Purchased kent auto soft 11039 on 16th march'2019 and the same was installed on 21st march'2019 with an additional purchase of plumbing items about 7500 rupees which was advised by your technician ranadheer reddy; after installation we noticed that there is severe pressure drop, as it is taking 3hrs to fill one sintex tank were it use to take only 24 mints to fill before installation of kent softener. Hence we parked your softener by turning off the tap.

I contacted your technician (Ranadeer reddy) with a great difficult as he rarely answer my phone and explained the situation and he advised stating that he will install the softener at overhead tank with booster which improves the pressure and also wants to visit my place only my presence accordingly i made myself available on saturday & sunday (13th&14th apr'19.

13th apr'19, morning i called but he replied stating that he is occupied and agreed to visit on 14th apr'19, accordingly i called on 14th apr'19 morning he replied stating that he will visit at my place by 11am and since 12pm i was trying to reach to his phone but he was not responding my call and have waited for him with great hope till 5pm by parking all my works.

After spending about 80000 inr which includes softener, segment filter, plumber fee and plumbing items i have to park your softener without using due to improper installation.

Neither sales (Regional manager) nor technician or call center is responding, so where have to go now to resolve this issue.

Today i even wrote an email to mahesh gupta and hoping for solution.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    I have purchased the kent ro ace model in november through the flipkart. As per the company policy my machine is in warranty period. I have register routine service many times through the kent service app still not getting routine service from kent ro system each time they told this time your request will get served but in practice they are cancelling the request by there side each time.
    I think they are just trying to fullish the costumer i think they fill the customer is living in rural area so they can easily avoid to go there.
    I also contacted them through kent service helpline 4-5 times within the period of month.
    Because of not getting service my kent water purifier is stop working so who is responsible for that?
    Every thing has tolerance but this is just out of tolerance these things from from one of the reputed company is just unacceptable.

      I have raised service request with customer care and within couple of days someone called us regarding this and came to our home for doing the service. After the service he has asked us to take amc and i agreed for it considering cost savings. He has collected 8200 and gave us receipt as well. And later to my surprise i found service is really bad and then tried to call him. Getting always switched off or not reachable. Meanwhile i raised complaint with kent again. Some other agent calls me for service and says it would be charged as warranty period is expired. I told him that i have taken amc and he says it is not authorized one. Please look into issue on urgent basis. I am also attaching receipt provided by amc for your reference.

        I purchased Kent Grand Star from the dealer shared by Kent Customer Care. On Installation, i found mineral indicator to be defective. Technician who visited found the problem to be mother board being defective.

        Asked Dealer to replace the machine with new ones. Dealer (Senthil Murugan - Chennai Phone number: [protected] ) agreed to replace with new machine. They sent employees to remove machine in my place and brought old machine without carton box or seal stating it is brand new.
        On reaching to customer service: [protected], they are asking to call sales number : [protected] . On contacting sales, they are asking to call service number. On mailing to both Sales & services email id: [protected]@kent.co.in and [protected]@kent.co.in, there is no response. I want refund of my amount after seeing this pathetic service.

        How to escalate this and handle this issue for refund.

        Zonal officer from Kent RO called me up. He spoke very rudely and was trying to defame. We are already undergoing Mental Agony after buying this Kent RO which is not working for past 10+ days and we have registered complaint.

        Kent team came yesterday to remove the machine and took the machine. Later in the evening, came with a machine claiming to be new without a carton box. When enquired Kent team mentioned that only items shared can be replaced . Parallelly when enquired with customer care - they informed not to accept the machine if that was without carton box. Not sure as to why the team took only machine without asking for Guarantee card / carton and how come new machine can be delivered without Guarantee card / carton.

        Without solving this issue, Zonal officer himself speaks rudely supporting their team. Moreover he claimed that Mr.Senthil Murugan is not a dealer and is a KENT employee and he cannot sell Kent RO machines. Attached are the images from Kent App and Kent messaging system which lists Senthil Murugan as a dealer without address whereas other dealers have address.

        I’m afraid to talk to this team anymore who are threatening, rude and trying to blame others for their mistakes. Please refund the amount for having such a bad customer experience ASAP. Please take the carton box (that was torn down by the person who came for installation)/Guarantee card .

        I have not yet received my refund . Kent happens to have closed my customer care complaints. They owe Rs.20, 500 and they are yet to refund the amount.

        There is no response on Kent service customer care number and also sales customer care number.
        I have emailed to both [protected]@kent.co.in and also [protected]@kent.co.in, no response there as well.

