Worst services ever by a water purification company inspite of having such a big name. Thrice services happened in a month. Cost for the same 9000rs. And harassment we are facing realted to drinking water who is going to responsible for that. This is totally unprofessional behaviour and definately going to turn out a big mess for the organization if the things are not gonna be fine

    The executive visited from global water solution, as the ro is not working properly. As the product is still under warranty period we asked the executive to replace the ro membrane filter.

    He repeated insisted us giving false information that the ro filter is already changed in the previous visit. He kept on fighting with us and not ready to hear our conversation. We asked if the filter has been replaced then please provide the bill and replacement request id. He was quite and he called his manager.

    The manger asked for previous service request id and verified from his side.
    No replacement id was found and then he provided the information that he has sent a mail to kent team to get an approval for the replacing ro membrane filter.

    We called the customer care executive and raised a ticket to replace the ro membrane. Customer care executive added the comments and transferred the ticket to next level and said within 24hrs the issue shall be resolved.

    However it more than 10 days no executive has visited and whenever we call the service agency - global water solutions he would provide the information that we have not got any approval.

    The ticket we are raising are repeatedly being canceled.
    The team is knowingly delaying this as once the product crosses the warranty period (March 8), they would charge us for the filter

      My regd.mob no [protected]
      On 17th of Feb I hv totally changed all cartridges of Rs 5100/- of Kent pearl model as advice by your expert still problem persists as a thick yellow sediment flowing in water.
      Plz check who has done the work and send a good expert as we can't use water. Water test is also smells very bad. Many time calls to customer care center but unable to talk.

        There is extra costs which has to pay every month for pre filter and it is only to say it is option but it is become mandatory to avoid higher charges.. Company is very smart and found a best way to cheat their customers... U purchase purifier once and pay lots of money for it even it is under warranty..

        I was not aware from it even no one. Customer care and no one helps instead to say only sorry. What i did with sorry..

        Should i throw my hard earned money in dustbin. Or what to do...

          I have purchased Kent RO purifier in the year of 2017, started getting some hitting sound inside the purifier right from day 2 of purchase. when booked a complaint the service man did some dismantle and assembling process and said now the issue is solved but it was not. Again i booked a complaint same was done as before. Actually the problem was with the pump inside the purifier which was not informed to us during the period of warranty. We started repairing few months once with one or the other problem. Now the water started leaking from the base of the tank. Service man says that your pump has got repaired so it should be replaced with new one which cost you Rs2400/- + charges since your warranty is expired. My only concern is why i was not informed by Kent authorized customer care to replace the pump when i had warranty? Which means that they indirectly made me to manage the fault of pump until my warranty expires so that they could sell it by charging me by saying that the pump is faulty.

            Dear sir,
            I have purchased two kent grand plus, the details of which are as under :

            1. Invoice date 15.04.2017 (Invoice enclosed): product serial no. Kr[protected]
            Installed at address : c/o rama tiwari, tiwari chaal, jarhabhatta, bilaspur, cg - 495001 (This machine is being referred to as former).

            2. Invoice date 11.08.2018 (Invoice enclosed): product serial no. Kr[protected]
            Installed at address :flat no. K -402, raheja residency, village labhandi, opp. St xavier school, raipur, cg - 492001 (This machine is being referred to as later).

            The above two products are registered against my mobile no. [protected] & [protected].

            Issue:
            I placed request for service of my later machine on 19.11.2018, with request no.[protected] but it was erroneously booked from my no. [protected], which is registered for the former machine. I received call from ur center at bilaspur and the case was transferred to raipur center. The call was handed to md traders of raipur, who visited my house on 20.11.2018. After repairing the machine he informed that parts worth rs. 3500.00 of membrane is required to replaced and since it is not covered under warranty has to paid and accordingly my mother paid him the amount. He said that he is not having the bill book and will provide it later. Till date no bill has been provided to us.

            But i later came to know that the membrane is also under warranty in case of later machine and took up the matter with md traders and he said that the machine was not covered under warranty and as the call was booked for the former machine, he is not going to refund the amount.

            I called the customer care of kent and the complain was handed over to mr. Harish (Mob no. [protected]), who assured me that the amount will be refunded to me within a week. I took up the matter again and again and mr. Harish informed that the matter has been referred to mr alam ([protected]), regional head.
            Mr. Alam said that they have been receiving complaints against md traders and he will sent mr harish to my house within few days to see that whether the machine is new or old one. But mr. Harish did not visited my house and when i took up the matter with them, they said investigation is not required and the amount will be returned within a week.

            I have been chasing shri alam since then and every time he give the same reply that he will call me in an hour and will sort out the issue, but never call back.

            The case was of 20.11.2018 and its 23.01.2019 and still the issue is unresolved.
            Such a behavior on part of an official of such a reputed company is not acceptable and i am very annoyed by the fact that i have been tricked by your company's employees.

            I sincerely hope that this mail will be taken up with seriousness and the issue will be resolved. I am ready for any inspection of both the installed location simultaneously but if it is found that i am correct action must be taken against erring officials so that no one is cheated in future.

