Dear sir! This is to inform you that i had called kent ro customer care number on 5th march`19 and they have raised service request no.[protected].
Mr. Anil (Mob. No.[protected]) has came for service and after changing filters, he has charged rs.3850 and went with tds control check.

Today i got a call from kent service centre and informed them also that tds control check has pending and please send your technician for that same check. He has assured me that will get it done by today itself.

Now i got message from kent that your request[protected] could not be serviced and has been cancelled.

This problem is repeated many times but the kent service man repair it or replace it, but after one or two months the same problem was happened. The purifier stops working.plz do something.

    I Parvati bought Kent super plus RO an[protected]. I recently shifted to new house so I request for re-installation and service .Request has been fulfilled as on[protected] and pre filter installed as per suggestion given by technician.He told that your machine life will be shorter if you are not using this filter, So to protect our machine we installed have in 800/- without bill . After few days on[protected].Machine started passing electric current while using RO tap .which is not safe for us .I called up 2.3 times to customer care to send any technician .But no action has been made from last 3 .4 days .They just said that your case has been highlighted in high priority basis your problem will be solved in 12 to 24 Hours.Don't know what technician had did with our machine which is creating problem now. I am frustrated with the service of Kent.People suggest me to not to buy this machine .But i ignored and purchased. I am living in chandigarh and I think there is only 2.3 agency of service provider.whenever I registered my request for any problem .2.3 different technician called me up for confirmation of my same request.if one technician is assigned for service so why other technician call me for service until it's been fulfilled. I have to tell them that one technician is already in my home for service.So now I am not supposed to request any service from Kent app.

      Dear sir,
      I have purchaged Kent ro superstar ON DATE 27/01/2019 and Installed by engineer on dt.31/01/2019 but after installtion my water purifier highly vibrate and noice.i have complained many time. but complain allcoted to illiterate engineers. my water purifier losed his water taste after visit of engineer.
      this time my water purifier have no water tase and giving high sound.
      So i have request to change my water purifier immediatly or resolve my problem only in a single attempt.

        Please note that i have purchased one kent ro super+, machine sr. No. Is kr[protected].

        Unfortunately i lost the bill as i purchased it from army canteen, it is not possible for me to get the duplicate copy of the same bill.

        While calling to customer service for first time on toll free no., i explained the same thing to customer executive and he said ok to me.

        After that when your representative came to my home, than he is asking for 300rs. Service charge for the same. Although machine was brand new, packed in its original box, all other cards were inside the box itself.

        Also he was putting pressure for purchasing some additional filters to be installed in ro for which asking an additional cost of around 1600rs. When we denied for the same than he left.

        After that my ro was kept idle at home and we were in need to have installed it, than we get it installed with the help of some other technician.

        Now again today one person from kent ro called me and told that the guarantee card needs to be filled & for that we need 300rs, otherwise there will be no gaurantee.

        I didn't expected this kind of rsponse from kent ro systems, i am planning to buy some more ro systems for my frinds and family but unfortunately i am not getting proper response.

          Product kent pearl water purifier

          Having amc with modern decor, naihati, west bengal

          Buster pump head is damaged. Service provider ie modern decor is unable to provide buster pump head. Modern decor want to change total pump although it is working fine.

          Please take action to change head only of buster punp

            Hello sir, this is my complaint number registered on 27th feb 2019. Nunber 389 and invoice number 1710 rain drop services attached invoice for reference and first complaint register under name krishna priya r. And second complaint registered again 3rd march 2019 under name prasanth bhaskaran. Last 4-5 days whenever we call your customer care they keep telling that technician will visit within 1-2 hrs but unfortunately after all kind of harrassment they not yet reached and first complaint number already been closed. Thanks for your worst i should use some other word for wasting my time and days just for waiting technician. This company is fraud and they replacing the faulty products so that customer keep calling him for service for every month. Never ever go with this company for amc or any kent services they will cheat you. Not sure if kent company also involve in this frauds cheating since they are authorised kent service provide. Thanks hope for some positive response here!!

