I have purched kent grand plus in 2018 . After one year local dealer took 8000₹ for extended warranty.Now tank automatically has been damaged at the place where RO is used to hang on wall. There are two cracks at both places. Now local dealer and company both demands additional 1800₹ .
But actually it is not a technical problem. It is manufacturing defect.Clearly body is not so strong Enough to bear the load of machine .Why should I pay for damage for external body. This product is made to hang on hoiks on wall. It is a fraud way to take money from consumers. Please help.

    Our department has purchase Kent RO during 01 July 2020 but it is not functioning properly. Our department has registered many complaint in customer care centre but they always send one mechanic and he repair the RO and after some time it does not work. Now I have registered the complaint on 05.01.2021 but no body has visited for repair till 08.01.2021. we suffered a lot for purify water.

      Purchased a Kent electric glass kettle on 13th June 2020 and the product stopped working by November 2020.
      Raised for service request as the product is under warranty. The service guy took the product and returned it back after 18days stating the replacement part is not available.
      Then spoke to the customer service again and a senior offcial enquired about the issue with the area manager and stated to me that I will receive a new kettle by the last week of December 2020 as they don't have a new spare part to repair the kettle.
      Now it is Jan 2021 and I haven't received any update.

      More things to highlight here,
      1. There is no proper guidelines and response from Customer Care, at some point, need to think about who is the customer here, since those ppl shout at us and they never ready listen with our concern and what happened.
      2. For this incident, we have raised 4 tickets, all 4 have been closed without resolving, Not sure what the Top/Middle management of the Customer Case section is doing? For this also a guy from CC informed, that is Kent Policy once the ticket is raised, whether the solution is resolved or not, it will be auto closed within 4 days. This is what happened in my case also.

      3. Really very much annoyed with the customer's care ppl, since they not keep up their promise in the call, since we have called more than 15 times, everyone says something and contradict each other.
      4. Not sure will I do recommend KENT products to others.
      5. I got my final solution, I have dropped off Kent and brought Kettle from another brand.
      6. wishing Kent Management should take care of customers in near future. Since we customers are looking out for service from ur end, that is the reason we buying the product, at least going further try to respect the customers.

        We have booked a complaint vide No., CMPL209267 for servicing. Your executive came changed filters etc., and collected 3900/- + 300/- total 4200/- and informed bill will come through whatup. After I have received a message for my registered mobile [protected] that our service partner received 3000/- parts replaced . 1200/- extra changes collected from me and also for our warranty sake bill required. Though two time I have complained to your Nos [protected] simply they will say bill will be arranged. But not yet. Please enquire and solve

          The service technician came and replaced the SedimentMem filter and Membrane. Sediment Filter was within the warranty.Whereas he collected Rs. 3000/- for Membrane.When i checked online, it cost only 2299/- on Flipkart and Amazon.in . He collected Rs 700/- more from me.Kindly arrange to refund this Rs. 700/- to me.

            Technician who is doing the installation of the Kent water softener for washing machine was handling the product irresponsibly and in the process of installation he broke the clip of the water inlet pipe. Then he asked me whether I want to send the product back for replacement or will I buy it from local store and install it myself? I asked him to install other things and I'll take care of the pipe. He was also asking 100₹ as installation fee. Pathetic service from Kent. This is the second complaint for the same product. I had to contact the dealer multiple times to get someone to install it in the first place.

              Sir, My parents are senior citizen and their Kent RO is not functioning. I can not log complaint because the mobile number has changed 1.5 years ago. Since Then I have been continuously trying to change my mobile number but no body is helping. Customer care says, you will receive an OTP and then it will be changed. But no OTP is receiving.

              In covid situation my senior citizen are sitting without water and Kent Service is pathetic. It is totally harassment and causing mental illness.

              Kindly take my complaint and resolve this.

                We had bought Kent water purifier pearl 2 years ago. Today the purifier got detached from its hook behind and fell off. We haven't shifted anywhere. The installation was done a Kent service personal. In just 2 years the purifier hooks and the plastic at the back are broken.

                The purifier was attached to the wall over the kitchen top . This is a safety issue since if I had been working nearby and if it had fallen on my hands the, the weight of the purifier with full tank would have been grave.

                I called up Kent customer service and I also wrote to them over mail, but never got a proper reply from them. They replied saying I would get a call within 2 hrs but no one called for the whole day.

                I definitely do not recommend Kent water purifier to anyone.
                Worse service from company and ignorant behaviour towards customers.

