I purchase Kent Ro machine before 4 months but after 2months it's creating problem ro water not storage so generally I complain log Kent helpline number my last complain logged on 22july 2019 but till now it's not solved there is technican asking for money. Some days before one technician change some parts of machine so yesterday who visited my house they said that parts not original please call that guy who visit last complain logged he is from AMOUR INDIA distributor I also purchase Kent machine from this distribution . From this distributor they can not helped me he said "aap mere see machine purchase karke noukar bana liye Kya ( Mr. Shubhobarta Roy)" is this way to talk your customer. last 3days machine not working I am help less worst service from Kent.

    We have under the sink kent ro purifier and facing leakage problem from last 10 days. We have also taken amc from akhand enterprise located at bhandup. Giving continuous calls to them from last 10 days still the technician is not sent we have to purchase water for last 10 days. They claim to be the authorised service center of kent ro. Is this kind of service is provided by your authorised centre’s how long a person need to suffer after spending his hard earned money is there any kind of relief from mental n financial loss we r suffering need to complain to consumer court for the same

      I have taken a full amc by paying rs 5700/- and still my kent ro has been in not working condition thrice this month.
      Also my kent is producing a loud noise while on running condition.
      And while taking full amc i was told that on any problem in kent ro, that part will be replaced by new one. And few days back my uv candle was not working, your service staff came and repaired the uv candle without giving me the new one.
      Then what's the use of taking full amc.
      I want my kent ro to be repaired as soon as possible.

        I had registered a complaint regarding non working of my kent maxx water purifier on 19 july 2019. My complaint no. Is[protected]. Although kent claim that the complaints are resolved within 48 hours but it has been 96 hours no body has come to visit my purifier. I am unable get pure water for last 4 days. When i call to customer care they cut my call.
        Secondly i have changed my address from old place to new one. Which is located at qtr no. C-4, iocl colony, near ploce chowki, jayant, singrauli (Madhya pradesh) -486890. The same is need to be mentioned by me every time i call to customer care.

          Bought brand new kentro on 12th of july.
          Initially it had leakage problem water coming out from inside ro. After 9 days of complaint today they replaced defective parts inside the brand new ro and also put a prv with an excuse saying water pressure causing the leakage.

          They charged rs. 950/- extra for the prv however if customer was educated about such details at the time of buying the product.

          After fitting prv & replacing defective parts inside ro, now it has started giving new problem. While running it is producing loud tractor like sound, i cannot use it because sound is so loud that propagates all the way from kitchen to bedroom and all over in the house.

          When contacted technician venkatesh, he said this sound will come as prv is installed to regulate the pressure. Contacted area service manager mr. Sukesh he does not pick the call. I sent whatsapp message to mr sukesh, he is online but does not reply. I have all the proofs like whatsapp screenshots, videos of how ro is producing sound. I took a half day off from office today expecting a permanent solution as 3 members team was visiting today. But apathy they only charged rs 950 extra fitted prv and ro still not working as expected but now producing loud irritating tractor sound when running.

          It seems i have bought mental agony by buying a kent product.

          I will request kent to take your product back and return my money and also compensate me for loss of mental, professional & health sufferings during last 9 days.

          Mr. Ashish (+91 [protected]) called me yesterday and assured me that issue will be resolved by today(24th July) and money charged for PRV will be refunded.

          Today morning technician called me and promised to come at 3:30pm. I took half day off from the office to be available at home. However it is 3:45pm technician has not come and nor picking the phone.

          I tried to contact Mr.Ashish on +91 [protected] but his phone is coming switched off.

          I was not expecting this kind o[censored]n-professionalism at least from Kent's consumer grievance redressal team.

          Do you have any more excuses or any more officers left to fool the customers?