              I have purchased a kent water purifier pearl one year two months back and after one year filters were replaced and rs 1400 was spent for the same. After replacing the filters the problem has started and complaint was registered [protected] and after repeated followup with the customer care for three days and mail sent to the customer care, for that no reply was given so far, technician has visited and told ro filter is to be replaced and accordingly ro filter was replaced and external filter was installed and the amount spent was rs 4500. Again i faced the problem within two days kent water purifier, as soon as the system was on, the water instead of going to water container it is leaking at the bottom immediately i once again registered a complaint[protected] even though it is already 24 hours over none of the technician has turned up. Yesterday i contacted the company executive mr. Abhijieet about the repeated problem and he has assured that today morning he will rectify the same. But he has not sent any person nor he is attending to my calls which i made since morning. I again contacted the customer care to enquire about the complaint, there standard answer sorry for the inconvenience. How many times they can tell the same thing. The dealer shop from whom i purchased m/s shreenidhi enterprises, saraswathipuram, mysore is just.5 km from my place of residence from where technician are sent. The dealer nor the service center, customer care is bothered about the repeated problems and complaints raised by me they are only interested in their sales and not after sales service for the customer satisifcation. There product and services are very very poor in quality.

                Test of outlet water quality is very bad. Flow of outlet water reduced to 50%.
                no one is responding to our complain over phone.As a customer, we are not satisfied with the attitude (not responding our phone call) at all.We already have AMC from dt.5.10.2018 ti dt 04.10.2019.
                Pls, look into this matter as soon as possible.

                  Worst services ever by a water purification company inspite of having such a big name. Thrice services happened in a month. Cost for the same 9000rs. And harassment we are facing realted to drinking water who is going to responsible for that. This is totally unprofessional behaviour and definately going to turn out a big mess for the organization if the things are not gonna be fine

                    The executive visited from global water solution, as the ro is not working properly. As the product is still under warranty period we asked the executive to replace the ro membrane filter.

                    He repeated insisted us giving false information that the ro filter is already changed in the previous visit. He kept on fighting with us and not ready to hear our conversation. We asked if the filter has been replaced then please provide the bill and replacement request id. He was quite and he called his manager.

                    The manger asked for previous service request id and verified from his side.
                    No replacement id was found and then he provided the information that he has sent a mail to kent team to get an approval for the replacing ro membrane filter.

                    We called the customer care executive and raised a ticket to replace the ro membrane. Customer care executive added the comments and transferred the ticket to next level and said within 24hrs the issue shall be resolved.

                    However it more than 10 days no executive has visited and whenever we call the service agency - global water solutions he would provide the information that we have not got any approval.

                    The ticket we are raising are repeatedly being canceled.
                    The team is knowingly delaying this as once the product crosses the warranty period (March 8), they would charge us for the filter

                    This request was closed, tds level was 700 instead of 60. Still no resolution

                    Service request : [protected] date: 18/2/2019
                    This request was canceled by the executive without providing any resolution

                    Service request: [protected] date: 21/2/2019
                    Executive visited but did not replaced the ro membrane filter

                    Till now the ro membrane filter is not replaced. Attached the invoice and the warranty card

                    Requesting team to replace the ro menbrane filter within the warranty period as i have a 9 month old kid and we are finding lot of trouble without ro

                      My regd.mob no [protected]
                      On 17th of Feb I hv totally changed all cartridges of Rs 5100/- of Kent pearl model as advice by your expert still problem persists as a thick yellow sediment flowing in water.
                      Plz check who has done the work and send a good expert as we can't use water. Water test is also smells very bad. Many time calls to customer care center but unable to talk.

                        There is extra costs which has to pay every month for pre filter and it is only to say it is option but it is become mandatory to avoid higher charges.. Company is very smart and found a best way to cheat their customers... U purchase purifier once and pay lots of money for it even it is under warranty..

                        I was not aware from it even no one. Customer care and no one helps instead to say only sorry. What i did with sorry..

                        Should i throw my hard earned money in dustbin. Or what to do...

                          I have purchased Kent RO purifier in the year of 2017, started getting some hitting sound inside the purifier right from day 2 of purchase. when booked a complaint the service man did some dismantle and assembling process and said now the issue is solved but it was not. Again i booked a complaint same was done as before. Actually the problem was with the pump inside the purifier which was not informed to us during the period of warranty. We started repairing few months once with one or the other problem. Now the water started leaking from the base of the tank. Service man says that your pump has got repaired so it should be replaced with new one which cost you Rs2400/- + charges since your warranty is expired. My only concern is why i was not informed by Kent authorized customer care to replace the pump when i had warranty? Which means that they indirectly made me to manage the fault of pump until my warranty expires so that they could sell it by charging me by saying that the pump is faulty.

                            Installed at address :flat no. K -402, raheja residency, village labhandi, opp. St xavier school, raipur, cg - 492001 (This machine is being referred to as later).

                            The above two products are registered against my mobile no. [protected] & [protected].

