I purchasered kent ro in the month of jan 2019 (Last week). After two months it has stopped working.. And even after repetitive calls to service call centre till now they are unable to assign a person who can visit and look into the problems
Highly disappointed.
Irresponsible employees who are jsut buying time and replying rubbish on call
Problem with kent ro is :- motor having howling sound and no water getting stored in the tank
5 days yet no person is been assigned to resolve the issue

    It is very disappointing to tell that the kent purifier broke down within 30 mins of the first service. The incident occured on 20/03/2019, we had called the technician for a regular service. The technician visited us and dismantled the purifier to check the filter. After assembling the purifier he was supposed to properly put back in the designated place which was installed earlier (The installation initially was also done by kent technician). After the service, within 30 mins the purifier fell down on the ground breaking the slab. The slab is completely damaged and the incident has happened only because of the irresponsibility of the technician. Due to this i had to replace the complete slab and which costed me 6000. I urge you to refund the money back as this is a faulty service from a kent technician. I have contacted kent service through email multiple times but i haven't received proper response. Hence, i am writing this to you, with the hope that you will intervene, take some kind of action and provide a solution to this nuisance.

    Hi Team,

    Thanks for responding . I have not received any call or response for the issue I have mentioned below.As I have already mentioned in my complaint, my slab is broken and i had to replace the complete slab and which costed me 6000.I urge you to refund the money back as this is a faulty service and complete mistake from a kent technician.

      Dear Team...I purchased a kent RO water purifier dated 8.3.19 against full cash payments of Rs.18000/_ After installation this is the third time again leakage of water from machine...purifier is damaged & company person is not responding ...where as i put a complain to local installation person but today is 6th day no one is responding.I fully dissatisfied with the product & service provider. So I request to take product return n refund the full amount at earliest to resolve this issue pérmanently.Bill is also attached with this message.

      Dear Team ...Still my issue is not resolved...Requesting you all to kindly look into this matter on priority basis...as it is not even 30 days of product installation... this is third time i'm [censored]ing the problem ...received a call from ur officer while i told them to reschedule the call for tomorrow 2nd April...ur executive is denying...So kindly arrange to take back ur product & return my full money as i don't want to go with ur product anymore..

        Dear sir,
        I purchased kent ro grand+ on jan'2018. From the date of purchase, approx 5times i reported to customer care regarding change in taste of water. The technician comes everytime saying the tds levels are around 1700 in which kent cannot filter that much level of tds.. I asked kent technician and was informed high tds cannot be filtered. Why?

        Dear Kent team, today your service technician called for regular service but did not guaranteed issue resolution..
        I want to know what is the maximum TDS level that Kent can filter.. Because I don't want to spend any additional amount on membrane change and all as membrane had been changed 2 times in the span of 10 months but the reliability stood for not even 2 months. So I don't have any trust in spending additional 4000/- for membrane change which is not even guaranteed for at least 1 year.
        I just want to know what is maximum TDS that Kent can filter.. My query is very simple.. Repeating I don't want free services which won't solve my purpose. Just reply with TDS limit that Kent can filter.. based on your confirmation I will think for a new purchase as I understood completely by making me fool with useless free service..

        Nothing is closed..I did not receive any solution.. How come the ticket has been closed? And you did not reply the limit of TDS level that Kent can filter. Why are you not replying? On what basis you closed the ticket? Or since you are bigger brand in market and you think no one can question you. Is this the ethics that your organization following? Pls reply

        Why are you not able to mention TDS level filterable by Kent?

        Whatever you tried till today was just an escape activity..I asked you the TDS level Kent can filter which you are not at all replying to..
        Today your service person came to my house for servicing the equipment but asked service charge Rs300/-. I denied to pay the same as my product is under 4 years free service. He did not accept it as he asked me 4 years free extended service certificate which I don't have. What I knew as of now was just downloading the app will activate the free service for 4 years and nowhere it was mentioned that I should get certificate.. Even area service manager denied to do as the service request must come through the app only. If it is so, why the hell I received the message that I need not to pay any service charge. Finally he left without doing any service even though I called service manager who was in brutally defensive mode and not even spoke to me loyally..
        Ok..I don't want unnecessary arguments.. My issue and query is still remains included.. What is the limit of TDS Kent can filter? Just answer this..

