I have registered complaint with Kent RO via calling CS team on 2nd June[protected] for two machines about leakage from Tank. After long hurdle technician visit on 5th June but no luck issue was not resolved, keep on following up with CS team to send a senior technician to fix the issue. But no luck. No one turned up. Repairing Kent RO is a up hill task. After selling products they don't have minimum courtesy to customer. Almost 3 weeks i am struggling... Arrogant CS team, Un trained Service engineers all makes customer life hell.

This is the beauty of your service, None of the engineer visited my premises, this is the 3rd time they are closing the ticket without resolving the issue. Pathetic service, horrible CS support team, altogether maker customer life hell...

My machine got fault on 30th May, i am following up with Service Technician Mr Tirupathi, after getting no response then i open a case with Kent CS team, then also no luck frequent followup talk to senior CS team none of the service engineer visited my place, finally send email that also not addressed.

All these days we are struggling for water.

I fixed the issue calling technician from outside..

Thanks again making Kent Customers life so miserable. I did a wrong decision buying Kent RO..Will not recommend Kent RO to any one...

Hope you folks are reading my comments and giving reply..

My case is assign to Universal Pure Water Solutions. None of the technician attended my case. I got a call from Mr Tirupati yesterday only... Case was opened on 2nd June. Getting call from technician yesterday June 15th.. This is the beauty of your service.

As mentioned above "I fixed the issue calling technician from outside.."

No more help required from you folks.. because i struggled enough...

    We are using your product. Now since last few months small insects are going inside. We have registered complaint with your local representative, they have send service engineere twice, but he is unable to solve our problem.

      I have launched complain for servicing my grand plus RO unit 10 days before. They are giving SR no[protected] initially, but they are cancelled that request no without my knowledge. Then I have contact Customer care, again they are giving new S.R. no[protected] which was also cancelled from there end. Kent company fooling me from last 15 days and there is no separate grievances redressal policy available in Kent to escalate consumer complaints further to top management.

        Pl find the attached notice given to me from Kent. I want to know which social media I have published this complaint. From last week of January my machine was not working no one replied no one came for inspection. If you go through the below chain mail you can know the history of the prob.

        After a long and continuous follow up the filters has been replaced on 20th feb. It was not working after that 24th may. I hope after replacing the filter it was fault within six months. Now also I am waiting for your reply not published in any social media. I would like to take it to social media with all these mail evidence what are all the things you have done to me and what are the data you forged me to tell I am not customer of Kent.

        Now surprisingly the attached letter came stating that I have published in social media and I am not letting your team to check the machine. These are all false statement which I can even prove. For all visits they have given the acknowledgement.

        In my earlier mail also I asked what action you have done to close the call. You didn't reply till now. That mail was sent to you 3days before.

        Pl confirm what action done to close my complaint. My issue is still on. Whether this will be solved or not. Based on your reply I will take it up further.

        Kent has confirmed that they will not replace the filters i have to pay and get it replaced. But while changing filters on Feb they confirmed that it will work for 6 months.

        2 things i would like to do from kent.
        1.apology letter to be signed by that individual who have signed the below document.
        2. New machine to be replaced with warranty from the date of installation.

        My claim is you have not replaced original parts. For that till now i didn't get any response that you have replaced only original parts. If original parts has been replaced how come it has not worked for atleast 6 months. Due to non original parts replacement all other parts in the machine is getting damaged. That was the claim and so the whole machine to be replaced. I didn't get the response to any of my queries. Mr.bhaskar talked to me in the morning and he said he will give a written mail related to this subject. He talked to me at 12 o clock. He said he will give the mail in 10 minutes. Now the time is 2.30 till now the mail has not been received. This shows how kent executive is working with commitment.

        While replacing the filter on 20th Feb the executive from kent confirmed it will work atleast for 6 months. But now within 3 months the filter got failed.

        If really prob with my water my other filters should also gone . But my prefilter outside the machine has not been replaced from the date of installation ie. 1.5 yrs it was working. The sediment filter, carbon filter and ro membrane replaced at 20th Feb 2019. How come only RO membrane only gone within 3 months. That is the costliest filter when compared to others. So only i doubt kent service engineer who has replaced the filter with non original product.

        Till now you have not responded which social media i am talking about this topic. If you give proper explanation for the above that will suffice to handle it legally. All the claims which you put on me is not at all true.

