Post servicing today, came to know that the previous person who installed all filters were old one and charged for new one. In such cases why should be use Kent products if keep in charging more 5k for each servicing for filter change.

    Engineer did not inform that there is less air in the water tank, he didnot have the air pump so he serviced rest of the machine, took service charge and left.
    After twp hours when I called him that issue is not resolved, he told me that water tank is faulty and he did not have air pump.

      We have been in touch with Kent customer care from 3 weeks now.
      Initial problem was beep sound and water did not pour out.
      Customer care visited and we paid 350 Service charge and 1000 Rupees for spare ( ballast ) dated on 15 / 02 .
      Later next day the same problem. later again service agent came and still problem not solved .
      after 2 days on 20th Feb again another service technician came and asked to pay 1000 rupees for spare
      Still problem is not solved and we are repeatedly calling and no update till date.

      Without problem being solved all case ID's are closed.

        I purchased a KENT Automatic Water Softener 8L for my bathroom in Gurgaon as I shifted to a new location and was facing water quality issues. I purchased directly from Kent after a demo was arranged through the Kent website. They charged me around 28000₹ plus additional installation related amount. The product claimed to be an Automatic Bathroom Water Softener that Converts Hard Water into Soft, and helps Prevent Hair Fall & Skin Dryness. The person who came for demonstration showed me with some qualitative hardness analyser tool which indicated extreme hardness. It was not digital and I did not know the exact hardness.
        Installation was a mess and they ruined my newly painted bathroom— water falling from overhead and flooding the bathroom and stains in every possible corner of my bathroom. However I was so much worried about my hair fall issue at that time that I was willing to endure this.
        I was told that I have to put salt in the tank from time to time as it will help in functioning of the item.
        Since that day I have been facing issues with it— it does not function and when I call the customer care they said they would send someone but it has been two months and nobody turned up. I called the person (Mr Pawan Kumar) who came for demo and installation but he has blocked my number it seems as I cannot reach him.
        Now it has come to that stage where the water is stinky in my bathroom, the unit that they placed has stagnant water inside it with lots of dirt - overall it is disgusting and I find it even difficult to put this water in my mouth while brushing as it stinks.
        I checked with a digital hardness meter and there was no difference between this water and the rest of the home.
        I feel cheated and this is not at all acceptable that a company like Kent can get away with this. After sales service is pathetic and they simply do not respond. I have raised many complaints but they turn a blind eye.
        I demand complete refund for this product as it is 100% faulty and would like to warn customers falling for this trap by Kent.

              I have purchased KENT RO in Jul-2021. From Jul 2021 - Jul 2022 - filter was changed twice. After that every month the filter change is required. There is a service required every month. The servicing company is saying that there is lot of sediment deposit. However, they are also saying that there is no issue with other customers in our area. Hence, we cleaned the water tank, water pipes of our house. They suggested to install 2nd Iron guard and anti scaling balls, which was also done. But this time also the filter is lasting for only 1-2 months. In fact, we have installed another purifier from another company, which is working fine. I am not able to reach any KENT personnel. Complaint is being routed to the local service desk and we end up paying Rs 500 on an average every month. This is very unethical and does not give me any value for my money

                I contacted [protected] for service and my data was shared by you/KENT with Fraud companies (as they claim).
                These people took 8300 rupees from us as gave a fake online bill for AMC.
                Now Kent authorities are claiming that they are not taking the responsibility of this issue.

                Kent shared my confidential data (Personal Identifiable Information) which as per them should be classified as "TOP SECRET" to some unknown Service centers. As a customer, I am not aware of these service centers.

                People who came, had Kent Bag, Kent products and Kent-Tshirts.

                Ramesh (Area manager of Banaglore Kent) also stated in my conversation with him that there are 700 such service centers that are associated with KENT and only 70 could be valid.
                Which means, the next time I book a service, they will still send my (PII) to 630 fraud service centers.
                That leaves a clear statement that "KENT is not reliable and trustable" as they claim on your website.
                The other point as stated by the lawyer is that "Multiple follow-ups with no resolution and putting extra pressure and torture on the customer.
                I have been personally calling each of them for my resolution.
                Since Saturday I have been hearing that some "upper level" approvals are being awaited. But there is no record of such an incident.
                Whenever I ask to share the contact number, few hesitate as it is highly confidential . "So their data is highly confidential but ours is not, so those can be shared with everyone"
                When I try to call back to know the progress MR.RAMESH does not pick. I have to own lots of Phone numbers to call Ramesh as he picks only unknown numbers.