                      I have been complaining about the taste of water since more than 15 days, and person who came for service said that tds is more than 250 some what similar to my regular tap water, and said he need to replace filter for that he will come after one day it's been 7 days from that day,
                      2 times my service has been cancelled..
                      What is the use of buying 20, 000 machine when in just 4 months I have to buy water from outside..
                      And no one is taking any responsibility..
                      Why should I trust Kent if in just 4-5 months the the mro provided by company started giving bad water and above all it's not been taken care even after 15-20 days

                        Dear sir

                        I brought Rs. 18000 Kent pearl purifier on 04.11.18.
                        I changed all the three motors on 26.01.20 for that I paid Rs. 3750
                        I additionally add a filter outside on 28.07.20 which worth of Rs. 850.
                        Also I paid Rs. 2800 and changed my pump on 30.10.20. which is done within 2 years of machine purchase. I sent a mail regarding this issue 17.06.20 on Kent service but no action has been taken towards my complaint.

                        Totally I paid Rs. 7400 for this purifier beyond that the purchase value.

                        But still my purifier is not working. I have registered for service call. One of the technician came and told that I have to change all the three filters and board which worth of Rs. 5500.

                        If i paid this Rs. 5500 then this year I totally paid Rs. 12900 for Rs. 18000 purifier. Is this acceptable?

                          I purchased Kent water kettle through Kent website on June13th 2020 with warranty. The device stopped working by November 2020. I raised a service request through Kent customer care and the Service guy took the Kettle for service stating he will make it ready in four working days and now it is going to be 15 working days and the guy is saying some excuse all the time.
                          I called back to the customer service on the same for more than four times and they saying that they will arrange for call back with the senior team and it never happened.
                          Money also gone and the device is also gone.
                          Totally cheated. Worst response from Kent.

                              I bought kent RO in November 2019 and changed filters 3 times but water is not filtering properly. Every 15days same thing is happening. In last 11 months we have done more than 12 times service but facing many difficulties. Due to covid pendmic we have done many services and my family is very upset. I bought this machine on trust basis but really finding many problems. I know kent is best RO but this instrument is not gud. We don't want this instrument any more. Plz help and replace this instrument as soon as possible. I hope u can understand my problem. Plz give response and short out this issue.

                                I have called the person from Unique Services. He is denying to replace the defected filter. The service o[censored]nique Services are not upto mark. Even I called the service station they have no answer for replacement. Wasim was the person who came against my complaint.

                                  Ordered kent maxx in June 20 installed after 5 days
                                  Backplate broke thrice in 3 months of warranty period causing basin tap to fall apart which accrued replacing the tap twice apart from other labour charges
                                  Had been continuously following up for back plane to arrive it has been more than 50 days still the part is in receipt at Mumbai warehouse manage Deepak nakwa has been making promises time and again about the arrival of the part we as end consumer haven't received the same though but we had been kept on promising that the part will arrive in 2 days which has crossed 50n days now
                                  Can the kent management look into it at the earliest
                                  Kent new machines has sub standard quality and complaints and the local service management dealers/ franchise

                                      Hello,
                                      I bought a KENT water softener system for washing machine through the KENT online shopping portal. Other than the order confirmation email from the portal, I got no follow up from Kent regarding delivery nor installation.

                                      After multiple tries to reach the online sales, I finally got the product delivered. Now I had to call KENT again to open a Service request for installation. What is appalling is absolute carelessness of KENT sales and service team. Apparently the customer service can’t get any information from Sales regarding order. I had to give them all of my information again.. how could a company have such broken process and still run a business? Shame on KENT. This is my last time with this crappy company.

                                      At least 4 different people have called me so far, saying they are from Kent. But, all they do is raise a complaint call and then close it. I have sent email with pictures of damaged parts to kent onlineshop as per directions of customer support rep. I have also sent invoice copy with pictures to multiple service people who are claiming as Kent technicians. Yet, nothing has been done so far..

                                      Please.. someone come and take this piece of crap product from my house and repay my money. I am done with this.

                                        Hi,

                                        I Rajesh Kumar Sahu had bought Kent Grand + water purifier on 28.11.2020 from Unilet, K R Puram, Bengaluru.
                                        The actual serial number of the water purifier delivered to me is KR[protected].
                                        But when I called [protected] Kent customer care number, the executive told the serial number as KR[protected] which is not correct.
