Service is pathetic, ro is not working since starting, even alarm system doesn't work. Company is selling products with fraud promises. I complained several times but they only trust their engineer who always lies and protects the company as well, 0% customer value. Frequent costs.
1. Filter candle wasn't replaced when filter was on warranty even it was not working. 2. Engineers ask for external candle to be installed for better performance which company denies.
3. Had to buy water from outside for weeks, maintenance is very high, even bought amc now engineer says both membrane and candle to be replaced where only candle was to be replaced as per earlier one.
4. Engineer asked 3 to 4k for replacement of membrane because of his negligence if he would have replaced candle earlier.
5. I can't afford to waste more time on this product complaint, even filing complain engineer closes the case i denied for otp share but he said i will close myself then.
I won't be buying kent ro and convey this everywhere possible, request you to please take action else planning to file a case in court for fraud promises against the company as well as its ambassador.

    Pathetic service.. 1000% percent maintenance cost... Never buying kent ro again.. And planning to file a case in court for the requent damages...

    Your employee showing worst response for general service...still not Respond for service Kent ro water purifier
    I am calling for reinstallation since last 7 days..no one is coming and cancelling request by saying no response..really very poor service

      I have carried out service of my grand plus ro one week back service peraon charged me 8020 rs approx price of a new ro and after 2 days again my ro stop working.. Pls help.. I will move to consumer court... Its a pure case of cheatimg on service day also i told person thay u changed all thing still sometime filter showing beep alarm he told its normal... Now it stopped working... Its a worse service i jave ever seen... Regard prashant

      Kent Raindrop Services did a fraudulent activity by replacing a new filter with an old one. Now the device is not working at all. If you are reading this don't buy Kent RO at all. Their service is pathetic and more than pathetic their service team does a lot of fraudulent stuff. Dont trust them with providing quality serives. Choose some other RO.

        On 18th august 2017, i purchase kent superb water purifier, but the product was
        Faulty, hence asking for replacement of the product, company approved my request after 2 months. Replacement arranged without any documents. When i asked for warranty card they simply told that the warranty card given previously
        Is same for this product also.in that time actually i dont know that every product having different product id. From 20th august 2018, the product not working properly, display also not working, i think the company arrange replacement with a faulty product hence they have not given any documents related to the product. The product was not registered till last month, now actually having in warranty, but the authority simply telling me that the product is out of warranty. If the given product in use from15th october 2017, then how it is out of warranty. The company should be taken responsibility about the product and treat as in warranty,

        12 days over, but authority not responding, the display of the product not working, sometimes it on but product information not displaying, hence I request to the authorities to arrange repair as soon as possible.
        please arrange warranty card of given product or arrange free services its my request. please try to my understand my problems.

          I have taken Rs. 14000 AMC from VTech appliances who operates from Vasna Vadodara as authorised Kent RO dealer. I had complained the VTech team about Kent RO not working. After multiple follow-up’s one person came today and changed the filter and candel of RO installed.
          He asked me to sign two paper one is the receipt from VTech which reflects the components changed, another is the pink card that the person got from his service Center.
          I signed the receipt which lists three components changed. Then the mechanic asked me to sign his pink card. The pink card wasn’t signed earlier. I asked him why haven’t you got it signed before when the previous services were given. He said not required at that time. You just sign at the big box. I told him I will sign in the box which says customer signature with date of service and components changed mentioned in the same row. He spoke loudly and tried to intimidate me. He the called up his manager Mr. Robin who said he is the service head in VTech. Mr. Robin also asked me to sign in the box Which is at the top left of the pink card. I told him the same thing that I will sign in the column where it is mentioned customer signature. He started yelling and rudely talking to me. He said if you don’t sign that box we will not send our mechanic for service from next time. Now you do what you want.
          I would like to bring this to notice to Kent Ro team, such behaviour and denying of service from your service provider is completely unacceptable. I will take this to consumer court. How can he deny service after taking full payment of RS. 14, 000/- for AMC.
          I request you kindly look into it and respond ASAP. This is not the first time I am facing problem with VTech team. There have been multiple incidents but today they have crossed line.
          Now I am forced to take this matter to consumer court in the name KentRO.

          I have bought kent max and cockroaches enters into its storage tank to breed, getting purified water mixed with cockroaches waste, flaw in the design..immediate action is required on this.

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I have shifted from Delhi to Bhubaneswar Odisha on 01st October 2018 on official purpose. I have taken AMC for KENT RO Super Plus Machine on[protected] which is valid till[protected]Attached is the screenshot for your reference). Now when I have requested for re-installation in the new place where I have shifted and your customer care representative were stating that my AMC is not applicable as it is only for NCR region.

