This is regarding service of water purifier on 06.10.2019 of water purifier installed. The service executive made the request to replace all the filters including uv filters and saïd on non replacement the filters won’t work. It may be noted that the filter was purchased by me in september 2018. So it was absolutely unnecessary. Also the filters removed were taken by the executive which may be used somewhere else by him.

    Kent ro is a complete waste product. People who ever go through this review don't ever buy kent ro and struggle like me. Exactly on completion of warranty this will surely become a faulty machine. And servicing cost will be very huge around 30% of machine cost. And the team itself accepts this should done every year. There is no point in spending huge amount every year in servicing. People be aware of this product.

      I am purchased kent ro at kochi, keral
      My mobile nbr: [protected]
      Invoice nbr:244934 dated 09/08/2018.

      When the time of installation company has provided free service up to 4 years.
      But when i need visit of ro for non working status,, company technician has still not assigned even lodge complaint 4 days back.

      I register my complaint through ivrs /kent app complaint number is [protected] dated 01/10/2019., company has replied me to site visit technician will arrange with in 24 hours. However no technician resolve my problem neither site visit nor rectification after 96 hours..

      Because of this kind wrong publicity and false prompt service promises of company we facing problems even after purchase a worthy items..

      My request is high light this kind negligence services to customers facing problems.

      Kindly enquiry the matter for false advertisement for service.

        I had called a person in the name ajay from kent his phone number is [protected].
        He fleeced me saying i don't need kent so i will install another machine which will work better.
        And he put some sand filter and vanished.
        I called kent and had to pay for water softner and install that.
        Now both are leaking and in terrible shape.
        I need a resolution asap.

          Hi,
          I have purchase amc on 20th october 2018 for one year as suggest by kent toll free as well as kent service engineer. Receipt attached.

          Case id for amc :[protected]
          Amount paid for amc: 5560/-

          There are still two month for the amc contract but as now i facing some problem in machine you engineer visited today ask for service charges.

          Also he denied for amc telling that old service center has been shutdown and amc is no longer valid.

          Kindly resolve the issue as i have purchased amc for kent not from any local service center.

            We purchased the kent grand plus mineral ro and opted for amc from kent agency bhagat enterprises in sept 2018 by paying 5800 rs. After few months the machine started to give trouble where in called the technician again. He said that filters needs to be changed we agreed to it. He insisted us to pay the new amc again but since it was april and amc was upto sept 2019 we said we will renew it in september. To satisfy us he changed the 3 filter and membrane with another one which clearly seems a used or repaired one as the wrapper was in open condition and for that too he charged us 1000 rs with out a receipt. After few days the problem of red light blinking with no water supply started. We called him again and this time he said the air has gone inside and after fixing few things he said that now it will work fine. The machine worked ok for an hour and then again the red light started to blink with no water output. We had to call him again and this time he said uv lamp is gone. Since the machine was in amc we asked him to replace it and surprisingly he replaced it with an old spare one. Soon after he went the machi e again started troubling us with same problem. It was really very irritating that they are such an untrained technicians that they themselve doesn't know what is wrong with their own product and most disgusting that why kent hires them. After making n number of calls to them they visited again and this time said that i am unable to understand the issue and i will send someone else. We waited for 2 days and called them again but only we got was assurance of visit but no one visited. After waiting long for them finally i raised a service request through kent ro app. This time an another agency technician visited and simply said that all the filters are gone and need to be changed for which we would be charged 4985 rs along with a adapter. We agreed as their was no other option available. We asked him to do the amc rather than it he said in that case he would replace the adapter with a used one. Which sound absurd to us. We denied for amc and purchase a new adapter and all 3 filter and membrane from him. Soon after he went the machined again started giving us trouble and red light stated to blink with no water output. This was really disgusting and pathetic experience. These people really needs some serious training and education regarding their own products, they are simply trying hit and trail method and keeps on charging the consumer rather than understanding the real issue with the product. We called him again and this time he said the another power adapter needs replacement. He put on his own and switched on the machine which worked (As it usually does everytime, working for few minutes and then again red light starts to blink) for which he would be charging us another 1000rs. We doubted him and asked him to put our adapter again in system and not to our surprise it was working well. After this he started saying that their is problem with electricity supply wherein we don't have issues with other applainces which are working well without stabilizer. He tweaked something and machin started working again. After 2 hours again we are in same situation that machine is not working and the red light is blinking. They are really fraud people who are only trained about fooling peope by charging them in name of part replacement to increase their sales rather that being trained about their job skills and diagnosing the real problem. Kent should be ashamed of it for showing such a pathetic business value and ethics. May be they should learn something from tatas. I need resolution for it else i have very clear intention of taking this to consumer court.