        After 9th April, till now there is no update from Kent. They want to leave this case as it is if I don't reply.. When I spoke to your service manager on 10th April, I was informed Kent will be able to filter 2000 TDS but no guarantee.. if you are able to filter the 2000 levels why the hell my machine is not able to filter 1700 TDS. For this, neither I am getting reply not getting any solution. You just want to leave it making me fool by responding to the msgs in consumer forum and won't be doing anything practically..
        What do you want to prove and what's your final msg to this hopeless customer?
        Is anything you can do to me? Or expect me to leave the case unsolved?

          I'm very dissatisfied with the response received from kent service team, first of all the technicians are not trained and secondly the asm's doesn't have sense to communicate or resolve the issue, and finally very bad response from customer care as well.

          My complaint id has been closed without resolving and they have not even taken my consent before closing the ticket - [protected]. I have lost trust on the kent company itself, i have incurred loss and will definitely take this remark to consumer forum and give the worst feedback for kent service and customer care.

          I have raised a service complaint for my kent pristine on 8th march. Technician (Suresh b) visited on 9th and told us the motor got damaged and he said we need to change all the 3 filters along with the motor for the proper functioning of the machine. This happened because of the wrong installation of frt filter by the technician named sanjeeva. We said we are not ready to pay the amount because it is a fault of technician. He then spoke to soa (Praveen) the conversation was in telugu and the soa asked him why did you inform about wrong installation to the customer. The technician then tried to cover up himself and said please do not inform this to anyone that i told about wrong installation as his job will be under trouble. He then redirected us to his manager. I spoke to praveen who is very rude to us and said if you know it is because of wrong installation the machine got damaged you would have repaired it your self. He doesn't have a sense to talk to the customer. He himself claimed as asm. Then i raised a ticket to [protected]@kent. On 10th i received a call from bhaskar who is a asm and he will resolve the issue. The next day when i spoke to him, he changed his words saying the technician who replaced the filters earlier was not his person. I don't understand what the hell is he saying. We as he is a asm the service technician will be under him. He raised his hands saying they cannot repair free of cost. I raised the concern to customer care and then praveen soa has visited us. He opened the machine. To my surprise he doesn't know where is frt and has taken the picture and asked someone else. He informed the customer care that we got the machine repaired by local technician. Even though i showed the bill to them from their authorised service dealer. Customer care team then connected to another asm who said he will check with the technicians and get back to us by next day never called us. Every one was playing and trying to escape saying the mistake was not by their end. Even kent company supported then leaving the customer helpless. They said they can provide the discount of 10% but not ready to bear the loss incurred for my machine which is of 6700.

          It's been 2 weeks and no one bothered to take the feedback or update from the customer.

          I regret purchasing kent machine who doesn't value customer satisfaction.

          No it is not resolved. As discussed I have paid for the replacement of the motor and the filters.as it has to be replaced free of cost by company or dealer.as it the mistake of the untrained technician.please close the complaint once the amount is paid back to the customer.

            Iam surya d.. Last year i have called to the customer care number [protected] in the month of october 2018 because the machine stopped suddenly... The technician called me and came to my residence and told me that three cylinders have to be replaced and he has replaced it for rs 2000/-.. Then he told me about the amc (Annual maintenance scheme) for which they will be calling me for every three months and the service and the replacement of the filters (Cylnders) and every thing will be done free of cost.. And he came from begumpet secunderabad plice lines from iindus aqua solutions and i piad him rs 6400/- for amc.. The tech moble no. Is [protected].. Till now nobody has called.. And when i am callng him the network is saying that the subscriber has not recharged the phone and hence incoming calls cannot be received.. And 3 days back again i called to the above customer care number which i have mentioned above [protected],, and after telling my details they told me that iam not registered for any amc process.. And in return they told me that i have contacted a franchise.. Why will i call any franchise for an ro service.. I has a discussion with the cc team and they told me that we apolgise for the inconvenence... Who wants your apologiies?? And for our satisfaction they told me that they will take appropriate action for this complaint... And they have enquired about the issue with their area manager in kukatpally (Kphb)..
            He called me and asked about the issue and i have explained him.. He told me that the money was taken from so many like this by the fraudulents.. I understood one thing, when the customer has called to the registered customer care number which i have called to it last year also, then why kent ro cheating the customers.. Because they are doing illegal business like this with the customers by robbing their money.. The fault is with the customer care centre from there the call routing is going on to the frauds..