                            Issue:
                            I placed request for service of my later machine on 19.11.2018, with request no.[protected] but it was erroneously booked from my no. [protected], which is registered for the former machine. I received call from ur center at bilaspur and the case was transferred to raipur center. The call was handed to md traders of raipur, who visited my house on 20.11.2018. After repairing the machine he informed that parts worth rs. 3500.00 of membrane is required to replaced and since it is not covered under warranty has to paid and accordingly my mother paid him the amount. He said that he is not having the bill book and will provide it later. Till date no bill has been provided to us.

                            But i later came to know that the membrane is also under warranty in case of later machine and took up the matter with md traders and he said that the machine was not covered under warranty and as the call was booked for the former machine, he is not going to refund the amount.

                            I called the customer care of kent and the complain was handed over to mr. Harish (Mob no. [protected]), who assured me that the amount will be refunded to me within a week. I took up the matter again and again and mr. Harish informed that the matter has been referred to mr alam ([protected]), regional head.
                            Mr. Alam said that they have been receiving complaints against md traders and he will sent mr harish to my house within few days to see that whether the machine is new or old one. But mr. Harish did not visited my house and when i took up the matter with them, they said investigation is not required and the amount will be returned within a week.

                            I have been chasing shri alam since then and every time he give the same reply that he will call me in an hour and will sort out the issue, but never call back.

                            The case was of 20.11.2018 and its 23.01.2019 and still the issue is unresolved.
                            Such a behavior on part of an official of such a reputed company is not acceptable and i am very annoyed by the fact that i have been tricked by your company's employees.

                            I sincerely hope that this mail will be taken up with seriousness and the issue will be resolved. I am ready for any inspection of both the installed location simultaneously but if it is found that i am correct action must be taken against erring officials so that no one is cheated in future.

                              I had purchased a kent prime mineral ro water purifier with m/c sin - kr[protected] in 2016. For the first few months, it was working properly. But soon after, it started to show several disruptions.in 2017 we spent ₹4000 and in 2018, we spent ₹2500. Just before 1 month, they came and repaired it. Again the same thing is being repeated now. We are spending way too much for just water issues. The expenses are way too much. We believe that kent is the best water purification company. The company should look into the matter of our case. Please pay heed to this matter and try to resolve the problem to give us the right justification.

                                Kent RO Customer Care are wonderful people who assured that the whole water filter machine was within the warranty period and the problem of leakages will be taken care. The plastic water tank is replaceable under warranty according to all six Customer Care staff that we spoke over six different times on various days.

                                The Kent RO staff Rahul [protected] visited us twice and told that we have to replace the plastic water tank and pay around ₹ 1700 plus. He asked to talk to the vendor who supplied the machine. We checked again with the Customer Service and we were told, 'No' we did not have to pay as every parts of the machine was covered under warranty excepting items like a filter candle and parts damaged by electrical short circuit.

                                Today is the last day of the warranty. Who should be punished for breaching of this warranty? We would like to request for an action. If I as a professor of IIT Kharagpur could be challenged by their system, what about others.

Now Mr. Dibyendu Bikash Maity from Kolkata has been in contact with me and he has assured me that in a few days of time he would resolve the issue. I can share the correspondence we had if desirable. He was very kind and helpful on the phone.

                                However, the vendor you have chosen for our region and people who provide services may not be integrated. Mr. Choudhury who sent Raul twice before I made a complaint, told me that I have pay despite the fact I told him that customer care says that every part is under warrant, excepting the damage and candle.

                                Thank you Kent RO if my problem will be solved. I will wait for it until it is resolved.

                                However, today I received a SMS from BZ-KENT stating, "Dear Customer, Your case[protected]has been submitted for cancellation. Please click on the link for you feedback. KENT." And I do not understand this message. How can you cancel the case without being resolved?

                                    My complaint number[protected] in the month of october when my set was under warranty.
                                    The complaint was no water coming of drainage pipe and slow faltering... Service attended and filteration was normal.

                                      I have purchase kent grand 8 mineral ro and install it 17.01.2019 but it is not proper install and the taste of mineral water is bad due to improper install of tds controller, i was intimated the service technician through kent apps (Case id [protected]) on 31.1.2019 (Kr [protected]) but technician manager sri surajit modi (M-[protected]) prop. : s. S. Marketing concern wants extra money for servicing over telephone but i disagree because it is under warranty, therefore service cancelled. I am again registered ([protected]) on 3.2.2019, but it is pending and same talk happens. Therefore kent has no controlled about technician and you think before purchasing kent product.