            Dear Team,
            Thanks for your response, but this time I expect a permanent or long time solution. Everytime paying for spare part with in just a month or so is not possible. Also I would request you to align a trained engineer who can diagnose the actual problem rather than insisting to change filters, membrane etc again as we have already got it change 4 days ago.

              I purchased kent prime on 05.06.18 and serviced by service center on 10.06.19, bearing request no - [protected], service representative said all filters should be changed, and he received rs 3, 750/ for 4 filters, thereafter just expiry of 3 months filter not working and we again complain to co bearing request no [protected] dt 23.09.19, service representative visit on 24.09.19 and said again all filters require to change, we ask him please check particular which filter require to change, but he said as per co policy all filters should be changed worth rs 3750/, we didn't agree, he left my premises without any solution, thereafter we call personally a technician to check this and he said that on previous service dt 10.06.19 only sediment filter is changed, he pointed that only s/f level colour is 'pink" others are in 'blue', he said replacement filters level always should be in 'pink' colour, he said on 10.06.19 only s/f is changed (Image of filters attach), but i pay rs 3750/ for 4 filters, copy of service invoice attach here, my personal known technician only change ro and filter is running ok without changing others, as a house wife i am cheated.

                  I am using kent ro grand plus. Every year they will ask to replace all the filters, motor and smps.
                  The maintainance amount is too much and every year they make sure to collect minimum of 6000 maintaiance bill. I have replaced all the filters 2 months back by paying 5500. Machine stopped working again since last 2 days. Kent technician visited and advised to replace the motor pump. (Cost 2400+300=2700). I have already replaced the pump within 1 year. Looks like for all the parts the waranty is 3months irrespective of the cost.
                  They always want to replace parts. The word "repair" is not in their dictionary. Pathetic service.

                      Hi, we purchased kent supreme ro in apr 2018 and our warranty period got over in apr 2019. We have added extra outside filter paying money for extra protection during installation. We are enrolled in 4 years free service. On may 26th 2019, a senior technician from welcome agencies - a registered kent dealer replaced all our filters for a charge of rs 3750. We were informed that there is 3 months filter warranty for the inside filters.
                      On august 21 2019 we raised a service request and technician from different dealer visited us on 23rd august 2019 and informed us that inside filters are all good and we need to replace the outside filter. We paid rs 200 and replaced it.. After the service water quality was so bad, when asked technician said that it will take 2 days for it to get to normal. But even after 4 days water quality was so bad that we raised request again on 27th august 2019. This time a different technician visited and said you need to replace the inside membrane and it will cost rs 3000. We said that its was just replaced and we are with in 3 months warranty period and why we need to pay for it. They informed us that it was different dealer and they are not in operation now. They have not updated in system that they have replaced filters and we cannot claim warranty. Who is responsible for agent mistakes. How this will be our problem as an end customer. After this we have raised service request multiple times for past one month, spoke to customer care for hours and they send technicians. But the technicians repeatedly cancel our request just stating we are not paying money for the filter. This is not fair. Currently the price for the same filter is around rs 10000. If we need to replace the filter every 3 months for a cost of rs 3750, we could better buy new filter every year which is more cheaper.
                      We have raised service request within the warranty period and it is not handled properly by customer service as well as technicians. Its been a month now. We are really frustrated with kent service. We want your support in replacing the filters within the warranty. Please find attached the copy of bill and the inner of times we have raised request