                  Kent was not working (tds above 250) and hence i booked kent service. Technician came and charged 9k and still there was no reduction in TDS. We called him again and he came and charged 3k again. Yes you are reading it correct we became fool by spening 12k just to repair kent. It means innitial 9k is a fraud.
                  We would get new RO system in less than this price. I am able to see other good new RO systems around 8k.
                  They took 3 days to visit our home after booking. It affected my family health also.
                  Pls give back my 9k .

                    We are writing to bring to your attention the unacceptable behavior and dishonesty of the KentRO company. Despite our filters being under free change warranty, the area executive arranged a service for us and demanded payment of Rs 9000 to change the filters, falsely claiming that the filters had already been changed on March 10th, 2022. Despite our requests, he refused to provide any documentation or evidence of this supposed previous service. Furthermore, we have consistently experienced rude and disrespectful behavior from KentRO representatives, specifically from an individual named Pradeep Singh, who has made derogatory and insulting remarks towards our family members. This is completely unacceptable and we urge your government to take action against this company.

                        I have complained since the purchase of the Kent device regarding the fluctuation of the TDS where the TDS fluctuates abnormally.
                        Once the TDS was reduced to 20 and after setting it to 150 TDS y the KENT technician the TDS again drops to 70 now within ne month after TDS set.

                        There is no explanation by the Shambhavi traders and neither from the Technician they just come and set the TDS to as per my wish but again the water quality degrades.

                        I am really frustrated with this machine and the Service being offered.

                        I wish t complain on higher consumer court if the machine is not replaced

                          High AMC value, i am paying almost 7000 a year AMC to these guys which is a very high value of AMC.

                          Also got a call from kent last week that the person who visit (which came from them only) has left the job and doing frauds.

                              I bought the above product on 21.11.2021 and warranty ended on 22.11.2022. But the regular maintenance for every 3 months was never done. Instead a tech came in Nov 2022 voluntarily and changed some crystal balls and collected money for that.

                              On Dec 30: Beep sounds came from the product continuously and stopped yielding water. I called up Akshaya Enterprises, Trichy on phone number [protected] at 11.07 am to attend to the problem.

                              On Dec 31: I raised a service request on the Kent app (Case ID:[protected] and tech turned up at 11.00 am

                              On his arrival without testing anything he said all filters costing around Rs 5435 should be replaced and I agreed to that. But even after changing the filters, the beep sound did not stop. Then he sought advice from his superior and changed an electrical board worth Rs 1000 which resulted in stopping the beep sound.
                              I strongly believe that the beep sound was due to the electrical board issue and not the filters. Just after a year’s usage how can all filters fail? In just a year, almost every internal part has been replaced.

                              I incurred a loss of Rs 6435 because the Kent Service team did not do regular maintenance right after the purchase of the product. As a customer, I am very disappointed with the incompetency of the tech who failed to diagnose properly and the irresponsible attitude of the people concerned. I strongly believe that there was no need to change the filters if he would have just changed the electrical board.

                              I kindly request you review my case and grant me the proper compensation.

                              Desirable solutions are either the product should be taken back or replaced even though the warranty period is over by 40 days or a refund of Rs 6435 is to be initiated because no one turned up for anything after the sale of the product for one year.

                              Sri.Ravichandran, technician from Akshya Enterprises came on 20.01.23 and tested the old electrical board by resetting process and found it functional.Hence they have taken the new one for which I had paid Rs1000. I received refund of Rs 1000 and thereby settled the dispute. I thank everyone involved in this process and special thanks to Mr.Ravichandran, who is having sufficient knowledge on the subject.

                              The last time we spoke on Tuesday with (Kent Social media manager, Akshaya Enterprises (Kent dealer), we were informed that the proprietor will come home the next day @ 8 am to recheck the dismantled filters and provide justification on why the filters had to be replaced. But no one came to visit and no calls were received too. The concern is NOT resolved and without proper answers, this issue cannot be closed.

                                        I am purchasing kent kette product 25th November 2022, I have using 10 December 2022 I have no issue but today 11th December 2022 morning I am using so suddenly kette is cracked I am sock how did possible that's why I am raise a complaint please resolve my issue and replace my product.
