Annual Maintenance (AMC) fraud

Dear Kent team,

This is to acknowledge you of the fact that we a New AMC was created and money was charged even when the service was provided within the time period of the already existing AMC!

How can such mistake happen? Need to get it redressed as early as possible. Please find the attached images of AMC documents below and do the needful!!!

With very high disappointment and dissatisfaction I am writing that Kent RO I have installed at my home is the worst product and service I have experienced in my life. This company has fraud products and parts. I purchased kent RO this year in the month of JUNE (Date-9/6/2022). Within a month I have gone through multiple issues such as ( blockage of water and not filtering the water at all with this RO and irresponsible response from its service manager as well as ASM.
I have gone through services in first 3 months. Even technician told its has less pressure, then what he has checked when installed earlier. I don't have any answer about why different issues are there in this garbage product.
evan after complaning, the services center is not answering the calls and not doing the services properly. Their technicians and Service manager and ASM are contradicting on their statements regarding pump pressure totally acting like a unproffesional peoples, I have listened reasons like pressure from them as well but while selling they were saying it can even tolerate 30 storeyed building pressure as well.
Totally non sense and irresponsible staff of kent and multiple faults in their product, they closed my last complaint without closure from my side, same will happen regarding my current complaint as I know these guys
So I would advice not to buy kent product to all customers
Now I am feeling cheated as a customer and don't have any option to go for legal or social media.

    On 07/11/2022 asked customer care to register my complaints regarding Kent RO water purifier service. my complaints number is[protected]. Today 08/11/2022 technician name SUNNY KUMAR visited. He behaves like he is boss of my family. My products is under warranty and he refuse to change spare free of cost and asking for spare amount to be paid.
    Kent 11133 supreme copper next gen ro water purifier purchase on 12/02/2022 which is under warranty. I need service soon to resolve my problems.

      I have purchased kent RO on Aug 2021, which says ZERO water wastage but at the time of installation there was almost half the can water wastage when it was asked the installation team said it will be normal after sometime, i waited 4-5 months since then i am raising concern over calls and tweets because i am not able to raise in there app as the ticket is not closed by local retailer.

      Before completion of year a technician comes and reopens a ticket and says i need to check further TDS levels of water and why wastage of water i will get back to you and he went away.

      After completion of a year KENT RO sends a person reopening same ticket and the technician says i need to pay Rs. 3500 for replacing RO Chamber, i dont get this the ticket is open since installation even after so many calls and tweets now the person comes and says now its out of warranty so i need to pay .

      Please i need some help here even i am ready to file a Case against KENT RO if required not only with me many people tweeting on my thread on tweeter.

          I am a Kent RO user since Dec '2019. I have some grievances towards the quality of the product provided by authorized dealer of Kent during replacement.

          I get changed all RO membrane in Jan 2022, of Rs.4430/- by technician Ranjeet, Kent dealer M/s Nandan Films, Gaya, Bihar. Again there is a problem in the water outlet in the month of June'2022 and the same person who visited told me that RO main membrane needs to be replaced.

          Once again, I get replaced main RO membrane in June 2022 of Rs.3300/-. Again there is a problem in water outlet pressure in Sep 2022. The Kent RO technician who visited told me that the main RO membrane needed to be replaced. I asked the technician what was the reason for this .He said I do not know.

          After purchased of products

          1. Durability RO membrane of was 2 years

          2. Durability RO membrane of was 6 months

          3. Durability RO membrane of was 3 months

          the source of water is same and the consumption of water is also same.

          In view of the above, it found that poor quality of products provided by Kent authorized dealer.

          I have serious doubts about the quality of product provided by M/s Nandan Films, Gaya, Bihar, authorised dealer of Kent.

            Hi sir,
            I have ket ro pearl water purifier I use to do service with kent technician since 5 years.
            So same this year also asked to replace consumables he asked the money to purchase so I transfered amount to him via google pay. After that he is not responding to calls and he blocked my number also.

            He is kent certifified technician I got his contact through one of the kent office in hyderabad.
            Please do needful in this.

              Sir your technician ramveer-[protected] haa charged rs 300 without doing service he collect OTP and do not give information regarding pump head leakage and asked to replace whole pump of rs 2650.               Pathetic response company is replacing whole parts instead of replacing defected parts .thier customer care told me that the companey is discontinued rO pum Heda so you have to replace whole pump. Kent is doing this so that they can charge more in paid services.kent companey is such a fraud companey of wich after sell service is pathetic.they intentionally send such a technician who can make fool of customer and charge atleast 2-2.5k in each service. Don't pay more on name name of kent just go for lacal wendors they can provide good parts and service.how can one can trust kent when this companey start ignoring customers in just 4-5 years after sell.

                  I have purchased a Kent water filter (Serial No. KR[protected]) two years ago. Since the purchase, we have been facing issues with the filters and they are being replaced every 3 - 4 months which is absurdly unusual (recommended time is one year). The product is used moderately for a family of 3 people and the inlet water quality is tested as very good(TDS of around 300). We have raised this issue during the warranty period, but due to COVID restrictions back then, they couldn't check the product, so the service person kept changing the filters every 3-4 months for the time being as a temporary solution. In 2 years we have changed the filters more than "10 times" (each time costing around ₹3000 amounting to ₹30000). Six months back in march, again the service person visited and says that some pump has gone wrong and needs replacement which costs ₹6000 which is absolutely unacceptable. He also mentioned this is "happening only in our product". I am very unsatisfied and frustrated as it had cost us way more than the MRP of the product for maintenance in just 2 years.

