Dear sir,
I have purchased two kent grand plus, the details of which are as under :
1. Invoice date 15.04.2017 (Invoice enclosed): product serial no. Kr[protected]
Installed at address : c/o rama tiwari, tiwari chaal, jarhabhatta, bilaspur, cg - 495001 (This machine is being referred to as former).
2. Invoice date 11.08.2018 (Invoice enclosed): product serial no. Kr[protected]
Installed at address :flat no. K -402, raheja residency, village labhandi, opp. St xavier school, raipur, cg - 492001 (This machine is being referred to as later).
The above two products are registered against my mobile no. [protected] & [protected].
Issue:
I placed request for service of my later machine on 19.11.2018, with request no.[protected] but it was erroneously booked from my no. [protected], which is registered for the former machine. I received call from ur center at bilaspur and the case was transferred to raipur center. The call was handed to md traders of raipur, who visited my house on 20.11.2018. After repairing the machine he informed that parts worth rs. 3500.00 of membrane is required to replaced and since it is not covered under warranty has to paid and accordingly my mother paid him the amount. He said that he is not having the bill book and will provide it later. Till date no bill has been provided to us.
But i later came to know that the membrane is also under warranty in case of later machine and took up the matter with md traders and he said that the machine was not covered under warranty and as the call was booked for the former machine, he is not going to refund the amount.
I called the customer care of kent and the complain was handed over to mr. Harish (Mob no. [protected]), who assured me that the amount will be refunded to me within a week. I took up the matter again and again and mr. Harish informed that the matter has been referred to mr alam ([protected]), regional head.
Mr. Alam said that they have been receiving complaints against md traders and he will sent mr harish to my house within few days to see that whether the machine is new or old one. But mr. Harish did not visited my house and when i took up the matter with them, they said investigation is not required and the amount will be returned within a week.
I have been chasing shri alam since then and every time he give the same reply that he will call me in an hour and will sort out the issue, but never call back.
The case was of 20.11.2018 and its 23.01.2019 and still the issue is unresolved.
Such a behavior on part of an official of such a reputed company is not acceptable and i am very annoyed by the fact that i have been tricked by your company's employees.
I sincerely hope that this mail will be taken up with seriousness and the issue will be resolved. I am ready for any inspection of both the installed location simultaneously but if it is found that i am correct action must be taken against erring officials so that no one is cheated in future.

However, the vendor you have chosen for our region and people who provide services may not be integrated. Mr. Choudhury who sent Raul twice before I made a complaint, told me that I have pay despite the fact I told him that customer care says that every part is under warrant, excepting the damage and candle.
Thank you Kent RO if my problem will be solved. I will wait for it until it is resolved.
However, today I received a SMS from BZ-KENT stating, "Dear Customer, Your case[protected]has been submitted for cancellation. Please click on the link for you feedback. KENT." And I do not understand this message. How can you cancel the case without being resolved?
