I purchased the RO in 15Sept 2021. This is to inform that despite warranty period of four years for service and also spare part 1year.I have lodged the complaint on 1.09.2022 but nobody came in 15days and also complaint closed in service centre and again complaint lodged in your side on 16.09.2022 . In this regard my warranty period is over on 15.09.2022. Engineer called me your warranty period is over so that you paid in amount of spare part. I have complaint in warranty period but no response in your site. So I am unable to paid any amount of spare part. Water quality is very poor in Paramakudi area in Tamil nadu-623707.
hence the getting the right products and service for the drinking water was very important.
This has been done intentionally so that no cover in warranty and I will charge the amount.

      Dear Sir,
      I'm from the city of Trivandrum in Kerala, India. I own a Kent MAXX water purifier that I bought in 2019. Before we serviced the machine, the filter was functioning well.
      By EXCEL SERVICE in Trivandrum City, we had the filters changed on August 10, 2022. The machine is now occasionally beeping, so I've called Excel Service to have it looked at. I wonder if Kent purifiers can be done by EXCEL SERVICE employees. Additionally, how can we verify whether the spare filter is authentic or not?

          Water quality is very poor in Bangalore and hence the getting the right products and service for the drinking water was very important.

          Filters purchased from the KENT was duplicate which was confirmed by the authorized technician from KENT. There was no action or response form the authorities when the issues was notified to them. I have already shared the details of the payment/AMC details and details of the faulty units supplied

            I got my RO repaired on 31st July, 2022. The technician did not mount the machine properly on wall. After he left, the RO machine fell down and stopped working. I immediately called service centre and they resend a new technician who then fixed it. Now after one months, it again stopped working. When we raised the complaint, the technician now is saying that your motor, wire and adapter have been damaged and it will be changed which will cost around Rs. 4200/- . I believe the damage is due to the physical damage caused by falling down of the machine on floor. However, now the service centre is not accepting their mistake and asking me to bear the repair cost. Already they have caused inconvenience to me by damaging my RO machine now they also want me to pay them for their mistake which is highly unethical and completely unprofessional. I never expected such poor service from a big company like Kent. Highly disappointed . Hoping to get this issue resolved by your end.

              कल मैने सर्व्हिस रिक्वेस्ट की थी की पाणी की टेस्ट बदल गयी हैं. आपका इंजिनियर आज आया था. ओ बता रहा था की sediment carbon खराब हो गये है. Pre filter आपने नही बैठाया है.आपके जीस इंजिनियर ने पहली बार kent install किया था उसने बताया था की उसकी कोई जरुरत नहीं हैं, आज आपका दुसरा इंजिनियर बता रहा है की pre filter बिठाना चाहिए था.ऐसा क्यों हो रहा हैं.सिर्फ 7 महिने पहले मैने ये फिल्टर खरिदा था. filter सिर्फ 7 महिने मे खराब कैसे हो गया?ऐसी सर्व्हिस कहा मिलती है?आपका प्रॉडक्ट नाम की वजह से लोग ले रहे हैं, ऐसा लगता हैं सर्व्हिस के नाम पे आप जनता को लूट रहे हो.filter दुरुस्त करने को 1100रू लगेंगे ऐसा आपका इंजिनियर बोल रहा था.सिर्फ 7 महिने मे 1100रू मेंटेनन्स?
              आप इस बात पर ध्यान दिजीये और मेरा फिल्टर दुरुस्त कर दीजिये. नहीं तो मैं consumer court मे जाके आपकी कंपनी की शिकायत दर्ज करुंगा. और बताऊंगा की आपकी कंपनी कैसे लोगो को लूट रही हैं.

                Hi i have made service request for my KENT RO FILTER so the technician Chetan kumar visited me but he was providing me 3 filters( 2 pc sediment and 1 carbon) filters of third party Company which seems bogus. i asked him to provide me kent company filters but he said i don't have it.
                Technician let me talk to his senior Nitin but he also don't gave me suitable answer.
                they are playing with our health by selling fraud filters.no one helped me i talked to Mr. Varinder to provide me answer that why kent is selling fake filters to me.but no one helped me from kent.
                We can be serious health issues because of fraud filters from kent. I have all the videos and photos proofs as well as call recordings.

                  I've requested a routine service and the technician replaced the RO MEMBRANE for my KENT PRIME RO, and when they're gone tank overflow problem started and prefileter overflow problem started. After calling them and requesting to solve this problem as soon as possible but they didn't come up not responded. And when I again registered a complaint against them through customer service, technicians called me and said- "Sir, The service request you availed in Feb 2021 was out of free service and we didn't take any service charge form you and this costing me money and I said that Kent company pays you not you pay them! And " I said- "My Kent RO PRIME is under four year free service and that ends in 2022 and why you bringing up all this after one and half year. And also you're not talking about the present problem you're talking about previous problem. What's the point in this!
                  This was the worst service I've ever experienced form a reputed company like Kent RO.

