Since then we are facing repeated problem
Filter stops spontaneously. Engineer comes, replace some part then again same problem recurs
14 k product is torturing us badly
If product is defective so company should replace it completely
After few days i have to pay for this when it’s beyond warranty

    We are not satisfied the product quality of ro. We had changed all filters on dated 20th may 2019 through it's dealer name ' maxpure ro - services' cr - 212 laxmi nagar delhi -92.

    We paid rs. 3800/- in the month of may2019 including rs 300/- service charge. And now again we are facing same problem of filter within 105 days. They are asking again rs.3800/- for all filter changing.

    We are unable to understand that how quality they provide us. We are only 4members in my family not as such usage of ro on daily basis.

    We request you to please look into this matter we are not happy with this services. All filter are required to change in 4month without as such usage of product.

    Please resolve our matter asap.

      I live in bangalore. My kent ro water purifier was not disbursing any water, called the service centre, they sent someone who changed filters etc and charged me 4500 inr through google pay. He thereafter sent me a receipt over watsapp the next day after multiple follow ups and said this is the only thing he could share. This was done on 10th sep 2019. Today on 14th sep 2019, there is again no water coming out. Same issue. Few drops cmg out. Is this a spam? Genuine parts would not go bad again in 4 days.
      Request the team to pls look into this immediately as i hv recd similar feedback about kent ro service. Seems like they may have installed faulty filters or other parts.

      Looking forward to a resolution at the earliest.

        I would like to inform you that i have worked with kent ro systems ltd and due to my health problem i have resigned from my designation on 1july 2019 and clear all assets which was allotted by kent ro systems, now almost passed out 3 month but i did not received my f & f yet, i am requesting you please clear my f&f along with my deposited certificates on urgent basis.

          Rain Drops Services claims to be a Kent Agency who carries out AMC for their water purifiers in Bangalore. They are frauds. I took an AMC from them last year on 1-Sep-2018. After that I didn't get any service from them or call from them to service my machine. When my machine power circuit went off during Mar-2019 - they sent a half-rowdy in the name of engineer who was not willing to change any of the parts like Filter, Pump etc which was covered as part of AMC apart from the circuit. After that it's already past 1-Sep-2019 and nobody turned up to service my machine. I tried to reach KENT RO Central Customer Care but without any success. Their Customer Care number is of no use. They only take service requests. Direct complaints to Kent also didn't fetch any attention from their customer care(am curious if there is at all any customer service department in KENT). I called RAIN DROPS SERVICES up at [protected] explaining the whole thing but they didn't do anything. Very very bad service and unprofessional behavior. Never ever buy any AMC from them. If you buy, rest assured your money is gone. Cheats!

            I found a contact number appearing high in the google search as kent ro official number on july 15. I logged a complaint for my kent ro servicing on that number.

            The second day a technician visited as kent ro technician to our residence and offered kent's 3 year amc plan of rs 11000. The plan we accepted and give him the same amount. He did the billing in the name of brook ro solution. He also said brook ro is affiliated to kent ro.

            Now we came to know he was neither a kent person nor brook ro is affiliated with it. All the numbers of brook ro are either not responding or are invalid now.

            In the name of kent ro service providers many fake companies are doing this cyber crime and cheating kent customers.

            As a social responsibility or for the sake of its customers, kent is not taking steps against these cheaters who are using its name and cheating its own customers. That's totally disgusting.

            Even kent's own service is bad and full of errors, with company and visiting employees taking huge money for little talks from its customers.

              Your team is a bunch of thieves. Your service guy (Crook) comes at my home. Tells my old mother that tds is very high and can only improve if multiple things are changed. A bill of 4k and tds remains same and he says this is acceptable tds (Exactly the same one before the change). You disgusting ppl are cheating an old woman just for few 1000's. Disgusting

                I am prateek malhotra and my registered mobile num with kent is [protected]. I raised a complaint through customer care on 01 sep 2019 that my ro is not working fine. Case no[protected]. I got a call from kent technician on 03 sep and he enquired about my address but he didnot come for the services. On 04 sept in the morning i again called up customer care of kent regarding my complaint. He assured me that my problem will be addressed at the earliest but again no intimation from kent is received by me. I frustration i again called up kent and asked the customer care executive to connect me to any senior manager. He didnot connected my cakk and said he will come back to me after some time but never called me again.
                This is very poor response from kent and pathetic services are being provided. After calling so many times till now no response from such a big brand like kent. We are facing acute water problem as ro is not working and we are managing it from local market. Please take some strict actions with intimation to me.

                My RO is not working since many months. Dealer had taken AMC but not service given.

                Kent Managers are saying they dont have any responsibility on AMC taken by dealer.
                What kind of poor support is this.