                        We purchased kent ro for around 17.5 k and its around 13 months approximately. We got an issue of continuous beep sound and called for technician. They checked and told all the filters need to be replaced and charges will be 4k and this should be for every 12 months. This machine was serviced before 2 months within warranty period and in that time that technician told there is no issue. Spoke to entire team through customer care to regional sales manager too but there is no use. Technician who came for service also with so much of attitude and he told "did we asked you to buy kent, u could have purchased a local machine and if you buy a costly machine u need to spend" which we never expect. Totally upset on buying this product. Lost trust on kent company. And this complaint is other step to know whether we will get a proper response.

                          I bought a kent ro water purification machine in june 2019. After a month he stopped refining the water, then i called kent ro customer service and he said that our technician would come in 24 hours but it didn't come. Then within 2 week he came and repaired. After filling the water tank, the water started coming out of the tank. Then i called them again. Then a senior technician came in one and half month and fixed it, but he repaired with dirty hands because of that floating bar also getting dirty which will be in tank and did not pack the machine properly and removed the indicator glass and muld the machine and after 2 week machine again stopped purification. Now i am calling them but they didn't send any technician till date.

                            I have chaned my membrane and filters three months back but they have installed faulty one after 5 days membrane chocked i registered complaint there kent service engineer come at my home they told me my kent ro has been chocked and they will not change. Their manager have no manners to talk. They talk very rudly they saying if you want to use kent ro than then use otherwise dont use. They stay in south delhi near by tuglakabad. They always come and tell this parts needs to be change with in 4 months i spents rs12000 to repair my ro product. Please do the neeful

                            My feedback was to stop taking services from kent and even i bought new RO from other brand it is better to pay other company at place of KENT. My experience was very very BAD with Kent.

                              I have requested a routine service request from app for my kent pearl. Case id was[protected] and it was raised on 17th september 2019. The status is showing resolved on 19th september 2019. However, the system engineer mr lokan sarkar has not visited my house. This is a fraud resolution of my request for which i have lost 1 service request. This is the second time i am facing this issue.

                              I don't know how it can be resolved without visiting my house.

                              I request to take necessary actions regarding this fraud resolve status.

                                Product was ordered by DRA Homes on behalf of 56 residents on 21st may 2018. As per KENT the warranty is 1 year from installation date but here the installation date was incorrectly mentioned as 21st May 2018(Same day) as order date by service vendor Om Electronic Services. Residents of the apartment started moving in by September 2018 & the product was installed only 1st week of September 2019 & till this month end the warranty should apply. The product fixed in my house is faulty and now kent says i have to change the filters, membranes and pay 5500. The service manager Balaji didnt even bother to visit my house and instead sent a vendor who once again told me that the company has rejected the request

                                  Sir maine kent ro liya tha uski service time per nhi karte kent company wale ko phone karne ke baad bhi nhi aate or kent ro water filter water clean nhi kar rha maine bhut bar phone bhi kiya lekin koi reply nhi de re hai and complaint ka koi reply back nhi aa rha h. Time pe service nhi hori h and khrab water ki wajah se family member ki tabyat bhi khrab hori h. Agar family members ko kuch hojaye responsible kon hoga apki company.

                                    Hi team kent,
                                    Sent plenty of emails to device email of kent about this,. It no response.
                                    In last 3 months 3 membranes have been replaced of worth 2750.
                                    It's been 1 year 2 months we have bought kent grand plus. And from last 4 months we are getting cauvery water along with bore water so water is not that much hard, even then the same problem is occurring the device is of rupees 15, 000 but we have already spent around 6000 on this in last 3 months today again same membrane problem is occurring i want to register a complaint about this device as the device itself is faulty and we want a replacement for this device. W three times membrane change from the day of first time membrane replacement within 3 months is not at all accepted.
                                    Can anybody take action against this issue. We are ordering water from outside for drinking.
                                    Spent 15000 on purifier and over that 6000 for device repair parts in just 4 months.
                                    Pethetic device delivers to us.

