I have taken a UV RO water purifier from KENT. From day 1 it is giving me continuous problems. I have taken AMC but the service is very very poor.

My case with KENT RO is pending for almost 10 days now. Highly careless. One by one every part has been damaged. They have bunch o[censored]seless service guys who do not know any thing. This company should be banned.

    Leakage in pipe which is connected to RO makes difficult in filling of water in Kent RO so make it done as soon as possible and have to check water purity too.

    I registered this case[protected] and till now no one turned up to fix the issue. The machine stopped working all of a sudden and we don't have a drop of water to drink. The service engineer switched off his phone and we are unable to contact him.

      Hi Team,

      I purchased Kent RO Grand Plus a year back. Three days back, water stopped coming from the purifier and instead a long beep sound is coming. I raised the service request with case Id :[protected]. As per the request, it should get rectified in 48 hours. But as I didn’t see any progress, I kept calling customer care without any progress. Finally today service Engineer has come and he quoted 3750 (parts cost) + 300 Service Charges. He mentioned that yearly we have to repeat this otherwise the machine won’t work. Seems there are 4 parts and unless all the 4 parts are changed, the system alerting system won’t reset and water won’t come. Then I checked these complaints and I see many people having same complaint with templated responses from Kent. I also noticed that when one person pointed about this templated response, they stopped responding as well. I am customer for Kent from almost 6-7 years. If I have to spend same amount next year, I QUIT KENT and look for better alternative. No point spending 5k for purifier per year

      Customer Care executive contacted me today and he mentioned the following points:
      1. It is required to bare the maintenance cost of 4000 Rs per annum, which we are paying for good drinking water to keep safe of our health. Seems some customers call them to change these filters even every 6 months indeed.
      2. UV+RO water purifiers are for Municipality water and not for Borewell water. Municipality water will have high TDS and hence UV+RO water purifier is needed for them.

      Regarding 2nd point, when I said I heard it otherwise and TDS for Borewell water will be generally higher than Municipality water and that they prefer RO+UV for Borewell water, he said that I am confused and he is very confident that UV+RO is for Municipality water and Borewell water does not need it.

        Earlier i have aquagard water purifier. without any problem just by observing ad delivered by most stunning female star Hema malini, I took decision to replace my old purifier by Kent RO. But now i am repenting on my decision. Service of Kent Ro is very poor. Even after AMC company is not proving a satisfactory service. Every time company man (who ever come for service) misguide us. from last two week We are drinking unhealthy water, even i have Kent RO purifier. Today i called company for service but without doing satisfactory service, serviceman was compelling to sign over service book. Since TDS of water is below healthy level(it is on dangerous level, it is 45 ), I refuge to sign.
        This is my Second complaint against Kent RO. But till date no action have been taken. Quality of kent RO purifier product is very poor, event instrument used in Kent purifier are substandard.

          My Kent RO(in warranty) is not work/out water from 14-7-21.I do complaint on 15-7-21 at 9 am .but no any engineer visit my home till now.I am facing many problems to arrange drinking water from three days.so please take action against engineer /involved person/company.

          I also say that many complaints arise within a year in my product (parts replacement)so kindly take proper solution or replace my product.

            For 30 years I had Aquagaurd RO ..without any problems..
            I bought a Kent RO seeing advertisements & thinking it is the best.
            After 4 months I called them for service yesterday, but they refused saying only if I have a problem they will come and not for plain service..
            I have bought a reject water tank as advertised by you and made by Kent .. it has become brown and dirty and I want to know how to clean it..
            the service team are saying it’s not their problem and they will not do it.
            It is connected to a pressure reducer also put by service team.
            I don’t want to touch their connections without knowing..
            I am disillusioned with Kent and want to complain on the social network ..
            But before that I wanted to bring it to your notice.

            I registered the service request regarding bad taste of water from Kent app but every time they used to cancel without any visit . My machine is under AMC . Everytime i am facing the same problem and not getting any concrete response from customer care also .

              Our model is Kent maxx.
              Our machine no is KR[protected]
              Water flow is very slow and water taste is also different.
              Service man came and he told that filter has to be changed.He told the filter is not available and will provide it soon on 05/06/2019.
              Still now there is no response from them.Thus is not the first time.We are experiencing this same problem each and every time.
              When there is a fault, there is only delayed service from service center.Kindly do the needful.

                  Our machine is not working since Friday 07/06/19. Water in not filling up inside the container. we did call the service man but he is not coming. we did call in kent's helpline number but we were told that they cannot do anything. please look into the matter. Machine No: KR[protected] the local shop was also contacted but we got no response.

