Got a new Kent RO installed in our house in 2022. In Nov 2023 as per the service technician feedback, membrane was changed for which we had to pay. Again due to low flow issues in Dec 2023, Technician came and observed that membrane is damaged and replaced it at their own cost. Now again we are facing the low flow issues and as per the technicians report membrane needs to be changed. It is evident that Kent is using sub standard quality of membranes which are getting damaged frequently and fleecing money from customers.

    Dear Kent,

    I have installed Kent UV + UF water purifier on 18th Feb 2024, but the taste of water seems different form couple of days so I have asked the vendor of Kent Aarohi Enterprises to check it once. But the service men of vendor is giving other reasons rather than visiting here this should not be happen as it has warranty 1 year and it's been only 17 days pf purchase. So please do the needful as soon as possible.

      I have done complaint for my RO not working properly two days i.e 18/02/2024 before but till now i.e 20/02/2024 no one has attended my complain till yet, there is no water in my home, and when call the AQUAIR SERVICE POINT, LUCKNOW, don't pick up call and agent also is also picking phone.

      Called KENT RO Service Center and wrote an email also but no action has taken place till yet.

      Engineer Assigned is DHARMENDRA.

        Lodged service request at 7:27 morning on 18.01.2024 as flow of drain water has been stopped. Last servicing and AMC carried out on 09.12.2023.Request no.[protected]. Informed kent customer care for urgent visit by technician as the RO is not working from the morning. Informed local kent RO technician anjali enterprise also, no one visited to service the call lodged today. As a result I forced to purchase drinking water. Very unfortunate to the quality of service provided by Kent. Decided to change RO from kent to other RO service provider. They don't understand the urgency of call.

          Renewed AMC and serviced on 09.12.2023. But flow of drain out water was low always. Again from today flow of drain out water has been stopped, which means the RO is not working properly. Raised complain early morning on 18.01.2024, informed customer care to send the engineer urgently and also informed the technician from Anjali Enterprise for quick recovery of RO and visit as early as possible. But all my request gone vain, no one attended my call. Very unfortunate and disappointed with the service of Kent. Request No.[protected]

            This is regarding a service request that I had placed on 23rd December 2023 for a filter replacement, the product was already out of warranty so I had paid the required amount for the filter and servicing. However, before the servicing the display of my machine was working perfectly which suddenly stopped working after the servicing happened. Till then, the company is taking no responsibility for this poor service and instead claiming addition Rs. 9000 for changing the display.

            My device was working completely fine before the servicing and only the filter replacement was pending in the whole process. The organisations had sent poor quality technicians who had no clue how to fix or operate the system, they had to take senior executives on call while they were working. Mr. Nirpan Bhakta is the main technician who came on the first day for servicing and created the main issue.

            Currently the company is denying all their responsibility on fixing the issue and my purifier is working worse than usual. The water flow is not there at all and there is no display. This is very shameful for an organisation like Kent who speak so highly about their products and services and just to specify this is their top line model costing Rs. 37500. Why should a customer go for premium products of an organisation where there is no guarantee on the service. Any technician can do any mistake and that has to be taken care of by the customer if the product is out of warranty.

            I have been raising tickets repeatedly post this issue and they are closing my tickets from the backend and I am getting sms for the same. Please look into this. I am looking for justice while being a loyal and patient customer who had trusted in a renowned brand in the country.

              I have raised a request for re-installation of my Kent RO on 24 Dec 23 but the team couldn't be able to attend the request by 27 Dec 23. I was continuously trying to communicate with their service staff but they were diverting the issue like here and there, even they were not sharing the Visakhapatnam (present address) contact number. Finally I have to buy a new water purifier.

                We got a service around 21st December.. from that date we are facing problem.
                We got our filter change
                First day water was leaking from inside..
                We complained ur employee
                The same employee came next day
                Name Sushil - [protected]
                did something and next day the water was leaking from below .
                And after that the blue pipe from which waste water gets out stop working
                And it's 5th or 6th day.. since we are facing problem
                We are going here and there to bring water .
                Such an inexperienced employees of Kent Ro Company

                But no technician came.. we waited whole day..
                Really Bad experience with ur company.

                  We purchased Blue Tooth Relay by our Purchase Order 866/22-23 dated: 27/03/23 from Kent RO. We paid advance payment of Rs.3540/-. But we received your Invoice U[protected] dated 14/04/23 of Rs. 2360/- against our above said Purchase Order. A copy of PO & Invoice enclosed herewith for your ready reference.

                  We have asked so many times to Kent RO representative Mr. Anand to refund the rest amooiyunt Rs.1180/- . But nothing was fruitful. So kindly intervene in this matter & do the arrangement to refund our excess payment of Rs.1180 as early as possible.

                    I purchased a Kent mineral RO water purifier from Croma in Coimbatore last year. However, no one turned up for interval service after installation. After a year, they confirmed that a technician would come and inspect the machine and replace any parts if necessary. But when the technician arrived, he directly pulled out the machine from the wall stand and told me to change the cylinder, which would cost Rs 6000/-. He did not take any initiative to check or clean the filter and the TDS measure. He was only interested in changing the cylinder, but I stopped him and refused to do it. The service was really bad, frustrating, and disappointing. I recommend everyone to never go with Kent water filters.