            We are tired of kent ro. After 1yr of warrantly.. We started getting calls for amc n we did. They (Mr. Ratnakar gave us amc saying everything is included and. Now everytime kent ppl come and ask for[protected]/- and we r tired paying them amount.. They only tell us about the product which is not included in amc. Every 6months they ask for 3780/- for change of filter. So total we are spending 10000 to 12000 and if we refuse to pay our filter will not be working. Every employee is working privately too. Plz help us

              Hi,

              Since our 1 year warranty has completed for kent ro water purifier grand + in dec 2018, we have spent around 8000 rs for filters, everytime the product has some issue, the service person comes and says change filter.
              We changed the entire set of filter once for 5000 rs and then after a few months in month of may 2019, we replaced ro membrane for rs 2800.
              Kent service person from some local service agency put in some unbranded membrane, when questioned he said we should not have any issues.
              Now again one week back we got the alarm for filter change.
              When asked the service person is asking us to change filters.
              Kindly help. This is too much to bear for us.

                No proper service from kent ro service executive.. Fake committments not at serious in follow up with customer against service provided or not
                I am fed up of following up with their service executive.
                Every day i have invested 25-30mins only in requesting for services but assurance given and no one turns to attend the machine.
                It is under breakdown since 4 months and till now no competent person came and serviced it.
                We are buying water @20rs for 4 months and i want it to be reimbursed by kent on account o[censored]nsatisfied service.

                  I purchased these product- sediment candle, carbon candle, ccu, wine harness, etc from ARYAN ENTERPRISES rourkela on 13.7.2019 and the same day these products are not working properly. so i complain for exchange the product but they are not taken any action & then i complain again and again but i don't found any respond from there and then they are starting misbehaving with me. so please repair or refund...

                  मैं थक गया हूं कंपनी वालो से बात करते करते 30जून को मैं अपने मशीन के लिए complain किया था जिसको कंपनी वाले अभी तक resolve नही किये है और अपने मन से उसको रद्द कर के 10 तरीके से नया आग्रह लिए है जिसको बनाने का अधिकतम समय 48 घण्टे का बताते है जो अभी तक नही हो पाया है आपसे अनुरोध है कि आप ही कुछ रास्ता बताए।
                  केंट वाले हमारा समश्या नही समझ रहे है बस उनके सर्विस मैनेजर जो बोलते है बस वही उनके लिए सही है मह जो बोलते है उनको वो फालतू लगता है, अब आप ही कुछ बताइए।

                    Nc sales &services sahapur colony, new alipore, kolkata authorised distributor of kent not attending our “5264”complain number which was done on 10.7.2019. Today it’s 16.7.2019. Despite a part of machine being changed few weeks ago kent machine not working. Till now no 1 has attended us. We are forced to drink unhigenic water and has to buy drinking water. We are going through mental trauma and are deeply hurt and harassed by unprofessional behaviour. Kindly take strict action against them and solve our issue.

                      I have Kent Pearl RO system with Serial No# KR[protected] have been getting my product serviced from Kent RO Authorised Service Center every year and have been taking AMC also.

                      Recently, I got my product serviced as it was having the water leakage issue and was charged INR 4050/- on[protected] by your Technician# Shubham Singh for replacing the Filters. Attached are the details. But, even after doing the RO started showing the leakage issue again. I called up Mr. Shubham Singh (Employee ID# 1015660) and the problem was not resolved by him. Now, even after contacting him multiple times (but no visit), my RO is still having the problem and it is leaking the water. I did complain to Kent Service Center about the same today as the technician was not available. I was surprised to know that I will be charged again for the visit which should never be charged when the initial complaint is still not resolved after paying such a big amount.

                      Today, the Kent Technician came (after the new complaint made today) and told us that the Motor has the leakage issue and needs replacement. IT IS HUGE MISS AT YOUR TECHNICIAN - SHUBHAM SINGH's PART as he did not DIAGNOSE the PROBLEM correctly. I have already paid INR 4050 once and do not want to keep paying for the parts replacement for NO REASON. Motor change is going to cost me around INR 3000. Why is the CUSTOMER being LOOTED like this???

                      I need a simple answer to it Kentro-Kent Water Purifier Kent RO Systems Kent Ro Service Complaint and want the problem to be resolved ASAP.

