My kent purifier filter has burst within 5 months and there is noresolution. Customer care is extremely rude and say whatever you want to do you do, we can not do anything about it. If you want you can stop using the filter (Cost 18k). I have spent more than 10k in last one year on parts and service. How can the body of the filter burst. Have the started manufacture so sub standard product?

For service, received OTP NO- 77556 date 17th May 19, your Technician took RA- 300/-(Three Hundred) from me. Why ! wrote to me reason.If, changed candle, how much will charged. please, sent to me information an early.

    My Kent ro membrane was changed on 11 Feb 2019 for RS 2500 and again ruptured on 25 may and was again recharged. The person in charge sahibabad Mr sriram was not willing to listen and said that it can rupture even again and if after one day after 3 months it will be recharged... The membrane was faulty in the sense that normally (even with local ro) it works for more than one year and this machine is getting so costly for me (even after AMC).. I THINKK KENT IS FOOLING PEOPLE BY BRANDNAME.

      I was purchase kent sterling+ mineral ro on 23.07.2018 and installed on 26.07.2018 against inv no: kr[protected], product code" 11053 but facing leakage problem from 2nd day of installation. Within this ten months at least 20 times service engineer came to repair same but not resolved. After every alternate seven to ten days the leakage problem has persist.

      I have been regular request to replace same but not care my request and send service engineer to repair it. I have already pay frequently money to replace of parts. Due to heavy leakage all my faulty product all my wooden work has been damaged. I have already loose huge money due to that.
      Please do not purchase the product the product is totally faulty product

        I got this product installed in january 19. Since last 1 month we have been seeing large number of ants coming out of this grand plus purifier. Service engineer visited today and said that ants being small insect can enter the purifier from anywhere. Fact is we had another purifier for 9 years and never faced such issue. My family is now exposed to this health hazard. Please take back this product and refund entire amount in cash/ online

          Sir/madam,

          I have purchased kent gold purifier, there is bad water smell after purification through kent gold. After repeated calls to customer care service nothing will improve even membrane of the kent gold not available in coimbatore region. At the time of technician visit on 22 apr 19 after near one month he suggest me to clear the membrane. I have done it for near 10 times but still there is some medicine like smell in water after purification.

            Kent representative from pearl infotech sold amc to me on 25/06/18 which is valid till 25/06/19 without kent receipt. He gave a receipt of amc on pearl infotech receipt only. Today there was an issue with the kent system and the representative didn't want to change any filter until i renew for next one year. Though my current amc is still valid, the representative didn't want to change any filter saying everything is fine. As per agreement with amc, multiple services were promised and full free replacement of the parts. It is almost one year and no one wants to do the service if we already have amc. Looks like this a big fraud of just collecting the money and not show up for one year until renewal.

              No response from Kent Support after replacement of parts, robbed my Rs. 4050 without any problem in my system and replaced faulty parts. Now, taste of water is not up to the mark. Very Poor support from kent. They also sent wrong text messages about support, they also asked for feedback without any technician visit and generates new one on poor feedback and declears tesolve from their end only.

                  We registered installation new kent ro through kent service centre on 15.05.2019. Engineer visit for installation, during installation he found 3 way connector and valve were missing. Engineer demand for charge pay for missing items but not paid this charge from my side due to amount already paid after purchasing kent ro then engineer retrun back without installation. We have registered several times complaints in kent service centre regarding this above issue but not responding the above issue and not resolve the my issue till now

                    I am using a kent ro. This time i had a problem in the ro. Water was leaking. I called the company person. He replaced i part. To my surprise after a few hours i noticed that the ro is nt working. I again called the company centre. Now he said there is another part damaged. This is for the second or third time. Everytime they come for service some other part is damaged after they leave. It is just because of their carelessness ir cleverness. This is rubbish as i always cl company person.

                        Few day before i was interested for a demo of kent ro purifier. The technician came into my house. I talked over phone and said please talk with my mom /dad and tell them how purifiers work. I choose one product if i am satisfied. Next day he called us and i said i am interested in other company products. Having heard this he came misbehave over phone. For his behaviour i cancelled the order which i never done. I never said him that you are giving demo and i will purchase.
                        Today he came again my house and misbehave with my mom using slang languages.