            Now my question is that while taking AMC neither your KENT representative told me that my AMC valid for NCR only nor in your AMC terms and conditions/invoice it is mentioned clearly that AMC valid for NCR region only. As far as my understanding that once the AMC has been taken on the product of that country it is valid in entire country irrespective of states.

            If this is that case then I have to take the shelter of law/consumer court to put forth my voice to justify my situation and needful in the favour the consumer.

              Hello,

              I purchased a kent sterling+ (S/l no: kr[protected]) on 05/10/2018. They came and installed it and we made the payment of rs.20000 on the same date.

              From that day evening onwards, the purifier started leaking. We immediately informed them and the next day, i. E., on saturday, a guy came and fixed it. Again after he left, it started leaking. When we called him, he told he will come on the next day, sunday, morning 10am. On sunday, another guy came and tried to fix it saying there is some loose connection. Again it started leaking and the guy had to come back within 5 mins of leaving from here. Atlast, he told me everything is rectified and there will be no more problems. But in the evening, again there is leakage. Our modular kitchen cabinet is getting damaged because of this water leakage.

              From today morning, i am calling the dealer and till now, they have not send someone. My dealer is universal pure water solutions, begur. When i called the kent customer care, they told me they cant do anything and i will have to contact the dealer.

              Very bad service from kent. I am utterly dissatisfied.

              I was purchase Kent Sterling+ Mineral RO on 23.07.2018 and installed on 26.07.2018 against inv no: KR[protected], product code" 11053 but facing leakage problem from 2nd day of installation. within this ten months at least 20 times service engineer came to repair same but not resolved. after every alternate seven to ten days the leakage problem has persist.

              I have been regular request to replace same but not care my request and send service engineer to repair it. I have already pay frequently money to replace of parts. Due to heavy leakage all my faulty product all my wooden work has been damaged. I have already loose huge money due to that.
              Please do not purchase the product the product is totally faulty product

                I bought this product a month ago and from the day it was installed it is having problem, there is a thin layer of oil i can find in the water... I raised multiple service requests and till now they have not fixed it. Now the service guy is saying the tank is a problem and the tank is not covered in warranty, imagine the unit is not even a month old... I made a big mistake of buying kent, they are pathetic in responding to services, especially pearl infotech (Bangalore)

                  It's been almost 6months that i purchased kent grand plus ro and 4-5 days back the cylinders of my ro burst for no reason and there was water all over my place in the night and my refrigerator has stopped working cause of that which is worth 90k.
                  I had all the faith in your companies product as it's in the warranty but still it has not been fixed. At the time purchase i was confirmed a warranty of 1 year then what is taking your service executive so long?? There has been no support since then nobody is responding.. I want it to be fixed by today or i will be forced to take this matter further for cheating your customers and making false promises and my loss caused by your companies faulty product.

                    Purchased kent ro water purifier on dec 24, 2017. Till date no free service or visit provided. Today i called for a routine check up as warranty would expire in some time. Technician gave a list of problems and also told me that filter was too dirty and had to be changed @ rs1, 000/-. When i asked why they had not come earlier to check and clean my filter on a routine basis as machine was in warranty, the reply i received was that they don't do routine check up, they only check for problems. My query is: if my filter had been cleaned regularly within 6 months then now it would not be beyond repair... Why no routine check in warranty period??? Who will pay for faulty company policy??? Why should customer suffer??? Why such policies are not declared at sale time??!

                      I am presently using kent ace ro for my domestic use, details are as follows

                      Complaint :
                      I had bought this ro few months back, off lately i'm facing taste issues with the water.
                      I have registered the complaint three times by calling on your customer care number and two times on your mobile application. They registered my complaint promising me a quick and prompt solution.
                      Everytime the complaint gets cancelled by itself and none of your service providers calls me, everytime i recieve a message that your complaint has been addressed and your problem has been resolved.
                      Which is not true neither a single technician has visited my home nor did i receive any call from anyone.
                      I believe a company should be equally eager to give after sales services as they are before selling their product.
                      Give me a solution to it in next 24hrs and don't provoke me to take any harsh steps and let this relationship between a customer and company be good.
                      I'll be waiting for a solution before things get complicated between us.
                      Awaiting a quick and promt response in the above matter.