                    Bad Experience with KENT RO system i had purchase about one month before first of all the dealer of parbhani get extra money for the kent installation and even can not give the invoice of the extra charges. I already talk with costomer care but they can not help me.
                    now last 2-3 days ago my kent ro system not working properly even i dont able to get service call because of the kent app said that your mobile number is not registered with us i am give 2 mobile ([protected], [protected]) no both are not register with kent i dont know why?
                    even i am thinking to go to CONSUMER COURT for the same.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                      I am totally harassed and frustrated with KENT after sale service. I have kent grand plus ro water purifier. As after installation i have raised tickets 4-5 times for services. But every time it's assigned to local service engineer Mr. Priyotosh [protected] and despite of my multiple call to him he never visited for resolving the issue. More surprisingly every time without even his visit the tickets get closed automatically. My last case I'd is[protected]. I made complain regarding the issue over the telephone to KENT customer care, they assured me this will be escalated and a new request was created. But this time also I got message that the issue got resolved without visiting the product. Do the needful. My product screenshot is attached.

                      I talked to customer care executive and during that a new case I'd was generated. As I have extended warranty everytime I raised the request through app to get free service. As the I'd [protected] was created through call, cancel this and let me create a new case through app and ensure that I get service.

                        I have purchased kent RO pride plus as on date 29.04.2019.
                        On the same day they installed at my residence without giving any original invoice documents.

                        On insisting again and again finally they give me the invoice. Suddenly within few days i complained for solving noise and TDS issue with Kent but it was denied and as per talk with your Customer care/ representative, they replied to sort out the issue soon but yet to be resolved. On their App they are simply displaying " SERVICE REQUEST CANCELLED" followed by message on my registered number.

                        My problem is persisting and the supplier KENT is not responding for services however, the appliance is in warranty period of 03 years. I am very worried to such ignorance and cheating behaviour of kent. And would suggest for further customers not to purchase appliances from Kent.

                        Kindly do the needful so that services could be availed from kent.

                          I lodged a service request by last time for my Kent RO and same day the engineer also comes to my location but without satisfactory service(means water leaked out from the upper section after repair)the engineer went out. Today morning they called me and asked about OTP but I refused to share OTP. They told me I[censored] don't share OTP, then we cannot proof it in front of company.They agressively cancel my service request and also told me "we cannot cooperate you if you don't" by phone.They don't know how to behave with customers.Pls teach them how to behave with customers.Very bad experience with you.The engineers showed up u we change all the parts but in real stage they cannot changr any thing.pld cancel their license as they think we are servants of themselves.All machinery parts of my machine is also in damage condition.Pls change my Kent RO membrane, sediment filter and carbon filter as fast as possible for which I can drink pure water.Otherwise you will loose the faith of your customers.

                            The device was working properly but gave some alarm, one technician came and changed the filters on 5th April 2019. Exactly after 1 month the device stopped working, the same technician who c hanged the filters visited and hit the filters with hammer and made it working, but the water flow was very less and we complained, he didnt listen and changed the filters., which was under guaranty as its purchased one month ago.
                            After that we raised many requests with Kent, but no one turned up .the customer care people will send techinician details which never work.
                            And they are auto closing our request everytime.

                            WE Spend Rs.5300/- for changing the filters on Apirl 5th and from May mid our system is not working .

                              I have registered complaint with Kent RO via calling CS team on 2nd June[protected] for two machines about leakage from Tank. After long hurdle technician visit on 5th June but no luck issue was not resolved, keep on following up with CS team to send a senior technician to fix the issue. But no luck. No one turned up. Repairing Kent RO is a up hill task. After selling products they don't have minimum courtesy to customer. Almost 3 weeks i am struggling... Arrogant CS team, Un trained Service engineers all makes customer life hell.

                              My machine got fault on 30th May, i am following up with Service Technician Mr Tirupathi, after getting no response then i open a case with Kent CS team, then also no luck frequent followup talk to senior CS team none of the service engineer visited my place, finally send email that also not addressed.

                              All these days we are struggling for water.

                              I fixed the issue calling technician from outside..

                              Thanks again making Kent Customers life so miserable. I did a wrong decision buying Kent RO..Will not recommend Kent RO to any one...

                              My case is assign to Universal Pure Water Solutions. None of the technician attended my case. I got a call from Mr Tirupati yesterday only... Case was opened on 2nd June. Getting call from technician yesterday June 15th.. This is the beauty of your service.

                              As mentioned above "I fixed the issue calling technician from outside.."

                              No more help required from you folks.. because i struggled enough...

                                  I have launched complain for servicing my grand plus RO unit 10 days before. They are giving SR no[protected] initially, but they are cancelled that request no without my knowledge. Then I have contact Customer care, again they are giving new S.R. no[protected] which was also cancelled from there end. Kent company fooling me from last 15 days and there is no separate grievances redressal policy available in Kent to escalate consumer complaints further to top management.