            I have had a chat with the senior (Lady) from the cc team regarding this issue.. She is not even bothered about it.. And one more this is yesterday only after calling the cc team they have sent an other technican from (Kphb) kukatpally.. His name is chakri and after checking the ro when he was going he told me that the message will come from another moble no. That the issue is resolved.. And again i pad him rs 300/- for consultation... Agian i called the area manager mr. Mahesh babu and asked him about this... He told me that chakri is new technician and he is not yet registered with the service centre... If you people are doing fraud and illegal service to the customers, then within no time your brand will come down..

            Final note : i want my money back which i pad for amc rs 6400/-

              This is for all the customers who are thinking of installing kent ro as one of the options for water purification.
              First, the service representative harrases the customers in taking the complain. After which the service advisor charges any thing he feels like without giving the payment receipt. Despite of regular services the membrane does not work properly.
              Service advisor initially said it would cost rs 3000 to change the membrane and other parts after a year, however the membrane stopped working before one year and the advisor who came after repeatedly calls said would cost rs 5000 to change the parts. He was also not ready to give the receipt for the amount charged.
              I will suggest all customers to check the reviews before making a decision.

                I am complaining about kent ro, which i bought from reliance digital, angul, odisha.

                I purchased from reliance digital appx 100, 000 rupees products which includes lg ac, lg fridge, lg washing machine, kent ro & havells geyser.

                Since the first day of installation of both equipment (Havells geyser & kent ro) its not working at all even infront of the service engineer and these engineers they dont know anything because during installation they were talking somebody on video call that how to install it!!!

                Once the same thing i complaint to reliance digital, angul to mr. Subhendu, he said about geyser it will take maximun 2 days to initiate my issue and ro will take one day.

                I just want to know is this my problem if i purchsed this products from reliance digital because your supplied product is not working since from the day of installation so why should i wait for 1 or 2 days as this prosuct is defective so reliance digital has to replace the same thing immediately.

                Really during purchase of material i was happy that i got a good shop for buying this and now i am holding my heads and feeling bad that why i choose reliance if the same problem persist.

                Just i want to know for only this reason i have to stay in hotel so that i could dring pure water and have bath with warm water but due to shopping from your shop i have to stay in hotel again 3 or 4 days untill both equipment work properly.

                I brought Kent ro for 13k last year and the service guy who came is telling need to replace the filters. The cost being close to 6k he showed some bills of other people who got it changed . Charging 50% of product cost every year what biz logic is it?? Highly disappointing .

                  It's not even 4 months and i have to register service request 3 time and again it's the same issue. The ro does not turn off after tank is full it keeps over flowing. Evry time the tech that visited said the issue is fixed and won't happen again. Highly disappointed with the product and want this to be replaced. Tech tried to change the los switch thinking that might be prob but it's the machine that is faulty.

They say that i have purchased the same from other place and not from kent. I don't understand warranty is on product na so how does it matter if i have purchased locally and not directly from kent.                           I had asked for servicing of my kent ro purifier. Your engineer mr. Vikas mishra not knowing anything about servicing clean the bottles which were required under my direction. Later he removed the lamp and showing that it is black, which was not required. I am using your purifier from last 10 years. Till date none of the engineers have opened the lamp and fooled us. This so called vikas and receptionist jyoti are hand in glove to fool customers and make money. I request you to cancel their agency since kent ro has got good name in the market. If you continue i will compelled to change. After servicing the receipt was not given. I request you to cancel their agency immediately.

                            We have done service from kent, they asked to replace parts . we replaced, the person has put RP membrane on which there was no company sticker. after asking he said its maintenance part so sticker will not be there. he replaced motor as well. which is giving lot of noise. when we complained they said its normal. The water taste is also not good.we tried to tell them they did not come. we called customer care they said they received only[protected] for AMC . we paid more. Now how to get original parts for which we have paid ?