        Till now i. Am following this issue professionally. Even after bhaskar rejects my request of replacing filter with foc, i had asked for the next escalation person. He denied to provide that too.

        If the issue is not from kent side pl answer the following queries.

        1. Pl confirm whether original filters has been replaced last time on 20th feb 2019.
        2. If original filters are replaced how come only RO membrane only failed its operation within 3 months of replacement. And for new filters you are giving a warranty period of 1 yr for RO membrane and six months for other filters, if it is paid.
        3. If filter failed due to my hardness in my water. For first 1 year the machine was working fine. How come now the RO membrane only got failed within 3 months and all other filters are working fine.
        4. If the replaced filter is having only 3 months warranty, why your kent executive confirmed me the filters will work for atleast 6 months.
        5. Why as a customer i am not eligible to know the escalation matrix. If the issue is not resolved i should know the escalation matrix. If you are not providing escalation matrix you should solve / answer the queries at your desk.
        6. Who has issued that letter i want to know the details of the person who signed the letter.on what basis he has issued that letter to me. I neither post any post related to this issue in any social media, nor block any of your service team to check the faulty machine.
        7. When can I expect a reply for the above queries.

        The above questions are unanswered from 24th may 2019 to till date. Pl answer these questions in this forum. Let others also know the activities of kent .

        If the issue is not with kent i would have got the reply in a day or two. Why there is a delay for more than 20 days.

        I am going to raise the complaint in district consumer forum if I didn't get any response
        I have purchased a kent ro on 10jun 2018 Rs 15500 day after yesterday it has stopped working and have raised a request for service and spoke to the service person, and he told that some dust chocked in fliter you can purchase one more filter tube in it that time ro was working fine now i am facing same problem with in 2 days i m Fed up with Kent RO service with in a month. Such a bad experience, have never experienced with any other product service like this..still problem is not solved i m really fed up. 10 times Machine engineer is visited in one year

            Now service agent comes and said buy new additional filter for 700/- then may be your complaint resolved
            I want company to bear these expenses and they misguided me while purchasing RO.
            I want you to take strict action against this KENT COMPANY as they are misguiding customers and harrasing them for charging extra money

              Hello

              I am writing this complain for an incident happened with the service request #[protected] which I made it on 5th June 2016 at 8:22:33 PM. This is really a dangerous incident happened with your Kent RO Product (Serial Number - KR[protected]), check the below details.

              Last evening after I arrived home from the office, I saw the water was constantly dripping in good pressure inside the machine on top of electrical parts, soon after seeing it I turned off the RO System and raised a complaint instantly, as during that time no service engineers can visit my place to fix it so I booked the complaint for 6th June 2019 at 10 AM slot for first thing in the morning to get the machine fixed.

              Now, the engineer has visited and checked it & said the carbon cylinder has blasted inside which caused the leak and flow the water inside the machine. As per your engineers service or damage report or issue rectifier, because of that 3 of the cylinders have been damaged and need to be replaced in order to fix it for which I have to pay to the Kent amount Rs. 3700/-.

              Now, the issue here it is that I wouldn't have any issue in paying for the Carbon Cylinder or any other damage part if I wouldn't haven't taken care of the service or care to the machine properly then it is totally acceptable that I have to bare these expenses.

              However, I have booked for an issue that water was not filling in the tank properly and for routine servicing henceforth, the service was done 72 hours or on 3rd June 2019 around or between 11 AM to 12 Noon prior to this incident with the service request number #[protected], the engineer (Name: Sachin Agrahari) who visited said there is no issues as such everything is fine and did mild cleaning or servicing of only 2 of the Cylinders ONLY as per KENT SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS which the engineer said & nothing else was been serviced or checked including the electrical parts or other parts consumable or non consumable.

              He has again visited for the new service request #[protected] as well, since he said he can't do anything as I have to pay to fix/replace the cylinders for which I didn't agreed, so he has told me to speak with the customer care for further solution & I did and from there I ave been told by there senior or floor support that I have to speak with the Area Manager - Mr. Harjeet Singh or Mr. Sanjay, however, I got the chance to speak with the Harjeet Singh, and during the conversation the Sachin Agrahari (Engineer) was on the conference call with the customer support. I got the contact detail of Harjeet Singh from the engineer & made him the call & told about the whole incident.