        On 26/04/2019, Lucky electrical and electronic person called me and mentioned he will courier DD in my name deducting 400rs (DD for 20, 100Rs).
        Today morning ( 29/04/2019) he mentioned Chandra Mohan, Kent area manager will collect DD from him and call me directly to hand over DD.

        Today evening(29/04/2019) he is stating Kent company asked him not to courier and Kent company will collect the DD from him. On enquiring about mentioned Chandra Mohan, he states he doesn't know. He also added stating Kent company informed there are few more spare parts of Kent left at my resident and Kent wants to come collect the remaining spare parts in exchange of DD. Could you let know what are those remaining spare parts to be collected ?

        There are different stances used at different times even by your distributors. Could you please update on the refund status and when DD will be handed over to me

        I called lucky electronics who contacted me. He mentioned he will return DD to area zonal manager Sanju Mohan.
        I haven't heard from Kent on any updates. Calls to Kent sales and services are not attended and are being directed to bhairava agencies technician.
        It's close to a month now after team took the Kent grand star. I am yet to receive my Rs.20500

        It's more than 1 month after my machine has been removed. My registered request to Kent service and sales customer service phone numbers are being cancelled.
        Email to Kent customer care are not responded.
        I'm wondering if this is a company in first place. Why would someone have such a pathetic and illegal customer service at the first place.
        I can't tolerate this further.

          Hi team,

          This is just to inform you that as far as the installation of the kent ro from the engineer was not done properly with complete risk of equipment etc. Their work and behavior was not satisfactory and they humiliated us and said there is no consumer court in india, go wherever you want to go and even as i spoke to asm of the company for help even he said the same thing that there is no consumer court in india.
          Please take this matter on priority it is a kind request.

            The annual maintenance cost is so high, with service maintenance contract it comes to about 50% of the cost of the r. O. Every year. The candles are priced so high that it has become prohibitive now. The candles are not available in the open market. The manufactures are taking consumer for a ride by not advising in advance the maintenance cost per year.

              I am using kent ace water filter for last 2 years, had some water quality issues in jan 2019. Service technician came and replaced the filters which costed around 5050 rupees including visiting charges. Technician told that there is an 3 months warranty for replaced spare parts.
              After 2 weeks, filter stopped providing the water, placed an sr again for which the technician came and replaced some 50 rupees spare and charged 300 as visiting charges.
              Its not even 3 months, i am hearing some beep sounds from the filter. As per the manual, it is an indication of filters replacement. I called up the customer care to register a complaint on the issue, but they are unwilling to send the technician without payment of visiting charges.
              My concern is that because of kent spares quality issues, customers are made to pay for service charges which is really unfair and is the wrong policy of kent.

                  I have purchased Kent ro water purifier on 15 April 2018 and now my product is in warranty period and some days back I was facing water leakage problem in my Kent ro so I register a service request throught Kent website to visit in my home and repair the product
                  Next day the creative services for service
                  (4094415 \16 [protected] [protected]) which is in Raipur called me from this number ([protected]) and told me that your ro Kent machine can not be coverd into warranty as you have repaired at with a local technician as if you want service you need to pay for it
                  When I asked them from where you got this information they told me that they got a call from this number ( [protected]) as he inform . When I call back in the same numbers to know what's the matter he told me that he has not told to anyone about this and also he has not visited I my house once also.
                  Aftee then when I again call the creative services delar he told me that its not their concene I should contect to customer care and his behaviour was very rude thowards me
                  After then again I call customer care rewarding my complaint status they told me that you have repair your ro with local technician so now your ro will not be coverded into warranty so I told that that's not true and also ask them to talk with senior manager after talking them they told me that their was a misunderstanding with the delaer so you have to face this issue now the technician will visit you house Tommorow and your machine is still in warranty period. Now it's almost 3 days completed no body visited I my house and I am still facing the same problem. So pls help me in this

                    One of the most bad experience using kent ro. You can buy one seeing the ads on tv but after 1 year you will realize what trouble you have bought.
                    Each year you have to change basically the complete machine filters which will cost you 4-5 k. Each year you are wasting more than that on service issues etc.
                    So if you want to buy kent ro remember to opt for a yearly emi of 5k as that is the cost minimum you need to may to make it running.

                      I purchased kent grand star via dealer shared by kent customer care - senthil murugan from chennai.
                      Upon installation mineral indicator started swinging left and right. On checking with technician, dealer, both asked to wait for 2 days. After 2 days raised customer complaint and technician mentioned mother board is defective and has to be replaced.

                      Why would brand new machine have defective mother board. On requesting to replace machine, customer care asked to directly deal with dealer. Dealer is not co ordinating and has been behaving unprofessional. When asked for eta, dealer team claims we would have opened kent machine and spoiled mother board ourselves.
                      Why in the world customer would do this and put all hassle on himself.

