Kent disowned the responsibility of dolphin refrigeration, your local franchisee for their amc contract @ rs 7000/- end on 22/06/2018.
On clarification of not getting service as per amc contract since january 2018, they explained, as they have record of calling customer care last week only, they out-rightly reject the contract by their authorized local franchisee who dealt with us june 2017 for one year amc.
Fact is, we did not know their local franchisee. Based on our complain to kent last year, dolphin visited us. We took amc for one year. After that dolphin, the authorized franchisee did not respond to our call since jan 2018. There has been no proactive intimation on any update about this franchisee from kent ro since we purchased amc!
It appears the current case is a clear legal liability lying with kent which they constantly denying giving a suggestion to pay fresh to their franchisee for new amc and got necessary repair of my ro system.
There has been several communications with kent in mail.

We got a call from KENT RO Customer service last week.
They listened our case, did not comment show any disagreement on our claim.
But since then its status quo.
We need resolution.

We have not received any complaint from you during the AMC period. You have been contacting the service franchise who is no longer associated with Kent instead of contacting our customer care.
Now since the AMC has already expired, we regret to say that you will have to pay for service charges as well as cost of spares.
Please confirm your acceptance so that service can be arranged.

The authorized franchisee has been introduced by you.
We took AMC. The evidence is submitted. Since Jan 2018 their service disappeared.
And there has been no alarm from you for disassociation of your Franchisee and solution about pending issues!
We wonder, how can you disown your legal liabilities!

Updated by omtumpa Subsequent to our mail, we give additional inputs on AMC service by Dolphin Refrigeration, Vadodara.
We took AMC in JUNE 2017.
They actually did 3 services out of total 4.
The 3rd service, they provided during Mar - Apr 2018. That time they did some minor repair and also recommended to change the pump in their 4th service.
But after that they stopped responding. And we come to know your dis-association only after complaining about the pending issues.
It is therefore surprising act by KENT RO, now that;
1. How can Kent RO disown their responsibility without showing any poactive evidence of alarming us of their dis-association.
2. Also in any franchisee agreement any disassociation must consider the pending liabilities of old Franchisee.
We repeat the introduction of Dolphin etc. have been introduced by Kent RO only to us. It is therefore a very loose act by Kent RO by putting the liabilities on customer for false act of their introduced franchisee. That's why we took the highest AMC in scope!
We need right resolution in the legal scope.
