We are writing to bring to your attention the unacceptable behavior and dishonesty of the KentRO company. Despite our filters being under free change warranty, the area executive arranged a service for us and demanded payment of Rs 9000 to change the filters, falsely claiming that the filters had already been changed on March 10th, 2022. Despite our requests, he refused to provide any documentation or evidence of this supposed previous service. Furthermore, we have consistently experienced rude and disrespectful behavior from KentRO representatives, specifically from an individual named Pradeep Singh, who has made derogatory and insulting remarks towards our family members. This is completely unacceptable and we urge your government to take action against this company.

    I am complaining against the KENT RO company and their associate BURAK Enterprise as they refused to replace the membrane filters as my product KENT ACE 2020 is still in WARRANTY.

    Requested for Membrane replacement: January 2nd 2023.
    I got the confirmation from Kent that my product is eligible for Membrane filter replacement still the agent Ayaz denied to replace.

    I have attached the chat and bill of my product.

    Please help to get this resolve.

      I have complained since the purchase of the Kent device regarding the fluctuation of the TDS where the TDS fluctuates abnormally.
      Once the TDS was reduced to 20 and after setting it to 150 TDS y the KENT technician the TDS again drops to 70 now within ne month after TDS set.

      There is no explanation by the Shambhavi traders and neither from the Technician they just come and set the TDS to as per my wish but again the water quality degrades.

      I am really frustrated with this machine and the Service being offered.

      I wish t complain on higher consumer court if the machine is not replaced

        High AMC value, i am paying almost 7000 a year AMC to these guys which is a very high value of AMC.

        Also got a call from kent last week that the person who visit (which came from them only) has left the job and doing frauds.
        Kent RO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Also out water tank changed its color and now become yellowish.

            Product Id : KR[protected]

            I bought the above product on 21.11.2021 and warranty ended on 22.11.2022. But the regular maintenance for every 3 months was never done. Instead a tech came in Nov 2022 voluntarily and changed some crystal balls and collected money for that.

            On Dec 30: Beep sounds came from the product continuously and stopped yielding water. I called up Akshaya Enterprises, Trichy on phone number [protected] at 11.07 am to attend to the problem.

            On Dec 31: I raised a service request on the Kent app (Case ID:[protected] and tech turned up at 11.00 am

            On his arrival without testing anything he said all filters costing around Rs 5435 should be replaced and I agreed to that. But even after changing the filters, the beep sound did not stop. Then he sought advice from his superior and changed an electrical board worth Rs 1000 which resulted in stopping the beep sound.
            I strongly believe that the beep sound was due to the electrical board issue and not the filters. Just after a year’s usage how can all filters fail? In just a year, almost every internal part has been replaced.

            I incurred a loss of Rs 6435 because the Kent Service team did not do regular maintenance right after the purchase of the product. As a customer, I am very disappointed with the incompetency of the tech who failed to diagnose properly and the irresponsible attitude of the people concerned. I strongly believe that there was no need to change the filters if he would have just changed the electrical board.

            I kindly request you review my case and grant me the proper compensation.

            Desirable solutions are either the product should be taken back or replaced even though the warranty period is over by 40 days or a refund of Rs 6435 is to be initiated because no one turned up for anything after the sale of the product for one year.

            Sri.Ravichandran, technician from Akshya Enterprises came on 20.01.23 and tested the old electrical board by resetting process and found it functional.Hence they have taken the new one for which I had paid Rs1000. I received refund of Rs 1000 and thereby settled the dispute. I thank everyone involved in this process and special thanks to Mr.Ravichandran, who is having sufficient knowledge on the subject.

            The last time we spoke on Tuesday with (Kent Social media manager, Akshaya Enterprises (Kent dealer), we were informed that the proprietor will come home the next day @ 8 am to recheck the dismantled filters and provide justification on why the filters had to be replaced. But no one came to visit and no calls were received too. The concern is NOT resolved and without proper answers, this issue cannot be closed.

                    I purchased Kent pearl on 14.02.2020 installed on 20.02.2020. on 29.09.2021 spares (RO membrane, FRT, Sediment, 10 mm sediment, ODRBON)are changed worth of 4500/- after that on 03.07.2022 again changed RO membrane. This type of product... How i maintain.

                            Even after raising service requests multiple times, RO issue is not fixed. Every time a service engineer comes and changes some parts and one after another some or the other problems start. We have been raising complaints...but still have not got a decent solution. I strongly believe their engineers are incompetent or Kent RO believes in just sales but no post-sales service. This is very unprofesstional of them.

                              With very high disappointment and dissatisfaction I am writing that I am a Kent RO user since Dec '2019. I have some grievances towards the quality of the product provided by authorized dealer of Kent during replacement.

                              I get changed all RO membrane in 15 Nov 2022, of Rs.5435/- by technician Narendra Singh, Kent dealer M/s BHANGEL SERVICE, UP, Noida(see attach bill). Within a week I have gone through multiple issues such as ( problem with motor and not filtering the water(RO water TDS is 700)) and we are drinking KENT RO water with 700 TDS due to which my son and wife getting stomach disease from last week. I need to claimed compensation for loss of earnings.

                                  Hi Team, I have two RO machine. I wanted to register both my machine on two different mobile number but not sure they updated my single mobile number for both my machine. Both my RO is installed on two different city. Due to that sometime we try to give complaint for some other machine & it's getting register for other machine. Request you to please help me registering my mobile number for respective RO machine.

                                    Annual Maintenance (AMC) fraud

                                    Dear Kent team,

                                    This is to acknowledge you of the fact that we a New AMC was created and money was charged even when the service was provided within the time period of the already existing AMC!

                                    How can such mistake happen? Need to get it redressed as early as possible. Please find the attached images of AMC documents below and do the needful!!!

                                    With very high disappointment and dissatisfaction I am writing that Kent RO I have installed at my home is the worst product and service I have experienced in my life. This company has fraud products and parts. I purchased kent RO this year in the month of JUNE (Date-9/6/2022). Within a month I have gone through multiple issues such as ( blockage of water and not filtering the water at all with this RO and irresponsible response from its service manager as well as ASM.
                                    I have gone through services in first 3 months. Even technician told its has less pressure, then what he has checked when installed earlier. I don't have any answer about why different issues are there in this garbage product.
                                    evan after complaning, the services center is not answering the calls and not doing the services properly. Their technicians and Service manager and ASM are contradicting on their statements regarding pump pressure totally acting like a unproffesional peoples, I have listened reasons like pressure from them as well but while selling they were saying it can even tolerate 30 storeyed building pressure as well.
                                    Totally non sense and irresponsible staff of kent and multiple faults in their product, they closed my last complaint without closure from my side, same will happen regarding my current complaint as I know these guys
                                    So I would advice not to buy kent product to all customers
                                    Now I am feeling cheated as a customer and don't have any option to go for legal or social media.