                  Every 6 months i had to pay 4800 for all filters change.
                  Now about 35 days on aug-29 the machine completely stopped working.
                  And i called customer care and they say take amc else you will have to pay again for inspection and all parts change.
                  I dont understand if these are genuine products why company isn't providing even 90 days of warranty.

                    After 2.5 years Kent RO motor is leaking.
                    I have been asked to replace motor worth ₹2400/-. Can't be the motor serviced. In addition to this, technician bought oasis company motor without pack and asked to use this instead. Asked price double than the actual MRP of the oasis company motor.

                        I have purchased kent super plus vide sl. No. Kr[protected] in 05/09/18. It is regretted to inform you that within a span of 8 months of purchase 3times cylinder was jammed. Now again the purifier was jammed while i contacted with your customer care he told that cylinder was jammed and it costs rs.2300. Sir already i have invested rs.4000 from the purchase. I request you to kindly replace the cylinder free because expiry period is left.

                          I purchased the kent ro exactly on 21/06/2018 and during this one year only once technician came for service and since almost 2 months out of warranty and now the machine completely out of order, the technician came and asking around 4000 rupees to change ro and all filters because it is blocked but i think it is a planning to get business, otherwise why the machine is totally out of order immediately after warranty, at once all the filters and ro blocked without any signal or sound. If it is real problem then it should be step by step.

                          I red all customers complaints, everybody is suffering like me dealing with kent. Even if i purchased the parts they are giving 3 months warranty only and i am dam sure 4th month all will be damage again.

                          I am seeking for help of kent to change the parts free of cost or give me at least 1 year warranty on parts as i am ready to spend around 4500 rupees yearly for maintenance.

                            Hello,

                            Find attached herewith photographs of water tank found during your service representatives.Many a times service was done by your representatives.

                            Today service representative visited at my place (i.e 13.08.2019) .Heavy dirt was found in the water tank. As commited by kent, no dirt can reach water tank and RO will immediately, if dirt try to pass through.
                            I don't understand how this much dirt had reached water tank and why kent representatives during earlier service visits haven't clean water tank.

                            May resolve the issue at the earliest as this may had deteriorated health of my family due to poor water quality.

                            I had also mailed my grievance to [protected]@kent.co.in on 3:48 PM dtd 13.08.2019.

                            Earlier resolution is expected from Kent.

                            After several complaint, Kent is not interested in resolving the issue and haven't mentioned how dirt water tank reached water tank and why tank was not cleaned by Kent representatives during earlier service visits.

                              I had requested for routine service of water purifier. The service engineer changed the following parts & charged for these items
                              1. Carbon filter
                              2. Sediment filter
                              3. Uf membrane
                              4. Service charges

                              The product is under warranty and as per warranty terms and conditions i[censored]f membrane is replaced within first one year it should not be charged for replacement or repair.
                              Also no service charge is applicable for upto 3 years.

                              I have been cheated for above items 3 & 4.
                              My concern is as i will have to continue using kent ro services every year for filter replacement or other services, they may continue to cheat me and many other consumers in some other way.
                              In this regard as i have lost trust in kent water purifier, i request kent ro to take back my water purifier and refund me the entire money i paid for it with applicable interest, compensation, also falsely collected service & replacement money immediately. I no longer wish to continue using kent products after this experience.

                              Request to make a effective resolution & help consumers for justice.

                                This is to inform you that i have buy ro on may 2018 and last service done on may 2019 on that time my ro notworkibg properly the water was very hard and the same time i had buy amc of the same and the ro condition will remain the same but now my ro giving regulybeep and i had complaint again then executive told us your filter not working and would be replaced and you have to bear charged of rs.3750 and i had told him why not you have replaced on that time they told us on that time the filter is on good condition then i had told that what u have done in free service but they not able to give satisfactory answer they cheated by demanding money and wait for the product out of warranty i have buy ro approx 20000/- and amc of rs 2600 but although my ro not working they also cheated us in their apps it’s show my instalation date is dec 2017 and expires warranty in dec 2018 whereas i had buy ro on may 2018 please do the needful as it’s very hard core money.

                                But nothing happened they told me you bur Ro on 2017 dec where as I have Invoice I had buy on May 2018 and in the time of warranty why they have not changed filter and memberane.

                                This is pathetic service no body listening everyone demand money to replace.