However SV was also not working which was installed by Aqua Services 2 months back, now that too has been newly installed yesterday by Mr nanjundayya technician of Aqua service who used to come for our ro issues . Now it's working .Without any issue. Thank u.

                                    Still no body came for issue resolution. We want our Kent grand RO to be working without any issue. I thinkwe have been supplied always faulty membrane, we have replaced membrane 6 times in 4 months, CRAZY! to hear this.
                                    A membrane goes for 3 years minimum. We want the issue to be resolved ASAP. from 25 days we are importing mineral water in cans form outside.

                                    Hi The Kent Ro Cutomer care Dealer by the name "AQVA SERVICES" in Bangalore(, Rajarajeswari Nagar) is canceling without any reason the service request too after telling him that the issue is conveyed to RO Customer care in Consumer Complaints.

                                    He is saying "we cant install the membrane for free, if you pay then only we will come and install."
                                    Spent 7 thousand rupees in last 4 months replaced the membrane more than 5 times. !!! and i am sure they are delivering some faulty membrane to us all these days.

                                    Why we should pay every 20 days or 15 days for faulty membrane given to us. membranes have been changed multiple times i have said here many times.

                                    When asked y u are canceling the request, he simply avoiding it by saying we dont know. attached is the snap where un necessarily cancelation is done for issue in Kent app.

                                    This is realy pethetic, and we want the issue to be resolved ASAP.
                                    Spent 15000 on kent device in may 2018 and now in four months 6 - 7 thousand on membrane and pump.

                                    Dear Team Kent,

                                    Its very disapointing and lost hope in the customer care of Kent now.
                                    I have registered the service req in Kent Ro App and it was cancelled when called the corresponding dealer service representative Mr Najundayya of AQVA SERVICES located Jnanabharathi post Bangalore, he told we can come and solve your problem of membrane when you pay amount to u, it is not for free."
                                    I said to them:" u ppl have been replacing membrane from last 4 - 5 months every 15 days 1 membrane is been replaced, why should i pay for that.?"
                                    Then he told you have raised consumer complaint right, ask them to solve your issue."
                                    So this is the level of talk the autorised service center calle AQVA SERVICES will do.

                                    I am attaching the bills of Kent RO and bills of AQVA Services.
                                    I want the issue to be resolved as soon as possible in 2 working days. We are buying water form outside. this is not acceptable.
                                    I am senidng copy of complaint to Pai interational too today.

                                      My name is surat prakash and i am writing this mail regarding complaining against kent ro service. I have purchased the product (Kent pride plus mineral ro kr[protected])
                                      From vaishali (Ghaziabad) and have installed it at my place at[protected]. The same day i noticed that it started leaking water (From tank) regarding which i called their customer care number
                                      And registered my complain for replace the defective part of product.

                                      The response of customer care was “ it is not big issue either it will be repair or replace after the technician visit”. On 2-8-2018 technicians visited and resolve the issue by fixing the feviquick gel
                                      (Proof attached : bill of resolve the leakage) when the product was under warranty.

                                      After one year, the same problem repeat in your product. I noticed that leaking water again in same place (From tank) for which i registered my complain on[protected] by kent service app
                                      (Case id[protected] to resolve the problem by repair or replace the defective part of product.

                                      Technician visit at my place and told me that we can’t resolve the problem we only replace the part so that you will pay for that because the product is out of warranty.
                                      I called customer care so many time for resolve this problem but till date there is no action from the service department of kent ro.

                                      I need a simple answer to kent ro systems & kent ro service that if you don't repair any part than why you repair tank leakage problem at 2-8-2018 when it was in warranty. Now it is out of warranty
                                      You want money. If you replace the defective part at same time when the product was under warranty then i don't face this type of problem again.
                                      I am looking for a proper and timely resolution to this problem, please help me with the same.

                                        Water is not coming from kent ro, no action taken to resolve the problem, when is follow up informing today that no one can come, they will try to send someone by tomorrow if possible?