                            Please make note this complaint is for Nagpur location. I am not only one person facing such issues there are many. we dont have proper service centres in Nagpur. and local distibutors are giving bad service. Please take some appropriate actions. we need authentic parts for machines and some company person from KENT team only has to check that. I dont have trust on local distributors.

                            still the service need to be improved in nagpur region. Service providers are providing duplicate or not some other company parts to customers. Kent has to look this issue seriously. when they are coming for service they intentionally do some damage to inside parts and as we are not aware we can not speak . you need to take some action against this. I have faced this problem and my concern is others should not face such issues as they even dont know to where to raise their voice. you should do some survey by your own person to understand problems people are facing in nagpur region, check their machines you will come to know.

                              Mr. Anil (Mob. No.[protected]) has came for service and after changing filters, he has charged rs.3850 and went with tds control check.

                              Today i got a call from kent service centre and informed them also that tds control check has pending and please send your technician for that same check. He has assured me that will get it done by today itself.

                              Now i got message from kent that your request[protected] could not be serviced and has been cancelled.

                              This problem is repeated many times but the kent service man repair it or replace it, but after one or two months the same problem was happened. The purifier stops working.plz do something.

                                I Parvati bought Kent super plus RO an[protected]. I recently shifted to new house so I request for re-installation and service .Request has been fulfilled as on[protected] and pre filter installed as per suggestion given by technician.He told that your machine life will be shorter if you are not using this filter, So to protect our machine we installed have in 800/- without bill . After few days on[protected].Machine started passing electric current while using RO tap .which is not safe for us .I called up 2.3 times to customer care to send any technician .But no action has been made from last 3 .4 days .They just said that your case has been highlighted in high priority basis your problem will be solved in 12 to 24 Hours.Don't know what technician had did with our machine which is creating problem now. I am frustrated with the service of Kent.People suggest me to not to buy this machine .But i ignored and purchased. I am living in chandigarh and I think there is only 2.3 agency of service provider.whenever I registered my request for any problem .2.3 different technician called me up for confirmation of my same request.if one technician is assigned for service so why other technician call me for service until it's been fulfilled. I have to tell them that one technician is already in my home for service.So now I am not supposed to request any service from Kent app.

                                  this time my water purifier have no water tase and giving high sound.

                                    Please note that i have purchased one kent ro super+, machine sr. No. Is kr[protected].

                                    Unfortunately i lost the bill as i purchased it from army canteen, it is not possible for me to get the duplicate copy of the same bill.

                                    While calling to customer service for first time on toll free no., i explained the same thing to customer executive and he said ok to me.

                                    After that when your representative came to my home, than he is asking for 300rs. Service charge for the same. Although machine was brand new, packed in its original box, all other cards were inside the box itself.

                                    Also he was putting pressure for purchasing some additional filters to be installed in ro for which asking an additional cost of around 1600rs. When we denied for the same than he left.

                                    After that my ro was kept idle at home and we were in need to have installed it, than we get it installed with the help of some other technician.

                                    Now again today one person from kent ro called me and told that the guarantee card needs to be filled & for that we need 300rs, otherwise there will be no gaurantee.

                                    I didn't expected this kind of rsponse from kent ro systems, i am planning to buy some more ro systems for my frinds and family but unfortunately i am not getting proper response.

                                      Buster pump head is damaged. Service provider ie modern decor is unable to provide buster pump head. Modern decor want to change total pump although it is working fine.

Nunber 389 and invoice number 1710 rain drop services attached invoice for reference and first complaint register under name krishna priya r. And second complaint registered again 3rd march 2019 under name prasanth bhaskaran. Last 4-5 days whenever we call your customer care they keep telling that technician will visit within 1-2 hrs but unfortunately after all kind of harrassment they not yet reached and first complaint number already been closed. Thanks for your worst i should use some other word for wasting my time and days just for waiting technician. This company is fraud and they replacing the faulty products so that customer keep calling him for service for every month. Never ever go with this company for amc or any kent services they will cheat you. Not sure if kent company also involve in this frauds cheating since they are authorised kent service provide. Thanks hope for some positive response here!!