                                  Hi This is to inform that I have been using Kent RO from last 4years but last 2 years I am very dissatisfied with the service with technicians In March I have paid 6k to technician but again I got the same complaint from June What service the technician provided is very strange evertime they are charging huge amounts now I need the recover with no cost because I am fed up with these kind of servicesI will further escalate to all my forums either on all modes of communication and consumer forum also

                                    Recently i have purchased a Kent grand purifier from amazon and get it installed by authorized kent agent. During the time of installation, i have not opted to install the pre filter as i was thinking that it's not necessary, but later i realized to install one so i called the customer care and placed a request for new pre filter installation.On call, the agent told me that they have 2 options of filter, first one is 700 (small) and 950 for big with no installation charge as i am under warranty. I have deiced to go for the big one and placed the request. 2 days back, the technician came and installed the device as shown in the image attached. When i checked the MRP on the box, i found that it's 700 rs only . As far as i know, no one should charge extra beyond the MRP value. so i asked the technician, why you are asking for extra 250 as the box is saying otherwise. Then he answered me that the outside filter plastic box is 700 and 250 for the sendiment which was very unsatisfactory answer because he opened the seal in front of me containing both the items.

                                    I felt like cheated by technician. Instead of big filter, he might have installed the smaller one. To clarify my doubt, i called to the customer care and asked about 2 sizes of filter. Surprisingly they dont know, whats the difference in size apart from big and small.

                                    Here comes the stupid service of customer support.

                                    I have requested them to check and give me a call back. Customer support person agreed and told me that i will get a call back in 2 hours. but no one gave me a call back. So i waited more than 24 hours and then decided to call back customer care again and asked the progress on my case. Suprisingly they dont have any info. I told him the story again, then heard a shocking story from support person that 700 for pre filter and 250 for installation. I told him clearly, technician visit was free as its under warranty and also i have confirmed the same before placing the order.After lots of discussion, i requested him to transfer the call to his service manager but he refused to do so and told me to wait 2 hours to get a call back from senior team.

                                    Again i waited for 6 hours +, but nothing happened. So i again called the customer care and explained the same story from the beginning and got the same response, I will arrange a call back.

                                    So my concerns are,

                                    where are the call backs? Don't they train the people who are attending the calls? because everyone having their own opinion. Don't they keep the notes of customer complaint? dont you have any responsibility for after sales service?

                                      Dear concern,

                                      On 09-may-19 i have raised a service request case id#[protected], which was assigned to technician ramesh from vansh technotrade. This technician came, when i was in office not at home, at that time my wife was at home with my 6 months old son. Technician changed some parts in machine and then get signature from wife saying that i have changed some parts, since your machine is under warranty, you do not need to pay. And then he left.

                                      Again on 27-jun-19, i again raised service request for leaking problem, case id#[protected] same technician ramesh came and fixed the problem and left.

                                      Machine started to leaking again so i have again raised service request on 30-jul-19 case id#[protected]. This request was assigned to technician ajit singh from other kent service centre.

                                      He came and when he opened the machine, he told us that membrane installed on 09-may-19 by technician ramesh is local not genuine from kent. I was shocked by knowing that and called to customer care, where the customer care executive transferred my call to mr. Prashant jain (Area service manager), he assured me to get resolve my problem, he reassigned the request to ramesh technician and asked me to call when he comes for service.

                                      Ramesh came on 31-jul-19, and opened the machine and started to fix the leaking problem without saying anything. Then i called mr. Prashant and asked him to talk to ramesh about why he had installed a local membrane in our machine without our knowledge. Then ramesh accepted that i have changed the parts of this machine and get signature from my wife without her knowledge that which parts he has changed. But he denied that he has not installed the local membrane.

                                      Then mr. Prashant took in call mr. Narendra owner of vansh technotrade and discussed the matter, but instead of taking the matter seriously he blamed me that i have changed the membrane not his technician ramesh. And charged me total of rs.3750 against new membrane and filters. I told them that you are cheating on me by malpractising and installing local parts in warranty period and within 2 months asking of money against new parts. But these people were not ready to listen to me, despite blaming me only.

                                      This is a huge scam these people are running, that i came to know only when a technician came from other kent service centre other than vansh technotrade. If on 30-jul-19 ajit singh would have not come for service from other centre, literally i would have never come to know about this fraud done by ramesh.

                                      I was really shocked by the incident and by the blame mr. Narendra put on me, while i am a medical educated don’t know anything about machine. I have purchased kent ro because of a reference from one of my medico friend with his good experiences with kent services. So i also purchased kent grand ro with 4 years warranty (1+3).

                                      My warranty was expired on 21-jun-2019. Technician changed the membrane with local one on 09-may-2019. If he might have changed the membrane with genuine one, i did not have to pay for membrane on 31-jul-2019.

                                      By having such worst service experience from kent like business giant, i am really feeling cheated. From now onwards i will never never ever will recommend anyone to purchase ro from kent. Also will tell everyone i meet & to everyone i know about the incident and fraud your technician did to me, and urge to spread this message to their knowns too.

                                        Kent ro membrane is not working properly. How could it be stopped working so early as it is just 1 year 11 months old product. If it is so then i think we would have to pay this much amount (2700 rs as per technician) after every 2 years. It is not fair.
                                        I think product was not up to the mark, when we purchased, so i request you to compensate.