              I had purchased a kent prime mineral ro water purifier with m/c sin - kr[protected] in 2016. For the first few months, it was working properly. But soon after, it started to show several disruptions.in 2017 we spent ₹4000 and in 2018, we spent ₹2500. Just before 1 month, they came and repaired it. Again the same thing is being repeated now. We are spending way too much for just water issues. The expenses are way too much. We believe that kent is the best water purification company. The company should look into the matter of our case. Please pay heed to this matter and try to resolve the problem to give us the right justification.

                Kent RO Customer Care are wonderful people who assured that the whole water filter machine was within the warranty period and the problem of leakages will be taken care. The plastic water tank is replaceable under warranty according to all six Customer Care staff that we spoke over six different times on various days.

                The Kent RO staff Rahul [protected] visited us twice and told that we have to replace the plastic water tank and pay around ₹ 1700 plus. He asked to talk to the vendor who supplied the machine. We checked again with the Customer Service and we were told, 'No' we did not have to pay as every parts of the machine was covered under warranty excepting items like a filter candle and parts damaged by electrical short circuit.

                Today is the last day of the warranty. Who should be punished for breaching of this warranty? We would like to request for an action. If I as a professor of IIT Kharagpur could be challenged by their system, what about others.

                Thank you KENT RO service team. Now Mr. Dibyendu Bikash Maity from Kolkata has been in contact with me and he has assured me that in a few days of time he would resolve the issue. I can share the correspondence we had if desirable. He was very kind and helpful on the phone.

                However, the vendor you have chosen for our region and people who provide services may not be integrated. Mr. Choudhury who sent Raul twice before I made a complaint, told me that I have pay despite the fact I told him that customer care says that every part is under warrant, excepting the damage and candle.

                Thank you Kent RO if my problem will be solved. I will wait for it until it is resolved.

                However, today I received a SMS from BZ-KENT stating, "Dear Customer, Your case[protected]has been submitted for cancellation. Please click on the link for you feedback. KENT." And I do not understand this message. How can you cancel the case without being resolved?

                    water taste is not good

                    My complaint number[protected] in the month of october when my set was under warranty.
                    The complaint was no water coming of drainage pipe and slow faltering... Service attended and filteration was normal.
                    But this february when service man came he informed that the ro is not functioning. It should be changed. Warranty was upto january 19. So it would cost 4, 000

                      I have purchase kent grand 8 mineral ro and install it 17.01.2019 but it is not proper install and the taste of mineral water is bad due to improper install of tds controller, i was intimated the service technician through kent apps (Case id [protected]) on 31.1.2019 (Kr [protected]) but technician manager sri surajit modi (M-[protected]) prop. : s. S. Marketing concern wants extra money for servicing over telephone but i disagree because it is under warranty, therefore service cancelled. I am again registered ([protected]) on 3.2.2019, but it is pending and same talk happens. Therefore kent has no controlled about technician and you think before purchasing kent product.

                        Date of incident: 24th jan 2019.
                        -client number: [protected]
                        -description of problem:
                        A) i purchased kent ro on 15th april 2018 and for regular first service, request raised on[protected] with id - [protected].
                        B) service technician attended the request on 23rd jan 2019 evening 5pm and charged 200 rupees for filter pad change.
                        C) the day after first service; prefilter busted with high sound and heavy water leakage. The incident happened on 24th evening at 6:30 pm.
                        D) i called the service technician (Santosh services - [protected]) on 25th morning with images of a busted prefilter. Upon query, he was not informing the reason for failure but said that it was damaged due to your negligence and upon further enquiry santosh informed that it is due to high water pressure; it was busted and we can't do any help, you should buy a new one which will charge 700 rupees, i was not convinced with the answer because how it could happen a day after the service done which was running fine for six months
                        E) then i called with another technician and addressed the response of santhosh; the reply which i got was it happens due to improper fitting and cleaning. The technician which santhosh sent was newly joined.
                        F) i called to customer care on 25th jan 2019 after raising the second request (Id[protected] and complained about the issue - i received the feedback that since the product is under warranty; it will be replaced freely and no need to pay any amount. After which i received a call again from santhosh but he said that until and unless you pay the amount we will not come for attending the service. Prefilter cost is 700 rupees but i can negotiate and charge you.
                        G) i again called to customer care; addressed the problem but this time it was informed that prefilter doesn't come under warranty, u need to pay the amount whatever is charged and upon request call transferred to senior executives - they connected a conference call with the area service manager. I asked three questions
                        1. How could the prefilter get bust immediately a day after it was serviced for the first time which was working normally until before? How immediately high water pressure problem occurred.
                        2. If it is not coming under free replacement then why it was assured on the first call of customer care. Based on customer care feedback, i argued with the service technician for being charged due to their negligence.
                        After discussing from conference call, senior executive assured that area service manager will call you by evening and resolve it and upon agreement, call disconnected.
                        H). I did not receive any call from either area service manager or customer care department but my request id was closed by it own stating in sms that "your request id could not be serviced and has been cancelled.
                        I). I again raised the request and service technician called me and stated that it will happen frequently in your location (Jsw township) as they will increase the water pressure on some days and it may bust but when i asked, please come down here we will meet admin section here and will show you the pressure and all with which water supply is being circulated daily. He then informed that sorry sir but you should pay 700 rupees and is negotiable. When i asked again that what is guarantee that it will not again bust, then he replied that i will install 1500 rupees cost prefilter in just 700 rupees with a guarantee for one year based on your request and i'm from a kent customer service technician. I think it as a scam and thought of calling customer care.
                        J) i again called to customer care. It was again connected to a senior executive who confirmed that i spoke to the area manager and will be calling you by the end of the day but till today morning i did not receive any call from area manager or customer care but my request again closed without any information on its own.