                      Employees who came to install an old machine as replacement did not behave professionally when queried for missing carton box with seal and mentioned do what you can to handle the problem and eloped with asked to speak with customer care.

                      There is no response for emails sent to KENT ro service/sales official email id. Instead as mentioned on April 16, got a call from Zonal manager threatening and defaming through out call. When asked him to respond to email, continued to shout and threaten at the pitch of his voice stating he is legal representative of Kent RO.

                      I have not yet received my refund . How can you close the ticket ?
                      There is no response on your service customer care number and also sales customer care number.
                      I have emailed to both [protected]@kent.co.in and also [protected]@kent.co.in, no response there as well.

                      Last week, you happened to have closed all my customer care complaints still holding my Rs.20500 with you. Such a pathetic customer care service.

                      On 26/04/2019, Lucky electrical and electronic person called me and mentioned he will courier DD in my name deducting 400rs (DD for 20, 100Rs).
                      Today morning ( 29/04/2019) he mentioned Chandra Mohan, Kent area manager will collect DD from him and call me directly to hand over DD.

                      Today evening(29/04/2019) he is stating Kent company asked him not to courier and Kent company will collect the DD from him. On enquiring about mentioned Chandra Mohan, he states he doesn't know. He also added stating Kent company informed there are few more spare parts of Kent left at my resident and Kent wants to come collect the remaining spare parts in exchange of DD. Could you let know what are those remaining spare parts to be collected ?

                      There are different stances used at different times even by your distributors. Could you please update on the refund status and when DD will be handed over to me

                        I have purchased kent grand plus and logged ticket for installation on high priority on saturday morning.

                        I have been waiting for technician and kent promised me it will be done within 48 hours. I was provided name of technician and he refused to come stating he is movie theater and cannot come. Moreover, technician behaved rudely and asking me why i am calling him rather his manager should call him.

                        48 hours past and no installation has been done. I have contacted service center and tried to follow up till 8 pm but only i got false promise and fake update from kent.

                        Post 2 days, technician called for time for installation.
                        I have refused to install and requested to take the product back.

                        Kent sr department told me once product is sold, it's not possible to return regardless service was provided or not.

                        I am requesting to take the product back since kent could not fulfill promise to install within 48 hours or give me compensation on the entire harassment.

                          I have purchased one kent ro grand plus in 15500 in july, 18 from amazon after verifying warranty for 1 year and service warranty for 3 years. However, today i. E on 07th april 2019 when still 3 months warranty is left company service engineer charged rs. 1000 for 2 filter and as per him warranty on filter is 6 months. When warranty on filter is 6 months then why the company is advertising waranty for one year, even i have checked amazon account today also for this product still its showing warranty 1 year plus service warranty 3 years. I want the. Company should be penalised for wrong advertisement. They have no authority to cheat customer. And i want my amount to be returned immediately and company should take his ro back. I. E. 15500 product cost and 1000 paid extra for parts replacement

                            I purchased kent prime tc ro on 4 dec 2016. On 9 dec 2018 i requested service and they changed the candle. The price, they charged is rs 4050. After service the sensor stopped work. So i complained and the problem remains same. Again it stopped working, so i complained. They came on 21 jan 2019 and again charged rs 1235 but still the problem remains same. Now after 4 to 5 hrs of running the machine i am unable to collect 2 bottle of water. After continious running the machine doesnot stops and the water doesnot fill inside the vessel. So worst repairing work is done by kent. They are charging money only. Please solve this issue.                             No one from kent side contacted me for the above said issue. Whenever you will call to customer care they will first inform that the service charge will rs 300. Whatever your problem is, whether they are solved or not, whether you are satisfied or not you pay the service charge. Each time they come they will tell one more item got damaged so again pay extra amount. Waah kent good policy to extract money from customers.

                            I personally recommend never go for kent. Its better move to aquaguard.

                              Hello,

                              I am using kent ro grand plus from last 5 years and we noticed that they provide faulty items and after every servicing there is issue with the machine and it completely stops working. 2 days back i took service by replacing all the filters which costs rs. 5250 when my machine was working fine and within one hour after replacement we notices burning smell and stopped working after the spark inside the machine and again they charged rs 1000 to replace the product which happened due to technicians mistake. The same issue we faced on my earlier one service. When i refused to give the closure otp technician said the without otp you won't get the warranty and i am tricked to share otp instead of bad service.