                      Bought a Kent RO super + in dec 2020 with 1 year warranty and 3 year free routine service. Now that 1 year warranty is over, I'm not able to register for free routine service through Kent mobile app as it keeps showing error "cannot create service request for inactive product".

                        I have raised Kent RO service request on 29th August and scheduled it on 30th August 2 PM. Technician reached home before 12 PM when I was buy. I asked him to come at scheduled time. He left saying that he can come on the next day. I raised a complaint with Kent RO customer service multiple times on the same day requesting for technician service on the same day. But the issue was not resolved.
                        When I checked the status of the case in the Kent app, it is showing as closed.

                          Please don't purchase this product. The maintenance is very costly. Every 6 months you need to change the filters which cost around Rs. 5000. Apart from this TDS level goes very low which means you are not getting adequate minerals. The consumers need to file a case against this company who is into cheap sales strategy by investing heavily into advertisements but not informing customers about the maintenance cost. I am going to throw away this machine before it calls for next maintenance.

                            I have chosen best RO as I don't compromise with my health but still I am not satisfied with the product as within 9 months of purchase, it gives problems.
                            I have called service engineers two times but the services are not satisfactory.

                            I again request you to kindly look into the matter. My kent RO should work properly. Instruct your engineers to give proper service. Otherwise change my product. They have changed the filters on my cost. Still it shows no RO FLOW I couldn't understand why they did not do it properly.

                              Hi,

                              This is in regards to the problem i have been facing with my Kent RO water purifier. In last few months some of the Kent experts has visited my place and tried to fix the issue but they have only ben charging us loads of money and in return we are still facing the challenge. The experts have tried to make money out of our issue and fooling us from past few months.

                              I have been extremely disappointed with the services from KENT RO. I will be switching to some other company if my issues are not sorted out. Moreover I will never recommend the product to any of my friends, relatives and colleagues.

                                  The wall mount support at the back of the machine body broke off while the technician was taking the machine off the hook.The technician was clueless about what to do and called his senior who not only didnot solve the problem but was shouting on top of his voice, argumenting that this part is not covered and can be replaced only after 7days.The technician then left d machine on d kitchen top and went away.Now it's impossible for us to use to machine as well as it's blocking a major part of our kitchen.
                                  I never thought Kent can send such useless people.

                                    Company named Kent RO [protected]@[protected], i have booked for kent purifier filters replacement instead of kent spares technician used and replaced by cheap spares parts by local Visakhapatnam agent [protected] advise, charged me 3 times extra cost than MRP and didnt provided me neither bill nor warranty. If asked for it threatening in return. Now the system is out of operation due to bad service, wrong spares and from last 10 days not responding to any calls. Finally this is big fake company operating in almost all cities looting public money. RO services using kent name and spoiling their name.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I am Ankush Makani from Gurgaon, sector 9 using Kent RO since last 05 years. Even I also availed Kent_AMC basis on company trust and services provided by you.

                                      I raised request on 15th of Aug -22 from Kent customer care for servicing my machine as it was not working properly.
                                      It took around 5 days to visit my place by service engineer who found motor is not working while servicing.
                                      Now Kent motor is not available with him . even he confirmed that Kent motor is not available at Gurgaon city. It will take time 2 days to revisit with motor. When again new executive come without Motor as he was not aware of this instances happened earlier. This is due to lack of coordination among teams. No they are forcing us to change all filter then only we will change the motor under AMC.
                                      We also connected with ketan_ASM . he also confirm the same thing that they will not provide motor untill and unless filters is changed.

                                      At last when they agreed to provide motor. Now one of your engineer today playing with us . He said i have installed the new motor as required, you can see machine is not working . He is advising us to change all filter then only it will work. But when we denied to change all this things. He went back.

                                      Now one of our electrician come and found that they have cut the electric wire in the machine that's why it's not working. When he plugged that wires, it start working in good condition.

                                      Now our electrician confirmed that Kent engineer was doing cheating with you and forcing you to change part even though it's working in good condition

                                      Please escalate this matter to high level authority as these type of engineer are breaking the goodwill of the company.

                                        Inspite of taking Annual Plan of 4500rs these bastards are denying from providing service...this is totally unacceptable...i want immediate action against it...Kent ro Varanasi named "Modern Services'' at sigra varanasi is the name of that fraud and so called ''Authorised Service Center''
