I took amc services from kent, that do not cover filter etc parts but that covers other hardware parts if they were not functioning well, so an engineer suggest me that your pump is having some issues, and it will not working longer so you can took amc services so your pump will cover within amc, i took the services 1 year back, and just after i took services they started denying your pump is working fine, and no replacement is required, even though they by passed water connection so that pump load will decrease, and just after amc time period ended, they informed me that your pump is not working. And asked me to took amc for net year, this time i denied for the services.
Now i took services from outside and they said your pump was not working properly since 6 months and now it has to be replaced for sure.
I have listen multiple cases like this for kent services, a strict action should be taken on engineers those are taught by company how to fool people, worst services / worst engineers.

Today morning technician called me and promised to come at 3:30pm. I took half day off from the office to be available at home. However it is 3:45pm technician has not come and nor picking the phone.
I tried to contact Mr.Ashish on +91 [protected] but his phone is coming switched off.
I was not expecting this kind o[censored]n-professionalism at least from Kent's consumer grievance redressal team.
Do you have any more excuses or any more officers left to fool the customers?
