Hello,
I purchased a kent sterling+ (S/l no: kr[protected]) on 05/10/2018. They came and installed it and we made the payment of rs.20000 on the same date.
From that day evening onwards, the purifier started leaking. We immediately informed them and the next day, i. E., on saturday, a guy came and fixed it. Again after he left, it started leaking. When we called him, he told he will come on the next day, sunday, morning 10am. On sunday, another guy came and tried to fix it saying there is some loose connection. Again it started leaking and the guy had to come back within 5 mins of leaving from here. Atlast, he told me everything is rectified and there will be no more problems. But in the evening, again there is leakage. Our modular kitchen cabinet is getting damaged because of this water leakage.
From today morning, i am calling the dealer and till now, they have not send someone. My dealer is universal pure water solutions, begur. When i called the kent customer care, they told me they cant do anything and i will have to contact the dealer.
Very bad service from kent. I am utterly dissatisfied.
