by charging high maintenance cost!!

                                        I'm seriously thinking to set aside the purifier and explore other options.
