Dear Sir,
I'm from the city of Trivandrum in Kerala, India. I own a Kent MAXX water purifier that I bought in 2019. Before we serviced the machine, the filter was functioning well.
By EXCEL SERVICE in Trivandrum City, we had the filters changed on August 10, 2022. The machine is now occasionally beeping, so I've called Excel Service to have it looked at. I wonder if Kent purifiers can be done by EXCEL SERVICE employees. Additionally, how can we verify whether the spare filter is authentic or not?