                          I purchased Kent RO in 2019 from reliance digital.

                          First year service was covered by reliance digital, From second year Kent is servicing. They have been servicing for 2 years. Suddenly in the app the purifiers buy date changed to 2009 and my warrant shows as out of warranty where it is clearly for 4 years. I am showing them the bill but they are not ready to accept it where they can easily track from serial number and my past service history . The customer care shuts the case rudely.

                            Please be informed that I have Kent Ro installed at our home.The Kent ro installed at home suddenly started stop functioning and water was choked and also was overflowing .I registered a complain regarding my issue on 22.10.23(Sunday ) and I received a message on 23.10.23 that my issue has been allocated to SAI ji enterprises vide reference no[protected]and technician will visit within hours .But with great apathy and displeasure and agony that none of the concerned bothered to resolve my issue It has been almost 4 days without pure water and I am also having stomach related issues thus non availability of pure water is aggravating my health.I also contacted on what's app group of business account where I was again promised that technician will visit today.But it was again misguided and Hollow promise by the company.Thus I am forwarding my grievance to your good self for early resolution of my issue before I go to next level or consumer forum . Further I demand compensation from company for harassing and giving mental agony to me and my family unnecessarily

                              I have my kent water purifier. Four months Back i changed my filters. Service engineer didn't fixed the filter properly.when i raise issue it is told that no proble will arise. After 3 months water lick started. On 22th oct I raise complaint again. Today again same service engineer WASIM-[protected] came, even if we categorically ask call center to send different engineer.
                              When we ask about the issue. He misbehaved. He returned without service and threatened that he will ensure nobody else will also came for service
                              He asked us to call support from head office only. I was not expecting such pathetic service and service engineer from such reputed company which is pure service based. Requesting you to do the needful and close my service on priority.

                                I bought the KENT RO 1 year back with alarming system. I am getting free service but need to pay for parts being replaced. Recently after 700 hours o[censored]sage the RO started beeping, Which as per manual is an indication that the filters might need replacement. Now when technician reached, they checked water quality and filter are working as expected! But still they are forcing me to get filter changed! The service technician on my face said we also need to earn something and we will get commission from the parts only which will be replaced. So merely they are playing a scam and forcing me to get the filters changed for their profit.
                                Spending ~3K each year on service which is not even needed is a big gamble we are being forced into. Really regret my choice o[censored]sing KENT RO, such a big company and doing such stoop actions.

                                    I bought a Kent Crystal star water purifier on 5/12/2022 through Aurow Marketing, Chennai sent through Kent under one year warranty.

                                    I used to register a complaint through Kent customer care and got attended for more than 8-9 times right from 10/12/2022 to till date due to two problems mentioned below. Complaining is a ever lasting process.

                                    1. In the 75-150 TDS range, got a smoke smell which we used unhealthy water.

                                    2. If the service person fixes in the 50-75 TDS, within four to five days, it went down to less than 50 which is not healthy and not in the BIS.

                                    3. Mineral level display always shows low mineral.

                                    Because of the above,

                                    1. My family has been facing illness for the last ten months.

                                    2. I have to take leave from my office for servicing

                                    3. The service person got irritated and scolded me for booking a complaint often

                                    4. My family members are also scolding me for having bought this water purifier

                                    5. Spending money on can water even when I have RO

                                    6. Because of the above I am stressed very much

                                    Kent sold faulty machine to me which causes me stress/illness to me and my family.

                                    When I brought the above matter to Email id [protected]@kent.co.in, they replied that I have to coordinate with Aurow marketing boss Mr. Moorthy for refund and when I called Mr. Moorthy, he said that for refund I must contact Kent only. In this scenario, can you please intrude and arrange to take back the machine and refund my money Rs.20500/-(Gpay details enclosed)

                                      I bought a Kent Crystal star water purifier on 5/12/2022 under a one year warranty from Aurow Marketing, Chennai through Kent customer care.

                                      I used to register a complaint through Kent customer care and got attended for more than 8-9 times right from 10/12/2022 to till date due to two problems mentioned below.

In this scenario, can you please intrude and arrange to take back the machine and refund my money.

                                        Dear sir/madam,

                                        I, Poornesh D, has kent ro machine which is out of warranty. I did paid service on 12/09/2023 costed upto 4500/-. Within 3 days machine getting water leakage.
                                        Regarding this i complained the service provider whom attended by looking contact details provided in the non GST bill of 4500/-.

                                        He assured me to send person but he not sent the service engineer and he stopped receiving my phone call or blocked.

                                        So, i again officially booked for service request on 27/09/2023 but ticket was closed without attending the fault.

                                        My humble request to the company please not to sell the products to semi urban/rural areas if the company unable to provide the service on time.

                                        My family has 3 small kids whom facing the issues due to non availability of RO water,

                                        I request the company to take serious measures to service engineer for his negligence.