              Just couple of days back near my place there have been a major incident due to short circuit and whole parking lot and lower building has been damaged by fire and created a chaotic situation luckily there was no casualties in that incident by grace of god. This incident might have taken a different role in almost similar to the incident happened at my neighbor & definitely this could have made casualties the reason why because I leave my home for work early morning & behind that my old mother who is also an Rheumatoid Arthritis patience and has difficulty in walking & a mentally challenged brother who would not have any idea to what to do in such situation in which he can't workout the situation.

              Getting back to Mr. Harjeet Singh who is very impolite and unprofessional high management executive who don't understand the seriousness of the issue nor he wants to listen to the situation on how to deal with it also does have a very highly argumentative character, as per him the cylinders choking & blasting inside the machine is very common & can happen even within since the 15 minutes if replaced by new cylinder as well, however, the machine is running on low voltage so as per Mr Harjeet Singh this can't make any accident from incident after knowing all the RO is been installed in the kitchen where there is highly flammable LPG cylinders & other high voltage electrical appliances such as microwave, refrigerator etc.

              As per Mr. Harjeet Singh Kent can't do anything in such situation even if the service is done hours back, Kent service system of giving the resolution is very lame & unprofessional after fixing the issue or service consumer don't have any time to check for at least 24 hours as well, as per your company norm you think if any issue can happen it can happen in 5-10 only while the engineers are there present & DEMANDS for the RESOLVED OTP.

              I want my whole machine to be replace by a NEW one as I can't any risk with this machine & MY FAMILY IN DANGER BEHIND MY ABSENCE also want a STRICT ACTION to be taken on HARJEET SINGH.

              If Kent can't or fails to replace the machine replace my machine ten I have to go on legal grounds to make things happen as this is totally about my family safety & I am not going to take any kind of risk in whatsoever. I want to deal this situation in utmost priority.

              Looking for ASAP resolution.

                Last September representative from Kent sold me AMC for one years. while giving receipt, I asked him why he is not giving KENT Receipt(in receipt company name was Lucky Enterprises ), he told me that his company having tie up with KENT Ro and this is the only procedure if we have to buy AMC outside Delhi, since he is the same person visited my service calls multiple times I believed that he is a part of KENT, I also spoke to customer service...

                I'd logged a service request - [protected] ten days ago with Kent Customer Care.
                I'd called them five times so far. No technician visited us.
                I'd called the office that installed the product three months ago at our house. No technician has visited us yet.
                They assured us of free service for up to four years - not even four months, this Kent Grand Star supposedly the best as suggested by them, has stopped functioning properly. Water has been overflowing even after turning off the switch. I've closed the inlet water valve now. Amidst all the water crisis, why would they want to wait for ten days (as of 6th June) to fix an issue and they call themselves the best in the market.
                Every time I'd asked for an escalation matrix, I was not provided with one. I was assured that someone from the senior team would contact me but no one till date has reached out to me. The last call I made, I was put on hold for almost 20 minutes saying that I was to be conferenced with someone appropriate, but nobody showed up.
                Such pathetic services I've never seen earlier.

                    I shifted my house on 2nd june and had dismantled the kent pearl. During dismantling the service engineer was quick to come within 1 hour, did nothing and took 300rs. I have raised a request to reinstall the kent pearl in new house and the agent named mansi told that the request is high priroity and served within 8 hrs. But till now no response from the service engineer. The most fraud part is the engineer basavanna who came for dismantling the request was allocated to same person and he says he does not have drilling machine and cannot come. The customer service team is totally big fraud team as they keep repeatedly saying the technician will come in 4 hrs, 8 hrs randomly.

                    There is saying "A Dogs tail cannot be made straight". Even after two days passed no proper response from your end. The technician who was allocated Mr Shiva Roman. This buggers tells me he is coming in 1hour. But ultimately like all u Fraud technician does not turn up . I kept following up with these fraud person but no luck. Really pissed off with you people.