                        Is this way you deal with customers? How dare him to attack personally? How can you pressurise customers having threaten them? I am very much disappointed with this incident.

                          Within one year of purchase of kent ro, service tech asked for replacement of membrane and all filters. I told him about warranty period
                          . He just cleaned the filter and went back.
                          2. Now after one year, i requested for service, same agency fellow called up. I requested for another person.
                          3. This guy came who looking like total ignorant and rude, asked my cook at home that all candles and membrane needs to be changed.
                          4. I spoke to him and asked if everything was fine why should you need to change membrane. He asked for rs 7000 for service. But later on he did not membrane and took rs1600.
                          5. Now for every one litre of water it wastes 25 litre of water and lot of moisture inside the cover.
                          6. Given email to md today. We sell 15 to 20 kent ro every month along with other models. I will stop all kent ro sale henceforth.
                          7. Udaipur service is worst in india.

                          I have called about 100 times but they told that we are highlighting my case but after 15 days the problem not solved.My kent ro is under warranty.But they dnt treat .

                            I have bought kent pearl 8-litre mineral ro+uv+uf water purifier from amazon (It seems worst mistake of my life to believe on kent should have gone for others brand which provide good service as well) on 10th of may 2019 raised the request for installation case no:[protected] thought of get done by saturday wait whole saturday got message its get done by morning 10 am then another message get done by 12 m then for 4:30 pm on sunday i did not got any call so call by myself got a reply sunday it will get done, wait for whole sunday no one came. Called on monday again customer (+91-[protected]) care told today any how it will be done set my request on high priority as expected no one came on monday as well... Waiting till now but for sure never ever will buy any kent product in my life again... Done with its service

                              I took an amc from kent early this year. One week back, i raised a service request. They said they will send some body. No one came and they cancelled the request. Then again i raise a service request and they said they will send someone. I got an sms with service engineer name and a call from the local authorised partner. But no one came and again they cancelled the request. When i called a third time, kent is saying that
                              1) they don't have amc and this has nothing to do with them
                              2) and that i should contact local partner if i want amc to be honored

                              This is the worst customer service that i have faced and horrible horrible people. When we call, they just put you on hold

                                I had problem with my filter and called kent customer care who sent technician from its authorised service centre raindrops services, bommanahalli, bangalore. The technician asked us to get amc done for 8500 after which he changed the membranes/pipes and took the old ones. Still the filter is not working properly. He didn't even mount the filter back on wall and left saying he will come next day. Its been more than four days, he or the raindrop centre guys are not picking the calls. No one showed up. We are cheated with amc amount and want kent to look into this matter seriously.

                                  I have purchased kent grand plus ro water purifier in october 2016, from that time i'm always getting it serviced by kent authorised service centre. On 5th may service technician told to change diaphragm pump which was working good. Afterwards from outside technician i got ro repaired by only changing membrane and not pump. This way kent mist have replaced many parts which were actually not required to be changed in last 2.5 years. I'm attaching video of the service technician from kent who insisted to change pump.

                                    As per above written subject service engineer replace used membrane & in line filter as a result water leakage from membrane elbow after 28 days of service, please resister my complain & resolve it as soon as possible, we can not aspect a service engineer of brand like kent to do as unethical activity.

                                      I have bought kent grand plus ro on 11.04.19 from first day minerals meter not working as well as pump has also not been working properly. Accordingly, i have lodge complain on very first day for the same. Thereafter, technicians in chain series... One... Another one... Another one visited but all of them were failed to fix the issue. Finally, company dealer assured me to replace the same with new one but till date neither it has been replaced nor any technician visited after making so many calls to cc, regional manager and local dealer.

                                        It been two times service guys behaviour is very rude, he don't know how to talk to customer.

                                        Today (5/10/2019) service guy called me and asked which time he can visit.
                                        I asked him to come on next day. Soon after 30mins his manager called me and asked whether he can visit today to which i said yes but only after 6pm as at that time i will be back from office.

                                        After half an hour service guy again called me and talked rudely as you asked me to come tomorrow and what did you told to my manager (His pitch were very high as of he was literally scolding me)
                                        This is bing second incident were he is talking rudely with me.