                                Last week, i raised a service request for repairing the water leakage in the filter. As a result, a technician visited and said that filters, along with the pump needed to be replaced. He charged 4100 for these. While mounting the filter, i asked the technician to do it properly. However, while filling water from filter in the evening, the filter all of a sudden fell and slightly injured my hand. Who will pay for the damage caused to the filter? I would like to register a complain against kent for providing such a callous and irresponsible service to customer and charging a hefty amount for that. I would like to escalate this to all levels.

                                  I am using kent max water purifier sr no KR[protected]. On 25th march i had registered an complaint, case no[protected]. My case was assigned to s r l enterprises, sector 4 bokaro. 2 technicians came mr ompraksh and vikrant and they changed uv lamp but still there was some issue.He said he will come next day as he didn't have spare for smps. same problem occurred on 28th march. I called them but no one came till 2nd april. Again mr omprakash came and tested with new smps and done some shorting of wires o[censored]v lamp. But problem not solved. He again said that problem is with wiring but he don't have spare and he left. It been 8 days and i wass calling s r l enterprises many times everyone assured but problem not solved. Finally i had to call other kent servicing shop named Naman enterprises. One technician came and he found that uv lamp was again damaged due to wrong shorting of wire which was done by ompraksh. He said wrong shorting could have damaged the proccessor also.He connected new wire and replaced the uv lamp. Now my water purifier is working fine. I want my refund of ₹800 which was claimed by ompraksh as he have not solved my probelm and he damged a new uv lamp by wrong shorting of wire. I am sending a photo of shorting which was done by him.

                                    I called the ro service centre on saturday 30th march on this number[protected]. They conveyed we will send some technician
                                    They asked me to do online complaint
                                    Since the people living there are senior citizens they could not register online.
                                    So the online complaint was registered on 1st april
                                    Till 3 rd april evening 5 o clock no service technician came. So i called the above mentioned number and i had a verbal argument that since 5 days no one has come. First response was technician is on leave.
                                    Second response was our job is only noting the complaint
                                    Third response was talk to mr robin jain
                                    So i spoke to robin jain and a technician came
                                    He said the membrane is choked and has to be replaced.
                                    So i requested to do it on urgent basis as since 5 days there is no drinking water
                                    The person asked me to talk to robin jain both the technician and mr robin said that company has not sent spares so we don’t have it and when it will come we shall replace it.
                                    After arguing again they said the company doesn’t send spares on time.
                                    To make you understand water is an emergency requirement in this scorching summer heat
                                    Each day to leave work make minimum 3 calls is time consuming

                                      I had asked for a visit in 1 st week of march
                                      The technicians visited and no resolution was done.
                                      2 technicians had visited and highlighted that the reason i have been spending on changing parts of kent in past year is because the person who had fixed it was done wrongly may be on purpose this is how kent is cheating customers.
                                      I was made to speak to some manager too but no help no one turned up to rectify it and the complaint was closed with out resolution without my consent... Very poor services!!
                                      I have again reached out on customer care, but this being a new complaint again the technician wont know what happened before...
                                      I need you to open my previous complaint as it was not resolved... I need kent to look into it on priority as... A brand like kent cannot give services from a month and close complaints without resolving, the customers are suffering this way the technicians always come and charge us saying parts need change making money from innocent customers and kent does not bother to look into it!!

                                        Some defect has erupted in my kent ro model. Changed all filters in february 19 but it seems motor/pump of the system is not working. Several compaints have been registered since feb 19 but to no avail. Recently i submitted complaint no.[protected] on morning of 01-04-19 but no mechanic has attended so far. Since kent ro is not working, i am compelled to fetch water from neighbors for three days. Please take urgent action against service provider.

                                        My Kent Ro Serial No. KR [protected] is under AMC up to[protected]. Since its motor was not functioning, I raised a complaint No.[protected] on 08-02-19. The Service Engineer on visit, in stead of changing motor/pump unnecessarily changed Membrane, FRT, Ts & IC and charged Rs. 3750/- vide Receipt No. 1396672 dated 08-02-19. The problem still remained the same and several complaints were raised thereafter. The problem was complained again on 01-3-19(Morning) vide complaint No.[protected] but no service Engineer has attended so far even after 03 days. Please resolve issue urgently and refund Rs. 3750/- by removing new parts and installing my RO's old parts which are still available with me. Please change motor/pump immediately.

                                        No service Engineer has contacted or visited since 01-3-19 to till date(01.05 PM) to resolve complaint No.[protected]. SMPS & filters has been changed unnecessarily while problem is in motor/pump of RO. The charges paid should be refunded.
                                        After several maintenance of the RO, we are not getting satisfactory result. We have invested huge amount against maintenance.