                  Right now the product is out of warranty, but even during the warranty period we changed filters 2 times and I have raised this issue both times. But, due to the COVID situation, they couldn't do anything but send a service person to just change them for the time being. Since march 2022, I have raised multiple complaints through email and every time the response is "As per your trail mail We would like to inform you that we have escalated your case to our service team. please wait while they will look into it. Our team will coordinate with you soon." But I have not received a single email or a call in last six months.

                  An executive visited and denied any fault with the product without even examining it. He claimed that the problem is not the product but the input water supply and he collected the water sample for lab testing apparently. It has been more than 10 days and I have not received any report of the test or even a message or call back after that visit.

                    I bought Kent ro grand plus, less than two years back. Recently the water started smelling and tasting horrible. On calling the Kent engineer first he replaced all filters after few days he gain change carbon filter which was already changed 1 month back now he told me that the water storage plastic quality was bad and the smell and horrible taste was because of this bad plastic. This shocks me is that this is the quality being provided by Kent, especially for products through which we consume water. I already paid more than 7000 for filter change

                      It is very unfortunate and very disappointing that undersigned faced repeatedly poor service from your end.A service request was generated by undersigned at 3 pm yesterday.to attend my Kent Ro water purifier as machine not getting ON which under AMC since 6.6.2022.But since AMC taken from your nearest service dealership.located at ASK, ASANSOL, WEST BENGAL.as mentioned, your service owner at ASK, ASANSOL repeatedly harassed to undersigned.Even undersigned personally informed over phone service dealer owner of ASK, ASANSOL to attend my call on priority as water storage tank became empty since yesterday due to machine out of order but till that time none was attended my call however service technician as assigned today call undersigned mobile number at 11 am to ascertain what problem faced and same briefly told by undersigned.

                        Earlier was using Aqua-guard R/O and thought of switching it on KENT
                        what a bad idea i thought of
                        why i have changed my RO from aqua to kent
                        the worst decision of my life
                        Have bought a kent under the sink RO amounting Rs18000/-
                        + water tank Rs 5000+ a purifier candle Rs3000 in a year with multiple times issues occurring which cost me 3000 more with in a year candle change amounting rs 6000, now the service people are approaching me for the AMC amounting rs 8500/-
                        so in a year have spend approx 40, 000 on this ### KENT RO

                        DONT EVER BUY KENT RO
                        HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED...

                            Cancel complaint in kent ro, water taste not good

                            I purchased the RO in 15Sept 2021. This is to inform that despite warranty period of four years for service and also spare part 1year.I have lodged the complaint on 1.09.2022 but nobody came in 15days and also complaint cancel in service centre and again complaint lodged in service on 16.09.2022 . In this regard my warranty period is over on 15.09.2022. Engineer called me your warranty period is over so that you paid in amount of spare part....

                            Your Kent Grand + bought 2019 started giving trouble after replacement of filter first time in 2021 september.filter was replaced one month back after it started malfunctioning.after that last 11 months I had to spend almost 6000 rupees on various parts and now service person from saraju home care your authorised service centre . ..says I have to replace RO membrane with 3000 rupees...if I have to spend 9000 rupees I might as well drink mineral water

                                To whomsoever it may concern

                                I purchased KENT RO water purifier in Feb 2021. For one year there wasn't any problem but starting March '22 I have been facing this problem in this product. I have already spent Rs 3900 + Rs 300 + Rs 2900 for various parts replacement and the latest one was just in this month that is September'22. But on 27 Sept'22 it again stopped working and had to call for service ; and the technitian again asked for Rs 2700 for part replacement. Thus I want you to either kindly take your product and release me from this pathetic product or change Or just replace the same because here seems some big scam on either one who is providing the service or the one who is coming for the service. Kindly take immediate action as I don't wish to continue with this product as I have suffered and harrased alot. I also wish to file a complain in the consumer court based upon your response to this.

                                  I have booked for routine service & we got confirmation regarding service like engineer will visit on 20th September & engineer call me & he assured me he will visit on 21st September in earlymorning & I am waiting whole day but no response occurs so I wants to know that why you do this type of activity with customer why you have not give importance of time, why made fool to customers,
                                  If I have purchased product in December 2018 then how product free service is expired why you people cheat to customers

                                    I purchased the RO in 15Sept 2021. This is to inform that despite warranty period of four years for service and also spare part 1year.I have lodged the complaint on 1.09.2022 but nobody came in 15days and also complaint closed in service centre and again complaint lodged in your side on 16.09.2022 . In this regard my warranty period is over on 15.09.2022. Engineer called me your warranty period is over so that you paid in amount of spare part. I have complaint in warranty period but no response in your site. So I am unable to paid any amount of spare part. Water quality is very poor in Paramakudi area in Tamil nadu-623707.
                                    hence the getting the right products and service for the drinking water was very important.
                                    This has been done intentionally so that no cover in warranty and I will charge the amount.