                        Kent Service Support is extremely poor. I have taken AMC form Kent Dealer in Oct18 and since then got poor response from dealer.
                        Now my RO is down since months but dealer doesn't pick phone.

                        If i call Kent Customer Care they log the case then cancel it themselves Case ID[protected],[protected],[protected].
                        I have never expected this from such a big company.
                        Kent direct service engineer visits and say that Company has no responsibility on AMC taken by dealer and we cannot do anything.
                        I asked him to refund my money. He said you have taken AMC from dealer so you have to talk to him only.

                        I will file consumer case against Kent for fraud.

                          Attention: as our kent ro purifier is not working from back 6-7 days and we are regularly calling the repairing executive to come and check it out and fix it but they are giving no attention to this... We are so disappointed please help us out in this matter and sent someone to check the ro up. As well as kindly take some action against your persons who are not performing their assigned duties well

                          As I have complained yesterday but no action is taken till now! I have updated the contact no. But still nothing progress is there.
                          Actually team KENT I just wanna know that whether you guys actually care about your costumers or just forget about them once you sold your product.
                          Sorry to say but yes I am so disappointed because you guys aren’t understanding and meeting your customers grievances and after sales services.

                            Hi,
                            From the day 1 of installation the machine - kent grand star had a problem with the notification of low minerals. Registered too many service request and none of the service engineer can resolve the issue. It's more than 15 days not able to use drop of water. Please let us know the procedure to refund. We are getting more stress due to this.

                              I purchased Kent pearl ro 3 year back. In this January i recived calls from Kent service centre and they told me that sir you need to change your Kent to filters and to change them out engineer will visit. There so called engineer who had no knowledge changed the filter, but soon due his mis reinstallation of to it's start leaking which resulted into the damages of smps.
                              Again I registered my complaint for which again an engineer came on 2nd of June and replace the smps with charge of RS but he had no idea about tha place of the leakage again after the next day of his visit to started licking again. I registered my complaint again and he visited again and told that now motor has been damage . I said that it's your problem I won't pay this time for this as it's all happened because of wrong installation and bad services due to tha lack of your knowledge but he deny to provide any service. And returned back without resolving the issue.

                              It's around a month since than and nobody came to resolve the problem even after my many time registered compaint to them.its simply the harassment of the consumer to mint Monday again and again from their engineer s and their faulty products.

                              There are so many rules and regulations for the consumer right but these sort of incident are self explanatory that these big companies do not care about their customers and they are in their misconception that they have full right to harass any of their customers without any glitch.

                                I took amc services from kent, that do not cover filter etc parts but that covers other hardware parts if they were not functioning well, so an engineer suggest me that your pump is having some issues, and it will not working longer so you can took amc services so your pump will cover within amc, i took the services 1 year back, and just after i took services they started denying your pump is working fine, and no replacement is required, even though they by passed water connection so that pump load will decrease, and just after amc time period ended, they informed me that your pump is not working. And asked me to took amc for net year, this time i denied for the services.

                                Now i took services from outside and they said your pump was not working properly since 6 months and now it has to be replaced for sure.

                                I have listen multiple cases like this for kent services, a strict action should be taken on engineers those are taught by company how to fool people, worst services / worst engineers.

                                  Last week i had called in your customer care team for repair my kent ro carbon filter. But your service boy cheat with us
                                  He is fit duplicate filter and its cost is 350+300service charge.
                                  And he gave me reason is original parts are not available now. Then this evening i called again your customer executive for enquiry about this service men tell truth or lie! But your customer executive denied my complaint.

                                      I have purchased kent ro grand plus last year (2018).
                                      Its sendiment filter changed 2 times within 6 month.
                                      On 18/01/19-changed first time fro rs 500 with 3 month warranty.
                                      On 15/05/19-changed second time for 500 with 3 months warranty.

                                      Last week i have booked one service request because inflow of water is not proper in the system.
                                      On 2nd july - one senior technician visit and told me they will change the sediment filter on 3rd july.
                                      On 3rd july-another technician visit and and told me they are not going to replace it even if it is in warranty.

                                      I want to raise a legal in consumer court.
