They are not reply our call,, we are soo irritate to his responses.. When we call to him, his personal staff behavior is sooo ugly,, and his phone number is [protected] (Manoj) we want so more ro but we will never purchase kent ro again. If any esquire please context us [protected] if you are not help to us.. We call grahak seva aayog..

We bought the Kent RO product. in Since then, this is the sixth service complain that we've logged.
We were of the opinion that Kent RO systems are t best in India and Kent Supreme is the state of the art system which has been introduced. However we are very dissatisfied with the product and tired of logging the complaint every other day.
First of all, you mention that the Kent Supreme is a zero water wastage product. However every one hour at least 3 buckets of water is wasted. Upon checking with the engineer we were informed that this is just a marketing strategy and the water will be in any case wasted.
Secondly, every couple of days. The product dies down and does not provide water.
This is the 5th time a part has been replaced.
This is utter nonsense, the service is provided only until the warranty period. I'm sure this RO would be a complete waste after the warranty period even though it still is.
