Complaint marked as Resolved Sri.Ravichandran, technician from Akshya Enterprises came on 20.01.23 and tested the old electrical board by resetting process and found it functional.Hence they have taken the new one for which I had paid Rs1000. I received refund of Rs 1000 and thereby settled the dispute. I thank everyone involved in this process and special thanks to Mr.Ravichandran, who is having sufficient knowledge on the subject.

Updated by kishorecaro The last time we spoke on Tuesday with (Kent Social media manager, Akshaya Enterprises (Kent dealer), we were informed that the proprietor will come home the next day @ 8 am to recheck the dismantled filters and provide justification on why the filters had to be replaced. But no one came to visit and no calls were received too. The concern is NOT resolved and without proper answers, this issue cannot be closed.