                                    Pl find the attached notice given to me from Kent. I want to know which social media I have published this complaint. From last week of January my machine was not working no one replied no one came for inspection. If you go through the below chain mail you can know the history of the prob.

                                    After a long and continuous follow up the filters has been replaced on 20th feb. It was not working after that 24th may. I hope after replacing the filter it was fault within six months. Now also I am waiting for your reply not published in any social media. I would like to take it to social media with all these mail evidence what are all the things you have done to me and what are the data you forged me to tell I am not customer of Kent.

                                    Now surprisingly the attached letter came stating that I have published in social media and I am not letting your team to check the machine. These are all false statement which I can even prove. For all visits they have given the acknowledgement.

                                    In my earlier mail also I asked what action you have done to close the call. You didn't reply till now. That mail was sent to you 3days before.

                                    Pl confirm what action done to close my complaint. My issue is still on. Whether this will be solved or not. Based on your reply I will take it up further.

                                    Kent has confirmed that they will not replace the filters i have to pay and get it replaced. But while changing filters on Feb they confirmed that it will work for 6 months.

                                    2 things i would like to do from kent.
                                    1.apology letter to be signed by that individual who have signed the below document.
                                    2. New machine to be replaced with warranty from the date of installation.

                                    My claim is you have not replaced original parts. For that till now i didn't get any response that you have replaced only original parts. If original parts has been replaced how come it has not worked for atleast 6 months. Due to non original parts replacement all other parts in the machine is getting damaged. That was the claim and so the whole machine to be replaced. I didn't get the response to any of my queries. Mr.bhaskar talked to me in the morning and he said he will give a written mail related to this subject. He talked to me at 12 o clock. He said he will give the mail in 10 minutes. Now the time is 2.30 till now the mail has not been received. This shows how kent executive is working with commitment.

                                    While replacing the filter on 20th Feb the executive from kent confirmed it will work atleast for 6 months. But now within 3 months the filter got failed.

                                    If really prob with my water my other filters should also gone . But my prefilter outside the machine has not been replaced from the date of installation ie. 1.5 yrs it was working. The sediment filter, carbon filter and ro membrane replaced at 20th Feb 2019. How come only RO membrane only gone within 3 months. That is the costliest filter when compared to others. So only i doubt kent service engineer who has replaced the filter with non original product.

                                    Till now you have not responded which social media i am talking about this topic. If you give proper explanation for the above that will suffice to handle it legally. All the claims which you put on me is not at all true.

                                    Till now i. Am following this issue professionally. Even after bhaskar rejects my request of replacing filter with foc, i had asked for the next escalation person. He denied to provide that too.

                                    If the issue is not from kent side pl answer the following queries.

                                    1. Pl confirm whether original filters has been replaced last time on 20th feb 2019.
                                    2. If original filters are replaced how come only RO membrane only failed its operation within 3 months of replacement. And for new filters you are giving a warranty period of 1 yr for RO membrane and six months for other filters, if it is paid.
                                    3. If filter failed due to my hardness in my water. For first 1 year the machine was working fine. How come now the RO membrane only got failed within 3 months and all other filters are working fine.
                                    4. If the replaced filter is having only 3 months warranty, why your kent executive confirmed me the filters will work for atleast 6 months.
                                    5. Why as a customer i am not eligible to know the escalation matrix. If the issue is not resolved i should know the escalation matrix. If you are not providing escalation matrix you should solve / answer the queries at your desk.
                                    6. Who has issued that letter i want to know the details of the person who signed the letter.on what basis he has issued that letter to me. I neither post any post related to this issue in any social media, nor block any of your service team to check the faulty machine.
                                    7. When can I expect a reply for the above queries.

                                    The above questions are unanswered from 24th may 2019 to till date. Pl answer these questions in this forum. Let others also know the activities of kent .

                                    If the issue is not with kent i would have got the reply in a day or two. Why there is a delay for more than 20 days.

                                    I have purchased a kent ro on 10jun 2018 Rs 15500 day after yesterday it has stopped working and have raised a request for service and spoke to the service person, and he told that some dust chocked in fliter you can purchase one more filter tube in it that time ro was working fine now i am facing same problem with in 2 days i m Fed up with Kent RO service with in a month. Such a bad experience, have never experienced with any other product service like this..still problem is not solved i m really fed up. 10 times Machine engineer is visited in one year

                                        Now service agent comes and said buy new additional filter for 700/- then may be your complaint resolved
                                        I want company to bear these expenses and they misguided me while purchasing RO.