                        Kent engineers are the cheaters. The engineer who visited for servicing is the biggest cheater only intending for replacing a part in each visit. Even the company is not taking any action after multiple complaints. I recommend don't choose kent, there are ample of options in market so choose wisely and save money. Once they were giving best service and now the worst service provider in ncr.

                          did not get help to change mobile number after so many calls

                          I have been calling from yesterday morning to update my registered number. And requested also not to call on old number. Instead of so many calls and requests service care has not listening.
                          I have closed my old Complaint 2 days back and your executive also returned back yesterday. Instead of this my old Complaint is still in line.
                          And still somebody else getting calls on my old registered number after my requests. Kindly stop...

                          I bought a new Kent RO GRAND Plus on 15 August 2018 and installed on 16 August. From the date of installation, the product stops working 3 times. we always called Kent customer care to repair.

                          Major issues:
                          1-At the time of installation, engineer connect the outlet with the tank while purified water was wasted. We drink water with 550 TDS for 2 weeks.
                          2. After the complaint, engineer changes the connections and request us not to take action against the company. After a few days, purifier again stops working.
                          3-Again we complaint and engineer visit the house. HE again said there were wrong connections and he corrects it as he claimed.
                          4- Now on 4 October, we called customer care and request to take some action for this. They promised to arrange a call back from a senior engineer but nothing happened. Even I did not get the request number as like always means they refuse our request.

                          Because of this, My wife is suffering from Typhoid. I am facing health issues like joint pains, stomachache etc. (I have all tested reports)

                          now finally,
                          I want to change my RO with new piece
                          or
                          Refund my money
                          otherwise, I am ready to go to consumer court (Each document is ready).

                            Exactly after 1 year and 2 month, my kent ace ro stopped working. As a process i call up the call center and they promised that engineers will visit within 24 hrs. They failed on this front.
                            Next day engineer visit my house and give me estimated of 5500. I am shocked that an equipment which i bought for 15 k and now service is costing me 5.5 k. And this seems that it will be a regular expense every month. I am completely disappointed and regret my decision to go with the brand name. But at the end of the day as a consumer i am feeling helpless.

                                This company service is the worst ever 3 times they visited my house to service my water purifier and instead of that they just damage that and after every service i have to spend money on different parts just because they only damage it while servicing it's like they come to damage my product instead of service i am fed and strongly don't recommend this product, don't ever buy this kent ro

                                  After seeing the advertisements/ wide publicity of kent ro in tv and news papers, i was encouraged to go for a new and telephoned to kent customer care toll free number-[protected] for demonstration of kent mineral ro water purifier with ro+uf+uv+tds control. After detail appraisal of the improved features of the water filter, i purchased the purifier and subsequently as advised fitted one kent pre-sediment filter. As per the instruction handbook supplied with the kent prime (Page-5), there is filter change alarm system along with uv fall alarm. The installation was made on 13/6/016 by bhanjadhara aquaguard, baripada-757001. I was seriously waiting for filter change alarm for change of filter candles but as i did not hear any alarm, on 28/9/18 i telephoned to [protected] i lodged a complain with req. No[protected]. At 5:15 pm i received a call from tel no-[protected]-mr. Satyabrata and i talked on my problem and requested him to check to problem for non function of the filter change alarm on payment of service charges by me but he expressed his incapability/ reluctance to check the fault / defects in the water filter installed by them or system is not equipped with the alarm system as per the booklet and as mentioned on bottom of the kent ro water filter.
                                  As the service personnel of baripada on 28/9/2018 refused to inspect the fault for which till date there is no indication i. E filter change alarm is heard even though more than two years has elapsed, i suspect there is fault with the unit. Hence, i am expressing my deep discontentment of being supplied with a defective kent prime water purifier and request for immediate action on the matter otherwise i will be compelled to take further course of legal action as per consumer forum rules of government of india.                                     These guys are cheaters. Unnecessarily they will replace parts. Quality of service is very poor.in fact my machine was working well. I had called them for a routine service. Since then its not working properly. And if i raise the request again same agency and same technician is assigned. They are not turning up and diverted the calls. Pathetic service.

                                    Kent has taken 3700 Rs to repair the purifier, and after an hour of the service, the purifier stoped working, you are cheating us. Now it's time for you to repair our purifier again, if don't, this issue will go to higher level.

                                      I am using kent ro since last 5 years without amc but irrespective of cost problem was resolved in 1st visit.
                                      First time i take amc and within 2 months problem came engg visited but was not having accessories and despite of repeated phone calls even after 3 days problem is not resolved.
                                      Big fraud on the name of amc, i am planning to sue him in consumer court.