                        Till now no service person visited our home for service checkup or neither i received a call from anyone, kindly help as this a series of lies and scam from kent ro.

                        Thank you very much for resolving the issue immediately a day after the complaint raised here. I recieved a call from customer care on next day morning itself stating that your issue will be resolved by today end. The technician who attended earlier & damaged the Product during his first visit, was arrogant during second call while seeking justification for problem. The same technician didn't responded & asking for higher amount for replacement of damaged part but upon raising complaint on this forum. Same technician accepted his mistake. Issue solved best, thanks for the help

                          Refer my earlier complaint. This time again it stoped working. Kent ro is the worst brand. I fed up this service of kent ro. I wished i would have chosen local brand of around 8000/- instead of spending 17000/- on kent ro prime. What should i do now? Whenever service technician visits he charges 300/- just for visit and other charges of extra. Now i surrendered and started buy water from local ro plant which is affordable and free from frequent pain of raising complaint and argue with service technician.

                          After replacing a filter, the service person did not fit it properly on the wall - kent fell down in the kitchen and all parts damaged - it ran poorly with issues for a month with regular complaints..

                              I took an amc with raindrops. The engineer services the product, and when he left, we realised the ro was leaking. We called the engineer multiple times and also the customer care desk for almost one month.. But no one came to correct it. Its been six months now and the ro is still leaking, we have also not got a call for the 6 month free service. When we call the customer care, no one picks up. Very bad service

                                I bought kent super star ro in 2017. I was not informed by the seller about the high maintenance cost. Every year filter change takes 4k to 5k. Amc cost is extra. This is almost half the cost of ro. It is very high maintenance cost. The ro stops working suddenly with a beep sound with no warning and requires filter change. This sudden need of service with high cost makes it a poor product.

                                  Kent Ro unit has been causing trouble for a year now. It has become an every month harassment for my mother. She is in her 50s and repeatedly Kent technicians have been troubling her.

                                  The filter started leaking over night and my entire kitchen was pooled in water when I got up in the morning. Before this twice it happened that water would stop coming and your technicians had to come down and change the parts. Every time I’m assured that now no more complaint will arise and the unit is perfect. Since very beginning I have been asking for a complete unit replacement because they have given me a faulty product as in 12 months they have visited me at least 7-8 times. Please tell me sir is it justified to repair a machine 6-7 times in just 12 months.

                                  This is so harassing that in every few months there is a problem with the unit. Your technician has himself told that he has practically replaced almost every part in diff complaints. I fail to understand, that if the entire unit is faulty, why are you not changing the unit altogether. Sometimes it is the machine, sometime the pipe and sometimes the tank. Is this what Kent does, dupe customers? First sell the product by making high and false claims and when there is an issue keep lying to the customer? All you want is the OTP after the service, after providing some temporary solution.

                                  We have spent a lot of time and money on this Kent purifier and they have been deneying us our rights since very beginning. Now they are not willing to help us and have left my mother in trouble.

                                  So hereby I am forced to take this step and seek justice from the judge. All we have been asking was for a unit replacement and they have been fooling my mother, please take strict action against these fraudsters and sue them for their deeds and grant us justice.

                                    I brought the kent ultra storage uv water purifier on 11th jan 2019 from ramakrishna traders and the very next day onward i faced a problem with bad water taste. I have raised a multiple complaint with both kent and ramakrishna traders after that problem was resolved. Again, after fixing this issue another problem has come with water leakage and since last 4 day’s service engineers not able to fix that issue. Please replace my product asap.

                                      I raised complaint with Kent as sound is coming. One technician came and replace choke which is from different company. We told this is not Kent choke. He said it is compatible. Later full sound is coming and water wastage was double than usual. He came again and asked to change filters which we did but issue didn't resolved. We raised complaint to Kent again and this time another technician came and saw the bill given by first one. He said this is fake technician and not from Kent. Because of different company choke issue is there. first technician charged[protected] choke + 300 service charges). Second gut took again 300 service charge. Issue is not yet resolved. Full sound is coming when water is filling and wastage water is double. I am attaching the bill here.
                                      You have ti check this seriously and taken action against wrong technicians and refund my amount.
