I have purchased AMC from NC Sales and Services. Alipore, Kolkata on 14 Feb 2023, but they have not provided the set of filters I am entitled upon purchase of AMC. Also they are not all attending my service calls.
Kindly help on this matter.

    On 16 april i lodged a normal service complaint[protected].engineer came on 17 april Mr Surjeet[protected] at 11.30am.he did some filter cleaning & asked us to change 3-4 filters but we refused as it was changed last at 17 april 2022 and water was filtering fine BUT the engineer don't know what he did, now the water is not filtering even . Complained to kent customer care at[protected] at 11.50am & 2pm to send a senior technician but no one visited. Called [protected] level 2 escalation kent at 6pm but still im receiving sms that my complaint is closed & they can't service.

      I have purchased kent RO water purifier in August 2022.
      I have faced lots of issues at the time of installation by service and installation team.
      machine was installed after 15 days from delivery date.
      and I got one year free service as part of machine .
      But service request is not resloved by team, service pending from last two months.
      kindly check and reslove this matter as soon as possible.

      my family is consuming wrost water quality due to this, and having multiple infections.

        Our undersink RO is 2.5 years old. The water outlet was giving very less water. On registering a service, the serviceman advised to replace the 3 litre tank with the 11 litre. We were assured that would solve the water pressure issue. But it made absolutely no difference to the water flow and in fact it became mere droplets. Since Tuesday, 4th april’23, I have been registering service requirements on WhatsApp and talking to various servicemen. They promise to come but so far nobody has come. We are without water supply. This after spending Rs 3410/- on buying a new water tank. Does Kent company only want consumers to spend money without any sevice resolution?!

          Mail reply not acceptable, As per your senior manager telephonic assurance try to change filter free of cost

          Kindly clarify the reason for non changing filter during prior visit December month 2022? ( under warranty)

          What's the reason for refuse???? Answer required from ur technician, Accept your mistake

          Last service visit December 2022 itself informed to ur professional to change the filter due to bad quality & tasteless water.

          But refused my request, Hence kindly intervene in this issue and arrange to change filter free of cost as promised by your senior executive team over telephonic conversation assurance .

          Try to replace filter free of cost as one time exception & as well as good will point of view

            i have purchased Kent Supreme on[protected] which was installed on[protected].
            i would like to inform you that since installation i have booked same complain regarding non working of my kent in the costumer care 3- 4 times but i would regret to inform that my problem was not resolved till date.
            Infact the last service person who visited my place misbehaved with my father.
            I would kindly request you to take this as a urgent matter and resolve the same ASAP.

              Hello, it's been 4 years of misery this model of sterling plus of kent is giving problems. Company is a big liar in not disclosing its negative feedback. I have to pay every single month on its installation. And inspite of several complaints no action has been taken by the customer care or by company in helping to get things sorted.

                    Recently i have purchased a Kent Crystal Alkaline 11L RO+UV+UF+TDS Control +Alkaline +UV Water purifier(white) from the Bajaj online store price 20, 999.00 on EMI scheme. product delived and installed on 5th of March 2023 as per the company's advertisement it's gives alkaline water but i have seen the TDS level of the water is 47 no Alkaline, how the company do fake advertising to grab the cunsumers amount and play with their health. i have complained to the local authorized sercive center not responding properly.

                      Post servicing today, came to know that the previous person who installed all filters were old one and charged for new one. In such cases why should be use Kent products if keep in charging more 5k for each servicing for filter change.

                        Engineer did not inform that there is less air in the water tank, he didnot have the air pump so he serviced rest of the machine, took service charge and left.
                        After twp hours when I called him that issue is not resolved, he told me that water tank is faulty and he did not have air pump.

                          We have been in touch with Kent customer care from 3 weeks now.
                          Initial problem was beep sound and water did not pour out.
                          Customer care visited and we paid 350 Service charge and 1000 Rupees for spare ( ballast ) dated on 15 / 02 .
                          Later next day the same problem. later again service agent came and still problem not solved .
                          after 2 days on 20th Feb again another service technician came and asked to pay 1000 rupees for spare
                          Still problem is not solved and we are repeatedly calling and no update till date.

                          Without problem being solved all case ID's are closed.

                            I purchased a KENT Automatic Water Softener 8L for my bathroom in Gurgaon as I shifted to a new location and was facing water quality issues. I purchased directly from Kent after a demo was arranged through the Kent website. They charged me around 28000₹ plus additional installation related amount. The product claimed to be an Automatic Bathroom Water Softener that Converts Hard Water into Soft, and helps Prevent Hair Fall & Skin Dryness....

                                I have purchased KENT RO in Jul-2021. From Jul 2021 - Jul 2022 - filter was changed twice. After that every month the filter change is required. There is a service required every month. The servicing company is saying that there is lot of sediment deposit. However, they are also saying that there is no issue with other customers in our area. Hence, we cleaned the water tank, water pipes of our house. They suggested to install 2nd Iron guard and anti scaling balls, which was also done. But this time also the filter is lasting for only 1-2 months. In fact, we have installed another purifier from another company, which is working fine. I am not able to reach any KENT personnel. Complaint is being routed to the local service desk and we end up paying Rs 500 on an average every month. This is very unethical and does not give me any value for my money

                                  I contacted [protected] for service and my data was shared by you/KENT with Fraud companies (as they claim).
                                  These people took 8300 rupees from us as gave a fake online bill for AMC.
                                  Now Kent authorities are claiming that they are not taking the responsibility of this issue.

                                  Kent shared my confidential data (Personal Identifiable Information) which as per them should be classified as "TOP SECRET" to some unknown Service centers. As a customer, I am not aware of these service centers.

                                  People who came, had Kent Bag, Kent products and Kent-Tshirts.

                                  Ramesh (Area manager of Banaglore Kent) also stated in my conversation with him that there are 700 such service centers that are associated with KENT and only 70 could be valid.
                                  Which means, the next time I book a service, they will still send my (PII) to 630 fraud service centers.
                                  That leaves a clear statement that "KENT is not reliable and trustable" as they claim on your website.
                                  The other point as stated by the lawyer is that "Multiple follow-ups with no resolution and putting extra pressure and torture on the customer.
                                  I have been personally calling each of them for my resolution.
                                  Since Saturday I have been hearing that some "upper level" approvals are being awaited. But there is no record of such an incident.
                                  Whenever I ask to share the contact number, few hesitate as it is highly confidential . "So their data is highly confidential but ours is not, so those can be shared with everyone"
                                  When I try to call back to know the progress MR.RAMESH does not pick. I have to own lots of Phone numbers to call Ramesh as he picks only unknown numbers.

                                    Kent was not working (tds above 250) and hence i booked kent service. Technician came and charged 9k and still there was no reduction in TDS. We called him again and he came and charged 3k again. Yes you are reading it correct we became fool by spening 12k just to repair kent. It means innitial 9k is a fraud.
                                    We would get new RO system in less than this price. I am able to see other good new RO systems around 8k.
                                    They took 3 days to visit our home after booking. It affected my family health also.
                                    Pls give back my 9k .