                      I had purchased a kent water purifier on 5th june 2018. On 30th may 2019 i called the kent service centre as the water taste after using the filter was bad. The service technician came on 1st june and apparently sorted the problem. On 2nd june i called kent again as the water stopped coming from the filter. Kent technician paltu visited my place made me pay rs 500 for a change in iron filter. On 4th june evening my filter stopped working again, plus the water taste was not good ever since. I would like to point out, that every time i register a service request kent would send me a 5 digit otp which i would provide to the technician to close the request. This time since the request was placed from 30th may, i decided not to give the otp as the taste of water was still not good even after the change of filter. I’d clearly told him that, but he insisted that the machine was fine. On 4th june 2019 night the filter stopped working again. On calling kent they told me the warranty has expired and now i have to pay for everything. I would like to point out, firstly my first request was placed on 30th may 2019. The technician clearly had not sorted my issue or maybe was waiting for my warranty to pass and then charge me for the future repairs. This is so not fair. I am a consumer who does not have much idea about the machine. So what kent is doing is that the first one year of guarantee they just sent inferior quality technicians, to just pull through the guarantee period or maybe the technicians are trained to do that. Once the guarantee ends? They will charge extra for everything so that i’m bound to purchase the amc immediately. This is not the acceptable quality of service. If i have registered a complaint on 30th may, they should not charge me for the same problem saying that warranty has expired as they have only delayed it.

                        I have registered problem with Kent RO via calling on their customer care number on Friday about leakage from Tank. They have sent a technician on Saturday 01/06/2019. He has told us that there is any issue in all filters which have been blocked because of which motor / pump is not working. So he has changed all filters worth Rs. 4600. Now after 2 days, same problem appears today i.e. 04/06/2019. I have called Kent RO registered a complain. But response is "jo karke gaya wohi solve karega yeh issue". So i have called same technician, he has come and inspected again. And now he is telling motor/pump needs to replace for same issue which I have registered on friday. So, its clear case of fraud by Kent RO and its technician.

                          It is very disappointing to tell that the kent purifier broke down within 30 mins of the first service. The incident occured on 20/03/2019, we had called the technician for a regular service. The technician visited us and dismantled the purifier to check the filter. After assembling the purifier he was supposed to properly put back in the designated place which was installed earlier (The installation initially was also done by kent technician). After the service, within 30 mins the purifier fell down on the ground breaking the slab. The slab is completely damaged and the incident has happened only because of the irresponsibility of the technician. Due to this i had to replace the complete slab and which costed me 6000. I urge you to refund the money back as this is a faulty service from a kent technician. I have contacted kent service through email multiple times but i haven't received proper response. Hence, i am writing this to you, with the hope that you will intervene, take some kind of action and provide a solution to this nuisance.

                            I hv two issues but majorly i will start with technician behaviour which made insecure. He ws very rude, rijid & was carrying expired i-card. The moment he opened ro he said all parts are not working so gv me 4000/ to change the parts but we refused. Then we showed him our amc paper so he said its not from kent so gv me 300/... Jo main leke hi jaunga. I ws shocked to see his behaviour. We tried to chk amc since we allways call kent so howcome sm other person came in the name of kent. Since yday i tried 3-4 times tk chk vd any sen of kent but only today when i insisted soo much one person came on line... All kent employees are not ready to listen complaint, they are favoring kent but my query is who came to my home in feb & took 2300/...
                            2300 /is taken from apex as per bill... Apex is saying they were merged with kent but only 2 months bk merger got...
                            My most imp query... Technician who came to my home yday with expired i card & tried over smartly, very scary man... I have complaint against kent ro...

                              I had a complaint of water leaking from the bottom. On custome care complaint they sent service person from aqua world who suggested to replace all filter parts costing ~5 k. This was on 28th feb 2019. Just in 3 months same problem again & with same procedure, service person from different company inspected, said ro is cracked and left saying he will transfer the ticket to aqua world company. Don't understand just in 30 days product goes bad and now no response from customer care.

                                Hey, i purchased kent ro 6 months back. I stopped working 4 to 5 times in that period. Last time i called kent service technician he changed parts unnecessarily and charged me 2500 rs for that. So i purcased it for 16000 and now i have charged 2500 that too my product is in warranty. So i want to make all you aware of their # service and how this company is doing fraud with customers. Basically don't ever buy kent. You will be regretting yourself.

                                  Hi.. The ro was overflowing without switching on the mains.. It's been more than a month we are calling and nobody coming for the service... We (Husband and wife) are both working and can only get the service on weekends but the person comes on weekdays and then cancels the request saying nobody was present... It's been 5 weeks we are not able to use ro properly... Is there any email id for grievance redressal... Please tell me the solution to this problem

                                    We called ro customer service center today and technician visited. He suggested us to change the filter, as per him filter was not working properly.
                                    When i asked warranty period for filter then he said 3 months. We checked our previous bill and figure out that we are in warranty period then he denied to replace. Can you please ask someone to visit and replace the filter.
